27. 7:36GPT completely integrated into Microsoft like completely and it's not completely integrated in apple but they're the
28. 7:50first you know the first large language model to be given Apple distribution which is you know what a billion users [ __ ]

68. 16:29to do the task so we're just going to hit start okay and there it goes one for each one yeah but this is the really
69. 16:39sexy part try try not to get too excited because this is this is insane this tools like seriously there's nothing
70. 16:47more beautiful than this tool so blah blah blah right gives it to me all okay I'm not going to read it I'm going to
71. 16:52say I want you to compare it and I want you to add a breakdown and then I hit this and if I only had this for dating I may not still be
72. 17:02sing and then look what it does not only does it give me a table of the ratings it tells me why it rated what it did is that not
73. 17:15sexy very cool and are you finding are you finding um like what is the tool that's winning out more often or is it
74. 17:23all over the place you know what's winning out the mo most is this one here gtt no4 and that's exactly what I do and so
75. 17:34it'll tell you R1 so we'll see which one was winning now and then some of the tools are just little [ __ ] they're like I'm sorry I
76. 17:42can't write that because you never know what might happen and so this is this this tool here llama llama's useless okay um and then
77. 17:53you just scroll down and it it reads them and it tells you which one's the best but the one that that's been the
78. 17:59best for us because I've been using it to run Facebook ads and using this tool and I'm a Newby at Facebook ad right and
79. 18:09using this tool and having it tell me what ads Robert chinini would run then we make the ad we say what do you
80. 18:16run this okay then we make the text to watch the ad okay and then we make the landing page that Robert Chini tells us
81. 18:23we'll convert for that add in that text wow very cool yeah and it just it just just goes through it and um and is it
82. 18:31working the the ads are working yeah we we were in learning phase first three days and we had six sales wow
83. 18:42beautiful yep but there was a lot of prayer involved as well but it's like you can do perplexity right yeah and um
84. 18:51we actually we're doing skincare formulas with it that I give to my pharmacists to get them started and they the whole formulas is
85. 19:00there and they're surprisingly accurate so I just want to share that merge tool because I'm often stopped and said well
86. 19:05which tool is going to be the best yeah and then you can run it as many times as you want in I I use Alex Heros um Kyle

88. 19:24[ __ ] so these tools are crazy and all my all my hey guys High skincare followers and guys I just popped on here
89. 19:32because I'm geeking out on these tools that and oh and by the way we are using them to do customized skin care routines
90. 19:41for our clients as well as that's super smart and ingredients for charts so it's like what do I use this ingredient for
91. 19:49simple charts that people can understand hey Laura hey b hey guys so I just had to share that and they're wondering why
92. 19:57is she doing this tonight Who the hell's the dude but um it's it's making people's lives better it's answering their

105. 21:47Chinese version of Sora came out and everyone's like come on Sam Alman where's your Sora the Chinese are beating us to it and
106. 21:59then yesterday I saw a guy someone Dan AI Dan or something like that I forget what his name is said forget about Sora forget about the
107. 22:13Chinese thing whatever the hell it's called something else is coming and then today I saw that it looks like something's coming from
108. 22:22Runway maybe this week that's supposed to be really [ __ ] good so welcome to chat TMZ oh my God maybe you should go live

113. 23:24models right so it's a different model so it's calling down here this has got it own set of rules so it actually makes
114. 23:31sense that the AI tutor tool might have different things it's willing to let through to the API than chat GPT does
115. 23:41also notebook LM increased context window for a source is nearly 600% very quietly yeah notebook LM again if you
116. 23:50want to see a really cool video there's a video between Dan shipper and Steven Johnson the author Steven Johnson
117. 23:58um where Stephen Johnson who now works at Google for for Notebook LM um is demoing how he uses it to write his
118. 24:05books and do his research pretty slick so yeah starting to starting to be some tools that are that are getting quite
119. 24:12useful at this AI stuff so pretty slick I like it all right fantastic BB boxes and Bottles oh my

