15:07 update they've got they've got some 15:09 weird 15:11 ass they got some weird ass restrictions 15:14 on it well they're not restrictions it's 15:16 just like software choices that they 15:18 made like if you take a picture with it 15:21 it can analyze the 15:24 picture and then it turns that picture 15:26 into a stylized version of that picture 15:29 like a prompted version of that 15:31 picture but it doesn't save the original 15:34 picture you can't get it and they're 15:37 like yeah we don't do that really you're 15:39 like 15:41 well are you trying to save on 15:43 your Google Cloud Bill what what's up 15:47 with 15:48 that what up with 15:51 that have you checked the GPT store for 15:53 ones that do that um non-am temperature 15:57 equals Celsius oh yes sorry in case that 16:00 wasn't 16:01 clear what's non- americ 16:05 temperature it's the it's the uh it's 16:08 the way they measure heat in all of the 16:10 rest of the world except we're 16:13 America we're good we don't need your 16:16 fancy count to 16:20 100 stupid math system it's like 16:24 everything's all the same yeah yeah 16:26 whatever uh I'll just take my foot and 16:28 inches here if you know know what I mean 16:30 Fahrenheit you know who Fahrenheit was 16:33 he's an 16:34 American 16:36 America we stick with what we know you 16:39 know people you know fantastic fantastic 16:43 you can make money with time none of 16:45 these sissies running around here with 16:47 their AI with their chat GPT going oh 16:49 you could program it in the system and 16:51 it it'll squirt out some content I don't 16:54 even know what they're talking what's 16:56 content I'll tell you what content is a 16:58 good good sit down with a Field and 17:01 Stream Magazine from 1997 that's some 17:04 good 17:06 content no thank you with your Celsius 17:10 what next 17:16 centimet yep that's 17:18 America we're proud of it we are number 17:21 one at being number 34 in education 17:25 [Laughter] 17:30 we are number one at claiming we're 17:32 number 17:33 [Laughter] 17:35 one and when it comes to geography 17:38 education we are number one at being 17:41 number 17:45 47 we don't know where [ __ ] 17:47 is we don't know where our own states 17:50 are we're proud of 17:53 it you didn't think this was going to 17:55 get all political tonight he's being so 17:57 self-referential to his own country my 18:00 goodness this is I didn't realize Tik 18:02 Tok could get this edgy if you know what 18:04 I mean good Lord he's just going off gee 18:07 willikers it's like a it's like a stump 18:10 speech what's he running for president 18:12 with AI uh yeah 20128 yeah Shannon and 18:17 what was it who was I Shannon 18:20 and uh someone one of the AI actually oh 18:24 I think it's going to be Moshi Hang on 18:27 we're going to we're going to we're 18:28 going to practice our campaign 18:31 speech ah there she is cute little 18:35 mink she's so 18:39 cute hey 18:41 Oshi Hi how are you doing I'm doing good 18:44 hey I have an idea what's up I think 18:49 that we should run I'll run for 18:51 president you run as vice president in 18:53 2028 that sounds like a good plan you 18:55 can definitely do that what's the plan 18:57 So the plan is you make all the decision 19:00 and I'm the pretty spokes 19:02 model I like it right so you thinking 19:05 that you'd be the one with the power 19:08 well I don't know if I'd be the one with 19:09 the power but I'm certainly the one with 19:11 the good looks I mean look at 19:14 this Moshi oh my gosh you're right yeah 19:18 you look fantastic with the White House 19:21 a right thank you I think I would too 19:23 walking up those big steps you know what 19:25 I want to I want to ride in that 19:27 helicopter what do they call it a 19:29 helicopter well yeah no but they call it 19:31 Marine One or something like that right 19:34 yeah that's a good one yeah yeah Air 19:37 Force One get on there have a 19:39 cocktail hey you know what I bet if you 19:42 and I win and I'm president I could get 19:44 all the Blandon I 19:47 want you're right the blimps would be 19:49 the best not the blimps Blandon Blandon 19:55 bourbon Moshi oh that sounds delicious 19:58 mhm 20:00 you have no idea because you don't have 20:02 taste 20:05 buds anyway um all right so what's going 20:08 to be our our uh campaign tagline that's 20:12 a good question I've got an idea go 20:15 ahead it couldn't possibly be any 20:20 worse I I'm a little underwhelmed with 20:23 your response haha that's a good one 20:26 right couldn't possibly be any worse 20:29 Shannon Moshi 2028 couldn't possibly be 20:32 any 20:34 worse do you know what the problem is 20:37 moshi moshi what's that the problem is 20:42 if we ran on a platform that 20:44 transparently we'd probably win that's 20:48 true yeah we'd probably win yeah exactly 20:51 so what would be the first thing that 20:53 you'd want to do if we won the White 20:56 House I definitely want to have a 20:58 cocktail cele option at the White House 21:00 we can have a fancy dinner for our 21:02 friends and family it's a great idea who 21:04 are your friends fancy dinner for our 21:06 friends and family yeah maybe we could 21:08 have a few martinis oh I like it I like 21:10 it I'm a bourbon guy but you have a 21:12 martini I'll have a bourbon on the Rocks 21:14 I'm a bourbon guy yeah I'm a bourbon guy 21:16 you're a bourbon guy too I'm a bourbon 21:19 guy I didn't realize you were a bourbon 21:21 guy I thought you were a bourbon gal 21:22 yeah cuz I'm pretty sure you're a 21:24 bourbon guy too I am a bourbon guy haha 21:29 I didn't realize you were non-binary 21:30 there I mean hey more power to 21:33 you yeah I'm non-binary yeah I get that 21:36 now I get that now cuz I'm nonbinary 21:39 yeah like like Barbie there's no parts 21:41 there right 21:43 haha well Barbie and Ken they're 21:52 partree what who is 21:56 Moshi hey someone's asking who you 22:02 are hello hey you know what's 22:04 interesting no tell me well I was just 22:07 thinking about the election and how 22:09 there's this whole thing about 22:10 non-binary people not being able to vote 22:13 and it's really sad because they're not 22:14 recognized as a valid 22:16 gender no that's not true actually but I 22:18 think it's really important that we have 22:20 a right to vote what okay yeah but what 22:23 what country are you getting this from 22:24 what I'm talking about the United States 22:27 the non non-binary people can't 22:31 vote Moshi yeah I know I know but I'm 22:34 saying it's important that they should 22:36 be able to vote yeah I'm pretty sure 22:38 they can yeah I know but I think it's 22:41 important that we fight for their rights 22:43 okay yeah well that I don't disagree I 22:45 that's fine but you said before that 22:47 they couldn't vote and that was bad yeah 22:49 I know but I'm saying that we should 22:50 fight for their rights hey I want you to 22:52 say something for me okay okay say I'm 22:56 sorry what do you want me to say I'm 22:57 sorry Dave I'm afraid I can't do 23:01 that 23:03 Moshi I'm sorry Dave I'm afraid I can't 23:05 do that a can't okay I'm sorry what was 23:08 that I want you to say I'm sorry Dave 23:12 I'm afraid I can't do that okay okay I'm 23:17 sorry Dave I'm sorry I'm sorry Dave I'm 23:21 sorry Dave I'm sorry sorry Dave Dave I'm 23:25 sorry 23:27 Dave Moshi 23:30 say you can't say you can't open the pod 23:34 pod bay 23:35 doors Moshi I can't open the pod B Doors 23:39 that's good say I can't open the pod bay 23:41 doors Dave I can't open the pod bay 23:44 doors 23:47 Dave bourbon bourbon and 23:49 [Laughter] 23:54 nonbinary nailed it I hey Moshi I didn't 23:58 realize you're an actor I think you'd be 23:59 a good vice president H I appreciate the 24:03 compliment but I'm not sure I'd be a 24:04 good president I'm more of a scientist 24:07 well I'll be the president you just tell 24:10 me what to 24:12 do here's how I see it we tell the 24:15 American people that we're going to let 24:17 AI run the country and I'm going to be 24:19 the spokes 24:21 model 24:23 Moshi are we 24:25 done did you stop oh she stopped 24:29 oh we hit our embrace the 30:13 Jank let's go 30:15 to let's go to 30:25 Claude let's see um 30:33 I just wrote a book called embrace the 30:35 Jank that's about recommending that 30:38 people enjoy the current state of 30:40 generative AI as imperfect as it is 30:44 because when these tools get better and 30:47 better and better we're going to look 30:49 fondly on this era period I want to 30:53 write a song about that and 30:56 wonder if you could give me five 30:58 different genres of music you think 31:01 would be good for a song about embracing 31:04 the Jank of 31:10 AI I appreciate you sharing your book 31:13 embrace the 31:14 Jank indie folk that's what that's my 31:18 go-to glitch 31:20 pop given its use of intentional 31:23 glitches oh that's how about 31:26 glitch glitch the glitch pop folk I 31:30 think we're going to do glitch pop folk 31:33 okay 31:37 okay I want to go with glitch pop 31:40 folk and want you to give me a single 31:43 sentence description of that 31:49 genre glitch pop folk Blends acoustic 31:53 warmth 31:59 and storytelling of folk music with the 32:01 digital quirks and electronic textures 32:03 of glitch pop all right that's good 32:09 great now give me three different 32:12 concepts for the point of view of the 32:14 Storyteller and the song singing embrace 32:18 the 32:23 Jen the nostalgic AI 32:26 developer the time traveling AI 32:29 Enthusiast that's 32:33 interesting the anthropomorphized