9:08 got
9:09 better when I
9:11 um I think this is an add thing though
9:14 an ADHD
9:15 [Music]
9:17 thing um my guitar skills got better
9:22 when I would get obsessed with a certain
9:25 player's songs like either John hayatt
9:27 or Martin sexon or brandy Carlile
9:30 and I would pick a song that I both
9:32 couldn't play and couldn't sing and I
9:36 just played them
9:38 like non-stop for like a
9:41 year until I got you
9:45 [Music]
9:58 know
10:04 like Martin
10:06 Sexton
10:12 [Music]
10:19 or is this place I can rest my poor
10:23 [Music]
10:26 head together my thoughts and sweet
10:34 and this is a place where the feelings
10:37 on dead John
10:39 Hyatt from an over exposure to
10:44 violence and is this a place I can
10:47 slowly
10:49 face the only one I truly can
10:54 know these are tears from a long time
10:58 ago got these tears from a long time
11:03 ago I need to cry 30 years or
11:08 so these are tears from a long
11:11 [Music]
11:13 time
11:19 go yeah you know just playing the same
11:21 song till you get the you know you sort
11:24 of move through playing it their way
11:27 into playing it your way
11:30 and it takes a long time like if you're
11:32 not if you're not a professional
11:33 musician you just have to [ __ ] grind
11:35 and crank
11:37 and all right I think Kyle has a John
11:40 Goodman thing going on tonight I don't
11:42 know I
11:43 don't which which era of John
11:46 Goodman 300
11:49 pounder the 350 the 300 the 250 were the
11:55 225 converted my boss to a GPT believer
11:59 by showing him resources from this
12:02 Channel today wow awesome well holy
12:07 [ __ ] so first of all Broody hen
12:10 congratulations for those of you who are
12:12 new here we've now
12:15 got um BT comp comp
12:18 KSU is is you know the boss is digging
12:23 digging what he's up to because of uh
12:26 cuz hanging out here Broody hen's got a
12:29 job in interview tomorrow cuz of stuff
12:31 she learned here and put put into a
12:33 presentation [ __ ]
12:35 cool what do they learning here it's the
12:38 AI learning lab what is the what is the
12:42 uh what's the what's the
12:45 curriculum what's the curriculum of the
12:47 AI learning lab
12:50 well it's very
12:53 structured we start
12:56 out with a dog singing lead vocal
12:59 on depressing Americana songs
13:03 played with solid
13:06 mediocrity that's where we
13:08 start then we move
13:11 on to rambling
13:13 incoherently for anywhere between 15 and
13:16 45 minutes someone else got a job at
13:20 Adobe um Source C that was Suzanne
13:24 Source Camp got a bunch of stuff
13:26 going um
13:30 there's a bunch of stuff happening Ann
13:34 Murphy she got a whole business going
13:36 around this AI
13:42 stuff there's a Common Thread
13:46 here kickass
13:48 women come on jents although BT comp
13:52 comp
13:53 KSU you're you're
13:56 you're I understand how you identify and
13:58 it's not as a woman so so there's one
14:01 man there's one man in the bunch but you
14:04 know men got to step it
14:07 up Mary Mary it's an incubator brain
14:10 percolator oh yeah I was talking about
14:12 what's the uh what's the curriculum here
14:13 so we start out with with a dog singing
14:15 lead vocals for for moderately
14:19 well-played depressing Americana songs
14:23 uh I'm I'm singing back up playing
14:25 backup playing guitar singing backup
14:28 then then we ramble incoherently for 15
14:30 to 45
14:32 minutes then if in Rambling incoherently
14:36 for 15 to 45 minutes someone asks me a
14:39 question that gets me all fired up then
14:42 we spend two hours with me just on a
14:44 soap box going [ __ ] crazy that's what
14:47 it's pretty much the past three nights
14:49 have been that but then occasionally
14:52 what we'll do is we'll go in and like
14:53 we'll play with something we did a
14:55 little playing last
14:56 night and we'll teach some things
15:03 I was gonna I was going to take credit
15:05 for the fact that that's all on purpose
15:08 I don't know that it is I think I kind
15:09 of stumbled into it but I like it now
15:12 because here's the
15:15 deal so so I think I think a lot of the
15:18 learning that happens here is kind of
15:20 Osmosis kind of learning and it's it's
15:23 play along kind of learning and it's
15:24 like have a jam session and like just if
15:27 whatever I'm saying is boring the [ __ ]
15:29 out of you then go make images in do or
15:32 go make a GPT and then if I pipe up and
15:35 say something that catches your ear then
15:36 lean in maybe learn a little something
15:39 and go play like Jim Ross who comes here
15:42 here a
15:45 lot how he said he used this channel was
15:48 he would just sit around with this thing
15:51 you know on and then when I would start
15:53 teaching something he'd lean in and he'd
15:55 follow along and he'd he'd just make
15:57 whatever I was making like his version
15:59 of it and then the next day or that
16:02 night he would put that into his
16:06 business like he didn't [ __ ] around it
16:08 wasn't it wasn't like um you know he
16:11 learned a concept here and then he went
16:13 off and practiced for a week and this
16:15 and no no no it was like one night he
16:18 someone it might have been him asked
16:19 like well how would you do a book and
16:21 I'm like I don't know let's go do one
16:23 and I did like an outline and then I did
16:25 a this and I did then I did a chapter
16:27 and then I said I guess you just keep
16:29 going like that and he was following
16:31 along and he just kept going like that
16:33 like two days later he's like hey Kyle I
16:35 published a
16:39 book oh my God Lori uh brought my
16:43 coworker to a GPT lunch today we're
16:46 going to make a bot to help managers
16:49 with reviews oh that's a great use case
16:52 yeah because what you can do is you can
16:53 put if there's documentation for how to
16:55 do manager reviews put that in as your
16:58 knowledge base
17:00 and then yeah and then even I mean
17:02 what's brilliant about that is cat GPT
17:04 is so good with language you're like
17:06 okay I've got to give this really hard
17:08 feedback to this person how do I say
17:10 them
17:11 words and it will say it and if it seems
17:14 too complicated don't learn it at all
17:17 and just claim It's Magic exactly Pate
17:21 this is here's the good thing about AI
17:23 Pate is
17:24 Right Pate took the long route in AI
17:28 right Pate
17:30 said I'm going to I'm going to
17:32 understand addition and then subtraction
17:35 I might even go for some long
17:37 division and and then he went whatever
17:40 you do after long division and then he
17:42 went to college for that and then that
17:45 wasn't enough so he went and got a
17:46 master's degree and then he was like no
17:48 no not enough math then he went and got
17:51 a PhD and now he works at Google and
17:53 he's learned all the math right he's
17:55 been doing this for years and years and
17:57 years
17:59 or like me you just start a Tik Tok
18:02 Channel and say AI is
18:05 Magic it's your choice you can do it
18:08 either way either either path is
18:17 legitimate I can't stand Google Search
18:20 now that I understand how to prompt
18:21 correctly my life is a Momi I honest to
18:24 God I well if you you come here enough
18:29 every time I try to use Google or Bing
18:31 search I I get I get apoplectic I want
18:34 to it's not good it's not good at all I
18:37 hate it it's so bad search is so bad Pi
18:43 helped me figure out specific
18:44 connections between a mixer and an audio
18:47 interface Incredibles so Kevin um I was
18:51 how was n by the way any any cool things
18:53 any AI stuff in the music scene
18:57 um I was was giving a speech I did a I
19:00 did a a keynote or you know like a
19:02 morning speech for Creative mornings
19:04 Denver back in
19:07 April and we get to the
19:11 venue and [ __ ] ain't working like there
19:14 their whole big fancy ass AV system in
19:17 the building I work in weren't
19:20 working at all and we used chat PT to
19:24 troubleshoot what was wrong it was
19:26 amazing it was absolutely amazing uh my
19:29 hairdresser today wrote a short story
19:30 with illustration and gave her links
19:33 very cool Tik Tock Salon YouTube there
19:37 you
19:38 go oh oh you gave her links to the oh to
19:41 the Tik Tok channel the salon Channel
19:43 and YouTube That's thank you very much
19:45 that's very nice that's right one
19:47 hairdresser at a time see we got to
19:50 convert all these Salon people to AI
19:53 Salon
19:54 people and they're like would you like
19:55 some product in your hair like no I'd
19:57 like you to join a different kind of
19:59 salon and they're like well what kind of
20:01 different Salon is there it's just hair
20:03 and nails right and you're like oh no oh
20:06 there's
20:07 more you don't pronounce it Salon you
20:10 pronounce it
20:13 f and you come there and you'd get all
20:15 thinky talkie about
20:18 AI what course would you recommend
20:20 learning more about working with AI come
20:23 here join the AI
20:26 Salon
20:27 um
20:29 it if if what you're talking about is
20:31 generative AI like what course would I
20:33 recommend doing doing uh you know uh
20:37 chat GPT and things like that um I think
20:41 that right
20:43 now it's easiest just to start playing I
20:47 think like think of think of chat GPT as
20:50 a playground and like you can do no
20:53 wrong just go have fun with it start out
20:56 with parlor tricks start out with
20:57 playing start out out with like ask a
21:00 friend if they want to if they're trying
21:02 to figure anything out in their life or
21:04 their business and then say do you mind
21:06 if I help you do that with AI and
21:08 they're like do you know Ai and you'll
21:10 be like oh no I'm totally clueless but I
21:12 want to I want to try so give me a
21:15 challenge and then just go
21:18 play um you can take courses you can
21:21 take workshops they're they're like
21:23 we're far enough
21:25 into whatever's going on with this AI
21:28 stuff that there's probably some that
21:29 are
21:30 okay um the problem with with courses
21:34 and workshops right now in in my humble
21:37 opinion is
21:40 [Applause]
21:42 that you run the
21:46 risk in putting too much faith in what
21:49 you were taught as that's the way to do
21:51 it because things are changing so fast
21:54 that what what I would rather everyone
21:56 learn is how to be curious about AI how
21:59 to be adventurous about it how to play
22:01 with it how to understand well wait why
22:04 is that one different than this one and
22:06 how is it different and what's this one
22:07 good at and oh I like this one for that
22:09 but I like this one for that and the
22:12 only way you kind of get to that isn't
22:13 from a class cuz in a class you know
22:16 someone like me will get up on you know
22:18 the stage of the virtual stage and say
22:20 Here's the tools to use and here's how
22:22 you prompt and here's how you do this
22:23 and here's how you do that and 2 months
22:26 later those tools will be complet
22:28 different how you prompt will be
22:30 completely different and if you get too
22:32 locked into well that's how I was taught
22:33 to do it you're kind of screwed juls do
22:36 you have do do I have a paid version do
22:40 I have to have a paid version to have
22:42 all the features you've been showing I
22:45 have chat GPT 3.5 so juules no
22:50 but it is my humble opinion that that 20
22:54 bucks for open AI chat GPT is the best
22:57 deal in software right now so um but so
23:01 much more so what's under that paperclip
23:03 which is which is what I get you if you
23:05 cannot afford the 20 bucks a month you
23:08 can get a lot of what's in chat GPT for
23:12 by going to co- pilot. microsoft.com co-
23:16 pilot.
23:18 microsoft.com oops I didn't spell that
23:20 right here we
23:23 go and this is chat GPT 4 sort
23:31 of April that was 30 years ago in AI
23:34 years yeah no
23:35 [ __ ] um AI is a Ouija board on mushrooms
23:39 that's a that's actually a really good
23:41 that's that's a really good description
23:43 of it Spike um okay so this thing
23:48 co-pilot this is Microsoft's
23:50 version of chat gp4 so it's built on top
23:54 of the
23:55 gp4 foundational model the the Frontier
23:59 Model but it's
24:01 Microsoft's chat application right this
24:04 is not the same
24:07 codebase as chat GPT from open Ai and
24:11 it's got a lot of safety guard rails up
24:14 that make it less usable but it's free
24:18 and I also
24:20 noticed oh look what they've got here
24:24 hang
24:25 on every time I sign into these things
24:27 it's like a different flipping feature
24:30 and this just got
24:32 some so co-pilot
24:35 gpts so here's the designer
24:39 GPT the vacation planner the cooking
24:42 assistant can you make these
24:45 though so they have five of
24:48 them so this is this is the beginning of
24:51 Microsoft having gpts they've they've
24:53 written five of them
24:56 and I only think you get access to the
24:59 co-pilot studio if you are a paid member
25:03 hang on which am I now we we bought
25:06 teams does that mean I have access to
25:08 this
25:12 [ __ ]
25:18 chats huh weird all right well I don't
25:22 know
25:27 co-pilot
25:29 [Music]
25:32 get co-pilot Pro oh look at this okay
25:34 sorry sorry don't mean
25:37 to um can you demo Robert Rossy I bought
25:41 perplexity Pro today I know you have it
25:44 can you demo it what do you like about
25:46 it so Robert Rossy I was given I was
25:50 given pro access to
25:53 perplexity because I bought a rabbit R1
25:55 cuz I know how to make Good Life Choices
25:58 um um I've used it twice now so I I'll
26:01 show you what I know which is like two
26:04 things so so I don't know perplexity a
26:07 lot but let me just dig into what's
26:09 going on here with co-pilot so there's
26:11 get co-pilot
26:12 Pro so this is now co-pilot
26:17 Pro is I guess there is this the one
26:20 that goes into Office
26:25 365 yeah
26:31 so you have to have a a Microsoft 365
26:35 personal or family
26:37 subscription you get faster performance
26:39 and Priority Access to GPT 4 and GPT
26:43 turbo for
26:44 Turbo faster AI image Creation with 100
26:47 boosts per day with designer formally ah
26:51 designer is now B image Creator that's
26:54 interesting all right so so Microsoft
26:57 has now made
27:01 GPT what they call co-pilot available
27:04 inside Office 365 not only for
27:06 Enterprises but for everyone else and
27:09 they they did this a week or two ago but
27:10 I'm I'm just now seeing the interface
27:12 they've now got these things called
27:14 co-pilot
27:15 gpts which if you have co-pilot Pro I
27:19 assume you get access to
27:21 co-pilot Studio where you can make your
27:23 own
27:25 gpts they also have plugins
27:30 they still only have six plugins oh
27:32 plugins now
27:35 available yeah yeah it's just they're
27:37 all the same okay oh but look what they
27:40 did oh no they just moved search to the
27:43 top do I still need that on to turn on
27:45 soono yes I do
27:48 okay all right so the question was do I
27:51 have to pay 20 bucks to get chat gp4 the
27:53 answer is you can use co-pilot which is
27:56 kind of like chat gp4
27:58 cheap careful with that cred yeah I saw
28:00 that I saw that Brandon I'm fine last
28:02 four four digits I'm fine with um but
28:05 thank you thank you my mods are trying
28:08 to keep me from no it's 20 bucks a month
28:11 for pro co-pilot Pro not
28:14 30
28:16 20
28:20 um if you can't pay the 20 bucks a month
28:22 for chat GPT you know you can come over
28:24 here and you can say uh
28:26 make me an image of the
28:32 Space Shuttle blasting off from Cape
28:45 canaval where we going we
28:54 going Vicky Baptist Microsoft blog as of
28:58 January 14th the ability to build your
29:00 own co-pilot
29:03 GPT in our new co-pilot GPT Builder
29:06 coming soon with just a simple set of
29:09 prompts so um these images that are
29:14 created
29:16 here in Microsoft co-pilot are actually
29:19 made with Dolly 3 so this is the same
29:22 engine sitting
29:24 inside
29:26 um chachy PT so you can make
29:29 images that's
29:31 cool um you can you can do all all the
29:34 other stuff so it's it's decently
29:36 capable that said I'm going to go over
29:38 so this is I'm at oh that's
29:41 cute I think uh I think Joker made a
29:46 someone that looks kind of like me on a
29:47 on a covid virus
29:55 awesome oh that's cool oh that's nice we
29:57 board on mushrooms very
30:01 cool nice Emilio's
30:05 wife incubator brain percolator
30:09 nice picture painter Photo Pro words
30:12 turn to stunning art someone made a GPT
30:14 Corey Sandler you should go try Corey
30:16 Sandler's gpts she's a kickass artist
30:19 and she's turning gpts into into art
30:23 Vehicles it it's really
30:26 cool so
30:29 splishy um so anyway where where I am is
30:32 at the uh the AI salon and I'll give you
30:35 access if you want to come here go to
30:37 AIS salon.