130. 26:15I just I don't do a ton of open- source stuff just because just dealing with the commercial stuff is already so
131. 26:23complicated that I feel like the world of Open Source is just a whole another like I really want this channel to focus
132. 26:32on how we're using the tools more than the tools themselves and and open source just by its nature means you got to be a geek to be
133. 26:42able to deal with it so uh uh uh uh uh uh how's my Musical coming along it's coming along good Andrew and I met Sunday briefly and
134. 27:00we're kind of stuck so so actually here's an interesting thing about um doing a writing project with AI a creative writing project with
135. 27:14AI chat PT is so good at generating content that that one of the things that I've found is that I get overwhelmed
136. 27:23with all the options we have so we have the First Act pretty tight and we've got the opening and the closing of act two
137. 27:34tight and then we're completely [ __ ] lost in the middle of act two and so what we decided we're going
138. 27:42to do is we're going to create a mirror board so we can see it visually because we've just got all this
139. 27:50content and we keep moving [ __ ] around and then we get lost and you know we're not following the outline and we now we
140. 27:56have three different documents so we're just going to go back to essentially the the digital equivalent of index cards on the
141. 28:04wall and uh and take it from there so but it's going good it's going like I'm I mean here's the thing both Andrew and I
142. 28:15are pretty Relentless with not with not wanting it to get cliche or trite or like
143. 28:29we we're trying to be as Relentless as we can that everything has to serve a purpose like we keep going back and
144. 28:36forth on the role of the main character's wife and her relationship and what's her what's her role in the play what's her role
145. 28:45dramatically and then what's her dramatic Arc and like we'll have an idea oh we could bring the wife in here and it's
146. 28:52like wait is she just a prop if we do that you know so it's it's a cool process if you've never written a a
147. 28:59creative work it is worth your it is worth your uh your energy to do it it's it's really fun and if especially if you
148. 29:07can find someone fun to write with doing something with a co-writer where you where you can sync up creatively is is really kind of

159. 30:49great fears in life and I know there's a lot of people like this is like AI oh my God it's so technical I got to become a
160. 30:57master mathematician I got to become an engineer no you don't you actually don't chat GPT is doing for artificial intelligence
161. 31:09and machine learning what the worldwide web did for the internet back in the 90s where before the worldwide web came
162. 31:17along you actually had to be a researcher or a scientist or a University PHD student or whatever the [ __ ] you had to do to get on the
163. 31:24internet and then Tim burners Le invents this thing called the the worldwide web and then you can just point and click on
164. 31:30the internet oh I can do that I can learn a little HTML oh this is kind of fun I can make a website me changed
165. 31:39everything that's what chat GPT that's the sort of barn door that swung open was kicked open by Chad GPT is you don't need to be a
166. 31:51mathematician or a scientist to be able to use these tools if you want to build these tools from the ground up you
167. 32:00do right if you want to go work at Google you damn well better be pretty smart in the engineering department but if you want to write some
168. 32:11kick-ass fake Facebook ads for your for your skincare company you don't need to be technical it helps it helps you
169. 32:24so Step One is recognize that that you don't need to be a mastermind to be able to to be good at this stuff the other
170. 32:31thing to recognize is everything is changing very very quickly and there's an absolute just flood of tools to learn so you
171. 32:46can't possibly learn them all so just accept that so first accept that you're smart enough and Technical enough to be
172. 32:53able to do this second accept that you can't learn everything and so if you can't learn everything why not just
173. 33:02play and why not just play with stuff that might not even be stuff you're good at like maybe you're like not good at
174. 33:08music but you like listening to music but you could never write music well maybe you go over to sunno and udio and start making
175. 33:16music maybe you're really bad with words but you always wanted to write a Shakespearean Sonet well go to chat GPT and write
176. 33:25one just start playing and join this group we kind of have a journey that we take you on but but here I'll describe it we're a
177. 33:38talented group of Misfits Nero Wells and those brave enough to face the terrifying uncertainty and exciting
178. 33:45inevitability of generative AI headon We Gather to support and Inspire one another to step into the unknown
179. 33:53together on this journey we play first mindfully create and generously lead to ReDiscover ourselves and reinvent the
180. 34:02work we do if we succeed on our journey we just may bend the Ark of humanity ever so slightly toward the
181. 34:12light so that's who this group is and and here's the journey the journey in the AI Salon play first then mindfully
182. 34:21create and then generously lead sometimes you do all three of these things in one day sometimes you're playing for three months and then you
183. 34:30realize oh I got a project I want to do and you kind of slowly shift into mindfully creating you start building
184. 34:36something and along the way you can be sharing what you're learning you're learning out loud and you're doing it in
185. 34:42this community that's that's what this group's all about to play first joyfully exploring generative AI gaining the knowledge and
186. 34:51inspiration to mindfully create surprising ourselves and powerfully meeting challenges unleashing us to
187. 34:59generously lead others enriching lives redefining what's possible and unlocking a new era of human achievement and how we do that what we
188. 35:09value curiosity playfulness empathy bravery and generosity so if that sounds cool then