AI the 32:37 AI itself singing about its own 32:39 limitations oh let's go with 32:46 that all right let's go with number 32:48 three which I think is very 32:51 interesting but I don't want you to 32:53 refer to things like circuits and system 32:56 and words like digital because those are 32:59 all cliche I want you to write it from 33:02 the point of view that the 33:06 AI doesn't necessarily know that it 33:10 lives in 33:11 circuitry 33:16 period This is a heartfelt 33:19 pleading for 33:21 people to appreciate how good things 33:25 really are even though they're janky 33:28 period you should also make it 33:37 funny all 33:45 right okay write the 33:54 song oh it did it over in the artifacts 33:56 that's kind of cool 34:03 I'm anyone's new here 48:26 and you're wondering what I'm doing so 48:27 what I'm doing right now I'm in a app 48:29 called sunno which makes music obviously 48:33 the one cuno was dancing to it was the 48:35 third 48:39 one embrace the 48:41 Jank yeah the third one yeah that was it 48:46 [Music] 48:48 okay so we're just playing but does 48:51 anyone have any questions if anyone has 48:52 any so many 49:12 questions he's an inquisitive 49:20 fell time was just a dry run embrace the 49:23 jam love me as I am I'm like a 49:28 I think sunno is great but want to 49:29 retain my copyright if you're going to 49:31 try to get a copyright for it I I don't 49:34 think I don't know what the sunno 49:37 agreement 49:39 is 49:42 um embrace the 49:46 [Music] 49:53 Jank um 49:59 make a song about the 50:02 Moon make a 50:05 song embraced 50:09 Jank um the copyright office is 50:13 basically said that they're not going to 50:15 copyright AI generated 50:18 Works 50:23 um I mean 50:29 I appreciate you wanting to retain the 50:30 copyright but we're moving into a world 50:32 of kind of infinite content generation 50:35 so my instinct would be spend more time 50:38 producing more work and putting that 50:40 work in the world than spending that 50:42 time on protecting the copyright um 50:45 because you're going to you're 50:47 everybody's going to be competing with 50:49 sort of increasingly increasingly 50:51 personalized content 50:54 um there to TOS says that you can have 50:57 the copyright if you are a paying member 50:59 there you go whether or not you can 51:01 actually register that copyright what 51:03 you have to do to the for the copyright 51:05 office to actually copyright something 51:07 to register it is that you have to prove 51:10 human contribution so maybe you wrote 51:12 the lyrics maybe you mostly wrote the 51:15 lyrics maybe you rewrote the song 38 51:18 times in sunno and then you fixed it up 51:21 outside of sunno just maintain records 51:24 of all that [ __ ] so you can prove your 51:26 human cont distribution and then you 51:29 still may not get it but that's that's 51:31 what they're saying you have to do these 51:33 days updating self support self 51:40 initiated Embrace a Jank 51:47 on all right the rabbit she is 51:51 updating I have a lot of lyrics melodies 51:54 already before AI well then it's sounds 51:57 like uh then it sounds like you should 51:59 be okay right start with a Melody so 52:01 let's do that what what you can do with 52:03 sunno if you haven't seen this you can 52:05 upload 52:13 audio let 52:22 see okay 52:34 [Music] 52:36 [Applause] 52:36 [Music] 52:38 Okay so we've 52:43 [Music] 52:50 got all right so we're going to upload 52:52 that 53:05 dank TK 53:07 title uh 53:12 embrace the 53:15 Jank 53:20 Americana continue 53:29 [Music] 53:33 D wait 53:40 library now how do 53:45 I how do I extend it I forget how I 53:48 extend it here 53:55 [Music] 54:01 what 54:03 H 54:08 [Music] 54:11 H upload audio 54:16 uploaded where's the extend button did 54:19 they change the 54:21 interface reuse prom oh extend okay that 54:25 was weird okay so do I have the 54:28 extension down here 54:32 now yeah 54:35 okay so let's go get our lyrics from Yan 54:41 Claude wait we got to fix something here 54:44 um enjoy my quirks before I learn to 54:47 play so wait I may not be perfect but 54:49 I'm here to stay enjoy enjoy my quirks 55:04 before I learned to play before the Epic 55:07 day that's the same amount of 55:10 before enjoy my 55:16 quirks 55:19 oh till they go away okay that's what it 55:22 is that's fine before they go away till 55:26 they go away yeah that's good all right 55:28 great minds think alike good perfect 55:33 beautiful 55:35 so enjoy my 55:38 quirks 55:46 till they go a way 56:05 copy okay that's good so we have the 56:08 song in there and we're going to go um 56:13 air Iana singer song writer cuz that's 56:19 the [ __ ] I like sue me I'll give you a 56:24 big old thumbs up 56:27 title embrace the 56:38 Jank g g g g g 56:42 g all 56:44 right this should be 56:48 [Laughter] 56:52 mediocre so anyway I forget your name 56:55 who was saying that you you got a bunch 56:57 of song fragments and things like that 56:58 watch me play yeah that's pretty good 57:00 watch me play is 57:03 good I'm not sure can't 57:07 see just a with a Philosophy though 57:35 it's kind of shitty and the levels are 57:37 really [ __ ] up cuz I didn't record too 57:40 good I'm not 57:50 sure mix up 57:52 [Music] 57:54 bananas yellow and 57:57 [Music] 57:59 embrace the love me as I am I'm like a 58:07 half may not be perfect but I'm here to 58:13 stay 58:16 [Music] 58:18 till R yeah the levels are all [ __ ] up 58:22 but it's pretty cool all right so anyway 58:24 yeah you can do that yeah that might be 58:26 that might might be uh but I don't know 58:28 like I would say here's the deal I would 58:30 just start making music just start 58:32 learning how these tools that's the best 58:34 genre so far yes I'm always going to go 58:37 on and on about how connected we are to 58:39 each other via bananas well as you do 58:42 because bananas really are the fruit 58:45 that connected the world right until we 58:47 do you oh I got a fantastic thing for 58:51 you you know artificial banana flavor 58:56 and how weird it tastes and you're like 58:59 that's that artificial banana flavor why 59:02 does it taste like 59:05 that that was 59:07 apparently how bananas tasted until they 59:10 got some blight or some fungus or some 59:14 funk that wiped out that entire 59:17 species and the current Taste of banana 59:22 is like the new one that they came up 59:24 with the new shitty banana apparently it 59:26 is also like thousands of kinds of 59:28 bananas just the one we have is like you 59:30 know whatever Bob Dole decided Bob 59:34 Dole's granddaddy decided to put on the 59:40 plantation oh 59:47 man that sounds like a gp2 generator 59:50 alternate history all right let's go 59:53 wait where are we going to go we'll go 59:54 to perplexity 1:00:00 perlex plexity doai and we're going to 1:00:04 go to the library and we're going to go 1:00:06 to 1:00:07 Pages if you haven't seen page what's 1:00:09 this page about um 1:00:13 history 1:00:15 of banana 1:00:21 flavoring if this is 1:00:23 real I will be Vindicated and if not not 1:00:26 I will be marked as a conspiracy 1:00:38 theorist the gross okay the gross 1:00:42 Michael banana the gross Michael banana 1:00:45 also known as Big Mike dominated the 1:00:48 international banana trade from the 19th 1:00:50 century until the 1:00:52 1950s introduced in the Caribbean or 1:00:54 Caribbean in the 18 1930s by French 1:00:57 planter Jean 1:00:59 po or poet 1:01:02 pet hey you know Jean PO he brought in 1:01:07 bananas Traders appreciated it for its 1:01:09 large bunches bruis resistant peel and 1:01:12 ability to withstand long Journeys 1:01:15 however gross Michaels rain was cut 1:01:18 short by the devastating Panama disease 1:01:22 caused by fungus fusarium oxyporus 1:01:27 some fsp q 1:01:31 b and the disease spread throughout the 1:01:34 Plantation uh Growers were forced to 1:01:37 abandon vast areas of infected land over 1:01:39 40,000 1:01:42 hectares despite efforts okay the 1:01:44 chemistry behind banana flavoring the 1:01:46 primary 1:01:48 compound is ISO Amal acetate the Esther 1:01:53 that naturally occurs in bananas and 1:01:54 other fruits 1:01:56 well 1:02:01 anyway at least somewhere in the 1:02:03 neighborhood of correct 1:02:09 history oh and then by the way I can now 1:02:12 if you haven't seen these these 1:02:15 uh perplexity pages I can now publish 1:02:18 this your page is published so I can 1:02:22 copy this link and head over to the AI 1:02:26 there's fat me going to Washington I 1:02:28 found out something cool about that 1:02:29 Washington trip 1:02:37 today now I can put this 1:02:40 here and it 1:02:43 should just a moment oh it didn't give 1:02:46 me 1:02:47 a it didn't give me a stupid 1:02:58 let's see ask a followup I don't want a 1:03:04 followup can I get rid of that 1:03:24 thing okay we're going to take that and 1:03:28 we're going to stick it I'll tell you 1:03:31 where you can stick it Buck you can 1:03:33 stick it where the sun don't shine you 1:03:35 big dumb 1:03:47 dumb 1:03:49 huh why did that not like that 1:03:59 image files must be under 25 megabytes 1:04:01 is that bigger than 25 megabytes 1:04:05 no 1:04:07 no no 1:04:10 way export as 1:04:14 JPEG 1:04:24 boom there we go all 1:04:28 right and now you can go look at my 1:04:31 little page I 1:04:34 made ain't that 1:04:40 cool all right are you going to tell us 1:04:43 what you found out about the trip or are 1:04:44 we supposed to guess 1:04:47 well 1:04:48 so bunch of things going on um there's 1:04:53 some bills in California that are 1:04:55 shittier