18:11 me what ads Robert chinini would run
18:15 then we make the ad we say what do you
18:16 run this okay then we make the text to
18:19 watch the ad okay and then we make the
18:21 landing page that Robert Chini tells us
18:23 we'll convert for that add in that text
18:26 wow very cool yeah and it just it just
18:29 just goes through it and um and is it
18:32 working the the ads are working yeah we
18:35 we were in learning phase first three
18:37 days and we had six sales wow
18:43 beautiful yep but there was a lot of
18:45 prayer involved as well but it's like

26:35 the tools themselves and and open source
26:39 just by its
26:40 nature means you got to be a geek to be

27:29 and we've got the opening and the
27:33 closing of act two
27:35 tight and then we're completely [ __ ]
27:37 lost in the middle of act
27:40 two and so what we decided we're going
27:42 to do is we're going to create a mirror
27:45 board so we can see it
27:48 visually because we've just got all this
27:51 content and we keep moving [ __ ] around
27:52 and then we get lost and you know we're
27:55 not following the outline and we now we
27:56 have three different documents so we're
27:59 just going to go back to essentially the
28:01 the digital equivalent of index cards on
28:04 the
28:05 wall and uh and take it from there so
28:08 but it's going good it's going like I'm
28:10 I mean here's the thing both Andrew and
28:13 I
28:15 are pretty Relentless with
28:22 not with not wanting it to get cliche or

30:58 master mathematician I got to become an

31:06 GPT is doing for artificial intelligence
31:09 and machine learning what the worldwide
31:11 web did for the internet back in the
31:14 90s where before the worldwide web came
31:17 along you actually had to be a
31:19 researcher or a scientist or a
31:21 University PHD student or whatever the
31:23 [ __ ] you had to do to get on the
31:25 internet and then Tim burners Le invents
31:27 this thing called the the worldwide web
31:29 and then you can just point and click on
31:30 the internet oh I can do that I can
31:32 learn a little HTML oh this is kind of
31:35 fun I can make a website
31:37 me changed
31:39 everything that's what chat GPT that's
31:42 the sort of barn door that swung open
31:45 was kicked open by Chad
31:48 GPT is you don't need to be a
31:51 mathematician or a scientist to be able
31:54 to use these tools if you want to build
31:58 these tools from the ground up you
32:00 do right if you want to go work at
32:03 Google you damn well better be pretty
32:05 smart in the engineering
32:09 department but if you want to write some
32:11 kick-ass fake Facebook ads for your for
32:15 your skincare
32:17 company you don't need to be
32:21 technical it helps it helps you
32:25 so Step One is recognize that that you
32:28 don't need to be a mastermind to be able
32:30 to to be good at this stuff the other
32:32 thing to recognize is everything is
32:35 changing very very quickly and there's
32:39 an
32:40 absolute
32:42 just flood of tools to learn so you
32:47 can't possibly learn them all so just
32:49 accept that so first accept that you're
32:51 smart enough and Technical enough to be
32:53 able to do this second accept that you
32:56 can't learn
32:57 everything and so if you can't learn
33:00 everything why not just
33:02 play and why not just play with stuff
33:05 that might not even be stuff you're good
33:06 at like maybe you're like not good at
33:08 music but you like listening to music
33:10 but you could never write music well
33:12 maybe you go over to sunno and udio and
33:14 start making
33:17 music maybe you're really bad with words
33:19 but you always wanted to write a
33:21 Shakespearean Sonet well go to chat GPT
33:24 and write
33:25 one just start playing
33:29 and join this

37:49 it's changing too fast so so people that
37:53 were absolutely masterful at this 6
37:56 months ago if they didn't keep
37:59 up the the tools have all changed
38:03 right the most important thing you can
38:06 learn is just this idea of
38:08 play lean into this stuff joyfully
38:11 because what you experience with this AI
38:13 stuff in my
38:16 experience is
38:23 that it's kind of like it gives you
38:26 superpowers like like it's [ __ ]
38:28 remarkable it's like like you imagine a
38:32 song and then a few minutes later you're
38:35 listening to a song or you imagine a
38:38 picture and then you're sitting in front
38:40 of a dozen of them that are all some
38:42 version of that idea that you had in
38:44 your head or you've been thinking about
38:47 writing a book for the past 30 years and
38:50 you haven't had the [ __ ] guts to do
38:52 it because it's [ __ ]
38:53 terrifying to really Express Yourself
38:59 and within 10 minutes you've got the
39:00 first chapter of a book and you're like
39:03 holy [ __ ] what just
39:07 happened so so lean into this stuff with
39:10 joy and and be open to the
39:14 possibility that it's it's just as
39:16 likely these tools dramatically improve
39:21 things as that you know it's it's the
39:25 you know it's it's as likely they're
39:27 going to dram ially improve things as
39:29 they dramatically [ __ ] things up and the
39:31 reality is probably going to be
39:32 somewhere in the middle but if you come
39:35 into it with just
39:36 fear you're robbing yourself of this
39:39 opportunity of reinvention and joy and
39:42 and just kind of the magic of these
39:46 tools how active do you want us to be on
