22. 5:22that video declare Bob is a variable and how Sally and the kids is a variable and then have a spreadsheet of a bunch of
23. 5:29other people with their first name and the personal salutation to them or the the personal topic to talk about and it
24. 5:38will automatically make all those videos and then send them an email with with the thumbnail of the video of me talking to
25. 5:48them and and you can hook it to um hair growth geek from in here I don't know if she's in here right now but um I talked
26. 5:56to her today and she said after last night she hooked it to her they've got like the part of their sales funnel or part of their part of
27. 6:03something in their funnel is a form and people fill out the form and so rather than sending them back an email she's
28. 6:11now sending them a video of her going hey thanks for checking in based on based on the fact that you have a
29. 6:18receding hairline and are you know a man over 60 or whatever like I don't know what her form is but she's taken the
30. 6:26inputs of those forms and then she talks to them and she said she's been getting emails back of people going thank you so
31. 6:36much for taking the time to to send me that email so I don't think they're particularly realistic I think they're a
32. 6:43little uncanny valley right now but it's pretty slick it's pretty slick makes it easy so that's that a human being hey hey good

44. 8:59video that was a thing that was announced yesterday last week or no earlier this week D- announced realtime avatars which
45. 9:11is like you create a chat application and someone types questions and then you talk to them so that's coming I signed up for
46. 9:21the wait list for that I don't I don't think I got on that but I can demo both of those but I'll show you I'll show you
47. 9:27some products I put together for my comp Story vine that leverage this technology and it's it's pretty slick let me go what do I want to do

75. 14:47things that I've built for Story vine um including this new thing that that um that we've built that uh is really
76. 14:58cool and we have a cool name for it now so I'm excited about that trying to think if I should share it or
77. 15:05not the name I think I'm I'll hold on to the name cuz names are weird but I like it all right is this

79. 15:37out well I have here's here's my problem with group tabs Pate is that you have to maintain the groups and so I end up with
80. 15:46some groups that just end up being another hoarding of tabs and then other groups just I I just Chang the sites cuz
81. 15:55I I'm not diligent about changing tabs before I change the site that I'm on I just like type [ __ ] in and then it's
82. 16:02group I like group tabs a lot conceptually but again now that we have ai someone needs to create the whole
83. 16:09ADHD Suite that just sort of learns your [ __ ] and goes I got you buddy well we'll we'll take care of this the ones you the
84. 16:17ones you haven't looked at in three weeks we're just going to go ahead and sneak those on out of there if you need
85. 16:22them back we'll have them somewhere and then yeah we'll group some other things we'll dynamically sort the important
86. 16:28[ __ ] to the top it something like that and and do that with all of my my desktop apparently someone did do that
87. 16:36with with desktop file management I saw that someone just came up with a uh like like three weeks ago an AI that that
88. 16:45automatically sorts your desktop files perplexity wrote an outstanding complaint letter today it now's allow it
89. 16:52now allows uploading of photos oh that's awesome Nancy all right I'll go check that out I um I say this weekly I gotta
90. 17:00get into perplexity but I just don't it's just I it's like it's not the kind of work I do so you know when you're doing that
91. 17:09creative work you want the fancier Scher you know creative type things it's funny every everyone's always like um chat BT hallucinates it
92. 17:20it it's not very precise and I'm like yeah that's a good thing when you're trying to do creative stuff like it's
93. 17:25good it's like hallucinate is it's called it's called being creative but other people are like it's that precise what are we going to
94. 17:35do I don't know do [ __ ] that doesn't require Precision yay I love this man's content thank you there there's there's to be clear

100. 18:51like one of the things that I've been thinking a lot about lately is like I I think it's unless you're trying to get something over on

102. 19:10generate something with AI and I put it out in the world if I wrote it with Microsoft Word I don't need to declare that this is a
103. 19:18Microsoft Word product I used gramarly to make sure that I didn't have any boo boos in here hope you all know that I'm not this good
104. 19:28at the English language like we don't do that this image was retouched in photosop who cares no one same [ __ ] I get it I get it I know I
105. 19:44know it's I know I know I get it mansplain per perplexity please that's this this channel is mansplaining as a