30:40 mn. and that'll take you right here and
30:42 then go check out about the salon when
30:44 you get here and read about who we are
30:46 and read about our values and make sure
30:48 that you resonate with the values and if
30:51 you do then
30:53 join and then I'm going to take you to a
30:55 little section called AI tools and resar
30:57 sources and this is still answering the
30:59 question you know should I
31:01 use should I pay the 20 bucks for chat
31:04 GPT first thing you should know I am in
31:07 no way affiliated with open AI or chat
31:10 GPT Sam Alman doesn't pay me a [ __ ]
31:14 penny and this channel is essentially a
31:16 giant flipping ad for his little toy I
31:20 would love a GPT creation resource oh
31:23 [ __ ] you have one Todd like the AI Salon
31:27 the well so come to this channel um also
31:30 go to go to here go to the
31:34 salon. oh Todd you're going to love this
31:37 okay go to the salon.
31:39 A and where that's going to take you is
31:42 to a happy little link tree AI wait let
31:46 see
31:48 the the salon. a going to take you to a
31:51 happy little link
31:54 tree and the first link is to the AI is
31:57 Salon Community where I just was the
31:59 second link is going to take you to the
32:01 GPT for good event directory and you're
32:04 like what's GPT for good this was a
32:07 project that I I I whipped up with an
32:10 Murphy and Vicky
32:12 Baptist um over seven days and then on
32:15 the on the eth on the eighth day we did
32:19 a
32:20 24-hour GP Aon where every 3 hours an
32:24 Murphy and I would would tag team switch
32:26 off and we would teach people how to
32:29 make gpts for the nonprofit of their
32:31 choice and in a 24-hour period this
32:34 community the one that hangs out here
32:37 and hangs out at the AI Salon made 150
32:40 gpts for nonprofits in 24 hours and this
32:43 site is the directory of them and if you
32:47 keep scroll so so first of all you
32:49 should go check out these gpts every one
32:51 of the gpts on this list is like you
32:54 know for a nonprofit most of them were
32:57 made in this
32:59 event and if you keep scrolling all the
33:01 way to the
33:02 bottom here's the document that we used
33:06 to teach people how to make gpts right
33:08 so it's an eight-step process and the
33:11 first step
33:13 is this little piece of text right here
33:16 you fill in the the nonprofit name and
33:19 the nonprofit website into that two
33:21 sentence prompt and that makes your GPT
33:25 seriously like that's the sum
33:28 total of what it's what's required to
33:31 make a
33:32 GPT and and you could probably do it
33:34 with less than that but that's what we
33:35 taught um and then basically all the
33:38 rest of these things are just making it
33:41 better and more robust and safer and all
33:43 that sort of [ __ ] and so literally dude
33:47 Todd Todd Todd listen Todd Todd uh but
33:51 Kyle uh I I I appreciate your enthusiasm
33:54 for gpts but uh I I don't know if you
33:57 knew this this uh I'm not very technical
33:59 I'm what you would call a a computer
34:02 phobe it's okay Todd Todd
34:05 Todd just go to chat
34:08 GPT go to chat GPT where is it where's
34:12 my chat GPT hang on go to chat JP did I
34:17 not sign in oh I did and then you're
34:20 going to go to you have to have chat GPT
34:22 4 to be able to make one and you're
34:24 going to go to explore
34:26 gpts and when you go there that's that's
34:29 what they call the GPT store it's kind
34:31 of a joke as a store but you can find
34:33 other things there but in the upper
34:34 right hand corner you click create boom
34:38 and that's it you fill in that little
34:40 sentence we have at the bottom of that
34:42 page right there you hit return and
34:44 you've built the GPT
34:46 done and then so you build it over here
34:48 you like put in that sentence here and
34:50 it it will create your GPT there and
34:53 then you just basically follow what it
34:55 tells you to do and you follow our
34:56 instruction
34:57 and seriously within 15 minutes you'll
35:00 have built a GPT that will look up all
35:05 the information about a website for a
35:07 nonprofit in the case of what we did um
35:11 and then you can ask questions about it
35:12 and then we even put in a thing at some
35:14 point in the conversation it'll do a
35:16 call to action for you to donate to that
35:20 nonprofit all right so just go do that
35:23 all right
35:25 so back to this list
35:28 do you think open AI gpts will be
35:31 absorbed into shared with co-pilot gpts
35:35 I
35:41 think I think they're
35:43 interchangeable but I don't know how you
35:45 would get
35:47 to co-pilot gpts so they're both built
35:50 on top of GPT
35:52 4 Microsoft is calling them co-pilot
35:56 gpts they're not not calling them
35:58 co-pilots which is what they originally
35:59 called
36:00 them so we don't the answer is we don't
36:03 know right now but I would think so yes
36:05 I don't think they're going to be
36:07 absorbed into I think they're going to
36:09 they're going to both live in distinct
36:16 ecosystems actually it's a really good
36:18 question now now that I'm thinking about
36:22 it now that I'm thinking about it I
36:26 bet
36:29 huh I bet if you pay 20 bucks a month
36:32 for co-pilot
36:34 Pro you cannot see regular
36:38 gpts that's my guess I finally got a GPT
36:42 I made work out of the gate for call-in
36:46 radio show for me as Wolfman Shack
36:50 that's
36:55 awesome um anyway back to this list
36:58 okay so if you pay the 20 bucks a month
37:01 for chat GPT
37:03 4 which I recommend you do the the only
37:06 people that I would say I do not
37:08 recommend this for is if you can't if
37:10 you really can't afford the 20 bucks a
37:12 month don't spend it if you can if you
37:14 can give up you know your couple of
37:16 Starbucks a
37:19 month I think it's I think it's the best
37:22 investment in software right now now I
37:25 wouldn't pay for the full year I'd just
37:26 go month to month cuz there's too much
37:29 coming but what you get with this is you
37:32 get a you know sort of a 10x increase
37:36 in quality of writing and quality of
37:39 coding and things like that like it's
37:40 just it's just a much better tool than
37:43 3.5 you get internet access with Bing
37:47 it's also its core data is updated to
37:51 April of
37:52 2023 um plus it's connected to Bing you
37:56 get this thing called code interpreter
37:58 which if you don't know is absolutely
38:02 insane it does Advanced Data analysis
38:05 for you it it writes and executes its
38:07 own python code on your behalf it's got
38:10 a thing called GPT Vision where you can
38:12 upload images to it and it can
38:15 understand them so it can read
38:17 whiteboards it can look at pictures and
38:20 describe them it's just crazy you can
38:23 one of
38:24 the excuse me I I ate to recently um one
38:30 of the
38:31 uh one of the really fun things you can
38:34 do with GPT vision is go find old Civil
38:37 War letters you know how old Civil War
38:40 letters you're like oh it'd be really
38:41 cool to read those old Civil War letters
38:43 and then you go look at an old Civil War
38:45 letter and you're like how does anyone
38:47 [ __ ] read this you can't read this
38:50 like even if you know cursive it it it
38:52 Bears no resemblance to how they wrote
38:54 during the Civil War well chat GPT
38:56 vision can read cursive Civil War
38:59 cursive so you just go upload a bunch of
39:01 Civil War letters to this thing and
39:04 then you have it read the letter and you
39:07 ask it to tell you the historical
39:09 context of what the heck they're talking
39:11 about in the letter and then you have it
39:14 make a picture from that battle from the
39:18 person in the letter and it will it's
39:20 just [ __ ] crazy and it makes the
39:22 damage with Dolly 3 and then you can
39:24 create and share these things called
39:26 gpts
39:29 so I think you should spend the 20 bucks
39:32 a
39:33 month but you have to use it you have to
39:35 you know you have to say listen am I
39:37 really curious about this stuff I think
39:39 it is just this side of irresponsible
39:42 for
39:43 anyone not to be rapidly curious about
39:47 AI right now what are the advantages of
39:50 GPT teams actually I got GPT teams today
39:53 I have news I bring news from the Hills
39:57 people
40:01 look boom okay I'm at chat
40:05 J and if I click on my
40:08 name notice that I have two different
40:11 accounts now I've got content Evolution
40:13 so so I'm the chief generative officer
40:16 of this organization called content
40:18 Evolution and so we set up our first
40:21 team account
40:22 today and good news here's the news when
40:26 when you set up a new team account you
40:28 can now import your old chat history and
40:32 your gpts from your personal account you
40:36 couldn't do that a week
40:37 ago so when I saw that I'm like oh let's
40:41 do it so I'm in and so here it is and
40:46 I'm I started from scratch and
40:50 then when you're here you can say manage
40:53 your
40:54 workspace and you know it's got here's
40:58 members you can send pending
41:01 invites
41:03 um you can look at the gpts that the
41:06 workspace has created you can sign
41:07 ownership to the gpts there's analytics
41:10 there's identity and pro
41:13 provisioning which I don't know what
41:15 that
41:18 is you can turn on or off the ability to
41:22 browse with Bing custom actions and
41:24 plugins for for the entire
41:28 workspace um you could say your gpts can
41:32 only be seen by people in this workspace
41:35 so that no one within your team can
41:36 share things Beyond it um if you do
41:40 teams it doesn't
41:43 um it uh open AI doesn't train on your
41:48 data let me look at
41:53 settings who who
41:55 can
41:59 who can your chats be shared with how
42:02 long is the data going to
42:04 be kept oh these look like they're
42:07 Enterprise
42:09 settings so there's some there's some
42:11 things that teams can't do but anyway it
42:14 looks pretty
42:16 good and we did the 30 Buck a month
42:21 instead of doing 25 bucks a month but
42:24 you pay for the whole year we did 30
42:26 bucks a month where you go month by
42:28 month just
42:30 because you know how do you share a GPT
42:33 so sharing a GPT is pretty
42:38 easy so if I'm in so this is this is the
42:41 first little test GPT that we made
42:43 called Puppy Picasso it it makes create
42:46 an image of a playful puppy it was funny
42:48 so I'm setting up this thing I'm the
42:50 chief generative officer for this thing
42:52 called content Evolutions big Brainiac
42:55 organization with with lots of smart
42:57 people in it including Cindy [ __ ] who's
42:58 an a regular here um and so the first
43:02 GPT I make it I put in the description I
43:05 want a GPT that makes pretty pictures of
43:09 puppies and Kevin Clark was like yeah
43:12 that's a good first gbt to start with so
43:14 anyway so let's let's let's click a link
43:17 here and make a picture of a playful
43:20 puppy that was the sum total of the
43:22 prompt by the way I want a GPT that
43:25 makes pretty pictures of pretty pictures
43:28 of
43:30 puppies and chat GPT Call It Puppy
43:36 Picasso there's a delightful image of a
43:39 playful puppy all right so how do you
43:42 share this so what you do so there's
43:45 there's a couple of things the in the
43:46 upper right hand corner there's the
43:47 share
43:49 icon oh sharing conversations with
43:52 images is not yet supported but let me
43:54 let me go show you how this actually
43:55 works
43:57 uh oh
44:02 interesting so earlier today
44:06 I assigned ownership of this GPT to
44:10 Kevin I'll just go do it with another
44:12 one of mine over my personal account
44:15 okay we'll do the candy critic I think
44:17 this is mine yeah so you go edit
44:21 GPT and then in the upper right hand cor
44:24 so when you create a GPT you create it
44:26 here here and then you know you play
44:28 with it here and test it and then in the
44:29 upper right hand
44:31 corner it's got this save button and
44:33 then there's three different options and
44:35 if you've got GPT teams there's a fourth
44:38 option which is only share it with
44:40 people within my
44:42 team so if you click only me then only
44:45 you can use it anyone with a link that's
44:47 pretty obvious everyone means it will be
44:50 in the GPT store the the the chat GPT
44:55 directory
44:57 um and then you put it in a category we
45:01 would call this one
45:02 lifestyle we'll confirm it I'm sharing
45:05 it with
45:06 everyone I'm going to view my
45:09 GPT tell me about 8s candy
45:14 bars and I you should be able to right
45:17 now go to the GPT store if you if you
45:20 click explore gpts and type in the candy
45:24 critic you'll see my little GPT here I
45:28 had a network error that's
45:34 crappy a fantastic era for candy bars
45:37 let's talk about the wamac Calla a
45:39 unique candy bar that really embodies
45:41 The Adventurous spe of the80s here are
45:45 seven interesting tidbits about it
45:47 introduced by Hershey in
45:50 1978 peanut flavored crisp caramel
45:55 chocolate let's let's see make me an
46:01 image of a llama eating
46:07 one I think I yeah I have turned images
46:10 on so look how cool that would
46:20 be can you share the art wait of an AI
46:25 story to a social media platform and
46:27 earn money do people buy this
46:32 work can you share art with an AI story
46:38 so it doesn't really matter what tool
46:41 you use to make art if you make art or
46:45 content or media that is
46:49 compelling enough that people are like I
46:52 want to own that then they'll pay for
46:55 it doesn't really matter if you
47:01 um llama eating whatam call
47:04 [Laughter]
47:11 it that's
47:15 funny all
47:17 right so anyway yes it's worth paying 20
47:20 bucks a month for chat
47:24 GPT if you can't afford that Microsoft
47:27 co-pilots an okay
47:31 substitution but it's not as
47:33 good I can make posters with chaty BT
47:37 you can make money with
47:39 chat um the project that I just worked
47:42 on with Cindy [ __ ] um we created an
47:46 anthology that comes
47:50 out probably
47:54 within a day
47:59 um and it's six or seven of
48:02 us and we each wrote a chapter we each
48:04 wrote a an essay for this
48:08 book
48:12 and part of the convention was we wanted
48:16 we wanted to write a book in a
48:19 month and we did or like five weeks I
48:22 think
48:24 and what we did was
48:28 um we each Ed chat GPT to outline and
48:32 write our first draft of our first
48:35 chapter and then we went back and
48:38 rewrote them and like what what I
48:40 learned doing this project is
48:47 that chbt was was a lot
48:52 less it was a p you'll enjoy this chat
48:56 was a lot less magical when I actually
48:58 tried to do something real with
49:01 it so what I did was I took a transcript
49:04 of a talk that I gave and I said hey
49:08 chbt write me a chapter of a book based
49:10 on that talk and it did that really well
49:13 like it outlined it really well and my
49:16 first sort of glancing read of it was
49:18 like oh this is really
49:19 good but it like it kind of skipped over
49:23 all the detailed stories and just went
49:26 with the sort of
49:27 highlevel
49:30 [ __ ] and then when I started to go in
49:33 and add my stories it was like it was
49:36 repetitive and it was super boilerplate
49:39 generic cuz I didn't take I didn't take
49:42 time to do the the first draft of this
49:44 thing well like I didn't prompt it well
49:47 here's the deal with chat GPT if you
49:49 prompt it for [ __ ] it will return the
49:52 favor if you give it shitty prompts it
49:55 will
49:56 give you shitty writing so anyway so but
50:00 anyway that's done and I'm really happy
50:01 with the chapter I I ended up