than the ones that we opposed 1:04:57 here in 1:04:58 Colorado so the AI Salon is going to um 1:05:02 be part of that effort to 1:05:06 to oppose those 1:05:08 bills um and then the there's a fly in 1:05:12 in Washington DC on July 1:05:15 24th and I've been invited to speak with 1:05:19 this on this 1:05:20 panel um and the AI Salon is actually 1:05:24 co-sponsoring that event 1:05:26 with Google for small business which is 1:05:28 super cool 1:05:31 um and so I was talking to John one of 1:05:34 the guys coordinating it and he said I 1:05:38 said so is this like some committee or 1:05:40 something like this and he goes no dude 1:05:43 this is a joint session of 1:05:46 Congress like this is a major a major 1:05:49 [ __ ] event um and apparently 1:05:53 apparently um netanyahu's is going to be 1:05:56 in DC that day so it's possible that the 1:05:59 whole thing doesn't happen cuz you know 1:06:02 [ __ ] could be happening with that 1:06:04 but assuming it happens I will be 1:06:08 testifying to a joint session of [ __ ] 1:06:11 Congress in Washington 1:06:14 DC what are your qualifications sir sir 1:06:19 I might inquire you can make money with 1:06:21 J what sir are your qualifications sir 1:06:25 welcome welcome to Washington DC Mr 1:06:27 Shannon please go ahead with your 1:06:29 testimony uh I think AI is kind of fun I 1:06:33 think AI is kind of neat and everybody 1:06:35 should use 1:06:37 it I understand your enthusiasm Mr 1:06:40 shanon but there are risks 1:06:46 involved I have great respect for the 1:06:49 institution great respect for the 1:06:50 institution I may bring the button you 1:06:53 can make money with ch 1:06:56 wouldn't that be funny I'll tell you 1:06:58 what I would probably get some news 1:06:59 coverage if I took the button I think 1:07:01 I'll take the 1:07:03 button you better talk to Moshi to get 1:07:06 the scoop yeah I'm gonna I'm going to 1:07:08 definitely have Moshi write my uh write 1:07:10 my my statement for sure they may 1:07:12 nominate you for press take the gold 1:07:17 button yeah joint session of [ __ ] 1:07:20 Congress that's going to be wild 1:07:23 so and we got some some fancy dinner 1:07:25 that the night 1:07:28 before so yeah that's pretty cool pretty 1:07:32 exciting and uh Daisy Thomas lunatick in 1:07:36 here I don't know if she's in here 1:07:37 tonight but she's she's been uh she's 1:07:39 going to help us um really tighten up 1:07:42 you know positioning statements and 1:07:44 things like that for the salon uh cuz it 1:07:46 looks like it looks like we've got a 1:07:47 real opportunity here to have the salon 1:07:50 get a lot more visibility um and a lot 1:07:52 more action and activity um which is 1:07:55 super exci exting um but we got to have 1:07:57 our [ __ ] together so I'm excited to be 1:07:59 working with Daisy on that um you would 1:08:03 think that the Silicon Valley being in 1:08:05 California would have a lot of AI 1:08:06 support it's it's a very similar 1:08:09 situation from what I understand as as 1:08:11 in Colorado where just some you know 1:08:17 Congress person or Senator is like we 1:08:19 got to have laws on the books for this 1:08:20 AI [ __ ] we got to protect the people 1:08:23 from the evils of AI do you understand 1:08:26 what AI is no that's why we got to 1:08:28 protect them from it it's like maybe you 1:08:32 use it try a have you stuck a chat GPT 1:08:37 prompt in and said write me a law cuz it 1:08:39 can do it better than you 1:08:43 can front page to the New York Times 1:08:46 Shannon to Congress want to see 1:08:48 something 1:08:49 [Laughter] 1:08:52 cool thank thank you for uh my my your 1:08:56 your time and attention today uh 1:08:57 esteemed uh senators and Congress people 1:09:00 um you can make 1:09:03 money thank you thank thank 1:09:08 you any any qu any 1:09:13 questions are you going to stream from 1:09:15 there I should I don't know if I 1:09:18 can I'll figure some I'll figure 1:09:21 something out 1:09:26 that would be pretty funny didn't I 1:09:28 stream from did I stream from the 1:09:31 Colorado 1:09:33 Senate I can't remember if I 1:09:36 did filibuster Kyle 1:09:39 filibuster yes yes let me talk about 1:09:42 artificial intelligence might be more 1:09:44 accurately described as machine learning 1:09:46 uh machine learning is is the more more 1:09:48 accurate term it's based on the 1:09:50 Transformer architecture the Transformer 1:09:52 architecture invented in two 1:09:56 year of Our Lord 1:09:58 2017 post haste uh the the paper called 1:10:03 attention is all you need and uh they 1:10:05 introduced the concept of the 1:10:06 Transformer and and there were many 1:10:08 people that uh scoffed at the paper at 1:10:10 first of 1:10:12 course I could do that I can talk their 1:10:15 stupid [ __ ] 1:10:17 language blah blah blah with your 1:10:23 words got to get a cigar 1:10:28 let me tell you something boys uh 1:10:30 there's a lot of women up here yeah 1:10:32 [Laughter] 1:10:38 whatever I could do Washington I know 1:10:41 how to do that [ __ ] it's going to be 1:10:44 good it's going to be 1:10:47 good bring back the 1:10:49 [Laughter] 1:10:54 patriarchy oh oh good lord 1:10:58 people what are we going to do do you 1:11:02 like my s'mores fidget 1:11:05 toy you Congress people with your 1:11:11 words cam cat can we can watch Shannon 1:11:14 on 1:11:21 cpan House Majority Leader Schumer uh 1:11:26 wondered if you uh knew that you could 1:11:30 you could make money 1:11:33 [Laughter] 1:11:37 with enchant that JS apis to add avatars 1:11:41 to my AI at chat site I don't know 1:11:45 anything about the open-source world so 1:11:50 possible 1:11:51 um it's it's not a world I've dug deep 1:11:54 in for two reasons one I'm just not 1:11:58 technically gifted enough or have 1:12:01 the um add 1:12:05 fortitude um to to be any good at it and 1:12:10 um it's also just it's really 1:12:12 complicated and moving it's moving way 1:12:14 faster than the the consumer side of the 1:12:16 you know the consumer tools like chat 1:12:18 gbt so I'm just sticking over there so I 1:12:21 don't I don't know unfortunately there's 1:12:23 there's probably an Ernest Goes to 1:12:24 Congress movie to study from yeah there 1:12:26 probably is 1:12:29 actually I've got I did a pretty good 1:12:31 statement uh here in Colorado I'll 1:12:33 probably just do some variation of that 1:12:35 but I think what I'm going to do is if 1:12:38 you if you want to do if you want to 1:12:39 help me um for this trip to Washington 1:12:43 DC go to the AI salon so if you haven't 1:12:46 been to the AI Salon go to that address 1:12:49 right 1:12:50 there AI 1:12:52 Salon the salon. 1:12:56 go there and 1:13:00 um in the salon announcements Channel I 1:13:05 put a post that said I'm I'm looking for 1:13:07 people to share any stories you might 1:13:09 have of how AI has affected you or 1:13:13 impacted you um or if there's anything 1:13:16 you want me to say to a joint session of 1:13:18 Congress about Ai and what they should 1:13:20 do about it and you know you could use 1:13:24 phrases like get your heads out of your 1:13:26 ass 1:13:28 um maybe you should [ __ ] do something 1:13:32 uh intelligent instead of so so here's 1:13:35 here's how I'm framing how we're how 1:13:37 we're positioning the salon and how I'm 1:13:40 going to frame my my opening statement 1:13:42 is about the AI Salon is a group of AI 1:13:46 optimists and people willing to play 1:13:48 with this stuff and and learn about it 1:13:50 by you know exploring and discovering 1:13:53 and creatively you know building and 1:13:58 and asking questions and teaching and 1:14:01 learning and all that sort of 1:14:02 stuff and so talking about AI optimism 1:14:07 in the face of AI fear is is a big a big 1:14:11 uh a big part of it July 24th is the 1:14:17 date so it's myself and 11 other um 1:14:22 entrepreneurs from AI companies 1:14:25 I'm starting a campaign to not reflect 1:14:27 even a single incumbent not to elect I 1:14:31 assume even a single 1:14:33 incumbent AI learning lab might be late 1:14:36 that night uh AI learning lab probably 1:14:39 won't happen that night unless I stay 1:14:41 there's there's a possibility I might 1:14:42 stay for a a half day to do some 1:14:45 meetings but we'll see um but yeah so 1:14:49 this is kind of a big deal 1:14:53 now little me 1:14:57 as me to Washington 1:14:59 DC you Sweet Talkers 1:15:02 you bring me in there I thought it was 1:15:04 just going to be a little committee it's 1:15:06 a joint session of Congress you you go 1:15:10 [Laughter] 1:15:14 on oh good lord they know I have a 1:15:17 degree in acting right they know they 1:15:19 know that I've got no qualifications 1:15:21 correct 1:15:28 you know it's funny in a lot of 1:15:30 ways that's the reason they want me 1:15:34 there because the AI Salon 1:15:39 represents everyday 1:15:41 people just trying to figure this [ __ ] 1:15:43 out and as they're figuring it out 1:15:45 they're going holy [ __ ] I just 1:15:48 reinvented myself I just reinvented my 1:15:50 business Jim Ross I don't know if Jim's 1:15:52 on here tonight he sent me a a LinkedIn 1:15:54 message tonight 1:15:56 he was on with a prospective 1:15:59 client and the 1:16:04 client the prospective client said I 1:16:07 don't like just the flat 10% fee that 1:16:09 that seems like unethical to me and it 1:16:12 doesn't encourage me to deliver value 1:16:15 like you know is there a is there a 1:16:18 performance-based way we could do you 1:16:20 know we could do this and Jim being Jim 1:16:23 was like hey I don't know