108. 20:16the things that it's answering um I haven't quite gred it because uh now we can't even say grock something without
109. 20:25it sounding like Elon musk's [ __ ] thing damn it um I haven't quite understood it cuz I just it it's got use cases that I don't
110. 20:33do a lot of so like I went there kind of expecting it to be chat GPT and it's more like a search engine and it's more
111. 20:41like research but then other people go oh no it's it's it's this amazing thing it does all this [ __ ] so I don't know I
112. 20:47just haven't learned it I don't know I do not na okay so so I'm going to show you um a new tool that I built for storyvine

114. 21:07we had some requests early on for me to demo um D- ID and hey Jen which are both kind of similar kind of tools and I
115. 21:16figured what I'd do first is I'd show you some of the new products that I'm I'm building into my company so my my
116. 21:21company Story vine does automated video storytelling oddly enough it doesn't use AI to do automation we've been around for 11 and
117. 21:30A2 years and I've spent pretty much the last year like really just thinking about all of the [ __ ] I'm learning about
118. 21:40with AI and like how do I do I do I just flush my current company down the toilet and start over do do I just pretend that
119. 21:53these are two separate things and never the twain shall meet um or or do I I find a way to integrate them and and I
120. 22:00it's it's taken me a year but but in the past two weeks I've figured I figured it out and I'm really excited about it so
121. 22:08I'm going to share you show you some of that and then I'll show you how I did some of the the sexier uh did and hey Jen stuff which
122. 22:16I'll show you but but even the uh the the uh the thing I'm about to show you is pretty sexy it's it's relatively
123. 22:22straightforward Tech but it's just it's just magical so let's go let's do this people - yes all right we will do that

132. 24:04that back to the rebel side she goes she goes you know you know our naming strategy right I was like I make [ __ ] up and then hope you like
133. 24:16it pathological demanded avoidance exactly cam yeah it it
134. 24:31happens but it does like there's something about it tonight it's giving me joy it's it's it's not good it's not it's it's not nice

139. 25:25gateway to like just an insane explosion creativity in scientific breakthroughs and medical breakthroughs and just you know big problem
140. 25:34solving um potentially political breakthroughs if we can get out of our own way but I don't I think I think we
141. 25:41are demonstrating quite clearly we can't do that so we'll just let that one be a lost cause for a bit we we'll wait for
142. 25:49lunatick to to lunatick and Alexander Hamilton to to team up and go fix some [ __ ] um I can remember when PDA was

150. 27:04Char I got the perfect pound for you and then you can make money what and then they they those people
151. 27:11always say chat GTP I I there are times I want to throw my phone at the [ __ ] wall it's like on their screen it's in
152. 27:19the right order and then they say GTP but anyway the reason those people drive me nuts is that it's not about making money
153. 27:32with chat GPT chat GPT is just a [ __ ] tool now it happens to be the most profoundly powerful tool in the history
154. 27:41of humanity but other than that let's not let let that you know little detail stop us here how you make money with
155. 27:49chat gbt is you figure out a problem to solve and then you solve it with chat gbt but it's the problem that you're
156. 27:57solving that is what people pay money for not the stupid [ __ ] tool this tool is not the strategy so this you can make money makes me
157. 28:09insane and so that's th this channel is hopefully the antidote to that attitude and then but and then people
158. 28:18ask but Kyle like how do you make money with chat gbt and that's I like you're it's very easy but you're not going to
159. 28:25like the answer the answer is solve someone's problem help entrepreneurs get their business off the ground faster

161. 28:45management more efficient what like where's your big pain point in your life where you're like you know I could do
162. 28:51something about that then go do something about that and then figure out which AI tools of the 8,422 really good tools are the ones I'm