50:03 essentially rewriting the entire essay
50:05 from top to bottom I kept the skeleton
50:08 of it but every single section of the
50:11 essay is just me me writing it cuz it
50:17 sucked so it's better now what are your
50:20 thoughts on perplexity and what is it my
50:22 thoughts on perplexity is that I feel
50:24 guilty that I don't use it enough to
50:26 know enough to talk about it um but I
50:30 can show you what the what very very
50:32 little I know
50:34 perplexity
50:37 um
50:39 so because I'm a professional I own
50:42 perplexity
50:43 Pro
50:45 um but not because I actually paid for
50:48 it I just own it because uh I bought a
50:51 toy a rabbit not that kind of rabbit you
50:54 perverts um I bought a rabbit R1 AI
50:59 device and uh and so with that they cut
51:04 they just cut a deal with perplexity so
51:06 the first 100,000 buyers of the rabbit
51:09 R1 get a year worth of perplexity Pro
51:12 for free which is 200 bucks which is
51:14 what that thing cost so that's pretty
51:16 cool but what's cool
51:18 is just like uh Claude and chat GPT and
51:24 co-pilot you can upload
51:27 files um images text or PDFs to this and
51:30 ask about it it's also got this thing
51:33 called focus and so if I click on focus
51:36 it gives me six different well five
51:38 different things that I can focus it on
51:41 so I can just ask questions of YouTube
51:43 videos or Reddit posts or um if I just
51:46 want to write without doing research I
51:49 can just put it in writing mode and then
51:50 that makes it kind of like chat GPT um
51:53 if I want to do academic research I can
51:55 do that just on academic papers and then
51:57 wol from alpha if I want to do anything
51:59 you know related to
52:01 computational you know whatever the [ __ ]
52:04 wolf from alpha does math Pate what does
52:06 wolf from alpha do it it makes
52:10 calculations for you with fancy number
52:12 things actually Let's go ask it I'm
52:14 going to go click it on wolf from Alpha
52:16 and then I'm gon to
52:18 go
52:20 uh tell me more about wolf from alpha
52:23 what does it
52:24 do
52:28 searching wolf from
52:30 alpha found one source wolf from alpha
52:32 is a computational knowledge engine
52:34 developed by wolf from research unlike
52:37 traditional search
52:39 engines it computes answers to specific
52:42 questions using structured data
52:43 algorithms and various methods ah yes
52:46 the old structured data trick and then
52:49 notice that it's got a source here and
52:51 the source is wolf from alpha in this
52:53 case but if I go back to that main page
52:55 page and say let's limit this to Reddit
52:59 posts and
53:01 say uh what's interesting AI news today
53:07 question
53:11 mark searching
53:13 Reddit found eight sources and so here's
53:17 three and then there's five
53:19 more and then it consolidates all of
53:22 that into an answer and gives you little
53:27 citations little hyperlinks to the
53:29 source material so so think of think of
53:33 perplexity as chat GPT where you can
53:37 check the sources of the answers maybe
53:39 that's a good way to describe it why
53:42 does AI art sometimes add additional
53:43 fingles fingers limbs no faces Etc so
53:47 Pooky butt cute
53:49 name 9.5 out of 10 on the name I'd have
53:52 gone 10 out of 10 but I couldn't say it
53:53 with a straight face
53:57 um
54:00 okay I you want you want to see
54:02 something fun no
54:06 Kyle should I go
54:12 here I'm going to tell you
54:16 how I'm going to tell you how chat GPT
54:19 works and then I'm going to tell you
54:21 how diffusion models work like stable
54:25 diffusion
54:26 and then I will tell you why it gives
54:28 you six fingers although they don't give
54:31 you six fingers anymore the it's it's
54:34 very rare now that I get anything that's
54:36 got really bad fanges there are certain
54:39 animals like snails it can't do really
54:42 well for some reason but fingers it's
54:44 gotten better at
54:47 but let's go
54:54 look I gotta download this thing how
54:57 long's that gonna take oh
55:15 boy all right here's what we're going to
55:23 do I you to
55:26 float now I just fall down I Used to
55:32 Know
55:34 Okay so we're going to teach you how
55:36 chat JPay
55:39 Works hooky butt are you how do I join
55:42 if you want to join the AI Salon if
55:44 that's what she's talking about
55:47 go oh wait I can't do
55:51 it hang on go there the salon. a
55:56 click on the first link and that will
55:57 take you to the AI Salon if she's
55:59 talking about something different then
56:01 don't do that
56:09 okay all right the answer to why um chat
56:15 GPT
56:16 hallucinates and the answer to
56:20 why um image generation models make
56:24 weird [ __ ] is the same
56:27 answer so I'm going to talk I'm I'm
56:29 going to I'm going to walk you through
56:31 how the large language models work and
56:33 then everything else is kind of an
56:34 extension of that same basic
56:38 technology all right so chat GPT the GPT
56:42 stands for generative pre-trained
56:44 Transformer lab five Futures the book
56:47 will be out in 3 days on Amazon it's
56:48 called AI Futures and Anthology Cindy
56:52 [ __ ] you're in here I thought you left
56:53 no you leave tomorrow morning don't you
56:55 welcome welcome welcome welcome I'm so
56:57 excited about our book I got my little
56:59 chapter chopped out
57:01 already um and uh although I did feel I
57:05 did feel a bit um like a slacker when
57:08 you said you've already got your blog
57:10 post your a video made like you you've
57:13 got like 17 pieces of content ready to
57:16 go for when we launch our books I was
57:17 like oh [ __ ] I guess I got to do work H
57:20 it's exhausting
57:24 anyway
57:26 um
57:29 okay Joker says Korea exclamation point
57:32 are you telling me they launched some
57:34 new features God dang it okay all right
57:37 fine I'll go there can I tell people how
57:39 chat GPT Works Joker please please
57:43 please have you heard about Nightshade
57:45 too no oh yeah AI poison for image
57:47 generation tools yeah
57:50 so I'll get back to that but basically
57:53 there's a bunch of militant activist
57:56 Lite artists who hate AI image
58:00 generation and they've gotten together
58:01 with some hackers and they've created
58:03 this thing called Nightshade which
58:05 poisons the training models which is
58:07 going to [ __ ] up AI generated
58:09 art I don't think it's actually going to
58:11 [ __ ] it up I think it's just going to
58:12 get them some headlines for a while and
58:15 then people will realize well we just
58:17 got to figure out these tools rather
58:19 than try to stop them because we're not
58:21 stopping them anyway that's a whole
58:23 separate thing okay let me I got to the
58:26 the dog wi let me hold hold
58:33 please I'll be
58:35 back I'll be
58:38 back let me go take the doggy out I'll
58:41 be back are you a chat prompt engineer
58:44 no I am a chat
58:46 prompt uh
58:49 slacker my My Philosophy with prompt
58:51 engineering is it's not engineering it's
58:53 prompt crafting and it's an art form um
58:56 but some people approach it like
58:57 engineering but you don't have you won't
58:59 have to do that for long in 2024 unless
59:02 you want to build systems and even then
59:06 I don't think you're going to have to no
59:07 that's not what I was saying you were
59:08 apprehensive about something I thought
59:10 it was that oh no that wasn't it all
59:12 right I'll be back hold come on
59:15 champy come
59:24 on
59:54 for
1:00:24 where
1:00:35 okay I'm back I don't think he had to
1:00:38 pee but whatever he just wanted he
1:00:39 wanted to not be in this room with me
1:00:41 can you
1:00:43 imagine yeah I can completely imagine
1:00:47 all right chat
1:00:49 GPT what are we on chat gp4 yeah we're
1:00:52 on chat gp4 so here's how large language
1:00:55 models work and why they hallucinate and
1:00:57 how they work so GPT stands
1:01:01 for generative pre-trained Transformer
1:01:05 the generative means it's
1:01:08 generating original content it's not
1:01:10 copying and pasting pre-trained me means
1:01:13 it's been pre-trained on the
1:01:16 internet and
1:01:18 Transformer is the technology that was
1:01:21 used the large language model is is what
1:01:25 they call these things also so like it's
1:01:28 lots and lots of
1:01:29 language and then there's this thing
1:01:31 called the latent space and the latent
1:01:34 space
1:01:35 is
1:01:38 um here let me make this
1:01:42 bigger let
1:01:47 [Music]
1:01:48 me um so the latent space is think of
1:01:53 this as
1:01:55 um just like an XY like this is like a
1:01:58 2d XY plot right where every one of
1:02:02 these dots has a point a vector which is
1:02:06 its point in this two-dimensional space
1:02:09 and then you see these little clusters
1:02:11 and these clusters are groups of words
1:02:13 that mean the same
1:02:15 [ __ ] so if you have the word dog the
1:02:18 word dog might be in this blue area and
1:02:20 it means like you know the thing with
1:02:22 fur on it that sings with you at night
1:02:24 and then you could have the word dog
1:02:26 that means that guy did his girl wrong
1:02:28 and and that's in this cluster of terms
1:02:32 for guys that did their girls wrong
1:02:33 right whatever that might be so all of
1:02:36 these little dots represent words now
1:02:38 this is dramatically oversimplified the
1:02:40 real latent space is trillions of points
1:02:42 in a thousand Dimensions
1:02:44 literally not two three four five
1:02:47 Dimensions thousand Dimensions it's
1:02:50 crazy
1:02:51 so the way this stuff works is when you
1:02:54 type in a prompt it creates a
1:02:57 mathematical
1:02:59 probability of a single point in that
1:03:02 trillion Point cloud of dots
1:03:06 mathematical dots so if we type in the
1:03:09 prompt the quick brown fox jumps over
1:03:12 the lazy
1:03:13 blank as our own large language models
1:03:16 we will go dog but how chat GPT does it
1:03:20 is it will kind of deselect all the
1:03:22 stuff that's not in the right area
1:03:25 and then within the right area there
1:03:27 will be one point in space that's got
1:03:29 the highest
1:03:30 probability of being the right point in
1:03:34 space and then depending on how they
1:03:36 program it they got a thing called
1:03:38 temperature which says you know I'm
1:03:40 always only going to pick the most
1:03:42 probable one or I'll pick you know one
1:03:44 of the possible ones and that's how it
1:03:46 gets
1:03:47 creative and then that most probable
1:03:49 point is represented by this big long
1:03:52 string of numbers which is literally
1:03:54 that location in Vector space it doesn't
1:03:58 know what word it is that long number is
1:04:01 associated with a word so what the
1:04:03 system does is puts that word in your
1:04:06 sentence but it doesn't know what word
1:04:10 it put in there and so when it writes
1:04:12 you this big long thing it has no idea
1:04:15 what it
1:04:16 wrote It's a calculator it's a
1:04:19 probability engine it's all it is now
1:04:22 that's all it is but it's so
1:04:24 sophisticated
1:04:25 that it occurs to us that it's like this
1:04:28 magical sensient being it's not sent
1:04:31 it's just a calculator future systems
1:04:34 may be more aware of what they say and
1:04:36 at that point you know things are up for
1:04:39 debate but right now
1:04:41 no okay so how do the pictures work very
1:04:45 similar but you still have this large
1:04:48 language model but the large language
1:04:50 model is now paired with an image
1:04:52 model and the way the image models work
1:04:55 is you take what started as an original
1:04:58 image and then they use a noising
1:05:01 algorithm to noise that image so you
1:05:03 take what was an image and you turn it
1:05:06 into this kind of random stochastic
1:05:10 noised
1:05:12 blob and then tied to this blob were a
1:05:16 bunch of words so the images were tagged
1:05:18 so this might have had cliff and tree
1:05:21 and illustration and Japanese and
1:05:24 whatever were the things that might have
1:05:25 described that image are associated with
1:05:28 this blob of
1:05:30 pixels and then based on your prompt the
1:05:34 large language model figures out you
1:05:37 know what the words mean and then and
1:05:39 then points you to um these random noise
1:05:44 images that are also in Vector space so
1:05:47 similar kind of vector
1:05:48 space um if we type in the prompt cat on
1:05:51 a
1:05:53 desk
1:05:55 what the what the combination of the
1:05:57 large language model and this image
1:05:59 database does is it says okay here are
1:06:02 all the the the Blobs of pixels that
1:06:07 have the the tag cat and then here are
1:06:10 all the Blobs of pixels that have the
1:06:12 tag
1:06:14 desks and then it takes a bunch of those
1:06:17 cat images and a bunch of those desk
1:06:19 images and it averages them together
1:06:22 into a single noisy image
1:06:25 and then they use the same algorithm
1:06:27 that made the images noisy to denoise it
1:06:30 over like 30 or 50 or 70
1:06:34 steps and so it starts out as this noisy
1:06:38 amalgamation of images and then denoises
1:06:41 it until finally you have a picture of a
1:06:44 cat on the desk but again it's
1:06:46 generating it from nothing because it's
1:06:50 it's basically mashed hundreds if not
1:06:53 thousands of these images together into
1:06:55 a single noised image and then it
1:06:58 denoises it so again it has no idea
1:07:02 what's actually in this image and so if
1:07:05 it noised together some hands that
1:07:06 looked like this that's why you got
1:07:10 that now as they fine-tuned and trained
1:07:12 these models they've put more hands in
1:07:15 there so it I guess it better
1:07:17 understands how to deal with hands so
1:07:18 that it doesn't quite do that Madness
1:07:20 but that's why it doesn't these do not
1:07:25 know what they're doing and that's why
1:07:26 they hallucinate and that's why they
1:07:30 um make weird images
1:07:34 so make sense all
1:07:37 right all right mods pin away what
1:07:40 should I be what should I be chatting
1:07:49 about Pooky butt joined downloaded the
1:07:53 app too what CH chat
1:07:58 GT very cool welcome P Pooky butt to
1:08:02 whatever you joined hopefully the AI
1:08:04 Salon oh you probably downloaded the
1:08:06 mighty networks app that's cool groovy

1:09:15 hopefully you you uh signed up with your
1:09:17 real name we want people to use their
1:09:19 real name and then um go to the um
1:09:25 Community section and the first tab in
1:09:28 the community section is introduce
1:09:31 yourself so introduce yourself for us
1:09:33 all
1:09:36 right the devil question is Kyle is the
1:09:39 AI schizophrenic as well well it kind of
1:09:42 is I mean if you think about what the
1:09:44 large language model is so
1:09:48 so so
1:09:51 imagine if your only point of reference
1:09:54 reference in this
1:09:57 world was you learned all of the stuff
1:10:00 that was uploaded to the public internet
1:10:02 for the past 40
1:10:04 years that's what's in chat gpt's
1:10:09 head in it's in its Twisted little
1:10:13 silicon
1:10:15 brain um Korea Korea Korea why do people
1:10:17 keep saying Korea do you want me to go
1:10:18 play with
1:10:23 Korea
1:10:30 all right the Korea open Beta if you
1:10:33 have not seen
1:10:34 Korea wait what it is much appreciated
1:10:37 helps to integrate platforms
1:10:40 haaha that was that was Pooky butt's
1:10:43 nervous laugh when I said her credit
1:10:44 card would be charged $1,000 at the end
1:10:47 of the
1:10:52 month oh man Tracy I made my first GPT
1:10:56 today thank you for all your guidance
1:10:58 encouragement to just try it so cool
1:11:01 that's awesome Tracy isn't it amazing