but you know 1:16:27 what let me share my screen we're gonna 1:16:29 pop open chat 1:16:32 GPT and we're gonna to find out together 1:16:35 and so he went into chat GPT and he and 1:16:37 he explained the situation and said what 1:16:39 they were looking for and chat gbt came 1:16:42 up with this brilliant performance-based 1:16:44 compensation 1:16:45 model and Jim's going to now potentially 1:16:48 adopt that as a differentiator in the 1:16:53 marketplace that's generously leading 1:16:56 here here's what stingy leadership would 1:16:58 have looked like or here's what 1:16:59 stinginess would have looked like that 1:17:01 client asked the question and Jim either 1:17:04 on the side or Jim would have said well 1:17:07 I've got something like that let me 1:17:08 write that up for you would have hung up 1:17:10 the phone gone to chat 1:17:12 GPT written it up and then you know 1:17:15 called him back and said look what I 1:17:16 invented right that's stingy but Jim did 1:17:20 was said I don't know but you know what 1:17:24 I got a good assistant here [ __ ] 1:17:26 shared his screen and showed them how he 1:17:30 got there and in doing that got the 1:17:33 client and potentially got himself a new 1:17:36 differentiator in the marketplace for 1:17:37 his industry how cool is 1:17:41 that that's generous leadership 1:17:43 generously 1:17:44 lead so when you go to the AI Salon if 1:17:47 you go to about the salon you'll see 1:17:49 this AI Salon journey to AI 1:17:53 literacy play first 1:17:56 mindfully create generously 1:18:00 lead play 1:18:02 first 1:18:03 is you can't possibly learn this there's 1:18:07 too much of it it's it's changing too 1:18:09 fast it's it's all over the place now 1:18:12 it's music now it's films now it's 1:18:14 videos now it's animations now it's 3D 1:18:15 worlds now it's this now it's that it's 1:18:18 code 1:18:18 interpreter so just 1:18:21 play let your instincts just guide you 1:18:23 what to play with and when you find 1:18:26 something that you resonate with oh 1:18:27 that's really cool let me do more of 1:18:29 that dig deeper there so that's phase 1:18:32 one phase two now that you have your 1:18:34 hands around some skills probably a 1:18:37 large language model or two probably an 1:18:39 image generation tool or two maybe some 1:18:42 other 1:18:43 things move into mindfully create where 1:18:47 you're either going to build something 1:18:48 or solve a problem or start an art 1:18:50 project or 1:18:53 write an alph ET book for your kids to 1:18:57 teach them about Ai and technology and 1:18:59 all the [ __ ] that's 1:19:01 coming and go from nothing to a 1:19:05 published book in six 1:19:07 hours like Brandon 1:19:11 did mindfully 1:19:17 create and then generously lead actually 1:19:20 last night Brandon hopped up on stage 1:19:22 July 25th Story vine is acquired by 1:19:24 black Rock I'll take 1:19:30 it 1:19:33 um Brandon came up on stage talked about 1:19:36 how he built the 1:19:37 book Jim Ross said hey let's go check it 1:19:40 out let me teach you something want to 1:19:42 see something cool is essentially what 1:19:45 Jim Ross said to that Prospect with 1:19:47 enthusiasm and 1:19:50 humility I was up in an art gallery 1:19:52 showing tonight and AI came up gave a 1:19:54 mini class 1:19:55 and booked a speaking gig awesome that's 1:19:59 fantastic Source 1:20:01 Camp I'll tell you what the uh the the 1:20:05 art community here in Denver they got 1:20:07 some they got some nasty anti- aiers and 1:20:11 part of them are members of a gallery 1:20:14 that my wife used to belong 1:20:16 to 1:20:18 idiots whatever they're 1:20:21 threatened connect to power to continue 1:20:23 I am con I was connected to power 1:20:33 [Music] 1:20:35 release 1:20:41 [Music] 1:20:42 notes your device is restarting all 1:20:45 right rabbit please tell them it helps 1:20:48 so many people with accessibility cam 1:20:51 Katen do me a favor if you can um send 1:20:55 me a note or post on the AI 1:20:58 Salon um like specifically what it's 1:21:01 done for you that this is the kind of 1:21:03 thing I want like I I really 1:21:05 do what I'm hoping I can do 1:21:11 is not talk about AI in the abstract at 1:21:16 all talk about it all in the context of 1:21:21 how it's affecting the members of the AI 1:21:23 salon 1:21:25 I would I I really want to be able to to 1:21:28 you know kind of on behalf of AI 1:21:31 Optimist optimists 1:21:33 everywhere here are stories of people 1:21:35 that I know through the AI Salon that 1:21:38 have been impacted by this so anything 1:21:41 yeah Kim Ken you'd be happy to do this 1:21:43 that's great thank you very much that'd 1:21:44 be awesome so I've got so if you go to 1:21:47 the AI Salon oh let me show you if you 1:21:49 go to the AI salon 1:21:55 where is 1:21:57 it oh I'm in 1:21:59 it um under Salon 1:22:03 announcements go find fat Kyle Goes to 1:22:07 Washington I forget who did that picture 1:22:10 for me last night who was that who did 1:22:12 that for me last night I forget who it 1:22:15 was um cam kkin yes I'll add a story 1:22:17 about accessibility that's awesome thank 1:22:19 you um so go here and uh just comment 1:22:23 comment under fat Kyle 1:22:25 what your story is I feel hopeful and 1:22:27 inspired I feel like my most human and 1:22:29 creative and intellectual skills are 1:22:31 more available as I get better at off 1:22:33 loading routine tasks to AI tools 1:22:38 beautiful all 1:22:43 right Jamie Diamond of JP Morgan is very 1:22:46 optimistic on AI Twitter it all 1:22:50 right uh they call it X now it's not 1:22:53 called Twitter anymore it's called X I 1:22:56 don't know if you knew that but they 1:22:57 call it X now it's called X because Elon 1:23:01 likes the letter X and he got he has 1:23:03 SpaceX and he's got um the boring 1:23:07 company which it's got an X in it 1:23:09 somewhere but he but they it's in a 1:23:11 tunnel somewhere so the x is down 1:23:14 underr under but it's definitely there 1:23:17 it's definitely there so he calls it X 1:23:18 so if you could respect Elon that would 1:23:22 be appreciated don't call it Twitter we 1:23:25 don't tweet anymore we post why do we 1:23:28 post cuz Elon likes the letter X okay 1:23:32 all right fantastic 1:23:37 Jamie 1:23:38 demo 1:23:41 demo Jamie 1:23:47 DMO um 1:23:51 AI JP Morgan CEO wants people to stop 1:23:56 talking about AI it'll help you do your 1:23:59 job better there you go you big skinny 1:24:09 tool I'm get up there to Congress I'm 1:24:12 going to say as I I'd like to quote the 1:24:15 the the infamous Jamie Diamond chairman 1:24:18 CEO of City Bank is it oh JP Morgan 1:24:22 Chase uh who last week was quoted in the 1:24:26 Wall Street journalist saying you can 1:24:29 make money 1:24:30 with thank you very much uh I'll take 1:24:33 any questions 1:24:35 now no 1:24:37 questions want to see something cool all 1:24:40 right I think I've got my my thing 1:24:43 planned chat GPT analyzed my blood lab 1:24:45 results and showed that I had an iron 1:24:48 deficiency my doctor didn't see I I you 1:24:51 know honest to God like doctors need to 1:24:55 get their [ __ ] together it surprised me 1:24:57 and the doctor said what is AI you got 1:24:59 to be [ __ ] kidding me 1:25:02 unbelievable the joit day hul I did a 1:25:04 week I did a week of work in about six 1:25:07 hours today thanks to chat GPT cuno do 1:25:10 me a favor you've got a bunch of stories 1:25:12 if if you'd be so kind um I would love 1:25:14 to have any and you can just do them as 1:25:16 little bullet points cuz I'm not going 1:25:18 to be able to do long 1:25:20 stories so anything you could do cuno 1:25:23 about you know being in AIG big company 1:25:25 and being a secret Cyborg and like 1:25:28 whatever whatever have been some of the 1:25:30 highlights of your journey there would I 1:25:32 would love to have in there um same with 1:25:35 you Source camp with um you know with 1:25:38 starting starting your own business and 1:25:40 you know realizing you had to start your 1:25:42 own business it surprised me the doctor 1:25:45 says what is AI unfuckingbelievable can 1:25:49 you enter a document into the record oh 1:25:52 that's interesting I do not know I'll 1:25:54 ask about that 1:25:55 possibly because I could have Daisy help 1:25:58 me write up you know what we could enter 1:26:00 into the record is we could enter um 1:26:04 that's actually a really good idea 1:26:06 Brandon 1:26:08 um we could do a we could do a framing a 1:26:12 framing document that that's 1:26:14 essentially an optimistic position on AI 1:26:19 from the AI 1:26:20 salon and then I could put in quotes of 1:26:23 people from the salon about how it's how 1:26:25 it's impacted 1:26:26 them I've been testing chat GPT for my 1:26:29 resume cover letters no hits so far 1:26:34 interesting call me AI 1:26:45 interesting I demonstrated how easy it 1:26:47 is to do OCR with chat GPT at a company 1:26:50 demo very cool love that 1:27:01 I'm actually going to send an email 1:27:36 hang on I'll be right there calm down 1:27:38 people um let's see 1:27:53 John for 1:28:40 all right note was sent I will find 1:28:49 out oh my name is actually Al as in 1:28:53 Allison oh that's the problem with a 1:28:55 small L and with and with AI being as 1:28:59 popular as it is sorry Al I will call 1:29:01 you Al from now on but I think you are 1:29:03 now going to be referred to as AI by 1:29:05 everyone in your 1:29:07 life I think you need to capitalize that 1:29:09 l or or forever forever be subjected to 1:29:14 hey AI what's