365. 1:13:53and creatively you know building and and asking questions and teaching and learning and all that sort of
366. 1:14:02stuff and so talking about AI optimism in the face of AI fear is is a big a big uh a big part of it July 24th is the
367. 1:14:16date so it's myself and 11 other um entrepreneurs from AI companies I'm starting a campaign to not reflect
368. 1:14:27even a single incumbent not to elect I assume even a single incumbent AI learning lab might be late that night uh AI learning lab probably
369. 1:14:38won't happen that night unless I stay there's there's a possibility I might stay for a a half day to do some
370. 1:14:44meetings but we'll see um but yeah so this is kind of a big deal now little me as me to Washington

380. 1:16:37he explained the situation and said what they were looking for and chat gbt came up with this brilliant performance-based compensation
381. 1:16:45model and Jim's going to now potentially adopt that as a differentiator in the marketplace that's generously leading
382. 1:16:56here here's what stingy leadership would have looked like or here's what stinginess would have looked like that
383. 1:17:00client asked the question and Jim either on the side or Jim would have said well I've got something like that let me
384. 1:17:08write that up for you would have hung up the phone gone to chat GPT written it up and then you know called him back and said look what I
385. 1:17:16invented right that's stingy but Jim did was said I don't know but you know what I got a good assistant here [ __ ]
386. 1:17:26shared his screen and showed them how he got there and in doing that got the client and potentially got himself a new
387. 1:17:35differentiator in the marketplace for his industry how cool is that that's generous leadership generously
388. 1:17:44lead so when you go to the AI Salon if you go to about the salon you'll see this AI Salon journey to AI literacy play first
389. 1:17:55mindfully create generously lead play first is you can't possibly learn this there's too much of it it's it's changing too
390. 1:18:08fast it's it's all over the place now it's music now it's films now it's videos now it's animations now it's 3D
391. 1:18:15worlds now it's this now it's that it's code interpreter so just play let your instincts just guide you what to play with and when you find
392. 1:18:25something that you resonate with oh that's really cool let me do more of that dig deeper there so that's phase
393. 1:18:31one phase two now that you have your hands around some skills probably a large language model or two probably an
394. 1:18:38image generation tool or two maybe some other things move into mindfully create where you're either going to build something
395. 1:18:48or solve a problem or start an art project or write an alph ET book for your kids to teach them about Ai and technology and

451. 1:30:32they're problem solvers they've got a sense of play those skills are going to be more important than tactical skills and so
452. 1:30:44right now would be a really good time to start identifying people in your company that have those um attributes rather than the specific
453. 1:31:00skills that they can copyright or they can do this or they can do that find the people who are going to be good at
454. 1:31:05adapting like adaptive is one of those I wrote an article with Kevin Clark about this about 3 or four months ago it's called the era of
455. 1:31:16the the agile employee or the agile person and then we wrote a companion in peace the era of the agile company let
456. 1:31:27me see if I can go find that
457. 1:32:04here's rise of the agile organization I think we have a link to rise of the agile person at the bottom
458. 1:32:18of this yeah ra rise of the agile human developing your aptitude is critical as generative AI makes Knowledge and Skills

460. 1:32:47trainings and ways to identify employees that that are really good at these skills they have curi curiosity so what propels individuals to
461. 1:32:57explore Beyond ai's capabilities leading to new discoveries they have Drive they have creativity they have critical
462. 1:33:07thinking they have discernment or taste right so they can look at what the AI produces and figure out what's good or
463. 1:33:14bad so they're good curators they have judgment and they have adaptability curios Drive creativity creative thinking taste
464. 1:33:29judgment and adaptability I have learned so fraking much in the last six months satisfied my Curiosities with AI I know isn't it amazing
465. 1:33:40Joseph like it's just like we went we went from a world where in order for you to have I mean this was this was Malcolm gladwell's
466. 1:33:5310,000 an hour rule um if you wanted to do if you wanted to be capable at something you had to put in two or three
467. 1:34:03or four years depending on how much time you could put in each day on average and we're now at a place where if I want to do something with
468. 1:34:14thermodynamics in in the household I don't need to go get a Physics degree to to do that I could be doing thermodynamics experiment
469. 1:34:23experiments within an hour like that's that's shockingly powerful and I think for people in this community it's including myself it's
470. 1:34:37easy to forget how remarkable that is let's create a screening tool questionnaire to identify our people I'm
471. 1:34:46totally down with that I'm totally down with collaborating on that I think I think that um and I'm I'm happy cuno if