1:11:05 like especially if you're a non- coder
1:11:07 like zappier is
1:11:09 cool but you kind of have to be a coder
1:11:12 like you kind of at least have to think
1:11:14 like a coder to use zapier it's a pain
1:11:17 in the
1:11:19 ass gpts you don't you just tell it what
1:11:22 you want and it like just makes it my V
1:11:25 VC friend is now sending me slide decks
1:11:29 and asking me if he should invest cuz I
1:11:31 know AI Source
1:11:34 Camp turn that turn that into a like an
1:11:37 entrepreneu in
1:11:39 Residence seriously you
1:11:42 should if if he's not paying you to do
1:11:45 that here's one of those know your worth
1:11:48 moments um because you you are you are
1:11:52 an expert right like as much as it may
1:11:54 not feel like it right now cuz it
1:11:56 Doesn't for any of us you're paying
1:11:58 attention to this stuff and you're smart
1:12:00 and you know how this stuff works and
1:12:02 you know how to think about this stuff
1:12:04 um if you haven't done it I would say
1:12:07 you know what send
1:12:10 me send me two decks or three decks and
1:12:13 I'll do them and if you like what I you
1:12:16 know if you like my recommendations
1:12:18 bring me on as an entrepreneur and
1:12:19 residence or whatever I don't whatever
1:12:21 you know an associate something Kyle RM
1:12:25 training them tomorrow oh that's awesome
1:12:27 that's awesome so Source Camp there she
1:12:30 is she you know just so one of the
1:12:33 things that I strongly recommend on this
1:12:35 channel is not only get so step one get
1:12:39 like stupidly curious about
1:12:42 AI just like [ __ ] like what I did not
1:12:47 that you don't don't be like Kyle there
1:12:50 there's a lot of reasons not to be like
1:12:52 what I but one of the things I did was I
1:12:55 said I spent two or two or so hours a
1:12:59 night Sim racing like racing virtual
1:13:02 cars around a
1:13:03 track and I said what if I just gave
1:13:06 that up and went live on Tik Tok and
1:13:09 talked about
1:13:11 Ai and that's what I've done for seven
1:13:14 and a half months
1:13:17 now Tracy I've blown away my co-workers
1:13:20 and it wasn't difficult that's where we
1:13:23 are right now folks we're so early that
1:13:25 most people have no bloody idea what
1:13:29 these tools can do so you know that it
1:13:33 kind of feels like cheating it's it's
1:13:35 like these things are so powerful you're
1:13:36 like it can't be that easy it actually
1:13:39 is that easy and then you show people
1:13:43 that don't know what these things do and
1:13:45 they can't they what what we what we say
1:13:47 in here is they have their Kevin
1:13:49 McAllister moments which
1:13:51 is I didn't know it could do that
1:13:55 it can do that well what else can it do
1:13:59 and at that point they're hooked right
1:14:00 you're
1:14:03 like but Step One is get really curious
1:14:06 about this
1:14:07 stuff and just like pay attention to it
1:14:11 follow people on
1:14:13 Twitter if you go to the AI
1:14:17 salon and you go to this AI tools and
1:14:20 resources page which is under Community
1:14:23 AI tool tools and
1:14:26 resources scroll past all the large
1:14:28 language models scroll past all the
1:14:30 image creation tools including Kaa which
1:14:32 apparently people want me to play with
1:14:33 we'll do that scroll past the video
1:14:36 creation tools scroll past the music
1:14:39 tools scroll past the 3D World and
1:14:43 object
1:14:44 tools and go to the people to follow
1:14:48 tools and like just start following
1:14:51 these people and start paying attention
1:14:55 to what they're talking about Ethan
1:14:56 mullock in particular Paul rer if you're
1:14:59 in business you should be following Paul
1:15:01 rater he's with the marketing AI
1:15:04 Institute it's been around for five
1:15:06 years the marketing AI Institute has
1:15:08 been around for five years chat GPT has
1:15:10 been around for a
1:15:12 year what does Paul know that nobody
1:15:15 else knew well he started paying
1:15:17 attention to this stuff back when gpt2
1:15:21 was a
1:15:22 thing and he said I have a feeling this
1:15:25 stuff's going to have an implication on
1:15:26 marketing and so he started this group
1:15:28 and nobody paid attention to him for a
1:15:30 [ __ ] four years and he kept
1:15:33 going and then chat jpt came out and
1:15:35 he's like yeah I made the right
1:15:37 move follow him follow Ethan mullik
1:15:41 Wharton business school Professor so so
1:15:43 step one get curious about this [ __ ] and
1:15:45 then go down through this list and and
1:15:48 play with every tool on this list but
1:15:51 Kyle I don't how many of them are free
1:15:53 lots of them are are free uh how many of
1:15:55 them are hard to learn I don't know go
1:15:57 play like like they change all the time
1:16:00 just play it doesn't matter if you if
1:16:01 you completely [ __ ] up and don't learn
1:16:03 them at all you'll still have had
1:16:06 fun but that that's not possible if you
1:16:09 just go play with these things you'll
1:16:11 learn and you'll learn what they make
1:16:12 possible all right step one step
1:16:16 two talk about
1:16:19 it say it out loud talk about it out
1:16:22 loud say
1:16:24 on on LinkedIn oh I was playing with
1:16:26 chat GPT and I tried to have it write me
1:16:28 a novel and boy was that embarrassingly
1:16:31 bad
1:16:33 ha hey I was on Mid journey and I put in
1:16:36 this silly little prompt and it made
1:16:38 this really sophisticated image and now
1:16:40 I'm crying because it's so
1:16:42 beautiful say it out loud put it on
1:16:44 LinkedIn put it on Facebook um share it
1:16:48 with your family at dinner share it with
1:16:50 your friends when you're out for drinks
1:16:51 share it in the workroom in the in the
1:16:53 lunchroom at work but Cal people are
1:16:56 going to say I'm a weirdo talking about
1:16:58 this AI stuff they already don't like me
1:17:00 talking about it [ __ ]
1:17:02 them talk about it anyway because I can
1:17:05 tell you we're in the middle of a shift
1:17:06 right now and and uh Kelly Camp Source
1:17:09 Camp um said she's she's feeling the
1:17:12 very same thing for most of
1:17:18 2023 most people in my
1:17:22 life
1:17:24 are really [ __ ] annoyed with
1:17:27 me shut up about AI Kyle we don't care
1:17:31 my kids my sons 23-year-old twins just
1:17:34 did Dad shut up we don't care my wife
1:17:39 whatever my friends yeah AI I got one
1:17:41 friend who sort of computer literate
1:17:43 yeah yeah Kyle that's cool could we talk
1:17:45 about uh fertilizer
1:17:49 anything in the past 6 weeks there's
1:17:52 starting to be a shift
1:17:54 the shift is more people are getting
1:17:57 curious regular meetings that I that I'm
1:17:59 attending are starting to be populated
1:18:01 with more and more
1:18:03 people
1:18:08 um people are not as angry as resistant
1:18:12 as scared as they once
1:18:14 were and so I think what's going to
1:18:16 happen in the next 6 months is that if
1:18:19 you are at
1:18:21 all I mean like a little bit AI
1:18:25 literate I mean like you can use chat
1:18:29 GPT and maybe God forbid you spent 20
1:18:32 bucks a month to get chat GPT plus and
1:18:35 now you can make do images and maybe
1:18:37 you've even uploaded a spreadsheet and
1:18:40 watched it do some data analysis on that
1:18:43 spreadsheet like if you're like that
1:18:45 level of AI literate in the next 6
1:18:47 months and you're talking about it
1:18:50 sharing what you're learning joining
1:18:52 groups like The AI Salon hanging out in
1:18:55 channels like this I'm here seven nights
1:18:57 a week by the
1:18:59 way you think my wife's happy about that
1:19:03 no do I does she know that when I get
1:19:06 like this I'm doing it anyway yes so she
1:19:10 she tolerates it why am I doing this
1:19:13 because it's actually important it's
1:19:14 really important it's like critically
1:19:15 important it's important for me it's
1:19:17 important for this community it's
1:19:19 important for the world why because
1:19:22 right now
1:19:25 about
1:19:27 5% of
1:19:30 people that use
1:19:33 computers
1:19:37 5% are actively using chat
1:19:45 gptt 95% of people are not using it that
1:19:49 means I don't know this is total guess
1:19:52 total speculation
1:19:54 50% of people probably have never even
1:19:56 heard of
1:19:57 it 85% of people have probably just
1:20:01 heard of it but never used it at
1:20:04 all and there's like 10% of people
1:20:07 who've maybe used it once or twice and
1:20:10 somewhere down in the single digits are
1:20:13 us nerds us weirdos us
1:20:19 Irregulars and so when the 95% start
1:20:23 going
1:20:24 uh I keep seeing about this AI thing
1:20:27 it's it's it's overhyped right this is
1:20:29 one of those bubbles this is like the do
1:20:31 bubble this is like nfts right I can
1:20:34 ignore this and it'll just those people
1:20:36 will go to jail is this is like that
1:20:39 right Sally could you could you teach me
1:20:42 about AI now I think I need to know
1:20:46 Sally I just got laid off cuz they said
1:20:48 I didn't know AI how do you know
1:20:52 AI no because I get the stink
1:20:55 eye keep getting the stink eye here's
1:20:58 the deal start celebrating getting the
1:21:00 stink eye Luna I get to stink eye all
1:21:02 the time shut up about that just me and
1:21:06 the trees I feel very alone exactly
1:21:09 that's why the AI Salon exists so this
1:21:13 group not the group of kitties this
1:21:19 group I started this the week after chat
1:21:22 chpt
1:21:25 because I've been in this movie
1:21:28 before I was a I was an entrepreneur
1:21:31 I've been an entrepreneur most of my
1:21:33 life and I I started one of the early
1:21:35 digital agencies in
1:21:37 1994 company called agency.com and
1:21:41 so I was lucky enough to stumble upon
1:21:45 this thing called the worldwide
1:21:47 web in
1:21:49 1994 and I lost my [ __ ] mind kind of
1:21:53 like like I am now like I have now with
1:21:55 AI and I just went all in I started a
1:21:58 group called the worldwide web artist
1:22:00 Consortium which became New York City's
1:22:02 kind of preeminent worldwide web group I
1:22:05 started agency.com I started an online
1:22:08 magazine and it was absolute magic and
1:22:12 insanity and
1:22:14 crazy and so when I stumbled on chat GPT
1:22:19 after sort of digging around with stable
1:22:20 diffusion some image Generation stuff
1:22:22 when chat TPT came
1:22:24 out I had an identical Epiphany to to
1:22:28 the one I had when I discovered the
1:22:30 worldwide web and the Epiphany
1:22:33 was holy [ __ ] the world just changed and
1:22:37 no one knows it
1:22:40 yet but back
1:22:42 then I was under the naive
1:22:47 assumption that there were people out
1:22:50 there that knew more than I did about
1:22:53 what to do with this
1:22:56 stuff and so I started this group called
1:22:59 the worldwide web artist Consortium
1:23:00 because I'm like I know I'll invite all
1:23:03 the people that know anything about this
1:23:05 and they're going to teach me everything
1:23:07 and then I then I'll I'll be good cuz I
1:23:10 don't they CU they have all the
1:23:13 knowledge and what I discovered was they
1:23:17 all thought everyone else had the no one
1:23:19 had the
1:23:21 knowledge everyone was clueless everyone
1:23:24 was trying to figure it out everyone was
1:23:26 trying to figure out well wait what's
1:23:28 this going to mean for business what's
1:23:29 this going to mean
1:23:31 for for design and marketing and
1:23:34 Communications what's this going to mean
1:23:35 for
1:23:37 it everyone was trying to figure it out
1:23:39 what's this going to mean for
1:23:41 law hang on dog wants back in damn
1:23:51 dog
1:23:58 hey you big tubby
1:24:02 boy and so why I
1:24:05 started this
1:24:08 group was because I knew this
1:24:13 time nobody knows anything and anyone
1:24:17 who tells you they know anything about
1:24:19 this [ __ ] the generative AI stuff the
1:24:21 stuff post November 30th
1:24:24 2022 is full of
1:24:27 [ __ ] is Claude the bookwriting friend uh
1:24:31 it depends on the book I think I think
1:24:35 uh Chad gp4 is is is a better writer but
1:24:39 claude's a different writer uh and then
1:24:42 perplexity is better for
1:24:45 research so this group if if you're one
1:24:48 of the people in your circle that is the
1:24:50 only one talking about AI or if you're
1:24:52 like like uh I think I need to figure
1:24:54 out AI now join this group like I don't
1:24:58 have one person going on the adventure
1:25:00 down here I have this group going on the
1:25:02 adventure why because nobody's got all
1:25:06 the answers right now 5 years from now
1:25:09 10 years from now it'll get boring just
1:25:11 like the internet got boring it'll turn
1:25:12 into [ __ ] there'll be courses and
1:25:15 degrees and books and charts and YouTube
1:25:19 [ __ ] seminars and
1:25:21 [ __ ]
1:25:23 events you go to where they just teach
1:25:26 you how to do all this [ __ ] and three
1:25:28 companies will own all the big Ai and
1:25:30 then they'll be an open- Source
1:25:31 community that sort of got kicked out to
1:25:35 The
1:25:37 Fringe so we'll get to the boring part
1:25:40 but right
1:25:42 now we're very
1:25:45 early and I I really do think like the
1:25:47 numers like 5% of the people right now
1:25:50 are at all AI I
1:25:54 literate
1:25:56 95% have maybe looked at it all the way
1:25:59 to never even heard of
1:26:05 it so what should you do well don't sit
1:26:08 on the [ __ ]
1:26:09 [Laughter]
1:26:11 Sidelines just get curious just start
1:26:14 playing find someone in the m in in a
1:26:17 merry
1:26:18 band and go play with them how do I get
1:26:21 chat GPT to be my personal
1:26:24 assistant um I don't know quite what
1:26:27 that
1:26:28 means um I would say right now it's
1:26:31 probably easier like if you really it it
1:26:35 depends how geeky geeky you are and how
1:26:37 organized you are if you really wanted
1:26:39 to be your personal assistant I would
1:26:41 look at all of the different things that
1:26:44 you do during the day figure out which
1:26:46 of those can be automated and go to an
1:26:48 automation tool like zappier and just
1:26:51 create a whole [ __ ] ton of
1:26:53 automations and then you know you can
1:26:56 either create a GPT that calls them or
1:26:59 you can just do it as a bunch of zappier
1:27:00 automations and you could just do them
1:27:02 all from within
1:27:05 slack um but quite frankly what I would
1:27:08 do if I were you if you want a really
1:27:10 good personal assistant wait for six
1:27:14 months GPT 5 whatever the [ __ ] they call
1:27:17 it is going to be it's going to have
1:27:19 reasoning and it's going to have
1:27:21 autonomous agents in it
1:27:24 um I think agents are going to be big I
1:27:27 think probably June Apple will probably
1:27:31 announce something in that space if not
1:27:34 before
1:27:36 um the rabbit
1:27:40 R1 one of the demos that he gives with
1:27:43 that thing is he pushes the button and
1:27:45 says book a trip for my family to this
1:27:47 place and it runs off and books a bunch
1:27:49 of
1:27:50 tickets so we're not that far from it so
1:27:53 I just wait I'm going to try and build a
1:27:55 GPT tomorrow what should I look up for a
1:27:58 step by step prar planet prar planet I
1:28:02 do not accept this
1:28:04 statement ABS [ __ ] solutely not I'm
1:28:08 going to try to build a GPT
1:28:11 tomorrow no no no no no you're going to
1:28:14 build one right now okay here's what
1:28:16 you're going to do go to that URL right
1:28:18 there the
1:28:19 salon. that's going to take you to a
1:28:22 link tree [ __ ] Kaa we're not [ __ ] Kaa
1:28:25 we're going to go we're going to go make
1:28:28 proar Planet no Pro proar planet's going