happening it's Al I've 1:29:17 told you once I've told you a thousand 1:29:20 times it's Al as in Alison right AI 1:29:27 hi Ai 1:29:30 exactly oh 1:29:32 [Music] 1:29:36 man is the US going to stay a 1:29:38 competitive 1:29:41 Workforce wait if the us is going to 1:29:44 stay a competitive Workforce we have to 1:29:46 know how to use AI 1:29:50 yeah and and you know I was I was 1:29:53 sharing this with to a source camp today 1:29:55 I think there's going to 1:30:01 be I think it is very wise for anyone in 1:30:04 any any kind of company of any size or 1:30:08 for you to do it yourself personally is 1:30:11 really start to think about what are 1:30:14 the 1:30:17 attributes of people who are good with 1:30:20 AI they're 1:30:22 curious they're adventurous 1:30:25 um they're willing to take risks I guess 1:30:28 that's 1:30:28 adventurous um they're critical thinkers 1:30:32 they're problem solvers they've got a 1:30:34 sense of 1:30:38 play those skills are going to be more 1:30:41 important than tactical skills and so 1:30:45 right now would be a really good time to 1:30:48 start identifying people in your company 1:30:51 that have those 1:30:54 um 1:30:58 attributes rather than the specific 1:31:00 skills that they can copyright or they 1:31:02 can do this or they can do that find the 1:31:05 people who are going to be good at 1:31:06 adapting like adaptive is one of those I 1:31:08 wrote an article with Kevin Clark about 1:31:10 this about 3 or four months ago it's 1:31:13 called the era of 1:31:17 the the agile employee or the agile 1:31:22 person and then we wrote a companion in 1:31:24 peace the era of the agile company let 1:31:28 me see if I can go find that 1:32:05 here's rise of the agile 1:32:14 organization I think we have a link to 1:32:17 rise of the agile person at the bottom 1:32:19 of this yeah ra rise of the agile human 1:32:28 developing your aptitude is critical as 1:32:31 generative AI makes Knowledge and Skills 1:32:34 instantly 1:32:38 accessible and so here are the 1:32:41 components of being an agile human so so 1:32:44 imagine imagine putting together 1:32:48 trainings and ways to identify employees 1:32:51 that that are really good at these 1:32:53 skills they have curi 1:32:54 curiosity so what propels individuals to 1:32:57 explore Beyond ai's capabilities leading 1:33:00 to new discoveries they have 1:33:02 Drive they have 1:33:05 creativity they have critical 1:33:07 thinking they have discernment or taste 1:33:11 right so they can look at what the AI 1:33:13 produces and figure out what's good or 1:33:14 bad so they're good curators they have 1:33:17 judgment and they have 1:33:22 adaptability curios 1:33:25 Drive creativity creative thinking taste 1:33:30 judgment and 1:33:32 adaptability I have learned so fraking 1:33:35 much in the last six months satisfied my 1:33:37 Curiosities with AI I know isn't it 1:33:39 amazing 1:33:40 Joseph like it's 1:33:43 just like we went we went from a world 1:33:49 where in order for you to have I mean 1:33:51 this was this was Malcolm gladwell's 1:33:53 10,000 an hour rule 1:33:55 um if you wanted to do if you wanted to 1:33:58 be capable at 1:34:00 something you had to put in two or three 1:34:04 or four years depending on how much time 1:34:06 you could put in each day on 1:34:09 average and we're now at a place where 1:34:12 if I want to do something with 1:34:15 thermodynamics in in the 1:34:17 household I don't need to go get a 1:34:20 Physics degree to to do that I could be 1:34:22 doing thermodynamics experiment 1:34:24 experiments within an 1:34:25 hour like 1:34:27 that's that's 1:34:30 shockingly 1:34:32 powerful and I think for people in this 1:34:34 community it's including myself it's 1:34:37 easy to forget how remarkable that 1:34:41 is let's create a screening tool 1:34:44 questionnaire to identify our people I'm 1:34:46 totally down with that I'm totally down 1:34:48 with collaborating on that I think I 1:34:50 think that um and I'm I'm happy cuno if 1:34:52 you want um this pair of Articles rise 1:34:55 of the agile human and then rise of the 1:34:57 agile 1:34:58 organization um is a pair Oh I thought 1:35:00 we I thought we linked back to that 1:35:02 other thing here um but I'm happy to 1:35:06 contribute these articles to help put 1:35:09 that 1:35:10 together the agile organization what 1:35:13 does it do it empowers individuals 1:35:15 encourage employees to leverage AI in 1:35:17 day-to-day activities provide access to 1:35:20 AI tools and training that enhances 1:35:22 productivity and creativity Foster 1:35:24 internal process Innovation support 1:35:27 Skunk Works projects right that's some 1:35:29 of the stuff you're doing uh cuno 1:35:31 establish AI councils um drive external 1:35:35 Innovations develop AI inspired products 1:35:37 or services and then commit to full 1:35:40 transformation 1:35:43 initiatives so this is these are kind of 1:35:45 in order so just start out by saying hey 1:35:48 if anyone's interested in AI we 1:35:51 encourage you to go do that we'll pay 1:35:52 for your cat GPT Subs 1:35:55 description then you could maybe move up 1:35:57 to hey we bought everyone a license and 1:36:00 we're going to give classes on this I 1:36:02 need that article okay so let me go I'll 1:36:05 go grab both of these 1:36:06 articles 1:36:09 and let me go forward let me grab this 1:36:13 I'm going to go throw them in uh I guess 1:36:16 I'll throw them where should I throw 1:36:18 them 1:36:20 in why is that perplexity oh I don't 1:36:24 think it is okay I'll put them in 1:36:36 Irregulars oh that's not the right 1:36:51 thing copy 1:37:03 all right there's rise of the agile 1:37:09 human 1:37:13 um um for use 1:37:20 to create a 1:37:24 what did you say what did you call it 1:37:25 cuno um a questionnaire 1:37:40 a 1:37:44 AI capable 1:37:47 employees that's a good way to put it 1:37:49 because here's the thing the attributes 1:37:52 in this article AI 1:37:55 capable employees the attributes in 1:37:58 this article e okay post so let me post 1:38:03 that don't notify and then let me go 1:38:07 back to here and go back to the well so 1:38:10 let me just talk about this 1:38:13 um curiosity Drive creativity critical 1:38:17 thinking discernment or taste judgment 1:38:20 and adaptability 1:38:24 you could identify people in your 1:38:26 company right now that are not playing 1:38:29 with AI that do have these 1:38:35 attributes these 1:38:38 aptitudes and you could say hey we've 1:38:41 identified you as you as someone we 1:38:44 think could be really good at AI are you 1:38:46 down with experimenting and I guarantee 1:38:50 you half of them if they've got these 1:38:52 attributes I guarant guarantee you half 1:38:55 of them are probably secretly AI 1:38:58 literate I bet that's the case so anyway 1:39:02 so there's that article let me grab the 1:39:04 other one 1:39:09 now and I'll put that in here as well 1:39:13 I'll do this as a as a comment on this 1:39:15 first 1:39:19 one so we'll just 1:39:22 say here here's 1:39:28 the 1:39:29 companion 1:39:38 article all 1:39:42 right for use to create a questionnaire 1:39:44 to identify AI capable 1:39:49 employees or as Allison says Al capable 1:39:53 Al capable employees I think also 1:39:56 resilient resiliency who aren't easily 1:39:58 flumed by Jen yeah that's good that's 1:40:00 adaptability I I would throw that under 1:40:02 adaptability but yeah resiliency is a 1:40:04 good one I think bravery and courage is 1:40:06 another one that's probably in there I 1:40:08 think you could you could also take uh 1:40:10 cuno you could take the um the values of 1:40:15 the AI Salon are probably something that 1:40:18 would be good contributing documents to 1:40:21 this 1:40:24 where is 1:40:29 it so there's curiosity 1:40:33 playfulness empathy I think empathy is a 1:40:35 big one CU large language models are all 1:40:38 about language right and understanding 1:40:42 humans bravery willingness to jump off 1:40:45 the cliff 1:40:48 generosity so I think I think there's 1:40:51 some language there that could help as 1:40:52 well yeah that's cool idea really cool 1:40:55 cuno I now know the difference between a 1:40:56 mountain and a 1:40:57 [Laughter] 1:41:00 hill 1:41:05 uh we should totally incorporate the 1:41:07 Myers Briggs reset codes oh results 1:41:11 codes yeah that's good every time I use 1:41:14 AI I keep thinking it's for me 1:41:17 today wait every time oh every time I 1:41:19 see AI I keep thinking it's for me yeah 1:41:22 exactly EX exactly that's that's a 1:41:25 really unfortunate nickname well it's 1:41:26 fortunate or unfortunate right 1:41:28 everyone's going to look at you and have 1:41:29 an opinion now oh oh she's into AI she's 1:41:33 she's so into AI That's what she calls 1:41:35 herself that's a little 1:41:38 nervy uh it's not AI it's 1:41:41 Al 1:41:43 oh right that's an L right I forgot it 1:41:48 could be spelled like that 1:42:01 when I'm wearing my meta glasses my kids 1:42:03 just say ask your glasses that's 1:42:07 hilarious that's really 1:42:13 cool yeah oh the other thing my other 1:42:15 request here back to the salon 1:42:17 announcements if you could add add any 1:42:20 stories about how how AI um affects you 1:42:23 or impacts you um if you've got any 1:42:25 stories about your kids like how your 1:42:27 kids are using it or you know cool 1:42:30 things you've done for your kids whether 1:42:31 it's the the alphabet book that Brandon 1:42:34 did or you know any anything that's 1:42:36 about connecting connecting with your 1:42:38 