135. 27:09limit of 1 hour main steps of the ordering process okay so it's given us all the all the kind of analysis stuff

145. 28:31devices can be used when ordering as a family owned device all right so this is pretty cool now if you're thinking like why is it
146. 28:43going so slow cuz chat GPT is slow a lot because what what it's performing is is the classical definition of a [ __ ] miracle uh and a
147. 28:54lot of people are using it conclusion the Whiteboard outlines comprehensive okay great so oh network error that's all right uh

156. 30:35structure and the key elements to be included this is going to be really slow but we'll we'll at least get it to the
157. 30:41point where it starts coding here and then we can move on but this is this is honest to God this is like just
158. 30:49staggeringly remarkable there's I saw one where um someone had uploaded an electrical engineering drawing of a
159. 30:57circuit and all the components on a circuit and it identified what the circuit did here's the shopping list for
160. 31:03the components I mean it's just like good God code code code GPT Vision yes this is GPT Vision this is chat GPT 4
161. 31:16structure the header the language selection the menu selection so so now what what I asked it to do was tell me
162. 31:24how it was going to structure the code so basically it's doing what a good engineer would do right it's saying okay
163. 31:30here here are the conceptual sections of the code and what they do so there's a there's a menu selection
164. 31:36or menu section there's a cart there's a checkout button elements header drop- down or buttons search bar food list we
165. 31:46need a thumbnail for the image we need the title the name of the food we need the cost of the food item we need a
166. 31:53button we need a cart so this is not a simple web page right if I had just done the first page where you just pick your
167. 32:00language that's basically a drop- down menu but this is a fairly sophisticated thing and here we go here's a draft simple
168. 32:12mockup it's it's it's right it's writing code slow slow enough that you you could almost keep up with it title ordering

190. 35:50how to figure out the correct tire pressure for your car have it write you a project plan for work have it um help
191. 35:58your neighbor with marketing slogans for their pizza shop just go ask it to do [ __ ] and just watch what it does and if
192. 36:06you do it right if you kick the tires enough at some moment there you'll have what we call your Kevin McAllister moment

308. 55:07if you want to like create images that are just like fast and useful and good and have typography in them Dolly 3 is
309. 55:15just [ __ ] amazing ideogram also does text but its image generation is probably more like you know early stable
310. 55:24diffusion quality like version 1.4 or 1.5 um Adobe Firefly and Adobe uh generative fill are getting better so so
311. 55:35what's interesting about the Adobe products is they trained the Adobe models on um open source and Adobe stock
312. 55:44photos that they own the rights to they did not train it on any copywritten images right so all of the all of the
313. 55:51controversy about these other models being trained on you know people's art without their permission the Adobe
314. 55:57products have not been done that way what what Adobe has done over the course of the years they've created an optin
315. 56:05and opt out option for artists so artists are opting into the Adobe Firefly thing and they're putting in an attribution and a
316. 56:14compensation model in into their tools where I think you're going to be able to maybe even select artists or if an
317. 56:20artist is included in the generation they somehow get paid I don't know how it's going to work but if you're in a
318. 56:25company and you want to um be generating images without fear of any [ __ ] from from legal that might come from from
319. 56:34other tools um that would be the most conservative way to go and they just came out with Adobe Firefly 2.0 and it looks like it's it's this

642. 1:56:12this kind of question and it it pulled them all out and I said now cluster them into different meanings like into
643. 1:56:19different you know similarly grouped questions and now figure out which ones are the most impactful of the questions right and
644. 1:56:28throw out the ones that are not and keep only 10 per category and like within I don't know 15 minutes of just talking to
645. 1:56:36this completely unstructured document I had it export a word dock with different categories of questions with you know
646. 1:56:44between two and 10 questions per category for 10 different categories in like minutes and the guy I was doing
647. 1:56:53it for I was doing it for him live on the phone kind of like we do here and he was just I mean he was like literally
648. 1:57:00like he's like we got to do these meetings in the morning I can't process this he goes he he goes he goes we need to reset this conversation