171. 30:29gummed up the works for a lot of things including Ye Old uh chat GPT store I'm going to go lunar stick
172. 30:41is it'll probably it's probably going to go like this chat GPT is going to launch their store it's going to make some big
173. 30:51splash three weeks later Google's going to launch Gemini Ultra and then it's going to be a mix of oh my God it's the
174. 30:59best thing ever and oh that's disappointing and then three weeks after that open AI is either going to announce or release something that's
175. 31:12big that's gonna like like no one's caught up to chat GPT yet and like Google's just about to do it right
176. 31:19they're just about to launch this thing not quite ready yet maybe it'll be there by the new year we don't know and so I
177. 31:25think they're going to launch it and then because because there was all this controversy with their with their video
178. 31:32where they you know it was it was too marketing ye and they faked some [ __ ] I think people are going to really
179. 31:39scrutinize the [ __ ] out of Gemini so you're going to get you're going to get like a mixed bag of reviews some people
180. 31:45going oh it's amazing other people going yeah it's a piece of [ __ ] and then I think open AI Will Will
181. 31:51trump that with something with something big but we'll see I I mean open a may now slow things down a bit so maybe we
182. 31:58don't see anything until summer but that's my that's my that's my sense okay so let me show you this thing so like I
183. 32:06said my company Story vine it's a it's a video storytelling platform we do a lot of work in healthcare and
184. 32:11Pharma and so we create a template for a specific story and then we've got this app the story Vine app that guides
185. 32:20someone step by step through telling their story so think of it like karaoke for storytelling there's a little dotted
186. 32:26outline put your head here in the frame and then introduce yourself talk about what it was like to be diagnosed with
187. 32:32that horrible disease talk about how you're treating it talk about your hopes and dreams for the future and so people
188. 32:37answer those questions that goes up to the cloud and then 5 minutes later you've got this fully edited video okay
189. 32:44powerful platform we're really trusted in the Pharma space in particular because we can make authentic true user
190. 32:52generated content professional enough and predictable enough that we can get it through regulatory approval so it's
191. 32:59slick it's it's a good thing but in the end what you get out of it is just a video and so you have to know what to do
192. 33:06with that video and you have to you know have a video strategy and a and a strategy for where you're going to put
193. 33:12it and then maybe your agency is going to leverage those assets and things like that and so so I so what you're looking at here
194. 33:20is is has been a year in the making where I've been thinking about this all year and and sort of [ __ ] around with
195. 33:26little pieces of it we finally built it so what we've got here is once you've got that video once you've got that
196. 33:31Narrative of someone authentically telling their story how can we amplify that so what you do is you go grab a
197. 33:48[Music] VI and then this system goes to work picking it apart and analyzing it so there's our video and it it'll play it
198. 33:59there and you can watch it this is from a a nonprofit here in Colorado called tough as a mother really cool campaign
199. 34:05about mothers and Recovery um that's these the videos that I'm sh sharing here are already shared publicly so uh
200. 34:12I'm not I'm not sharing anything that that isn't already out there um so there's your transcript so it inst in
201. 34:19instantly generates a transcript and then you see it's doing some more work down here so what it's now doing is it's
202. 34:25chaptering the video and then over here to the left it now wrote the title of the video the description of the video
203. 34:33key messages in the video and then shortly here we'll see here are the chapters of the video so here are the
204. 34:39narrative segments of what this woman talked about realization for needing help personal changes during recovery
205. 34:47gratitude and apology right so you immediately now know what's in this video the other thing that we do is a
206. 34:56big part of story Vine's product is these things called video guides so the video guide is that recipe that that the
207. 35:05series of prompts that someone answers to tell the story so we reverse engineer the story that she told to generate a
208. 35:14set of prompts that are like Story vine prompts of you know what are the kinds of questions you could ask someone else
209. 35:21if you wanted them to tell this story um so so that's pretty slick and then if you jump if you click on any of
210. 35:28the chapters it jumps you to that part of the video in service and so that's pretty slick and then if we flip over here to
211. 35:36the content generation Tab and I say generate all now it's going to take the you know all of the what the story's
212. 35:45about from that first screen and it's going to generate ancillary content from that so A Blog post Twitter posts hashtags
213. 35:54quotes um and it's it's it's pretty quick like and the the the hashtags here recovery Journey sobriety resilience
214. 36:02transformation healthy choices Life Changes Community Support thankfulness hard beauty is the company she started
215. 36:09Colorado Springs so so a set of hashtags specific to that story right really powerful and then Twitter posts that um
216. 36:18actually quote things that she said and then here are pull quotes let's see the biggest change in my recovery has been
217. 36:24me the way that I the the way that I think the way that I speak the people I surround myself with everything that I
218. 36:32put into or onto my body um I think about it before I do it that's a huge change right amazing right so so what would take an
219. 36:43agency you know a couple of days or a couple of weeks or a couple of months depending on how efficient they are to
220. 36:50do to generate all this it's now done instantly um the blog post post blows me away every time cuz it's it we we we
221. 37:01prompted this we prompted this in in such a way that it it follows the rules of Pharma companies so it doesn't say
222. 37:09things out of bounds but it also writes it like a like a a magazine interview in the quiet town of Colorado Springs
223. 37:18Tiffany the founder of of this company recounts the tale of personal transformation that is as harrowing as
224. 37:26it is in spiring a mother on a path to recovery she's bravely chosen to share her story shedding light to the
225. 37:32struggles that many face in silence and then in in quote quoting her the moment I knew I needed help was the moment I
226. 37:39was resting my head on a toilet at work Tiffany recalls and it's just it's just a well-written story and it's every time
227. 37:45it does it it blows me away so so anyway so that's our new product very excited about that and then this okay so some someone asked