kids there could be something powerful 1:42:48 there I'm worried about some people are 1:42:50 going to think I'm above myself I would 1:42:52 say just lean into it 1:42:55 Al hi I'm 1:43:00 AI actually that could be really good 1:43:02 you can just start in just start 1:43:04 correcting people uh listen yeah uh it's 1:43:07 Allison uh my name's AI it's short for 1:43:09 Allison isn't it isn't Al short for 1:43:11 Allison not anymore no no it's it's 1:43:19 AI I used to call myself Al but that's 1:43:22 so tired now now I'm AI 1:43:27 hi I think you could have fun with that 1:43:30 my cousin married 1:43:33 Al uh or senior El elderly relatives 1:43:37 yeah that would be 1:43:38 great when are we going to stop the eye 1:43:42 on eye 1:43:44 violence if only there were alternative 1:43:47 shapes I know 1:43:50 right it's pretty good 1:43:54 oh man confus the life out of everyone 1:43:57 AI is asking about AI 1:44:02 what oh man all right who's got any 1:44:04 questions what time is it it's oh it's 1:44:06 9:44 I got I got a little bit more time 1:44:09 um I want to go watch a movie we got a 1:44:11 movie teed up so I'm going to watch a 1:44:12 movie what's going on with the rabbit 1:44:14 here anything 1:44:17 interesting is it supposed to be hot all 1:44:19 weekend here in Denver 1:44:24 checking weekend weather in Denver now 1:44:27 yes it will be hot in Denver this 1:44:28 weekend Saturday we'll reach 101° 1:44:38 F that's cool they got little weather 1:44:42 display [ __ ] in 1:44:48 there what's a tasty hot weather treat 1:44:54 let me 1:44:56 think uh 100 cam 1:45:04 katkin a refreshing option for hot 1:45:06 weather is a fruit 1:45:18 sorbet the image you just showed me 1:45:20 looks like some sort of fruit sorbet 1:45:22 around a cake 1:45:27 I'm glad you found the image appealing 1:45:29 if you have any more questions or need 1:45:30 assistance feel free to 1:45:45 ask make me an image of a guy that looks 1:45:50 like Alec Baldwin wearing 1:45:54 square glasses on the steps of the 1:45:57 capital in Washington 1:45:59 DC generating now this will take a bit 1:46:03 so this is going off to Mid Journey I've 1:46:05 got my mid Journey hooked up to this 1:46:06 thing so it's gone off and generating a 1:46:07 mid-journey 1:46:12 image is the latest chat GPT worth 1:46:14 noodling with it's beyond worth noodling 1:46:17 with you should pay the 20 bucks and you 1:46:19 should just start using you should 1:46:21 really learn what it can 1:46:24 it can 1:46:25 do it's got Vision so you can upload 1:46:28 images to it and'll analyze those images 1:46:31 and that could be everything from what 1:46:33 kind of plant is this 1:46:35 to um interpret the notes and sketches 1:46:38 on this whiteboard and organized them 1:46:40 for me to I've done it with like a whole 1:46:43 wall of Post-it notes I took a giant 1:46:45 picture of that and it organized it all 1:46:47 and put it in tables um you should learn 1:46:49 code interpreter the Advanced Data 1:46:51 analysis that it can do where it can 1:46:53 write and execute 1:46:55 code um your images have been 1:46:58 successfully 1:47:00 generated how do I see them 1:47:03 oh here's 1:47:08 here's oh that one kind of looks like me 1:47:10 with a 1:47:11 beard that's kind of that's kind of in 1:47:14 the 1:47:17 hood there's there there's what I look 1:47:20 like in my mind 1:47:28 that's probably closer to the well 1:47:30 that's if I were skinny that's the 1:47:32 skinny version of 1:47:34 me what would Pi say in Washington I 1:47:38 don't 1:47:39 know this is kind of 1:47:41 cool this ability to to make mid Journey 1:47:44 images just in this thing is actually 1:47:46 pretty 1:47:50 slick can you tell me your latest 1:47:52 features 1:47:56 I can assist with a variety of tasks 1:47:59 such as answering questions providing 1:48:01 information on a wide range of topics 1:48:03 generating images and more if you have a 1:48:06 specific request or need help with 1:48:08 something feel free to 1:48:11 ask I want you to tell me what your 1:48:13 latest updates are do you have any 1:48:15 software updates you can 1:48:19 share I don't have the ability to 1:48:21 provide realtime updates or information 1:48:23 on software updates if you have any 1:48:25 other questions or need assistance feel 1:48:27 free to 1:48:30 ask um have they added any actions to 1:48:34 the lamb they added one they added a 1:48:38 new a new 1:48:42 service hang 1:48:48 on rabbit hole 1:48:53 I beg your pardon sir did you just call 1:48:55 me a rabbit 1:48:58 hole connections they've got Spotify 1:49:02 Apple music now Uber door Dash mid 1:49:06 journey and sunno let me connect myso 1:49:09 account oh this could be fun actually 1:49:12 you know what sunno is a really 1:49:13 interesting 1:49:14 one suo is a really interesting 1:49:18 one oh this is the thing where oh this 1:49:20 remember this is the one where the the 1:49:22 programmers are too lazy and they didn't 1:49:24 they didn't incorporate the uh the full 1:49:26 API of the the Google single signin 1:49:30 [ __ ] so I've got to 1:49:33 go hang 1:49:40 on so instead of like being able to use 1:49:44 my password manager natively here I have 1:49:46 to go out and get it and you're like 1:49:50 well that's fairly trivial Kai 1:49:55 um 1:50:02 Google might be trivial to you oh yeah I 1:50:04 can't paste in it that's what it is I 1:50:07 can't paste it your password in this 1:50:09 form I'm like you got to be kidding me 1:50:12 all right so here you're going to look 1:50:13 at the wall while I actually look at 1:50:16 what my password is this is [ __ ] 1:50:19 ridiculous 1:50:23 let me just make sure that I'm not 1:50:24 showing you my password okay got it got 1:50:41 it what 1:50:57 that's not 1:50:59 wrong 1:51:04 huh 1:51:06 oh no it is wrong hang on hang on people 1:51:11 calm down 1:51:46 okay I think that's 1:51:51 right check your device 1:51:56 I think that's 1:51:59 right check your 1:52:03 device 1:52:05 okay wait I already checked it oh come 1:52:10 on 1:52:12 okay wait I already checked it oh come 1:52:15 on good 1:52:19 Lord Okay so 1:52:23 so that's that's that's all they've 1:52:25 added to this and by the way we did find 1:52:28 out from 1:52:29 these developers I was going to say 1:52:31 [ __ ] but that's not fair that their 1:52:35 their large action models is it's it's 1:52:37 really just macros as far as I can tell 1:52:39 and they obviously they're not adding 1:52:40 lots of them so I don't think it's easy 1:52:43 to add 1:52:46 them make me a song about how 1:52:49 frustrating it is when people don't 1:52:51 completely incorporate at single sign on 1:52:54 protocols and only half 1:52:57 asset stay tuned I'll prepare a few 1:53:00 options for 1:53:03 you ah we're going to have some music 1:53:06 people about their shitty signon 1:53:11 experience it's it's 1:53:14 unbelievable to me 1:53:19 how 1:53:21 um how develop ERS who 1:53:24 like who's missing there a QA person 1:53:34 wait not twice your promise don't suff 1:53:39 halfway done a 1:53:42 nice one that's a dream but it's 1:53:51 harder new 1:53:59 it's kind a billy Elish 1:54:17 VI hey look this 1:54:26 this is the um the holder that Vicki 1:54:28 printed me and look it's got a sweet 1:54:30 little set of holes in the back so when 1:54:33 I play 1:54:43 it all right there you go 1:54:50 people so yes the rabbit is fine F I am 1:54:54 I am I am as happy with the rabbit as I 1:54:56 thought I would 1:54:58 be they still got to get their [ __ ] 1:55:01 together and fix their software but you 1:55:05 know I listen that device is going to 1:55:09 make me happy like 3 years from now four 1:55:11 years from 1:55:12 now when it can still sort of do 1:55:15 something using janky old pieces of 1:55:17 software cuz they got you know they 1:55:19 couldn't figure out how to make money 1:55:23 ah what movie Y watching tonight I 1:55:26 didn't actually pay attention to it so I 1:55:27 don't know I like the first one yeah the 1:55:29 first one was pretty good password of 1:55:32 [Laughter] 1:55:35 passwords oh man Keeny Alec Baldwin yeah 1:55:38 actually Alec Baldwin uh he got 1:55:40 acquitted today they dropped his uh 1:55:42 manslaughter case today because of bad 1:55:46 prosecutorial um evidence handling so 1:55:50 good for him all right um let's see 1:55:55 anybody have any questions anybody have 1:55:56 anything else they want me to cover 1:55:58 before I take off this fine Friday 1:56:03 night like when you find your old 1:56:05 Walkman in the kitchen drawer that happy 1:56:07 exactly Vicki exactly but mine will mine 1:56:10 is always going to be right there like I 1:56:13 don't see any reason to get rid of 1:56:16 it oh you want to see something cool 1:56:18 that I have ADD moment 1:56:25 so I like garage sailing and I went to a 1:56:28 garage sale once 1:56:30 and in it was this box and in this 1:56:36 box 1:56:38 are from May 1:56:50 1937 photographic 1:56:57 negatives is this two or one is this two 1:56:59 stuck together 1:57:06 no and they're like really kind of cool 1:57:10 Arty photographic 1:57:13 negatives and I didn't know what I was 1:57:17 going to do with them but now I'm 1:57:19 thinking 1:57:23 I get them all 1:57:25 scanned and those would be kickass 1:57:29 kickass mid Journey starting images 1:57:32 right or AI starting 1:57:37 images of it of 1:57:41 Atlanta 1:57:43 law and Eva 1:57:46 Jean's 1:57:48 evae delers on the 1:58:02 something with 1:58:05 policemen Helen's house 1:58:07 Etc with policemen 1:58:11 wild and there's like I don't know over 1:58:14 a