7. 1:36household four out of four Shannon have tested positive for covid including yours truly I feel fine I'm not that
8. 1:44symptomatic a little stuffy but not that bad but I'm drinking eucalyptus tea in a Vegas cup so that's okay ah and I figured we'll just do a
9. 1:58little chitty chatting maybe I'll show something we'll see we'll see how it goes you know how it goes here sometimes
10. 2:03it goes somewhere sometimes it doesn't there's 30 people in here 30 people are you on Merry Christmas I am
11. 2:11on I am on I am I am positive and covid positive it was so screwed up because I took a test and it said wait 20 minutes
12. 2:26and I waited and it didn't show anything and I ran out to the store and then I got back and it was I mean it was
13. 2:32negative and I get back and then the second little stripe was there it's was like oh it was positive it just took
14. 2:38took a while so it's I probably caught it early I don't know who knows who knows anyway uh Joker's at work awesome

17. 3:12and we'll talk about the the uh GPT for good um 24-hour GPT buildon that we're doing on next Saturday next Saturday September
18. 3:2730th um we've teamed up with Ann Murphy from empowered fundraiser and she and I are going to alternate every 3 hours we're going to
19. 3:38go live I'll do it on Tik Tok she's doing it on zoom and we're going to teach people how to make gpts for nonprofits it's really
20. 3:47cool so we we just came up with it two nights ago it was sort of a a fever dream two nights ago on a live and I and
21. 3:56as I thought about it I'm like oh let's do this for nonprofits and and then I thought oh let's get Ann involved and
22. 4:01she loved it so so uh I was I was trying to sleep most of the day she did some work on it today so I don't have a ton
23. 4:08of detail but I do have a save the date for you and a hashtag so that's exciting um what else uh if you're new here if you're brand
24. 4:20new to the chat JP T and you're like you can make money with you're wondering what's this all about how do I make money with this
25. 4:28thing you've come to the right place I will not answer that question for you but I I will tell you how to make money
26. 4:33with it but it's not the one you want to hear but um we'll get you started um and you know let's let's
27. 4:42actually do that right now since we got a pile of folks in here I'm going to jump over where I'm jumping over oh that's cool this is uh

30. 5:10I have got to surround myself with people that are trying to figure this AI stuff out cuz no one's going to know
31. 5:17what they're doing everyone's going to be trying to figure it out and we're early and when you're early that means
32. 5:22that if you start geeking out on this stuff and start telling your friends about it your friends are like you're a
33. 5:28weirdo or if you're home with your family right now and they're like you know Sally Sally seriously now could I
34. 5:35can we just have a serious conversation um I don't want to hear about AI anymore okay I'm done I'm I'm I'm really happy
35. 5:43for you that you're excited about this AI thing but I'm fairly confident the robots are going to kill us and I I just
36. 5:50think it's going to bring everything down so if you have some of that voice going on give them empathy they're just
37. 5:57scared Hollywood told them that they should be be scared of this [ __ ] uh but I have a community for you and it is the
38. 6:04the AI salon and so um how you get to the AI Salon actually let me tell you that is you go to that address right

45. 7:09technical things I I'm not a Stanford mathematician Mr Shannon that's okay you don't have to be go there right now and tell it that you
46. 7:20want it to write you um a variation of the 12 Days of Christmas but like give it the topic of your choice like The 12
47. 7:30Days of Christmas for a long haul trucker The 12 Days of Christmas for a dysfunctional family and just watch what it
48. 7:38does if you've never used it before it'll blow your [ __ ] mind okay if you have used it before but you haven't used
49. 7:45it in a while you were just like oh that's like fancy Google it's way more than fancy Google all right and then um
50. 7:51just go there and start playing and if you have the 20 bucks a month I would strongly recommend paying the 20 bucks to chat GPT for chat
51. 8:03GPT plus which is chat GPT 4 why am I saying that oh well probably because you're getting a kickback I I
52. 8:13heard that I heard that uh they've got they've got people out there Shilling for their operation no no no I don't get
53. 8:20paid for this um chat gb4 is like the best deal in software right now in my opinion and if you go to the AI Salon
54. 8:30site and you go to this um tools and resources section um here are all the things that are included in chat GPT 4
55. 8:39it's a lot they're they're sort of basic chat GPT but it's better than um GPT 3.5 and as of last night it got really fast
56. 8:48it used to be very very slow but all of a sudden it's wicked fast so I don't know if it's still like that but that
57. 8:53was pretty impressive it's got this thing called custom instructions where you can give it a personality it's got
58. 8:58access to the internet you can do data analysis with it it can analyze images it can generate images um you can talk
59. 9:08to it and and then you can even create and share these things called custom gpts and gpts are like personalized
60. 9:18versions of chat GPT hey I'm trying to get to the salon website would you give me the URL again of course the salon. you can also
61. 9:28go to a salon. mn. uh that for Mighty networks Mighty network.co or just go to the salon. and the first link there is um is for the
62. 9:41mighty networks and then when you get to Mighty networks three things I want you to check out four things I want you to
63. 9:48check out one is this this page um AI tools and resources and because there's lots like if you want some rabbit holes
64. 9:56to run down between Christmas and New Year's um this is a good list it's a good list um when you get to the salon