193. 36:03vulnerability your willingness to say hey uh I'm here I'm just getting started uh uh what do I do next so do that it'll make a difference
194. 36:16for you it'll make a difference for other people because by you saying hey I could use a hand it gives other people
195. 36:22in the community opportunity to generously lead hey I can help you with that let me welcome you in you should go
196. 36:28check out this you should go check out that and then if you're trying to figure out where to start underneath introduce
197. 36:39yourself there's this area called play first and AI tools so this is a little page that I personally
198. 36:47maintain and so I start out with talking about play first mindfully create and generously lead what that means in a little more detail

201. 37:22tools there's video creation tools music yudo and sunno right now are the [ __ ] yeah forever hooked we won't judge
202. 37:35you because we were all there at one point yeah everyone that comes in that thinks that they're the dumbest one in
203. 37:39the room you're not and and no one I well here's what I can promise you no one right now is an expert at this stuff
204. 37:49it's changing too fast so so people that were absolutely masterful at this 6 months ago if they didn't keep
205. 37:58up the the tools have all changed right the most important thing you can learn is just this idea of play lean into this stuff joyfully
206. 38:11because what you experience with this AI stuff in my experience is that it's kind of like it gives you
207. 38:25superpowers like like it's [ __ ] remarkable it's like like you imagine a song and then a few minutes later you're
208. 38:34listening to a song or you imagine a picture and then you're sitting in front of a dozen of them that are all some
209. 38:42version of that idea that you had in your head or you've been thinking about writing a book for the past 30 years and
210. 38:49you haven't had the [ __ ] guts to do it because it's [ __ ] terrifying to really Express Yourself and within 10 minutes you've got the
211. 39:00first chapter of a book and you're like holy [ __ ] what just happened so so lean into this stuff with joy and and be open to the
212. 39:14possibility that it's it's just as likely these tools dramatically improve things as that you know it's it's the
213. 39:25you know it's it's as likely they're going to dram ially improve things as they dramatically [ __ ] things up and the
214. 39:31reality is probably going to be somewhere in the middle but if you come into it with just fear you're robbing yourself of this
215. 39:39opportunity of reinvention and joy and and just kind of the magic of these tools how active do you want us to be on the
216. 39:48salon I mean recommendations I I mean I don't know what you mean how how active I mean I want I want people so
217. 40:00within the salon there's lots of ways you can contribute right there's just in the community section there's a water
218. 40:05cooler you can just start conversations you could contribute news Brandon and a number of other people Vicky um when
219. 40:12they find interesting news things they're pretty good about populating news um even talking about projects you're doing and shess Shameless
220. 40:20self-promotion is good there's a whole showand tell area so if you're doing work that you're proud of there's an
221. 40:26there's areas you can just show off and then down here there are all sorts of uh guilds where you can um you know join
222. 40:34with other leaders in the community who have got passions for specific kinds of things and just jump right in and and
223. 40:43engage with them and they have meetings and there's all sorts of cool things social impact guilds technology guilds
224. 40:49business guilds creative guilds so there's all sorts of stuff in your Walkin talk you mentioned to drop stuff
225. 40:57into memory and chat GPT can you show how yeah absolutely I can do that so anyway that's the salon the other thing
226. 41:05about the salon I'll do before I I take off here down toward the bottom beneath the guilds there's an area called
227. 41:10Community clubs and one of those clubs is called the AI learning lab Irregulars Channel and you come in here and you can
228. 41:19share stuff like while I'm waxing poetic you can make funny little pictures like this one from last night the AI Salon is
229. 41:26a choose your Own Adventure level of commitment absolutely and and you know it's it's a kind of thing where you can lurk right
230. 41:35you can come in and just learn from other people and not participate you could come in and you could engage and

232. 41:49you know it's an it's it's a community that there's all sorts of opportunities to do that um okay so how do you how do you