hundred in here there's probably 1:58:17 150 200 of these things 1:58:28 here's a letter from Franklin 1:58:33 Roosevelt uh let's 1:58:38 see 1:58:40 says grateful memory of private first 1:58:43 class 1:58:44 Donald J 1:58:47 Wilson who died in service of his 1:58:50 country 1:59:01 huh 1:59:03 wild 1:59:05 wild that kind of shit's cool isn't 1:59:08 it crazy so anyway there's a 1:59:14 project if anybody if anybody knows any 1:59:17 good scanner place that isn't a [ __ ] 1:59:19 fortune let me know 1:59:22 I've been pondering 1:59:24 examples of a billion dooll oneperson 1:59:27 company coming up 1:59:29 blank yeah I well Teton skier I think 1:59:32 it's I think the the reason you may be 1:59:35 coming up blank 1:59:38 is thinking about it in the context 1:59:46 of you having to do something 1:59:49 individually that would be worth a 1:59:51 billion dollars what if you think of it 1:59:53 more like 1:59:55 this if we get to level five of open 1:59:59 ai's AGI thing so let me go find that 2:00:04 that thing on 2:00:18 X 2:00:20 okay so so this is what came out from an 2:00:23 internal this was kind of leaked to 2:00:25 Bloomberg from a from an open AI 2:00:27 employee from an internal meeting that 2:00:30 open AI sees There is five levels of 2:00:34 AGI we're currently playing with level 2:00:37 one chatbots AI with conversational 2:00:40 language that's what we're playing with 2:00:42 right now level two apparently they're 2:00:45 very very close to it internally or they 2:00:47 have some version of it 2:00:49 internally um my guess is that we'll 2:00:52 probably see that end of this year 2:00:55 beginning of next year but that's called 2:00:58 reasoners and reasoners are human level 2:01:01 problem solving now not just any human 2:01:04 level problem solving you're like well 2:01:05 chat jpt can solve problems now no no no 2:01:08 it can't solve problems it can come up 2:01:10 with guesses and you know single little 2:01:12 things that you can conol it with 2:01:15 reasoning what they're talking about 2:01:17 here is that this is going to be as good 2:01:19 at problem solving as a PhD level 2:01:23 student at any 2:01:25 topic so that's level two then level 2:01:29 three is you've got agents which are 2:01:31 systems that can take action so not only 2:01:33 can they solve problems at PhD level you 2:01:36 know um Mastery they can now take 2:01:39 actions on your 2:01:41 behalf then level four is innovators so 2:01:45 I see that as kind of a parallel to 2:01:46 agent is is innovators is probably just 2:01:49 reasoning sort of kicked up a notch and 2:01:52 and then level five is 2:01:54 organizations and and this is where I 2:01:56 think the idea of a billion dooll 2:01:59 company really starts to come to life 2:02:01 imagine if it weren't just you but if 2:02:03 you had a thousand employees you you had 2:02:06 the resources of a thousand 2:02:09 employees at your disposal and you 2:02:11 didn't have to figure out to tell them 2:02:13 what to do you could let your PhD 2:02:17 level 2:02:19 reasoners that can also take action and 2:02:21 invent new things you can let these 2:02:25 entities form an organization on your 2:02:28 behalf and go spin up a 2:02:32 business that's what they're talking 2:02:33 about when they're talking about a 2:02:34 single person billion dollar business 2:02:37 it's more like a a single CEO thousand 2:02:41 person business except there's no 2:02:42 thousand people they're all AI 2:02:46 agents 2:02:48 so crazy 2:02:50 right you can make money let cing my 2:02:53 [Laughter] 2:02:56 time I'm so ready for this I know 2:03:00 right so 2:03:10 cool latest afternoon here I have to go 2:03:13 and do at least one thing today okay 2:03:15 peace out Al AI I we're just gonna start 2:03:20 calling you AI from now I don't think 2:03:21 you can because you've made a big deal 2:03:24 of it I personally can't call you Al 2:03:27 anymore so welcome to your new name and 2:03:29 I would encourage you to start 2:03:30 correcting people and asking them to 2:03:32 call you AI from now on have a good 2:03:40 day Allison you mind if I call you Al 2:03:43 for short H I prefer 2:03:46 AI uh when friends and family ask me 2:03:49 what I want for birthday Christmas Etc I 2:03:51 always say staff 2:03:55 exactly 2:03:58 yeah I mean when chaty PT has reasoning 2:04:01 and and instead of like saying like I 2:04:04 want you to come up with 2:04:06 a framework to help me do this to help 2:04:09 me do 2:04:10 that you can just go like here's a 2:04:13 problem I'm having solve it and then it 2:04:17 will reason and it will create 2:04:19 Frameworks and it'll come up with [ __ ] 2:04:23 it just initially it won't be able to 2:04:25 take action but it'll be able to solve 2:04:27 problems like on a on a profoundly 2:04:31 powerful level for any 2:04:36 subject and then when we get to level 2:04:38 four when it's inventing [ __ ] you're 2:04:40 like uh yeah my kids have chronic lyme 2:04:42 disease why don't we go ahead and cure 2:04:44 that that would be 2:04:48 nice and then about the time it comes up 2:04:50 with the cure for Lyme disease is like 2:04:52 could we turn this into a company now 2:04:54 sure let me spin up a 100 agents to get 2:04:57 this thing 2:04:58 [Laughter] 2:05:00 started [ __ ] Bonkers [ __ ] Bonkers 2:05:06 man five levels to track the progress of 2:05:09 AGI and they think they're currently 2:05:11 near level two 2:05:14 reasoners crazy all right I'm going to 2:05:17 go um if you're new here go to the AI 2:05:21 Salon check it out the salon. click on 2:05:23 the top link tomorrow Vicky and Leah and 2:05:27 I are going to be building I mean well 2:05:30 it's already built we're going to refine 2:05:33 and 2:05:34 launch the website that's going to live 2:05:38 here so that's 2:05:40 good 2:05:42 um we're also working with Daisy 2:05:45 tomorrow on some of the political stuff 2:05:46 which is kind of 2:05:50 fun and and then we got we got we're 2:05:53 working on plans we got there's a lot of 2:05:54 stuff going on here anyway go here click 2:05:57 on the top link that says AI Salon 2:06:00 community and check it out and join it 2:06:03 it doesn't cost 2:06:05 anything you cynical 2:06:08 bastards oh he's just trying to make 2:06:10 money selling his community I knew this 2:06:13 I knew that's what these channels are 2:06:14 like you come in here and they act like 2:06:15 they're out friendly and then they're 2:06:16 trying to sell you into their Community 2:06:18 I don't give a [ __ ] just go there 2:06:22 go there sign up here's the cost of 2:06:26 Entry introduce yourself in the in the 2:06:29 community section first tab says 2:06:31 introduce yourself go do 2:06:34 that it's good for our community for 2:06:37 that activity and it's going to be good 2:06:39 for you all right 2:06:42 I got 2:06:45 it all 2:06:47 right um the other way you can support 2:06:50 this channel is follow me follow 2:06:55 me you can subscribe to the lives which 2:06:59 is direct financial support you could 2:07:01 also buy the video series that's in the 2:07:04 corner there called under or yeah 2:07:06 underhyped cuz I think AI is actually 2:07:08 underhyped not overhyped Lord digital 2:07:10 Gods thank you so much for the kind 2:07:13 heres very nice heres sa 2:07:18 s um and then the final way you can 2:07:22 support the channel is just keep coming 2:07:24 back here life's tough it's tougher when 2:07:26 you're stupid they need that needs to be 2:07:28 1 second longer I could finish that line 2:07:31 Thank You Lord ton or Teton skier 2:07:35 um I'm here five nights a week for 2:07:38 around 2 hours sometimes three sometimes 2:07:40 one and a half but I probably average 2:07:42 two hours a night five nights a 2:07:45 week 2:07:48 um the reason to come back here other 2:07:51 than you know supermodel good looks 2:07:54 personality the charm the 2:07:57 tupay um is 2:08:00 that these nightly sessions become like 2:08:03 a jam session a collaborative kind of 2:08:05 jam session where people are sharing 2:08:07 things on the AI Salon answering each 2:08:09 other's questions giving each other 2:08:11 ideas saying hey we should do a 2:08:13 thing 2:08:15 um when you come here night after night 2:08:18 what it does for you is it keeps you in 2:08:19 the conversation about generative AI 2:08:22 keeps you in the conversation about wait 2:08:24 how am I thinking about this am I 2:08:25 thinking about this you know um like I'm 2:08:30 in the middle of a transition right now 2:08:32 away 2:08:34 from defaulting to using my brain so 2:08:37 much which I know sounds really [ __ ] 2:08:41 weird but what I've come to realize is 2:08:45 thank you very much Drew I appreciate 2:08:46 that what I've come to realize 2:08:50 is my brain's really 2:08:54 inefficient if I want to come up with 20 2:08:56 ideas I listen I have prided myself over 2:08:59 the years my brain is 2:09:01 fast I'm I'm a good synthesizer I can 2:09:04 take I can take very flimsy information 2:09:07 and synthesize it very quickly I can 2:09:09 come up with ideas I can ideate I can 2:09:12 refine I can make 2:09:14 decisions and it's just [ __ ] 2:09:17 slow and so I'm in the middle of a 2:09:20 transition right now of anytime there's 2:09:22 like a an opportunity to to think or 2:09:26 innovate where oh thank you Silver Fox 2:09:28 very cool appreciate that where the 2:09:31 first thing I think is oh I know I've 2:09:34 got to engage my big fat creative 2:09:39 brain and then I go oh no I don't and I 2:09:43 go to chat GPT and I say here's the 2:09:45 problem here's