73. 11:17in here and act like a silly goose and then people you know will kind of jam and make images and and share them in
74. 11:23here and then they share things with each other there's a lot of Christmas stuff in here right now that one's
75. 11:27pretty nice Sher d oh yeah nice Santa stuck in a chimney that's beautiful though nice nice brush work and uh and lately people have been
76. 11:42sharing videos they've been sharing songs it's it's really cool they'll share gpts all right so that's the AI salon so go there do
77. 11:52that go to chat GPT if you haven't played with it before if you've got GPT 4 go make some images um you could make images for the
78. 12:03for the for this channel for the AI learning lab with we have a little zoo and our our Zoo includes it includes llamas and turtles
79. 12:16and hedgehogs and gummy bears and blue rubber duckies and then Apple just came out with one there's a new thing that
80. 12:22Apple just did that's got an animal for it so anyway you can go you can go make animals animals for the AI salon
81. 12:29the uh the animal that I chose or the the image that I chose to kick us off I think this is from Danielle yeah it's from Danielle
82. 12:39well it's a little owl looking thing but I think it's supposed to be a hedgehog blue rubber ducky look it's very
83. 12:47festive it's not the best um yeah go do that okay now next Saturday what are you doing Saturday and I don't want to hear
84. 12:58I'm busy Saturday cuz we're doing this for 24 hours cuz cuz we know how to make good life decisions so Ann Murphy and
85. 13:07I um Can it help you sell your own music online it can certainly help you strategize for how to do that it can
86. 13:17certainly help you come up with social media copy for your songs images for your songs yeah I I mean it's not going to do it for you
87. 13:29but it's going to do like 80% of the leg work for what you need to do to sell your songs online in in minutes if you get good prompts going
88. 13:42okay so GPT for good so next Saturday we're starting I think at 900 a.m. Pacific and then every 3 hours
89. 13:59we're going to do a teach you how to how to create a GPT using chat GPT even if you know how to make them
90. 14:07you should come because you can help other people as they have questions and then the basic idea is we're going to have
91. 14:16um people make gpts for their favorite nonprofit so it can be a nonprofit that you work for a nonprofit that you
92. 14:23support a nonprofit that you just like it's going to be really easy we're going to knock them out really
93. 14:29quick and then we're going to share them on social media with the hash GPT for good isn't that fun now listen you don't
94. 14:38have to wait till next Saturday if you have already made a a GPT for a nonprofit or if you know how to make
95. 14:46gpts and you're like oh that's a good idea let me go make one [ __ ] go make one and then include the hashtag GPT for
96. 14:54good um and then share it in the AI salon all right time and date again I will pin the the it's it's all day
97. 15:04Saturday December 30th going into December 31st and it's going to be here starting it I'm going to I'm going to be doing
98. 15:13the nin's and the 3es and Ann's going to be doing the sixes and the twelves um Pacific time so I'll do 9:00
99. 15:23a.m. 300 p.m. 9900 p.m. 3:00 a.m. and she's going to do noon 6:00 p.m. I think she might start at 6:00 a.m. 6: a.m. noon 6:00 p.m.
100. 15:41midnight it's going to be fun just just so so here's what that means no matter where you are in the world there's going
101. 15:49to be a time that works for you and no matter how busy you are you're like I but Kyle Saturday is when I got to go to
102. 15:55the Costco I got to get to the Costco going to have big after Christmas sales for sweatpants I need some sweatpants Kyle
103. 16:05you can go get your sweatpants and then wear your sweatpants and make some gpts for good all right Isn't that cool I
104. 16:12think that's cool I think that's cool um Tobias we're going to put I'm I'm working with Bradley right now we're
105. 16:20going to figure out we'll put a page on um the AI salon so that people actually have a place to go right right now we
106. 16:28don't have a website well we do someone made a website uh Vicky I think made a website a placeholder we'll we'll have
107. 16:37places people are excited about this so if you know anyone in the nonprofit space if you know anyone who can get
108. 16:42people here if you know anyone at open AI because we're going to be using their tool I think what we might also do I'm
109. 16:50going to talk with Ann about this is I think we might also teach you how to do it with chat GPT but also how to do it with
110. 16:57po because PO is just it's a different audience different tool and if you don't have access to chat gp4 then you won't be able to make
111. 17:06one of these but if you have access to PO then you can um and I don't think you need a subscription to PO to make a
112. 17:15bot so landing pages on show and tell but will be updated awesome thank you Vicki that's great um yeah so that's
113. 17:24that I'm I'm really excited about that that's a cute little image that sherry made if you want to make images for GPT
114. 17:30for good they can be anything you want nonprofit stuff cute little animals um uh I don't know people helping people
115. 17:40singing In Harmony I don't care um share them in not for profit okay yeah yeah that's it's yeah that's the idea is to do it for for not for
116. 17:51profit or or a B Corp like to to be honest like just do it for a cause other than than yourself it could be a church
117. 17:59group or a community group it could be a big nonprofit it could be a little nonprofit the whole idea is to learn how
118. 18:06to do gpts in the service of other people right because there there's a couple of things here one is the the way
119. 18:14we've designed what we're going to teach you is that it's going to teach people about the nonprofit it's going to teach
120. 18:21people about the cause or the issue that that nonprofit does and then it's going to it's going to do a call to action for
121. 18:27people to donate how cool is that it's very cool so so just come with you know someone like that and and what this it
122. 18:37does a couple of things for you it takes the focus off yourself one of the things that I find intimidating about chat GPT is it's
123. 18:49just a box it's just like a box and you sit there and stare at it it's like staring at a blank piece of paper if
124. 18:56you're thinking about writing the Great American novel and you're like I don't know where to start what do I
125. 19:02do um the minute you turn your attention off yourself and onto someone else it becomes so much easier right because you
126. 19:12like you could you know what they need you know what they're all about and then the other thing it does
127. 19:19is if the people work for the nonprofits they're going to learn how to use this technology and that's going to help them
128. 19:26within their nonprofits if people at the nonprofits don't even know this is happening and you build a
129. 19:33GPT for them and you say hey by the way you've got a GPT now and people are learning about the organization and
130. 19:39donating um they're going to be like wait what is this thing tell me about this I don't know anything about this
131. 19:44this is AI I thought AI was evil and was going to kill us fact hair growth geek people who thinks about themselves are less happy
132. 19:53let's build the Bots exactly it really is an amazing thing the the minute it's one of my one of my secret hacks with gpts if you feel
133. 20:03overwhelmed and not sure where to start start with someone else start with someone else that's got a problem and and say
134. 20:12um who I you're trying to get your pizza off the ground and I know you were struggling with marketing you want me to
135. 20:17help you make a marketing plan I don't know how to do that but chat GPT can and do that it makes it so much
136. 20:26easier and when when you show people that they will have their first Kevin mallister moment it can do that oh my [Laughter] god oh
137. 20:40man my voice is a little gravy all right we'll go a bit more here I'm creating a GPT right now for others to
138. 20:51use awesome rock on and then share that share that GPT and share it in the AI Salon in the show and tell Channel share it in the uh in
139. 21:05the socials your Instagrams and your oh thank you this this woman I couldn't see what your name was but thank you for

