83. 18:04today. Um, Open AI actually released two open-source models with the weights open weight model. If you don't know what that means,
84. 18:19basically what it means is this is the stuff Elon Musk was bitching about last year. You called open AI and you've
85. 18:26never put out an open-sourced model. So why don't you do that, Sam? Well, Sam did it today. And um there's a 120
86. 18:35billion parameter model and there's a 20 billion parameter model. And if you don't know about the billions and
87. 18:43parameters, that doesn't [ __ ] matter. Less is smaller. 20 billion is smaller. So the 20 billion parameter model is
88. 18:52small enough to work on a laptop just like a regular laptop with 16 gigs of RAM uh or a desktop. And then the 120
89. 19:01billion weight model is small enough to to fit on a desktop with like a an H100. So like a high-end GPU. I think it needs
90. 19:1080 was it 80 gigs? I think so. a decent amount of GPU RAM um or or a bigger machine right it's designed for for
91. 19:19industrial stuff um or enterprise stuff um they are at the quality of GPT 03 the reasoning model these are reasoning
92. 19:31models open-source reasoning models so that happened today um anthropic who had claude opus 40 that was everyone was
93. 19:41saying was really really good they've got version 4.1 out now. Deep Minds put out something called Genie3, which we're
94. 19:49going to go look at the the research announcement on because it's not available yet, but that is really cool.
95. 19:5711 Labs has entered the music generation uh contest. So, we now have four major players in music generation. We've got Sunno, UDIO,
96. 20:09um, what used to be Refusion is now called Producer.ai, and now we've got 11 Labs Music. So, we got four major song producing entities,
97. 20:21and they're all pretty good. It's pretty good. U, it will be on the salon and YouTube. Perfect. Great. And Vickiy's got me on

186. 37:12comparable to 04 mini that you can run locally on your own computer or phone with the smaller size. We believe this

208. 40:58dangerous scenarios for disaster preparedness and emergency training. World models can open new pathways for learning, agriculture,

217. 42:59improving their product marketing for lack of a better call it lack of a better discipline. Um they're releasing features into uh
218. 43:13gemini.google.com google.com. When they've got things like V3, they do something like flow.google, which is a
219. 43:21like a video editing, you know, uh thing. Um that, you know, they've got a worldclass video generator. They've got a multimodal
220. 43:33um large language model that is that can read video, right? their million token uh Gemini or whatever the hell it's
221. 43:44called. Gemini 2.5 2.5 Pro. It's got a million tokens. It can read an hourong video and not just the audio of it, not
222. 43:53just the transcript of the words. It can look at the pictures in it. Um and now they've got, you know, this

469. 1:28:41flutter, but it wasn't the same as the music. He missed his dad's guitar. Inside, Leo played. Oh, there's another