229. 38:04some productized things that leverage some of that technology and some other Technologies but but what what this stuff makes possible now
230. 38:13so the story Vine product is this modular we capture stories in this modular way so I can now take those modules and and this is a
231. 38:24translation product that that we've created and I can start with the English segment a source of support living with
232. 38:34ratard arthritis has been um speaking with other people about what they've gone through uh reading a lot about the
233. 38:43effects of ratard arthritis lunatick if if you're not already tap into the Florida Market that's a good good thing

424. 1:09:22specialties well now Along Comes Ai and it completely changes the equation for what I would do I wouldn't really care
425. 1:09:38about well I I would still care about having an operator right idea guy operator I'd still have that
426. 1:09:45Dynamic but then who would be my startup people is I would want horizontal thinking like strategic thinking horizontal thinking
427. 1:09:54people that have been on the planet for a while people with 30 or 40 years experience in business why because and
428. 1:10:02but here's here's the requirement they have to be hungry and and AI literate like like a lot of the people on this
429. 1:10:10channel a lot of the people in the AI Salon are gen xers that were here for the early days of the worldwide web that
430. 1:10:18we got we got to experience what it's like to be at the ground floor of the runup of a technology that's going to change the world

437. 1:11:16are going to be generated at such a pace what you need is people who can look at it strategically and very very quickly discern

446. 1:12:34employees and you bring in younger EMP employees to reverse Mentor one another right so the young person comes in and

448. 1:12:49person says here's what I know about tech and here's what I know about experience and here's how the world
449. 1:12:55works and so so I you could see these pairings of young and old people but I but I I don't think it 3 years from now
450. 1:13:04how you enter the workforce is going to resemble what we do today at all so so that's my that's my Gen X stick is
451. 1:13:18um yeah I'd rather work with with some hungry AI liter horizontal thinking strategic thinking gen xers than young people if I were

592. 1:36:16Chad gbt that's when all this started Ai and machine learning have been around for decades but it was it was largely the the the purview of
593. 1:36:27scientists and mathematicians and engineers and researchers and chat GPT comes along and says hey normies check this
594. 1:36:36out so we're a year into that and there's all this remarkable stuff like the stuff I just showed you like a month ago most of this didn't
595. 1:36:45exist it's just mindblowing and this Tech that get can get us to sort of 80% of good where you like it's not
596. 1:36:57quite there all happened within the last year and it's as bad as it's ever going to be and it's moving really fast so
597. 1:37:082024 is going to make 2023 look like we were playing [ __ ] marbles like it it's it's going to it's going to be
598. 1:37:15insane this stuff's going to get better fast like like dramatically better fast all of it the music Generation stuff the
599. 1:37:24video Generation stuff the mid Journey version six that just came out the coherence that's happening within the