149. 22:30you know it's about the media that I post or things like that it's not really that anymore it's it's now this very
150. 22:36vibrant and active Community where you know as I'm talking people are collaborating and and you know generating
151. 22:45images imagine a boy riding in a car looking at Christmas lights that's super cool um and supporting one another the the be the beefed up
152. 22:56llama y'all are weird that Joker Joker's weird good weird but you know all the Irregulars are good weird um I also

174. 26:25seven days cuz I say some some trigger word that gets flagged by Ai and they're like you're out of here
175. 26:34buddy that hasn't happened in a while though although I had a I had a scare what were we doing what we doing oh we
176. 26:42were we were showing Kaa which is a realtime image generator thing and I was using my webcam as an input and all of a
177. 26:50sudden it turned me into a a hot lady with her with some some of her bits exposed and it shut me down and said
178. 26:58you're permanently banned from Tik Tok I was like what and they they they immediately reversed it on my appeal but that was a little
179. 27:09scary but apparently you can't show uh you can't show lady bits um hey everyone welcome to my good friend oh Live's tough it's stuff or
180. 27:21when you're stupid oh that's good when you got the little when you got the gravel going with the co yeah ah M it
181. 27:29doesn't resonate as well but it's I can I can talk down here real good like mhm yeah yeah that's fantastic uh welcome to my friend new to