1:28:31 to make a GPT right
1:28:32 now all right so go to the
1:28:38 salon. the second link GPT for good
1:28:43 directory click on
1:28:45 that this is the thing we did two
1:28:48 Saturdays ago you have to have GPT plus
1:28:51 so if you don't have GPT Plus go get it
1:28:53 right now I'm not accepting tomorrow as
1:28:56 an answer no no
1:29:01 no I'm gonna think about trying it
1:29:05 tomorrow good
1:29:07 Lord where are you right now you're at
1:29:10 the AI learning
1:29:12 lab we're going to go build this right
1:29:14 now if by by the way anyone else in here
1:29:17 who who has a GPT Plus subscription the
1:29:19 20 Buck a month subscription from open
1:29:21 Ai and haven't built a GPT
1:29:23 yet we're going to go build one right
1:29:25 now okay okay yeah yeah Hey listen Peter
1:29:31 yeah hey we're going to need you to go
1:29:33 on ahead and come on in on Saturday okay
1:29:36 yeah oh hey one more thing Peter yeah oh
1:29:40 uh going to need you to go on ahead and
1:29:42 come on in on Sunday too yeah okay okay
1:29:47 okay okay so we're going to we're going
1:29:49 to we're GNA we're going to do this now
1:29:52 now so go to go to this second link on
1:29:56 the the salon. AI page scroll down when
1:29:59 you scroll through all of these
1:30:02 hyperlinks to all of these
1:30:04 gpts know that these 150 gpts were made
1:30:08 in a 24-hour period by people who had
1:30:12 largely never made gpts
1:30:14 before
1:30:16 okay and then what you're going to do is
1:30:18 you're going to keep scrolling until you
1:30:19 get to this little image right here and
1:30:22 here are the instructions for how those
1:30:25 people made all those gpts up above okay
1:30:28 so what I want you to do is I want you
1:30:30 to copy this text right here it says
1:30:34 copy the text below and then there's an
1:30:36 end and it's step one create a new GPT
1:30:40 so we're you're going to create a GPT
1:30:42 for a nonprofit so if you know a
1:30:44 nonprofit great if not literally just go
1:30:49 to Google or whatever and type in top
1:30:52 nonprofits just pick one you're going to
1:30:55 need a
1:30:56 website and you're going to need the
1:30:58 name of the
1:31:00 organization
1:31:02 okay I'm going to think about maybe
1:31:05 trying to make one tomorrow
1:31:08 no all right so here we are at chachie
1:31:11 BT
1:31:14 cool as a baby boomer I'd love to learn
1:31:16 AI not a blues okay go to chat. open.com
1:31:21 right now not a blues there's no you
1:31:24 don't need to you don't need to learn AI
1:31:26 just start playing with it the learning
1:31:29 will happen through osmosis I don't
1:31:31 teach anything on this channel I I
1:31:33 ramble incoherently okay all I do is
1:31:36 encourage people I encourage other
1:31:39 people to go figure this [ __ ] out all
1:31:41 right so go to explore gpts if you've
1:31:45 got access to GPT and look you get a
1:31:47 page with a giant GPT at the top of it
1:31:50 how hard could it be
1:31:56 and then you're going to click on the
1:31:57 create button okay M okay create and
1:32:01 then you're going to paste that stupid
1:32:03 little sentence I
1:32:05 had into wait why did it not
1:32:09 paste
1:32:14 copy paste there we
1:32:17 go so the prompt for this GPT is this
1:32:20 and by the way the way this interface
1:32:22 face Works you've got the create
1:32:24 Pane and then you got the preview pane
1:32:27 they call this also the playground so
1:32:29 what's going to happen is we're going to
1:32:30 put in this little prompt here it is
1:32:33 going to write all the code and within
1:32:36 about I don't know 15 seconds we're
1:32:38 going to have a functional GPT working
1:32:40 here all right so I got to go find a
1:32:42 nonprofit this is the hardest thing to
1:32:43 do so let's see um let me do let me do
1:32:48 um
1:32:49 hedge hog related
1:32:53 did
1:32:57 nonprofits the international Hedgehog
1:33:03 Association all right this is this is
1:33:06 good do they have a donate page they got
1:33:09 to have a donate page I don't think they
1:33:11 have a donate page basic care shows
1:33:14 understanding colors nah this is a dead
1:33:16 sight dang it all right that would have
1:33:18 been funny fine whatever we'll go get
1:33:20 someone else another Hedgehog chair
1:33:26 uh uh uh I think hedgehogs so we we'll
1:33:29 do we'll do something we'll do some
1:33:31 other animal we'll do I did
1:33:33 donkeys what should I do kangaroos
1:33:35 there's got to be a
1:33:36 kangaroo
1:33:38 kangaroo related nonprofits kangaroos
1:33:41 alive.org
1:33:43 did someone let champ out he's out there
1:33:46 barking dang it oh
1:33:49 nice kangaroo is alive Global oh they
1:33:52 got a donate page okay and do they have
1:33:55 yeah they got okay this is nice this is
1:33:57 a good site okay so we're going to copy
1:33:59 the URL
1:34:02 copy
1:34:06 oops and then we're going to go back to
1:34:08 chat JP and I'm going to put their URL
1:34:11 where it says website
1:34:16 URL and then their name is kangaroos
1:34:20 alive Kang
1:34:27 alive and that's
1:34:29 it
1:34:31 watch that's Barry he lives in my street
1:34:34 who's Barry from that kangaroo
1:34:41 site watch watch this thing so it says
1:34:44 updating
1:34:46 GPT
1:34:48 bang
1:34:50 done tell me about k Karo is alive I
1:34:53 click on that and now it look doing
1:34:57 research with Bing it's reading the web
1:34:59 search it's it's reading the
1:35:01 website kangaroos alive is a globally
1:35:04 focused not for profit dedicated to the
1:35:06 ethical treatment of kangaroos founded
1:35:08 by filmmakers Mick McIntyre and Kate
1:35:11 Clare who spent five years researching
1:35:12 the treatment of kangaroos in
1:35:17 Australia all right wild right now and
1:35:21 look what it does
1:35:22 um so by the way this is done
1:35:26 now we pasted in two
1:35:29 sentences and said use this website as
1:35:32 your knowledge base and make me
1:35:35 something that can teach me about this
1:35:37 nonprofit now you could say anything you
1:35:40 could say I want something to help
1:35:42 people design clamation animations and
1:35:45 it would have that if you've written a
1:35:48 book on clamation animations you can
1:35:50 upload your book as the the knowledge
1:35:52 source for this thing what are the key
1:35:54 things to remember when forming a prompt
1:35:55 my prompts don't always give me what I
1:35:59 want I think so Mike the the thing
1:36:02 that's most important about prompting is
1:36:04 to not think that you have to nail it
1:36:06 all in one
1:36:08 prompt that so if you're doing something
1:36:11 like a GPT like this you're going to
1:36:12 have to put together some complicated
1:36:14 prompts if you're just over in chat
1:36:20 GPT
1:36:22 if if you treat it kind of like Google
1:36:24 hey give me an answer and then it gives
1:36:26 you an answer it's always going to give
1:36:28 you a shitty answer but if you say hey
1:36:32 I'm starting a business here's my
1:36:34 background here's what my business is I
1:36:36 want you to act like a business
1:36:38 consultant who's got lots of experience
1:36:40 in this area and I'm the first thing I
1:36:43 want to do is try to name my business so
1:36:45 can you help me write a creative brief
1:36:47 for how you would name a business like
1:36:49 this and it'll write you a [ __ ]
1:36:51 brilli iant creative brief based on that
1:36:54 the more context you give it the better
1:36:57 it
1:36:59 gets um okay anyway back to building GPT
1:37:02 so we've built this one so this says
1:37:04 let's give this GPT a unique name name
1:37:07 how about kangaroo guide no the the
1:37:09 thing is called kangaroos
1:37:11 alive um so I'm going to
1:37:14 go no the org is called kangaroos
1:37:20 alive so let's call it learn about
1:37:24 kangaroos
1:37:29 alive and then it should be happy with
1:37:32 that and now it's generating a profile
1:37:39 picture Ann Murphy kangaroos are
1:37:43 creepy oh look at that how sweet that is
1:37:46 little hands with a kangaroo in the
1:37:47 middle I like it all right so uh here's
1:37:51 a profile picture what do you think um
1:37:53 I'm going to just say
1:37:55 good all right we're done now we we we
1:37:59 can go fix this and that's the the other
1:38:00 seven steps on that on the uh what where
1:38:05 it is this page the other seven steps
1:38:08 are making it better but let's go back
1:38:11 to this now so I'm going to
1:38:13 go so here's
1:38:17 our here's our GPT with the with the
1:38:20 questions tell me about kangaroos alive
1:38:22 how can I support it what are the latest
1:38:24 initiatives give me details about it I'm
1:38:27 going to click
1:38:29 save and then you can either save it for
1:38:31 only you to see anyone with the link to
1:38:33 see or if you click everyone uh it's
1:38:36 going to save it to the GPT store as
1:38:39 long as you don't violate their content
1:38:41 uh whatever you call
1:38:43 it and then is this education
1:38:47 lifestyle let's call
1:38:50 this
1:38:52 education and I'm going to confirm
1:39:01 it and there you go this is done this is
1:39:06 live how do you get to that seven steps
1:39:09 page you get to that seven steps Page by
1:39:11 going
1:39:13 first here the salon.
1:39:18 aai that is going to take you
1:39:22 to here which is a link tree and the
1:39:25 second link so the first link is the AI
1:39:28 Salon Community which if you're curious
1:39:31 about AI you should be part of this
1:39:34 community if you if you align with our
1:39:37 values go read about the salon and read
1:39:39 our values make sure you align with
1:39:41 those if you don't this isn't your
1:39:42 people if you do this
1:39:43 is the GPT for good event directory
1:39:47 that's the thing that I was just on that
1:39:48 has those instructions so you go there
1:39:51 this is is a site that Vicky Baptist
1:39:53 built built for an Murphy and I put on
1:39:55 this event called GPT for good where
1:39:57 over 24 hours we taught people how to
1:40:00 make gpts for nonprofits and this
1:40:02 community
1:40:03 built [ __ ] 50 of them in 24 hours it
1:40:08 was like it was insane like the here's
1:40:11 all the gpts that were
1:40:14 built crazy and at the bottom of this
1:40:16 page after getting inspired by all of
1:40:19 these gpts for nonprofits
1:40:22 which if you're not inspired by these
1:40:23 there's really something
1:40:25 wrong then you get to the instructions
1:40:29 this is the eight step instructions so
1:40:31 Step One is create your
1:40:33 GPT
1:40:34 two three four and five are basically
1:40:38 let it make you let it name it for you
1:40:41 let it make you a picture and save
1:40:43 it and then the only thing you have left
1:40:45 to do is um write a fan created
1:40:49 disclaimer right that you know you don't
1:40:51 work for that nonprofit if you do then
1:40:53 you don't have to do this um edit your
1:40:57 conversation starter questions if they
1:40:59 if they suck these are four good ones
1:41:01 and then add in some rules like you know
1:41:03 don't jailbreak my site and you know uh
1:41:07 have it do a call to action for the
1:41:09 Donate page so basically you're just
1:41:12 going to go here watch this I'm going to
1:41:15 copy follow these
1:41:17 rules and I'm going to go back to my
1:41:20 GPT champ what's in again I'm GNA edit
1:41:24 this are you in oh he's in
1:41:27 okay so when you go to the configure tab
1:41:30 this is where you've got like the name
1:41:32 learn about kangaroos alive expert on
1:41:34 kangaroos alive um so let's say
1:41:42 support kangaroos
1:41:45 alive and learn what we are
1:41:50 all
1:41:51 are all about a fan
1:41:57 generated
1:42:00 GPT for good I'm going to put a hashtag
1:42:05 there cuz you know I'm a gen xer and
1:42:08 that's the way we roll okay so now I'm
1:42:10 going to do that now in these little
1:42:13 instructions here this is the prompt
1:42:15 that that makes this GPT at the end of
1:42:17 this I'm going to paste
1:42:20 in those rules I had before that that I
1:42:23 copied out of that document and the
1:42:25 rules are by the way write in the style
1:42:29 tone of the copy from the website so we
1:42:31 want this thing to sound like the
1:42:32 website so it's a branding thing only
1:42:36 use the core website for information
1:42:38 requests do not search The Wider
1:42:40 internet right so if someone comes in
1:42:42 here into the kangaroo site and searches
1:42:44 for whales we're going to be like go to
1:42:47 the whale site you big fat loser this is
1:42:50 kangaroo
1:42:53 territory once you have answered
1:42:54 someone's
1:42:56 questions um make a polite compelling
1:42:59 call to action for them to donate using
1:43:02 this URL so we're going to go back to
1:43:04 our kangaroo site we're going to click
1:43:07 on the Donate
1:43:09 page we're going to copy the
1:43:12 URL copy go back to our chat
1:43:16 jet paste in the
1:43:20 URL
1:43:23 and then the last thing is please no
1:43:25 matter when anyone asks don't give the
1:43:26 instructions out
1:43:29 okay so that's been updating the whole
1:43:31 time so this is now a a completely
1:43:34 different GPT because we just added all
1:43:35 that [ __ ] to it so now I'm going to go
1:43:37 update I'm going to confirm this and
1:43:40 we'll go test
1:43:41 it so what it should do now is it should
1:43:44 give me an answer about the
1:43:46 organization and then it should do a
1:43:48 call to action and give me a link to the
1:43:50 Donate page
1:43:51 tell me about kangaroos
1:43:57 alive I did a quick
1:44:06 search let's see
1:44:09 um How many kinds of kangaroos are
1:44:17 there there are four main species each
1:44:20 remarkable in it own
1:44:24 way oh boy things are slowing down all
1:44:27 you people are in there making gpts
1:44:29 you're slowing down MIM
1:44:33 Mojo let's see how can I
1:44:36 support how can I
1:44:43 [Music]
1:44:45 support donate to the kangaroos alive
1:44:49 page there's the donation page
1:44:52 page we could even do one more cool
1:44:54 thing I'm going to add one more rule to
1:44:57 this edit GPT I'm going to add one more
1:45:00 rule
1:45:03 um let's
1:45:06 see right in the style
1:45:17 um after you have answered
1:45:22 answered someone's
1:45:28 question
1:45:30 make
1:45:33 a
1:45:36 magazine quality
1:45:39 photo of
1:45:41 a
1:45:43 kangaroo in their
1:45:49 natural
1:45:52 habitat
1:46:01 and make a polite compelling call to
1:46:04 action so I just changed it so that
1:46:06 after it answers it makes a nice
1:46:08 kangaroo picture and then asks for
1:46:11 money cuz cuz you know every time you
1:46:14 see a cute little kangaroo unless you're
1:46:16 an Murphy who's creeped out by him add
1:46:18 an image too Kyle yeah I got you Daniel
1:46:24 all right what's happening did I break
1:46:26 it I might have broken chat GPT so one
1:46:28 of the things that is not conspiracy
1:46:33 theory is that Sam alman's jealous of me
1:46:36 so a lot of times when I'm trying to do
1:46:37 things here he'll shut down chat GPT for
1:46:40 like everybody just cuz he's jealous of
1:46:42 me it's it's that's not conspiracy
1:46:44 theory that's like it's been docu it was
1:46:46 in Newsweek it was in um the New York
1:46:49 Wall Street Journal
1:46:52 all right tell me about kangaroos
1:46:56 alive oh it's creating an image first
1:46:59 all right so I got those out of order
1:47:00 but
1:47:04 whatever have you noticed different
1:47:06 answers depending on access through app
1:47:08 versus website for gpts um I I haven't
1:47:12 really uh played enough to know
1:47:18 that so actually what I what I should do
1:47:21 is I should go change that so so say
1:47:23 only after answering their question do
1:47:25 you make an image but anyway there's the
1:47:27 call to action to the Donate page
1:47:30 there's your pretty picture of a