603. 1:37:58everyone sort of L turned all of their focus and all of the money toward AI because of chat GPT which got to 100 million users in
604. 1:38:10six weeks they launched on November 30th and by mid January they had a 100 million users fastest adoption of technology in history
605. 1:38:22and because of that Google freaked out and brought back Larry Page and Sergey Brin and said uh boys could you come
606. 1:38:31back uh it's serious this time we gota we gotta we're it's it's good it's it's just existential business model threats
607. 1:38:40it's other than that it's is it warm in here we're good right and then when Google did that everyone else went wait what oh [ __ ]
608. 1:38:54meta was like uh we got AI too here have our model you can have it for free uh just for research and then until the

972. 2:38:54then there are clubs so people can start separate clubs Ann Murphy has got a GPT building Club so you can ask to be a
973. 2:39:03part of that if you're a part of the salon and she meets Saturdays and they build gpts so she's meeting tomorrow
974. 2:39:10she's meeting tomorrow at noon noon Pacific I'm a programmer and I want to bet benefit from Ai and create my own business what do you
975. 2:39:26recommend I don't I don't know nearly enough about who you are what your skills are what your experience is what
976. 2:39:35starting a business would look like so so what I would say is don't don't worry so much about any specific AI
977. 2:39:47technology but I would get rabidly like rabidly if you're a programmer I would get rabidly curious about AI assisted coding
978. 2:39:59tools so chat GPT can help you code um GitHub co-pilot can help you code Google bard can help you code there's a bunch
979. 2:40:09of tools out there that are going to assist you in coding which is going to help you professionally but more
980. 2:40:19importantly it's going to be expected that any developer is using those tools because they're just so much more
981. 2:40:25efficient so so so I would do that I would also if I if I were you get um actively involved in open- Source
982. 2:40:34projects I would follow David Shapiro on YouTube um if you go to the AI salon and in the community section
983. 2:40:45there's 's um a page or I forget I think they call these spaces there's a space called AI tools and resources and in
984. 2:40:55here are a bunch of tools you can play with there's not a lot of programming Tools in here but at the bottom are
985. 2:41:00people to follow and if you're a developer the the guy that I would strongly recommend you follow is David
986. 2:41:08Shapiro so it's on YouTube his his handle is Dave shap D a v s haap p um he's got an open-source project of a cognit cognitive
987. 2:41:22architecture um he's written five books on AGI he's he's just if you're a geek you should follow him um and then in terms of starting your
988. 2:41:36business I mean I don't [ __ ] know like you could start an AI Consulting business you could start a a rapid app
989. 2:41:44development business where where you could just turn around apps faster than you know traditional people but that's
990. 2:41:51going to that's going to very quickly um get subsumed the other thing you can do if you're technical is you could get in
991. 2:41:59the AI operations side so like understanding what tools are possible which ones are secure which ones
992. 2:42:07aren't understanding what business needs are and requirements and helping them set up their AI infrastructure and their
993. 2:42:13policies and their governance like it's just it's such a broad [ __ ] question so the the the the easy answer
994. 2:42:22is go all in on on understanding what tools are out there and what they make possible because if you haven't done
995. 2:42:31that yet it it's going to blow your [ __ ] mind it's going to blow your [ __ ] mind like you will have I I I I
996. 2:42:39I saw like a flag there so I don't think you're from the states but in the states there's this movie called home alone and
997. 2:42:45the character in it is Kevin McAllister and he has this moment where he goes ah when you start playing with these AI
998. 2:42:54tools you will have that moment you will probably have many of them and just keep going don't don't let it scare you away
999. 2:43:02like lean into it rather than lean away from it cuz when you see how quickly it can code and how well it can code even if it