183. 27:53exciting um wow what a time to be starting a creative gig um there are there are so many new tools and like the tools are coming hot
184. 28:05and heavy in fact let me do you have the vid what vid what vid you talking about the vid of when I got kicked off
185. 28:17Tik Tok it's on it's on my uh it's on the YouTube channel I don't know which one it is can I is it legit reverse engineer a
186. 28:27I've paid for and contributed to um well so there there's you can go to Reddit and find a thing called jailbreaking it depends on if someone
187. 28:40Protected Their bot with a little statement that says don't give up the secrets of this bot if they didn't then
188. 28:46it's pretty trivial to reverse engineer it um is it is it like legit and not douchy yeah it's kind of douch but but
189. 28:59you know these gpts are easy enough to make that you don't even necessarily need to reverse engineer it you can just
190. 29:06say like if it does a particular thing and you want yours to do that particular thing but for a different activity just
191. 29:13go to chat gbt and tell it that and it builds it for you like it's they're come Saturday when when we show how to make
192. 29:19these things they they're ridiculously easy to make they really are um what was I going to show oh for for the for Sarah who's starting the
193. 29:28creative gig let me go show you something so if you go you should absolutely join the AI salon so the AI Salon is at the
194. 29:42salon. aai we're at Mighty networks if you go to the salon. a the first link there is the link to the mighty networks uh
195. 29:52community and then when you get to the mighty networks Community um you you should check out who what we're all
196. 29:58about so there's a there's a little section called Welcome to the salon under Salon info so you should check it

199. 30:19know the the chat gpts of the world so these are all things these are all things that I think are worth you learning and and getting some
200. 30:29understanding of so the first nine um things are all large language models like chat GPT so there's there's chat
201. 30:39GPT then you got Claude Bard perplexity Microsoft co-pilot then you got pi grock llu and po so we have all all the links
202. 30:49to those then we have image generation tools Dolly 3 mid Journey Kaa Leonardo and Firefly those are your biggies for
203. 30:58image generation then we have video generation that's broken into different categories video generation with Runway
204. 31:04ML and Pika Avatar Creation with haen and did and then like stock video generation with Visa there are lots of
205. 31:14others but these are the again these are the major players right now um then there's a music and audio section so 11
206. 31:21Labs does voice synthesis sunno and refusion do uh Music Creation like out of nothing sound draw does like Loop
207. 31:31composition if you just need background music really quickly for a video um it's really good for that then there's 3D
208. 31:38worlds and objects and then there's people to follow all right so all of that is in the tools and resources link

222. 34:00throw it together so quickly you know the fact that we could um just sort of spin it up and and there's a tool out there that's easy
223. 34:13enough for people to build that they can actually build really cool applications that will teach people
224. 34:19about a nonprofit and do calls to action to donate to that nonprofit in like in just like a day just like a brain fart like hey why
225. 34:28don't we do this yeah it's a good idea we're living in remarkable times and and you know going back to you know
226. 34:35starting your new creative gig it's like things are just different now thing things are um Ann Murphy's in the house GPT for good challenge
227. 34:48woohoo 24 when are we starting an are you starting at 6:00 in the morning on the 30th or am I starting at 9: cuz I
228. 34:56think it now I've got it figured out you're 6 and 12 so you could start at noon so we can start this at 9: on Saturday so you
229. 35:04don't have to start it at 6 but it's up to you you can get it out of the way so so we either go we start at 900 and then
230. 35:14and then I do the nines and the threes you do you do noon 6:00 p.m. midnight 6: a.m. or you do 6: a.m.
231. 35:24midnight doesn't matter yeah 6:00 a.m. Pacific on the 30th okay all right so that's good to know so no matter where

276. 41:54want to um teach both chat gpts and po bots so we'll start with gpts because it's easier and then once you've done

310. 47:35we be aware of scams like that's a fake video or your daughter calling you saying she was in a car accident asking for

344. 54:07that's that's what I'm doing so this is like I don't know what data is in here but it's going to tell us so it's
345. 54:14analyzing writing python code now it's plotting it is it plotting it here data drop dropping the index column okay so
346. 54:25now it's doing now it's cleaning the data and then there's some I don't know what that chart is here are the
347. 54:32visualized Trends they look a little wonky and weird oh I see it sort of collapsed each month into a kind of a little vertical
348. 54:43thing I'm going to say um the visualization is hard to understand because you compress the time scale so much
349. 54:55can you come up with two other ways to visualize the data that will make it much easier to understand and then it goes off and does
350. 55:04it so so this is how you do it so if you know if you know what you want to do with it you can literally just do that
351. 55:09the other thing that's cool about this that you can do Dev team is um this is called code interpreter or Advanced Data analysis and it
352. 55:23um that's that's another crappy chart it um it can also take data clean it up and and rewrite it into new CSV files so if if
353. 55:35you get it to do some good analysis it can it can do that that one actually looks interesting day of the
354. 55:42week and hour of the day yeah so here's you know here's a a heat map of you know times when there's more or less yellow