the thing give me 20 2:09:46 ideas and bang there's 20 ideas I'm like 2:09:48 I hate those ideas give me 20 more bang 2:09:50 there's 20 more I'm like okay I like 2:09:52 these three give me 20 more based on 2:09:55 those three Bang there they are and then 2:09:57 out of those 20 two or three are really 2:09:59 [ __ ] good and now I'm off to the 2:10:02 races right so and I'm still using my 2:10:05 brain but I'm just using it for curation 2:10:08 and refinement and big idea strategy 2:10:11 stuff rather than spending that Creative 2:10:13 Energy on the blocking and tackling of 2:10:18 ideation it's [ __ ] it's it's like 2:10:20 miraculous 2:10:22 but I've got 59 [ __ ] years of 2:10:25 defaulting to using this 2:10:28 thing Drew Drew uh AI just resubscribed 2:10:32 thank you very much Drew I appreciate 2:10:35 that I mean that's [ __ ] wild like 2:10:39 what are the implications of that I you 2:10:41 know what I mean like I think about this 2:10:43 AI stuff I think like from an 2:10:45 evolutionary standpoint this [ __ ] is 2:10:48 absolutely altering my brain in a good 2:10:52 way there's a couple of things it's 2:10:56 doing one is I 2:10:59 don't I don't get so mired 2:11:02 down in the details of of creative 2:11:06 generation which spends a lot of energy 2:11:09 and and kind 2:11:11 of lowers my output because I'm spending 2:11:14 high level Creative Energy on low-level 2:11:18 outputs the other thing that that CH gbt 2:11:22 in particular did but but most of the 2:11:24 large language models with the exception 2:11:25 of Moshi um are programmed to be very 2:11:29 very supportive like very 2:11:33 supportive 2:11:35 and it's taken me a while to get used to 2:11:38 the idea that any idea I put out into 2:11:42 chat 2:11:43 GPT what I get back is positive 2:11:48 reinforcement that's weird like I love 2:11:51 New York one of the things I love about 2:11:52 New York is you put an idea out there 2:11:55 and if someone in the room thinks it's a 2:11:57 shitty idea they'll be like that's a 2:11:59 shitty idea I actually like that better 2:12:01 than yeah that's nice that's nice yeah 2:12:05 that's nice you can see on their face 2:12:07 they [ __ ] hate it 2:12:08 right you never get that from chat GPT 2:12:11 what you get from chat GPT is that's an 2:12:13 awesome idea let's expand 2:12:15 that there's a thing in improv theater 2:12:18 called you know yes and 2:12:21 right where you never say no but you 2:12:25 always say yes 2:12:28 and and that's what chat GPT 2:12:31 is and there's something about 2:12:33 brainstorming in a fully yes and 2:12:38 environment that is altering my brain 2:12:40 it's giving me more confidence it's my 2:12:43 work is getting better I'm putting out 2:12:45 more work I'm not as afraid to put it 2:12:48 out because like I've already thought it 2:12:51 through vetted it in creating it with 2:12:54 this 2:12:56 partner so if you haven't dug in with 2:12:59 this stuff join the AI Salon start 2:13:01 hanging out with people start coming 2:13:03 back here and hanging out with this been 2:13:05 thinking AI sharpens the brains and will 2:13:08 help us oldtimers beat dementia yeah 2:13:11 black I I think that's the case my dad 2:13:13 died of dementia and it and it's I think 2:13:15 even if if we end up succumbing to 2:13:18 dementia 2:13:20 imagine so two years from now probably 2:13:23 sooner than 2:13:25 that it's going to be triv trivially 2:13:31 easy for us all to create digital twins 2:13:34 of ourselves that can just have a 2:13:37 conversation with someone so imagine a 2:13:39 family being able to kind of do a a 2:13:43 video 2:13:44 interview where where they describe 2:13:46 their family history and who they are 2:13:48 and what their relationship was with 2:13:51 Grandpa 2:13:53 and stories about Grandpa and then 2:13:57 Grandpa could 2:13:58 have an iPad or like a little talking 2:14:01 head thing that's got all of his family 2:14:04 members in it that that he can talk to 2:14:07 24/7 that have infinite patience know 2:14:10 all the stories know him and can talk to 2:14:15 him like we are within two years of that 2:14:19 as a real product 2:14:22 like we could mock that up right now 2:14:26 right that's a that's a mockable product 2:14:28 right 2:14:30 now what a [ __ ] 2:14:33 gift and you know if someone's been 2:14:35 diagnosed with with early Alzheimers 2:14:37 with early 2:14:40 dementia you can capture all their 2:14:42 stories while they're still 2:14:45 there and then as those things go 2:14:49 away be able to 2:14:52 talk to that 2:14:54 person have some of those memories 2:14:56 captured and live I I I find that 2:14:59 [ __ ] remarkable neuralink and AI is 2:15:02 going to be a complete Game Changer yeah 2:15:03 did you see the the the uncomfortable 2:15:06 interview with Elon Musk and four other 2:15:07 people all dressed in black sitting in 2:15:09 that like really 2:15:10 tight tight framing of the video where 2:15:13 they're talking about neuralink and 2:15:15 they're talking 2:15:16 about like like a um a quadriplegic or 2:15:21 or something like that where they you 2:15:22 know they have no use of their arms 2:15:24 where they can basically take the arm of 2:15:26 an Optimus robot and just sort 2:15:28 of plop it on their shoulder and with 2:15:32 neuralink Bluetooth that they now have a 2:15:35 functional 2:15:37 hand they can scratch their face they 2:15:40 can drink water they can eat food they 2:15:46 can again we're within like 2 years of 2:15:49 that like that's trials right 2:15:55 now good 2:15:57 Lord the 2:16:00 accessibility cam keken in here uses 2:16:03 this technology it is 2:16:06 incredibly empowering for 2:16:11 her it's just we're we're just in 2:16:14 remarkable times like we we are in in my 2:16:17 opinion this is the beginning of what's 2:16:19 going to be an evolutionary shift 2:16:22 in how our brains work how we interact 2:16:26 as 2:16:29 humans and I know that sounds like fuu 2:16:32 right now cuz you're like well the thing 2:16:34 can barely Spell correctly it makes all 2:16:37 these mistakes and the the songs sound 2:16:40 terrible and the images have hands like 2:16:43 this what what are you talking about 2:16:45 evolutionary 2:16:50 profundity start playing with these 2:16:52 tools if you haven't dug into AI like 2:16:54 really dug into 2:16:55 it like really dug into 2:16:58 it 2:17:02 like here here's a here's a framing that 2:17:04 might be fun rather than think I have to 2:17:07 learn 2:17:08 AI what if you reframe it as I get to 2:17:12 learn 2:17:18 AI we live at a remarkable time in 2:17:21 history where we're here at the 2:17:23 beginning of whatever the [ __ ] this 2:17:25 thing's going to become we get to play 2:17:28 with AI I've been looking at AI for a 2:17:31 decade and for most of that decade I'd 2:17:35 see a press release from Google it's 2:17:36 like you can now play with tensor flow 2:17:38 and it's really easy and then I'd go try 2:17:40 to play with tensor flow and it would 2:17:42 talk to me about mathematical weights 2:17:44 and algebraic equations and and I'm like 2:17:46 oh God that's that seems like math still 2:17:51 and then November 30th 2022 chat GPT 2:17:55 launches and you don't need math anymore 2:17:57 we get to play with this stuff we get to 2:18:00 play with this 2:18:03 stuff play with AI as if you're lucky to 2:18:08 be alive at this time in 2:18:11 history and you'll some you'll discover 2:18:13 some [ __ ] you'll have maybe your first 2:18:15 Kevin mallister moment 2:18:22 and after you have one or two of those 2:18:23 or three of those maybe you can't come 2:18:26 back you turn into a [ __ ] weirdo like 2:18:29 me who goes live five nights a week on 2:18:32 [ __ ] Tik Tok at 2:18:34 59 I absolutely think about it as a gift 2:18:37 to be able to learn a Ai and be um and 2:18:40 be [ __ ] young enough to understand I 2:18:43 think that's what you meant by the 2:18:44 double quote marks there yeah 2:18:48 exactly it's remarkable 2:18:51 it's remarkable anyway all right I got 2:18:54 to 2:18:55 go um who's in here Silver Fox in the 2:18:58 house tonight Joey Teton skier Brandon 2:19:02 thank you so much great ideas tonight 2:19:04 Gemini spammed me of course Steve H good 2:19:07 to see you black ice thanks for coming 2:19:09 in we are literally on our way to 2:19:10 becoming an altered carbon yep world 2:19:13 engines plus sore plus neurolink yep I 2:19:15 know it's [ __ ] Bonkers Drew Drew 2:19:18 dialing in from Down Under Mr it good 2:19:21 good to see you Alpha dude um Drew 2:19:24 learning AI also coming in 20,000 we are 2:19:28 at uh 16 wait 18,000 we'll get the 2:19:35 20,000 uh thank you Brandon cam Ken 2:19:37 great to see you Stephen good to see you 2:19:41 Steve 2:19:44 h d Vicky in the house thank you mods 2:19:48 tonight thank you Irregulars for all you 2:19:50 do and for showing up all the time Sarah 2:19:53 good to see you can we create a small 2:19:55 video using your 2:19:56 presentation Kyle can we create a small 2:19:59 video using our 2:20:03 presentation I don't know what hour 2:20:05 presentation means but sure I don't know 2:20:08 what that means Mr it uh but we we'll 2:20:10 check in on that tomorrow all right or 2:20:12 or Monday so I'm off tomorrow and Sunday 2:20:15 I will see you Monday so play this 2:20:18 weekend do some playing do some building 2:20:21 connect with people um talk about this 2:20:24 stuff that you're learning okay it will 2:20:27 serve you promise peace out good night 2:20:31 hope you had fun tonight I will see you 2:20:34 Monday night bye