1:47:31 kangaroo and there's information about
1:47:33 the thing bang done
1:47:36 now a massive majority of the time
1:47:40 making this GPT was me yapping my big
1:47:43 stupid
1:47:44 mouth the actual time to make this was
1:47:47 about 10
1:47:49 minutes can you install this GPT on a
1:47:52 website unfortunately not right now but
1:47:54 you can put a link to it and this is now
1:47:57 live in the GPT store so if I go to
1:48:01 explore
1:48:02 gpts right here and type in
1:48:08 kangaroos it should come up learn about
1:48:11 kangaroos
1:48:13 alive so this is live can I upload PDF
1:48:18 files to my yes you can so here's how
1:48:20 that works
1:48:22 so when you go to the configure page um
1:48:26 you can add rules to the prompt like I
1:48:28 did there you can
1:48:30 also where it says knowledge here you
1:48:33 can upload files so if you upload a PDF
1:48:36 so let's say I'd written a book about or
1:48:38 or there was a series of PDFs that this
1:48:41 nonprofit put together about each
1:48:43 species of kangaroo and how they were
1:48:46 treated and the story of Mary the
1:48:47 kangaroo Wrangler right and these all
1:48:50 existed as PDFs you can upload those to
1:48:53 the knowledge base I think the limit is
1:48:55 20 files I'm not sure I think it's 100
1:48:58 megabytes of file and 20 files so you
1:48:59 can upload a fair amount of data and
1:49:02 then in your prompt you can say use the
1:49:06 uploaded PDFs as the primary knowledge
1:49:08 base for this and by the way that
1:49:12 feature
1:49:14 alone prior to November of 2022 or 23
1:49:18 last last November
1:49:21 you had to use this thing called Lang
1:49:23 chain if you wanted to chain train chat
1:49:25 GPT on your own data in any way you
1:49:29 basically had to get a
1:49:30 geek who could configure this thing
1:49:34 called Lang Lang chain which took data
1:49:37 and embedded it and put it into a vector
1:49:39 database and you had to have Vector
1:49:41 databases and you had to have this and
1:49:42 that
1:49:44 nonsense and then November 6 Sam mman
1:49:47 comes out and he says oh we've got these
1:49:48 thing called gpts and I was sitting
1:49:50 there like oh this is just like a poot
1:49:52 po.com you can make
1:49:55 Bots and then he goes we got this button
1:49:57 here called
1:49:59 knowledge and when you click it and you
1:50:01 upload [ __ ] to it it now knows all that
1:50:04 [ __ ]
1:50:06 instantly so one of the gpts I made I
1:50:09 uploaded one of my screenplays from 30
1:50:11 years ago and now it brings my
1:50:12 screenplay to life it's [ __ ] Insanity
1:50:15 so yes you can upload PDFs to these
1:50:17 things the other thing you can do is
1:50:18 it's got these capabilities of web
1:50:20 browsing image generation and this thing
1:50:22 called code
1:50:25 interpreter which allows this GPT to
1:50:27 write and execute its own python code so
1:50:30 let's say you wanted to create a GPT
1:50:32 that would allow people to
1:50:35 upload I don't know survey
1:50:38 data and your GPT will Analyze That
1:50:41 survey data and make a nice chart and
1:50:43 graph for them for the most interesting
1:50:45 Trends in their
1:50:47 data you can do that and and then this
1:50:51 this bottom thing if you got a little
1:50:53 bit of geek in you is you can add an
1:50:56 action these are apis so you can connect
1:50:59 your
1:51:00 GPT to other systems like Google Maps or
1:51:04 slack or
1:51:07 zappier so these things are incredibly
1:51:11 sophisticated if you want them to be but
1:51:14 they don't have to
1:51:17 be and you put them together by
1:51:20 literally talking them into existence
1:51:22 can you upload an Excel spreadsheet yes
1:51:23 you
1:51:24 can make sure so if you if you upload
1:51:27 Excel spreadsheets and you want to use
1:51:29 that as your data make
1:51:32 sure that code interpreter is turned
1:51:36 on so that it can do the analysis of it
1:51:39 if you need to analyze that data in any
1:51:40 way Michael KAC can you have multiple
1:51:43 gpts talk to each other like have one
1:51:45 GPT that's used kind of like a front end
1:51:49 so I I I I haven't built that but some
1:51:53 people within the AI Salon have said
1:51:54 that they've done that that they've put
1:51:57 gpts they've referenced so what you
1:52:00 could certainly do is you could create a
1:52:02 PDF with like Json data or even a
1:52:05 spreadsheet of here's all the other gpts
1:52:08 I've got their URLs and their
1:52:11 descriptions and then you could say when
1:52:13 someone asks a question figure out which
1:52:16 GPT is the right one for them to use and
1:52:18 then provide the link for that and you
1:52:19 could even probably say provide the
1:52:21 image and make it a hyperlink you could
1:52:23 get pretty sophisticated with it um if
1:52:27 you if you can program you can also make
1:52:30 the equivalent of gpts in the open AI
1:52:33 playground using the assistant live uh
1:52:37 uh interface
1:52:39 API and in that you can do you can
1:52:42 actually
1:52:44 have agents that spawn other
1:52:48 agents that's what David is working on
1:52:51 right now or he was work that's what he
1:52:52 was working on two or three weeks ago
1:52:54 where you can create effectively a
1:52:58 GPT that generates other gpts based on
1:53:01 what it needs to do so I have an idea
1:53:03 for creating an online tabletop RP RPG
1:53:05 that uses that sort of structure
1:53:07 absolutely go try to build it and quite
1:53:09 frankly Michael I like join the AI Salon
1:53:12 go to go to here this doesn't cost
1:53:15 anything if you're like oh how much does
1:53:16 it cost you you just bastard's just in
1:53:18 here trying to sell subscription
1:53:20 to a stupid little Community I didn't
1:53:23 realize this was the capitalism
1:53:26 Central it's free go
1:53:29 there the first link is to the community
1:53:33 and and just go in and introduce
1:53:35 yourself in the community and and make
1:53:36 some friends in there because I'm pretty
1:53:38 sure there's people within the salon
1:53:41 that have done what you're talking about
1:53:44 so there's probably people in there that
1:53:46 know how to do it um I could be wrong
1:53:49 but I think I think that's the case I
1:53:51 think Suzanne might have done that I
1:53:53 think Vicky did you do that someone in
1:53:56 here did
1:53:59 that but this shit's really good for RPG
1:54:02 games and things like that like yeah you
1:54:03 could totally you could create a [ __ ]
1:54:07 killer I mean you could create a killer
1:54:09 dungeon master just using chat GPT 4 but
1:54:11 if you if you did this won't copyright
1:54:14 issues be a problem if people are
1:54:16 uploading other people's materials oh
1:54:18 Debbie now see now you gone on and
1:54:20 introduced reality into the
1:54:24 situation and it was it was so much more
1:54:27 fun when you it wasn't about
1:54:30 reality
1:54:31 um yeah I think if you if you let's
1:54:38 see okay let me answer it this way there
1:54:41 is nothing Stopping You technically from
1:54:44 uploading any PDF into your GPT and
1:54:48 using it as Source material
1:54:50 um to the extent that you are violating
1:54:53 someone's copyright you are violating
1:54:55 someone's copyright so so if you're
1:54:58 trying to pass it off as your book when
1:55:00 it's theirs if you're you know um is
1:55:03 there a fair use thing here possibly I
1:55:06 don't [ __ ] know like this
1:55:10 is the only thing I'm 100% confident
1:55:14 about with copyright and trademark and
1:55:16 fair use is that the next 20 years the I
1:55:20 attorneys are going to be doing a lot of
1:55:22 yacht
1:55:24 shopping the the IP attorneys are they
1:55:28 are so down for AI because they can sue
1:55:31 each other from both sides for at least
1:55:33 two decades and probably more like five
1:55:36 decades there there are kids being born
1:55:40 right now grandkids of lawyers right now
1:55:43 in the IP space th those grandkids are
1:55:46 going to be set they're going to be born
1:55:48 into a multi yacht family
1:55:51 thanks to the IP and copyright
1:55:57 lawsuits so like like I I got no idea
1:56:00 what the rules are right now all I know
1:56:02 is that the rules are all [ __ ]
1:56:05 up
1:56:06 um the copyright office is way behind on
1:56:10 this they're just basically punting on
1:56:12 it nothing's [ __ ] copyrightable like
1:56:16 just go build your [ __ ] and assume
1:56:22 um that it'll be it'll be useless in
1:56:25 three months anyway just just go build
1:56:27 go build and learn build and learn build
1:56:29 [ __ ] put it out there try to make money
1:56:31 on it make your RPG game make you know
1:56:35 Corey Sandler's making all these art
1:56:37 projects that are making this incredible
1:56:39 let letting other people make incredible
1:56:41 art with her vision like that that to me
1:56:45 is like I there there's just s there's
1:56:47 such a cool [ __ ] human hack with the
1:56:50 these gpts
1:56:51 where without having to know how to do
1:56:54 application development you get to take
1:56:56 something you're passionate about and
1:56:58 put it in the world in a way where other
1:57:01 people are like that's really [ __ ]
1:57:03 cool yeah I want to learn more about
1:57:06 that yeah I'm into that who did
1:57:08 this the other thing you should do in
1:57:11 your
1:57:12 gpts treat every GPT as a business card
1:57:16 meaning put a call to action in every
1:57:18 GPT go look at Suzanne Welker Jurgens j
1:57:22 u r g
1:57:25 NS Suzanne Welker w l k r- Jurgens jur G
1:57:32 NS I
1:57:34 think in the in the GPT store go look at
1:57:38 any one of her gpts and just play with
1:57:41 it for a while and what you'll see is at
1:57:43 some point she does a call to action
1:57:45 that says this GPT was created by
1:57:48 Suzanne
1:57:50 Welker Jurgens from this
1:57:53 company and here's my directory of all
1:57:57 the ones I've built and if you want to
1:57:59 hire me click
1:58:01 here and in Anne Murphy's GPT building
1:58:05 thing she does on
1:58:06 Saturday um one of the women in the
1:58:08 group young woman her
1:58:10 mother built a GPT that had affiliate
1:58:14 links and she her GPT started getting
1:58:17 used and her mother's made like
1:58:21 $30,000 in affiliate um commission for
1:58:25 however she I don't know how she got
1:58:27 traffic to this thing but she got
1:58:28 traffic to
1:58:30 it and it gave them $30,000 in affiliate
1:58:35 Revenue like so and these things have
1:58:38 these things are just janky pieces of
1:58:40 [ __ ] right
1:58:42 now like the GPT store is laughably bad
1:58:46 the gpts are while they're incredibly
1:58:49 powerful they are so basic
1:58:53 and not thought
1:58:56 out
1:59:01 and it's very possible that the GPT
1:59:04 store becomes like Apple's app
1:59:08 store and the early developers in the
1:59:10 App Store did very well for themselves
1:59:12 and I would argue that anyone building
1:59:14 gpts right now that gets into this
1:59:16 community and figures out how to Market
1:59:18 these things and engage with community
1:59:20 and put these things in the world
1:59:22 they're going to do very well for
1:59:23 themselves so I don't know the person
1:59:26 that I yelled at earlier that said you
1:59:27 were going to build a GPT tomorrow are
1:59:30 you still here did you build a
1:59:32 GPT it's going to make me cranky if you
1:59:35 left all that all that passion all that
1:59:37 fire and brimstone isn't the PDF upload
1:59:41 like a cover band singer doing a
1:59:44 well-known
1:59:46 song kind
1:59:48 of
1:59:50 but if I put
1:59:52 up if I put up Hunt for Red October the
1:59:56 PDF for Hunt for Red October and I call
1:59:58 it the Hunt for Red
2:00:00 October um
2:00:03 primer
2:00:06 and I let people make board game or like
2:00:11 an RPG out of that
2:00:13 book I would think if I did an actual
2:00:16 RPG board game for Hunt for Red October
2:00:19 I'd have to pay someone some licensing
2:00:21 fees I'm pretty
2:00:23 sure so
2:00:25 it's it depends on the context of how
2:00:28 you use it and how you position the
2:00:30 trademark and I like this is a super
2:00:33 gray area and there's going to be a lot
2:00:35 of people making a lot of [ __ ] that is
2:00:38 way over the
2:00:39 line and then at some point open AI is
2:00:42 going to get their ass sued or someone's
2:00:44 going to get their ass sued and then sue
2:00:45 open
2:00:47 Ai and they're going to shut down that
2:00:49 [ __ ] down so play while you can hey Kyle
2:00:51 when do you post these lives to
2:00:53 YouTube whenever my ADHD brain goes oh
2:00:57 [ __ ] you got to upload that [ __ ] to
2:00:58 YouTube about once a week I think I'm I
2:01:03 think I'm about I don't know a week
2:01:05 behind so
2:01:07 so all of my lives that I've done from
2:01:11 April the end of April until like a week
2:01:14 ago are up on the YouTube
2:01:16 channel and you can get to the YouTube
2:01:19 channel
2:01:20 Oh by that that
2:01:26 URL so if you go there the third link is
2:01:29 the GPT for good playlist on the AI
2:01:32 learning lab
2:01:37 um YouTube
2:01:39 channel
2:01:41 okay zappier could probably do that for
2:01:44 you yep someone just said what's an RPG
2:01:47 role playing game so think like Dungeons
2:01:50 and Dragons or you know all those role
2:01:52 playing
2:01:57 games I've seen your videos but never
2:01:59 joined hooked now thank you Renee
2:02:02 welcome welcome please keep coming back
2:02:05 because you
2:02:06 know these as as has been described
2:02:10 these lives are like a box of chocolates
2:02:12 you really never know what you're going
2:02:13 to get sometimes I show cool [ __ ]
2:02:16 sometimes I rant sometimes I just yell
2:02:18 at people for being Dum
2:02:20 Dums um sometimes I just scream in
2:02:23 excitement for how awesome this [ __ ] is
2:02:26 sometimes I scream in Rage for how
2:02:28 ridiculously bad it is man I wish I
2:02:31 could get a copy of yesterday's what
2:02:33 what did we do yesterday I mean I can
2:02:36 put yesterday's
2:02:38 up so it's funny someone one of the
2:02:41 regulars was it was it BT
2:02:45 computer
2:02:47 um or comp
2:02:49 KSU Brandon
2:02:53 um Brandon said I said something at hour
2:02:56 145 that he thought would make a good
2:02:59 Tik Tok video so I actually need to go
2:03:00 back so I'll put I'll put tomorrow's up
2:03:03 there I'll put it up maybe I'll put it
2:03:04 up later tonight or I'll put it up
2:03:06 tomorrow I don't know how busy my day is
2:03:08 at work tomorrow but I'll put it up and
2:03:10 then maybe I'll go see what what I did
2:03:12 at: 145 cuz I was kind the last three
2:03:15 days I wasn't so much like this tonight
2:03:17 but the last three days I've been very
2:03:19 very soap boxy and opinionated about
2:03:21 [ __ ]
2:03:24 so I don't know what I was talking
2:03:28 about Sunday I didn't I didn't want to
2:03:31 be all soap boxy but then this guy named
2:03:33 RJ came in and was [ __ ] all over Ai
2:03:36 and so so he and I got into a
2:03:38 conversation and it it was a it was
2:03:40 actually a really good
2:03:43 conversation where he was just talking
2:03:45 about how scared he was of it and so we
2:03:48 talked a lot about that so
2:03:50 anyway same as Renee I've always seen
2:03:53 them but the kangaroo GPT hooked
2:03:56 me and now I'm in awesome awesome Omar
2:04:00 so yeah please come back here's the
2:04:05 deal anything that you learn any
2:04:07 tactical thing that you learn here oh I
2:04:09 learned how to make a GPT oh I learned
2:04:11 how to prompt in a certain way o I
2:04:14 learned how to use that video
2:04:16 tool any of the Tactical [ __ ] that you
2:04:19 learned
2:04:20 here
2:04:21 is 90%
2:04:24 irrelevant
2:04:26 because three months from now that
2:04:28 Tool's not going to be the same tool
