0:00 So, so let me keep telling you my story.
0:02 So,
0:04 so I go to I go to the grocery store, I
0:07 set up page
0:08 and I've now got codeex connected. It
0:11 took me
0:13 it's it's it's ridiculous. It's early
0:15 technology. It basically said I would go
0:17 to codeex and then it would say um
0:20 follow the instructions on your desktop.
0:22 And my desktop had nothing on it. And so
0:25 I restarted and reinstalled and re just
0:28 I it took me half an hour to just get
0:32 these two things to talk. But once it
0:34 connected,
0:37 I was now initiating stuff from here. So
0:39 I was in the grocery store and I knew I
0:42 had just turned on Hey, Jen.
0:46 And so I just said to it, I turned on
0:49 speech to text and I said, "Hey,
0:54 use Hey Jen to make a a 9 by16
1:00 video of a guy that's a pharma sales rep
1:04 talking about how awesome it is to use
1:07 StoryVine to do personalized video
1:09 outreach and have him talk about um
1:14 how
1:17 it his click-through rate on his emails
1:21 went from 3% to 18%.
1:26 Submit.
1:28 And then Codeex back on this machine
1:31 started doing [ __ ] and it was like
1:33 sending me little updates. It's like,
1:35 you know, I'm logging into Hey Genen
1:37 now. I'm picking a template now. I'm
1:40 picking a character like a like a
1:41 persona person. Now I'm picking a voice.
1:45 Now
1:47 I'm I'm writing a script. Now
1:51 I'm making a video now.
1:54 And I was like, "Oh, okay, cool."
1:57 And then it said, "Hey, Jen." And it
1:59 said it was thinking. And then at some
2:02 point after I looked at Rudabaggas,
2:06 I looked at my phone and it said,
2:08 "Here's the link to your video."
2:11 And I watched the video.
2:14 I'm draining your bank account now.
2:16 Exactly.
2:18 And I was like, "Oh [ __ ] that was kind
2:20 of cool."
2:22 I didn't have to learn the Hey Gen
2:24 interface. I didn't have to learn how to
2:26 prompt Hey Genen.
2:28 I just had to say to this thing, "Go do
2:31 that thing."
2:33 And the first video that it did, it
2:35 shows a really shitty announcer voice.
2:37 And it was a really shitty was like it
2:39 was like a guy a guy standing in a city
2:41 saying storyvine's fantastic.
2:45 And I'm like no I don't want him to
2:46 sound like an announcer. He should not
2:48 be holding a microphone. It should be
2:49 like a guy in his office. He should have
2:51 a much more relaxed voice.
2:55 I should I should have a thing at the
2:57 top that says Story Vine's awesome. Some
2:59 version of that. And there should be
3:00 like a space where I can put subtitles.
3:04 And then
3:08 on the third iteration,
3:12 while I'm in the grocery store talking
3:14 to my phone,
3:17 it made this
3:26 Honestly,
3:42 I was a little skeptical at first. I
3:45 send a lot of personalized emails to
3:46 HCPs and most of them used to get
3:49 clicked at around 3%. When I started
3:52 including personalized StoryVine videos,
3:55 that moved to 18%.
3:58 That is the kind of change you actually
4:00 notice. I think the reason is pretty
4:03 simple. It feels like me reaching out,
4:06 not just another templated email. The
4:08 video gives the message a face, a little
4:11 context, and a reason to click. For my
4:14 territory, StoryVine has made
4:16 personalized follow-up feel more human
4:19 and a lot more effective.