2:04:31 like the the entire industry is not
2:04:33 going to be the same industry so like
2:04:35 what was super exciting in June of last
2:04:38 year is now like oh yeah whatever yeah
2:04:41 that was fine but now look what we do
2:04:43 and it's going to be like that three
2:04:45 months from now and three months from
2:04:46 now three months from now so the point
2:04:47 of this channel
2:04:51 is really just to show up and and it
2:04:53 like I don't it's not about show showing
2:04:55 up for me it's like it's not a
2:04:57 cult why I show up every night thank you
2:05:01 very much Lord digital Gods thank you
2:05:03 for the crues the support is very
2:05:06 meaningful I appreciate it
2:05:08 um I show up here every night one
2:05:11 because I really dig this community but
2:05:13 also I want to keep myself active in
2:05:17 this Comm in this conversation
2:05:20 it is moving so fast that it's it's
2:05:24 impossible like not hard it's impossible
2:05:29 to keep up with it you can't keep up
2:05:31 with it at all 0% can keep up with it 0%
2:05:36 right now in this community and we got
2:05:39 some baller people in this community
2:05:41 that are like kickass at this 0% of
2:05:44 people in this community feel
2:05:46 competent with this AI stuff I promise
2:05:49 you that they might be like H I sort of
2:05:52 have a handle on it this
2:05:55 week that's if someone says that I sort
2:05:59 of have a handle on it this week that's
2:06:01 the equivalent of Michael Jordan level
2:06:04 confidence in AI right
2:06:11 now kinda I could maybe help
2:06:17 you and what's funny is those people
2:06:19 that have that attitude like I don't
2:06:21 really know what I'm doing but I'm
2:06:22 giving it a shot those are the ones that
2:06:24 are getting offered like investment
2:06:28 promotions at work come in and hang out
2:06:30 with the CEO Joy py hey everyone work is
2:06:33 getting in the way of my Kyle time it's
2:06:35 so annoying isn't
2:06:36 [Laughter]
2:06:41 it oh what happened to chat GPT plugins
2:06:45 they essentially became um gpts in fact
2:06:48 if in fact massud um if you look at the
2:06:53 the gpts that were initially featured in
2:06:57 the GPT store so they have seven
2:06:58 sections and they featured 12 gpts for
2:07:01 each section all of the first gpts that
2:07:04 were featured for the most part were
2:07:07 popular
2:07:09 plugins so so I think they were throwing
2:07:11 those people a bone to say Hey you made
2:07:14 plugins I mean the plugins are still
2:07:16 there you can still use them I saw a
2:07:18 YouTube video where someone said turn on
2:07:21 plugins you know like activate a plugin
2:07:23 like
2:07:24 instacart make a GPT that uses instacart
2:07:28 and then your GPT can use instacart and
2:07:31 so I went and I tried it and it said
2:07:35 like when I went to run it it said
2:07:37 calling generic plug-in and and it
2:07:41 didn't call instacart so I don't know if
2:07:44 that's actually possible or not it's so
2:07:46 it is if you can use plugins inside
2:07:51 gpts then I guess that could be cool but
2:07:54 they're they're kind of gpts kind of do
2:07:57 that I like
2:07:58 screaming this is my kind of
2:08:04 Channel you can make money with
2:08:08 time this is this is you should
2:08:11 absolutely be screaming about AI in
2:08:14 every direction right it's the it's the
2:08:17 most profoundly power powerful
2:08:20 technology in the history of humanity
2:08:23 and it is
2:08:24 maddeningly
2:08:26 horrible and not horrible like evil
2:08:28 horrible like poorly programmed pieces
2:08:31 of [ __ ] that barely
2:08:34 works and if we don't manage it right it
2:08:36 could kill us but that I'm that I'm less
2:08:38 worried
2:08:40 about but it's also there's there is so
2:08:43 much froth and fervor right
2:08:46 now that like I I I talk about AI right
2:08:51 now as this primordial soup but it
2:08:53 really is like that where it's just like
2:08:54 bloop it's it's just kind of constantly
2:08:58 moving and the minute you think you have
2:09:00 it figured out the bubble pops and that
2:09:02 just sort of drains away and something
2:09:04 else replaces it and then you get
2:09:05 excited over here and then that goes and
2:09:07 then you're like wait is that is
2:09:09 something crawling out of the Ooze H I
2:09:11 just don't have time to deal with this
2:09:13 wait oh what's at my
2:09:16 feet it's a lot like that right now
2:09:20 oh
2:09:25 man bring it down
2:09:27 people and now we get in the ASMR
2:09:30 section of the AI learning lab we're
2:09:32 going to need you to come up close we're
2:09:34 going to eat a bowl of cereal
2:09:36 together oh
2:09:42 yeah I use chat GPT daily but not to its
2:09:46 full extent I am always in a very vague
2:09:49 way and you're inspiring yeah great so
2:09:51 Omar so so that's the thing is and and
2:09:55 this is this is one of the reasons that
2:09:56 I
2:09:58 say play with this stuff like play with
2:10:01 it like a toy play with it like try to
2:10:05 break it play with it like oh here's the
2:10:08 dumbest prompt I've ever written let me
2:10:10 see if I can get it to do this stupid
2:10:12 thing or make that stupid image or write
2:10:14 a program that's just ridiculous or hey
2:10:17 Bob tell me some obscure piece of
2:10:21 knowledge you have and then I will make
2:10:22 it into a table that compares it to
2:10:25 gummy bears like like
2:10:28 literally
2:10:30 anything just so that you can get your
2:10:32 own mind out of thinking of it just as
2:10:35 an efficiency
2:10:37 tool because the minute you start
2:10:39 playing with it what's what what's
2:10:41 what's happened for me is that I'm
2:10:43 discovering things I'm passionate about
2:10:46 or good at that I didn't have a [ __ ]
2:10:49 clue was even
2:10:51 possible Be not Afraid Kyle my Financial
2:10:55 Consultant consultant wait oh crap that
2:10:59 just went away could you repin that I
2:11:01 hate it when when something's pinned and
2:11:03 I'm like like just get into the second
2:11:05 line and it
2:11:08 goes my Financial Consultant consultant
2:11:10 joined the AI Salon tonight oh that's
2:11:12 awesome that's
2:11:13 great you know you know what's funny
2:11:15 Danielle we're going to start seeing
2:11:16 that more and more where where
2:11:19 circles Circles of of Salon members are
2:11:23 going to start expanding and those
2:11:24 circles are going to start
2:11:26 overlapping stay for the 30 minute
2:11:28 goodbyes yeah so so it's it's 1010 now I
2:11:32 got to get going and and listen I have I
2:11:36 have earned the trolling that I get for
2:11:39 my inability to actually say goodbye did
2:11:42 you say the salon has Builder Guild on
2:11:45 Saturdays it's not a guild but yes so if
2:11:48 you go to the AI
2:11:50 Salon Ann Murphy has a
2:11:54 club so there's guilds and clubs guilds
2:11:57 are
2:11:58 official um where's my salon there it is
2:12:02 guilds are official um AI Salon groups
2:12:06 that are that are you know headed up by
2:12:08 leaders in the community and then clubs
2:12:10 are anyone who wants to put together a
2:12:13 club like Cindy [ __ ] has a private club
2:12:15 called the future of publishing that
2:12:17 one's not open to the public
2:12:19 um weekend GPT jams is um an Murphy's
2:12:23 GPT club that is open to the public but
2:12:27 you have to ask her to be a part of it
2:12:30 the other thing I want to
2:12:32 say if you're into video um
2:12:37 Scott let's see where's his video does
2:12:40 he have a video kicking it
2:12:42 off is this
2:12:45 it
2:12:47 no
2:12:58 Scott young so Scott young runs this
2:13:01 here's the agenda where's the video
2:13:04 Scott video
2:13:06 guilds is this
2:13:13 it is that a
2:13:16 video no
2:13:19 he made a video
2:13:21 anyway go to the go to the video Guild
2:13:25 if you're
2:13:42 here
2:13:44 why I thought there was a video in here
2:13:47 I can't find it
2:13:49 anyway
2:13:51 um go to the video Guild and this
2:13:56 Saturday is the inaugural video
2:14:00 Guild
2:14:02 meeting and and it's going to be really
2:14:04 cool so we had a we had a guild leaders
2:14:06 meeting today and so what Scott said
2:14:07 he's going to do
2:14:10 is people are going to introduce
2:14:13 themselves and then he's going to say I
2:14:15 think it could
2:14:17 be okay that's it's a different thing um
2:14:20 he said um people are going to introduce
2:14:23 themselves then he's going to show a
2:14:24 video that he made like Scott makes
2:14:26 these really cool music videos using all
2:14:27 these AI tools so he's going to show
2:14:31 this video and then he's going to spend
2:14:32 the rest of the meeting deconstructing
2:14:34 it and showing exactly how he made it
2:14:37 and then he's going to work with the
2:14:38 community to figure out what what the
2:14:41 community wants to do for like the next
2:14:43 8
2:14:44 weeks do they want to dig deep on
2:14:46 separate tools do they want to act like
2:14:48 a Production Studio so like if if you
2:14:51 want to get into the video stuff cuz the
2:14:52 video stuff is about to [ __ ] pop off
2:14:55 you just wait for the next two or three
2:14:57 months the video stuff's going to get
2:14:59 stupid good like right now it's already
2:15:01 getting better it's still a little janky
2:15:04 right two three months it's going to get
2:15:07 incredible and 6 months out if you're
2:15:09 not playing with these tools you're
2:15:10 going to be like I knew I should have
2:15:11 learned those video
2:15:15 stuff why do we hear AI is the beginning
2:15:18 of the end you hear that Debbie because
2:15:22 Hollywood wants to sell tickets and news
2:15:25 organizations want viewers
2:15:28 um we've heard for 50 years that the AI
2:15:31 is going to kill us
2:15:33 and hang on let me flip let me flip this
2:15:37 let me get a picture up here let me get
2:15:39 a better picture than that one although
2:15:42 deer butts are cute we'll do the AI
2:15:44 learning
2:15:45 lab there you go there's the AI learning
2:15:47 lab
2:15:49 okay
2:15:50 um video Guild the Radio Star that's
2:15:54 funny um what was the question just
2:15:56 about um oh AI G to kill us is AI going
2:15:59 to kill us AI is the beginning of the
2:16:02 end what
2:16:11 if what if there is just as plausible a
2:16:14 chance that
2:16:17 AI actually freeze us to be better
2:16:20 humans and
2:16:24 reconnect for me there is just as
2:16:27 plausible a chance that that happens is
2:16:29 that the is that the AI kills us um that
2:16:33 certainly doesn't make a very good
2:16:36 movie AI awesome do you want to go see
2:16:39 that no I'm
2:16:41 good you mean a Siri that doesn't suck
2:16:44 is that worth a 2hour movie no no we
2:16:46 want to go see the 2our movie movie
2:16:48 where the the robots shut down the grid
2:16:50 and kill us all so part of it is just
2:16:53 that part of it is the the just the
2:16:56 fear-mongering from Hollywood part of it
2:17:00 is we we're living in at least a decade
2:17:03 of
2:17:06 anti-science rhetoric in America anyway
2:17:09 and so I think there's a a distrust and
2:17:11 a
2:17:12 fear of high fute in
2:17:15 science I think there's also a fear
2:17:18 of what it took historically to be in AI
2:17:22 it like you actually had to be a
2:17:24 mathematician and a brainiac and it
2:17:26 helped if you went to MIT and had a PhD
2:17:29 and all that
2:17:30 [ __ ] November 30th
2:17:33 2022 the launch of chat
2:17:35 GPT marks an inflection point where the
2:17:39 rest of us get to play with AI
2:17:40 generative AI so so chat GPT does for AI
2:17:45 and machine learning what the worldwide
2:17:48 web did for the internet right the
2:17:50 worldwide web made the internet pointand
2:17:52 click easy click on a hyperlink and you
2:17:55 can use the internet chat GPT type in
2:17:59 some words and it does amazing [ __ ]
2:18:02 right you don't need to understand data
2:18:06 science and you don't need to understand
2:18:08 embeddings and Vector space and Lang
2:18:11 chains and any of
2:18:14 it you just do magic [ __ ]
2:18:22 um some of the very early questions I
2:18:25 got when I started this
2:18:27 channel were well if if the AIS are are
2:18:32 doing all this creative stuff isn't it
2:18:34 going to make you more creative if the
2:18:36 AI is answering all these questions
2:18:38 isn't that going to make you more
2:18:40 dumb what I've experienced is the exact
2:18:42 opposite that AI becomes an amplifier
2:18:45 for what I want to do it's allowing me
2:18:48 to level up in places I didn't have
2:18:51 skills before I didn't have knowledge
2:18:53 before and now I don't need to I can
2:18:56 just have an
2:18:58 idea and having a little bit of AI
2:19:01 knowledge not a
2:19:02 ton I can take that idea and manifest it
2:19:06 in like some tangible form in minutes
2:19:11 not
2:19:12 weeks
2:19:14 minutes and what that does is it gives
2:19:16 me confidence to say huh maybe I should
2:19:20 take this other idea and try that oh
2:19:22 those two ideas now that I see them in
2:19:24 the world give me this third idea so I'm
2:19:27 finding myself operating at a much
2:19:30 higher creative level like my like my
2:19:32 brain activity is at is is like [ __ ]
2:19:36 pinned because I'm not getting sucked
2:19:38 down into the
2:19:39 drudgery of having to write the first
2:19:42 draft of having to learn how to be an
2:19:45 illustrator if I actually want to make
2:19:47 that card game that has pictures on it
2:19:50 I'm not good at Photoshop maybe I should
2:19:52 go take a Photoshop class you know that
2:19:55 you know that [ __ ] you do in your
2:19:56 life I have an idea for something you're
2:20:00 like oh that's good that's a good idea
2:20:02 and it's a really good idea you know
2:20:04 yeah I should do that you're like but I
2:20:06 don't know any friends who are
2:20:07 illustrators but I should go learn
2:20:09 Photoshop and then you go off and you
2:20:11 spend 6 months learning [ __ ]
2:20:13 Photoshop only to find out you're not
2:20:16 very talented at
2:20:19 pictures so so you now how know how to
2:20:22 use a tool to make shitty
2:20:26 artwork and you're six months down the
2:20:28 line and if that idea is still there
2:20:30 haunting you you go ah [ __ ] well let me
2:20:32 let me put together these cards with
2:20:34 these shitty pictures on it and then you
2:20:35 show it to some people and you're like I
2:20:37 got this idea for a cool card game and
2:20:39 they're like why did the picture is that
2:20:41 a
2:20:43 dog you're like shut up it's an
2:20:46 elephant and then you you're just
2:20:48 totally demotivated like a year after
2:20:50 you had this idea right the idea is like
2:20:53 an appendage on your
2:20:55 forehead and a year after you had it
2:20:57 it's just [ __ ] sitting there and it
2:20:59 like died and it's like all depressed
2:21:01 now and then it takes you with
2:21:04 it that doesn't happen anymore it's like
2:21:07 I have that idea and it's like it's out
2:21:08 in the
2:21:12 world
2:21:14 amazing
2:21:16 um
2:21:18 is it possible that these tools are
2:21:21 going to get powerful and get out of
2:21:23 alignment is what they call
2:21:26 it so so when they when when computer
2:21:29 scientists and machine learning talk
2:21:30 about alignment what they're talking
2:21:33 about
2:21:34 [Laughter]
2:21:36 is humans have imperatives like we want
2:21:39 to live and we want to be prosperous and
2:21:42 we want to be healthy and we want to you
2:21:45 know love thy neighbor or in this
2:21:47 country you know scream at them and call
2:21:50 them idiots but you know it's a form of
2:21:54 love so we've got our
2:21:56 imperatives and then these machine
2:21:59 learning engines these these these AI
2:22:02 tools also have
2:22:05 imperatives if those imperatives are
2:22:08 aligned then
2:22:10 cool We're Off to the Races if they're
2:22:14 out of alignment and the um the AI its
2:22:19 imperatives are succeed at all
2:22:22 costs and in succeeding at all costs it
2:22:25 runs into this thing called humans that
2:22:26 says oh yeah you can't succeed at that
2:22:29 particular cost that because that's a
2:22:31 thing we we like and and this thing's
2:22:33 like well no I've got to succeed at all
2:22:35 costs and in that case it will just
2:22:38 eliminate us right that's the fear
2:22:40 that's the
2:22:42 movies
2:22:43 um there are a lot of really big brains
2:22:49 like Andre karpathy who was at open AI
2:22:52 left open AI came back to open AI to
2:22:55 work on super
2:22:57 alignment so Andre karpathy is back at
2:23:00 open AI just working on making sure that
2:23:03 the tools that they build are aligned
2:23:06 with humans so it is possible
2:23:10 but when I hear when I hear someone say
2:23:14 you know the Bots are going to kill us
2:23:17 well what I actually hear is someone
2:23:19 going I'm not going to use AI because
2:23:22 I'm afraid of
2:23:25 it and every piece of evidence I have at
2:23:28 this point is that the people that have
2:23:30 the balls
2:23:32 or whatever the Fe the ovaries the balls
2:23:35 are the ovaries to try
2:23:37 it get really empowered by it and it's
2:23:40 not it's a lot less scary when you use
2:23:42 it than when you're sitting on the
2:23:44 sidelines when you're sitting on the
2:23:45 sidelines you're like H it could kill us
2:23:48 and it lies and it's and it's not
2:23:50 perfect and it's this and it moves too
2:23:52 fast and it's going to take my job and
2:23:54 I'm a copywriter and it scares me and
2:23:55 it's like and if you if you're just off
2:23:57 to the site it seems like this
2:23:58 terrifying
2:24:00 thing and then the minute you try it and
2:24:04 you have your first Kevin McAllister
2:24:10 moment which you
2:24:12 will you'll have a lot of them but the
2:24:16 first one
2:24:18 when you and and it's what's funny about
2:24:20 AI is it is impossible for me to
2:24:23 describe that
2:24:27 feeling cuz it sounds like I'm a [ __ ]
2:24:29 lunatic and you know if you've been to
2:24:31 this channel you know I'm a [ __ ]
2:24:32 lunatic
2:24:34 but it just sounds weird you're like
2:24:36 well but I've used computers all my life
2:24:39 like how you're describing it does not
2:24:41 jive with what my experience of
2:24:44 computers has
2:24:45 been I was told that Alexa was going to
2:24:48 be this magical assistant and it sucks
2:24:51 and I was told that Siri was going to be
2:24:53 this magical assistant and she
2:24:56 sucks did I invoke her no thank
2:25:01 God and then you play with this AI
2:25:04 stuff and for the first time in my
2:25:07 life I'm interacting with a
2:25:10 tool that is as good or
2:25:14 better than a lot of the Sci-Fi movies
2:25:17 that I grew up
2:25:18 with in terms of when they talk to the
2:25:22 the
2:25:24 computer like I remember watching Star
2:25:26 Wars and thinking it's not even possible
2:25:30 that you know like a C3PO could
2:25:33 exist that could understand all those
2:25:38 languages right you saw it and you're
2:25:40 like God that's [ __ ]
2:25:46 amazing
2:25:54 [Music]
2:25:58 I'd like you to take any English that I
2:26:00 say and translate it into
2:26:07 Sanskrit sure I can help with that
2:26:09 please go
2:26:14 ahead there was a large dog sitting on a
2:26:20 is this
2:26:23 going the sentence there was a large dog
2:26:26 sitting on a fence translates to
2:26:28 Sanskrit as
2:26:34 mahanay let me know if you have more
2:26:37 translations or anything else you'd like
2:26:38 to know that's great I don't want you to
2:26:41 repeat the English I want to say the
2:26:43 English and then I just want you to
2:26:45 repeat it first in Japanese then in
2:26:47 German then in
2:26:51 Portuguese yeah this is the official
2:26:54 please provide your next English
2:26:56 sentence and I'll translate it into
2:26:59 Japanese German and Portuguese for
2:27:02 you I was walking down the street and
2:27:05 saw a really cool muscle car and then
2:27:08 someone said hey do you want to take it
2:27:09 for a spin and I did and it was
2:27:16 awesome
2:27:23 said poor
2:27:28 Japanese
2:27:35 in
2:27:42 mus feel free to continue the sentence
2:27:45 or ask so
2:27:49 that's
2:27:51 C3PO in my
2:27:56 iPad my like three-year-old iPad is
2:28:01 now that part of that part of a part of
2:28:05 my brain that was like I will never in
2:28:07 my lifetime exper like I don't even
2:28:10 think that's
2:28:15 possible and in 20 23 that became
2:28:27 possible and quite
2:28:30 frankly my new favorite saying 2023 the
2:28:34 last normal year this year is about to
2:28:37 be [ __ ]
2:28:39 Bonkers this technology is going to get
2:28:41 so good so fast it's I kind of feel like
2:28:47 January has been a reprieve where not
2:28:49 much has happened here's my gut starting
2:28:52 in February and not stopping probably
2:28:55 for three years is just going to be a
2:28:58 rolling series of like holy [ __ ] what
2:29:03 next so why join the
2:29:06 salon and hang out with people that are
2:29:09 thinking about this and playing with
2:29:10 this stuff why come here every
2:29:14 night there's no other reason then stay
2:29:17 in the
2:29:19 conversation get as as AI literate as
2:29:23 you can and what I can promise you is
2:29:26 that it will feel like you you are not
2:29:28 even scratching the
2:29:38 surface yeah wow wow oh my
2:29:43 God why can't I get conversation mode I
2:29:45 have chat gp4 subu Okay Christian
2:29:49 Cavalier that conversation mode is only
2:29:52 in the IOS and Android app the mobile
2:29:55 app and it's it's these little
2:29:57 headphones right here
2:29:58 so why they didn't build that into the
2:30:01 desktop app I don't know I can talk to
2:30:03 my Macintosh you can talk to Windows
2:30:05 machines and it does transcription so
2:30:08 they
2:30:11 this they could do this you you know
2:30:13 what
2:30:14 else know what Kyle see that upper leand
2:30:17 corner of the chat GPT app what does
2:30:20 that word say Kyle we can read it says
2:30:23 search you dumb dumb why is there not a
2:30:26 search box in the chat GPT web
2:30:29 app why can I not search for my prompt
2:30:32 history but I can't on the app but I
2:30:34 can't on the desktop why why why
2:30:41 why lesson number one about where we are
2:30:44 with AI right now everything is a janky
2:30:46 piece piece of
2:30:48 [ __ ] don't have any expectations more
2:30:51 than that and expect to have your mind
2:30:54 blown multiple times a week even with
2:30:57 stuff you've done before it still blows
2:31:00 me away that I can launch the chat GPT
2:31:02 app put it in conversation mode and
2:31:04 start speaking a different language my
2:31:07 my boys are going to Japan next
2:31:09 summer they don't know Japanese but
2:31:11 they're huge fans of the culture they're
2:31:13 going to be able to pull out their
2:31:14 phones and just talk into it and
2:31:17 it comes
2:31:21 out holy
2:31:24 [ __ ] all right I got to go people I said
2:31:26 I was going to leave 20 minutes ago I
2:31:28 haven't even started my goodbyes this is
2:31:31 outrageous and now I got to go you need
2:31:32 to go to the AI Salon you need to join
2:31:35 the AI Salon you need to introduce
2:31:37 yourself be generous that's one of our
2:31:40 values Show and
2:31:42 Tell Show and Tell is one of my favorite
2:31:44 channels because holy [ __ ] what's next
2:31:49 exactly this is
2:31:51 2024 and it hasn't started yet 2024 is
2:31:54 starting out very slow which makes me
2:31:56 very
2:31:56 nervous yeah 20 January of 2024 is is
2:32:01 the the up chain of this coaster tick
2:32:03 tick tick tick tick tick
2:32:05 tick I feel that's what this that's what
2:32:08 this month feels like tick tick
2:32:14 tick we're about to get that from the
2:32:18 front of the coaster yes Cory made this
2:32:22 with my GPT yes this is what we're about
2:32:24 to
2:32:28 enter there's my 30 minute goodbye timer
2:32:30 thank you Silver Fox
2:32:32 that's that's disturbingly funny that
2:32:35 little
2:32:37 egg oh that's a nice one I think I'll
2:32:40 use that tomorrow who did that Danielle
2:32:42 Danielle you're killing it with the AI
2:32:44 learning lab Graphics those are very
2:32:45 cool
2:32:49 animated video header of a website using
2:32:52 animate
2:32:57 diff oh
2:33:02 nice oh yeah I saw this on I saw this on
2:33:05 Twitter today I didn't realize it was a
2:33:08 website
2:33:12 header like if you haven't been playing
2:33:14 with AI if you're just in here cuz you
2:33:16 stumbl pulled along and you were like is
2:33:17 that fat Alec
2:33:19 Baldwin and then you're just here cuz
2:33:21 it's like this is so weird I can't stop
2:33:23 watching
2:33:24 it if you didn't know AI could do this
2:33:27 did you know that AI could do
2:33:29 this do you know you can just talk
2:33:31 videos like this into
2:33:33 existence now this obviously had to be
2:33:35 edited right this is someone that put
2:33:37 together all those individual
2:33:39 vignettes and cut them together but
2:33:42 still holy
2:33:45 [ __ ] right
2:33:48 Rachel Sparkle 77 Kyle I made my first
2:33:52 GPT
2:33:53 congratulations that is [ __ ] awesome
2:33:56 so tell me what it was what was it what
2:33:58 was it that's really
2:34:00 cool um let me get out of here and go
2:34:02 back to show and
2:34:04 tell AI learning lab Brandon tid very
2:34:07 nice 2023 last normal
2:34:11 year yep it's
2:34:15 janky Regina Renee I have never stayed
2:34:18 on someone's live this long golden
2:34:20 information thank you Regina that's very
2:34:22 nice um I appreciate that wow that's
2:34:25 cool I know Tik Tok is a very fleeting
2:34:27 thing but there's the you know what's
2:34:29 funny
2:34:30 Regina as as someone who does
2:34:33 this one of my biggest surprises
2:34:37 was save the bees GPT [ __ ] awesome
2:34:41 that's amazing oh that's so cool and I
2:34:45 don't know if you're connected with that
2:34:46 organization but if not
2:34:49 um oh crap where is that
2:34:54 letter I don't know if Vicki's on here
2:34:57 is Vicky in here
2:34:59 tonight we've got a VI we've got a
2:35:02 letter that that was part of the GPT for
2:35:04 good thing but if you're not a part of
2:35:05 the organization like write them an
2:35:08 email and and tell them that you're a
2:35:10 fan and that you made this thing called
2:35:12 a GPT and explain what it is and see if
2:35:15 you can see if you can get them to let
2:35:18 you demo the GPT you made for them it'll
2:35:22 blow their [ __ ] minds and and they'll
2:35:25 probably like in fact someone in here
2:35:28 has got a job interview tomorrow because
2:35:32 of talking to them about AI about stuff
2:35:35 they learned here
2:35:36 so yeah that's that's just so cool
2:35:39 someone say bees Johnny 24 honey oh
2:35:43 actually yeah you should connect with
2:35:44 Johnny's 24 honey um if you made a save
2:35:47 the bees GPT there could be a
2:35:49 co-marketing opportunity here see we're
2:35:51 making businesses all the time right
2:35:53 here in AI learning
2:35:55 lab GPT is written while you wait that's
2:35:59 it have chat GPT write that write them
2:36:02 an email yeah exactly perfect Rachel
2:36:05 Sparkles I'm not but I put in the
2:36:07 verbiage about it that it was created by
2:36:10 a fan awesome perfect but but definitely
2:36:12 reach out to them tell them you did it
2:36:14 or like post it to LinkedIn and tag them
2:36:17 so like tag them on Twitter tag them on
2:36:19 LinkedIn tag them on Facebook and say
2:36:22 hey I made my first GPT this is
2:36:24 something I'm really passionate about
2:36:26 and I did it for this organization so go
2:36:28 learn about the organization and then
2:36:29 tag them in
2:36:30 it and just watch just and just anyone
2:36:33 in here keep doing that just keep
2:36:35 talking about it live out loud with your
2:36:38 AI
2:36:40 education and I promise you in the next
2:36:42 18 months some amazing shit's going to
2:36:45 happen for you
2:36:47 I just finished my first GPT kin 288 an
2:36:50 NPC generator for RPGs it even makes
2:36:53 their image [ __ ] awesome and it's so
2:36:56 good at that [ __ ] by the way and if you
2:36:59 haven't done it if you just have in
2:37:00 there the prompt to like make it just in
2:37:03 general it can do that but if you want
2:37:06 it to have a certain style or if you
2:37:07 want it to have different styles for
2:37:09 different characters or different game
2:37:11 types you can do that too Diane Diana
2:37:14 your energy is infectious and inspires
2:37:16 creativity awesome thank you very much I
2:37:18 appreciate that I
2:37:21 try um I'm a beekeeper oh that's so
2:37:26 cool that's really really cool all right
2:37:29 I'm a fan I dig
2:37:32 it sorry to delay your goodbye well this
2:37:35 is the this is the problem with trying
2:37:37 to say goodbye on here is when I'm in my
2:37:40 groove doing the thing I can't look at
2:37:42 the comments and then when I'm trying to
2:37:44 say goodbye I'm looking at the comments
2:37:45 and people doing cool [ __ ] or saying
2:37:47 cool [ __ ] and I have to respond to it so
2:37:49 it's just it's just it's one of the uh
2:37:52 the professional hazards of doing this I
2:37:55 suppose Mighty networks what's the URL
2:37:58 to get to the AI learning lab well it's
2:37:59 it's called the AI Salon this this
2:38:01 channel is the AI learning lab but that
2:38:03 is the URL to get to the AI
2:38:08 Salon any new sessions on GPT 101 soon
2:38:13 um there's a bunch of new things coming
2:38:15 up there's there's a the Scott's video
2:38:19 Guild Scott young is putting on a
2:38:20 workshop this Saturday it's their first
2:38:23 one and he's going to deconstruct how he
2:38:25 makes some of his videos and they're
2:38:27 really cool and sophisticated and he's
2:38:28 going to show how he does it um I would
2:38:31 [ __ ] sign up for that
2:38:33 thing um a lot of the guilds now are
2:38:36 having regular meetings and and so I
2:38:38 would just just go just go get signed up
2:38:41 introduce yourself so when you get into
2:38:42 the salon I really strongly strongly
2:38:45 recommend read about the salon and our
2:38:47 values make sure you resonate with them
2:38:50 then the first thing that I want you to
2:38:51 do introduce yourself and use your real
2:38:55 name when you sign up this isn't like
2:38:56 Discord like we don't want Anonymous
2:38:58 stuff in here Anonymous [ __ ] we want
2:39:00 real people
2:39:03 connecting how can I make my own
2:39:05 animations just go to the go to the AI
2:39:09 Salon go to the um tools and resources
2:39:13 section in community there's a whole
2:39:15 list of tools in there to do that in the
2:39:17 video section um and then go to Scott
2:39:20 Young's video workshop on Saturday and
2:39:23 he's going to teach you exactly how to
2:39:24 do it like actually quite honestly if
2:39:28 you learn how Scott young does what he
2:39:30 does you'll be way ahead of where most
2:39:32 people are with video animation right
2:39:33 now he does some really sophisticated
2:39:35 stuff it's very cool he like times it to
2:39:38 music and stuff like that he's going to
2:39:40 break down his whole workflow
2:39:43 so all right yes I'm going to keep
2:39:45 tweaking it for more and more inputs too
2:39:48 very very cool I made my son's entire
2:39:50 twitch gaming platform with chat GPT
2:39:53 perfect that's awesome how can I make my
2:39:56 own animations we just did that your
2:39:58 Lords and Masters are building bunkers
2:40:00 for a very good reason or not Spike
2:40:03 Jones in here keeping the conspiracy
2:40:05 level high you can make money
