9:16 much better than what you're playing
9:18 with you think that's true I don't buy
9:22 that I don't I just don't I just don't I

9:37 thing well I guess well I don't know
9:41 like we still don't have we don't we
9:42 still don't have real-time voice I don't
9:43 know what they're I don't know what's
9:45 holding them up maybe they don't have

9:53 I just don't I just don't buy it people

10:09 a blessing I think I you know honestly I
10:12 on China I think that
10:16 um my experience with with this stuff is
10:19 that the people that actually give it a
10:22 shot the people that actually play first
10:26 and just start exploring and figuring
10:29 this thing out and then start to build
10:31 stuff with it as they start to learn it
10:32 and then start to tell other people
10:34 about
10:35 it it is a gift it I I mean it is it's
10:39 incredibly empowering technology
10:41 incredibly empowering interesting how
10:43 power consumption May limit
10:45 growth yeah I I I don't disagree Pete
10:49 but there's there's all sorts of really
10:53 interesting things coming right so there
10:55 could be advances in energy generation
10:58 Fusion whatever might be there could be
11:01 advances in Material Science to make
11:04 more efficient batteries or more
11:05 efficient transmission
11:07 lines that make energy use more you know
11:12 uh more efficient so we we can use more
11:15 of the power we produce so so those
11:18 things could happen I also heard a
11:20 really fascinating thing
11:23 that I I I've I have never really
11:26 thought at a core infrastructure
11:30 um level before
11:34 but where the electricity is generated
11:39 is not where it's
11:41 used so they generate it at these big
11:44 hydroelectric dams and at Coal Fired
11:46 power plants that are way outside of the
11:48 city and they make all the electricity
11:51 there and then they send it over
11:53 these very inefficient
11:56 wires to substations right so there's
12:00 all this loss in that and where the real
12:04 power is used by Ai and machine learning
12:07 is in the
12:09 training the inference is pricey but
12:12 it's not nearly as pricey as the
12:13 training so what a lot of
12:16 these like what elon's talking about
12:18 creating this gigafactory for data
12:22 they're going to they're going to start
12:23 making these gigafactories right next to
12:25 the source of the
12:27 electricity cuz all it has to be is like
12:29 you know a giant [ __ ] building next
12:33 to the
12:34 electricity you don't need to beam it
12:36 all the way to the city just to just
12:40 just to you know burn out the thing so
12:43 so there's there's all sorts of
12:44 infrastructure things that could improve
12:46 the you
12:48 know improve the the yield of of even
12:52 the electricity that we're already
12:54 producing but yeah it's wild it's wild
12:58 that that's the new that's the new
13:01 bottleneck so it's just crazy it's crazy
13:05 people I also saw that George Hots today
13:08 if you don't know George
13:10 Hots George Hots is This brilliant
13:15 um engineer in San Francisco when he was
13:18 I think he was
13:20 15
13:21 he he stripped down an iPhone he was the
13:24 first person to stripped out an iPhone
13:26 outside of
13:28 apple and and maybe it was the first one
13:30 to jailbreak it but I think it was the
13:33 first one to actually disassemble it and
13:36 figure out what the [ __ ] was in it um he
13:38 did that when he was 15 and then he's
13:41 done a bunch of really interesting
13:42 startups and and one of his recent ones
13:45 was uh what's it called is it
13:48 comma forget what it's called but it's
13:50 basically a
13:52 self-driving add-on that you can add to
13:56 you know some specific models of cars
14:00 and how was he doing it not with liar he
14:03 was doing it with cameras right and what
14:07 uh Elon Musk just went to with full
14:10 self-driving is basically the approach
14:12 that Hots was talking about five or six
14:14 years
14:15 ago so he's a pretty brilliant guy so
14:19 he's now got a new company called tiny
14:23 Corp and they're putting together these
14:27 I think they're called tiny tiny rack
14:29 Tiny Box tiny something something
14:33 something but it's
14:36 basically a standalone
14:38 PC that I think has four h100s in it
14:43 h100s I don't know some some big ass
14:47 GPU um so that you can do your own
14:49 training and it's it's basically an AI
14:52 box but he didn't want to use Nvidia
14:55 chips he wanted to use AMD chips but
14:58 amd's soft
15:00 Ware sucks and is basically not usable
15:04 it crashes all the time so apparently
15:06 today he got he wrote some sort of weird
15:10 ass translator to translate Nvidia math
15:14 into AMD chip so you can now use
15:18 AMD gpus where historically you could
15:21 only use Nvidia gpus because of the
15:24 software bottleneck so that could change
15:26 things so I I I I don't know I don't
15:29 know I got got nothing
15:30 here I got no answers for
15:33 you on what the real bottlenecks are the
15:37 Apple deal is going to be a big step in
15:39 mainstreaming AI yeah I would agree with
15:41 that I would agree with that it looks
15:43 like this is interesting Apple's payment
15:48 to open
15:49 AI for chat GPT being incorporated into
15:53 iOS
15:54 18 is that they give open AI free
15:58 distribution
16:01 you're like wait what they're not paying
16:04 them they're paying them in
16:06 distribution but Google pays them I
16:11 think it's $20 billion a year I think
16:14 that's right hang on let me go search
16:16 for
16:17 that how much does Google pay
16:24 Apple to be default search
16:30 yeah $20
16:31 billion so Google pays Apple $20 billion
16:35 just to be the default
16:38 search and apple just gave chat gbt
16:43 default position on any AI That's
16:47 fancier than their small models that
16:51 that that are native to the
16:53 device or or native to their little they
16:55 they've got their device Cloud combo
16:57 thing there but anything that's fancier
17:00 than that goes to open Ai and they're
17:02 doing that for free so I guess it's kind
17:05 of like A2 billion
17:11 investment these companies they're so
17:13 big man it's like a billion customers
17:16 yeah a billion customers are going to
17:18 get access for free to chat
17:20 gp4 and then if you pay for it you'll be
17:24 able to use all your features so yeah
17:26 it's pretty big deal pretty big deal

17:40 one for the energy and the other for the
17:41 delivery of it yep what what do they
17:43 call it the transport transport fees or
17:47 whatever it's called it's got some weird
17:48 ass

17:54 we're all finally being sought out
17:56 that's
17:57 great do you think a will be sold like
18:01 electricity or internet data in the near
18:03 future meaning will will it be sold like
18:06 a like a
18:08 utility

18:45 thropic do they all keep
18:47 competing or does the value
18:54 of generative AI is it is it so high
18:59 that the government wants to distribute

19:12 know I can't imagine that these these
19:15 companies are making any money are 20
19:17 bucks a month I mean I think from what I
19:20 understand open AI makes their money
19:21 selling API access to corporations our
19:24 20 bucks a month I doesn't scratch the
19:27 surface of what we cost them
19:31 we are some expensive

19:44 Y and by distribute you mean regulate
19:47 like a utility yeah
19:49 exactly when does the bubble pop so who

20:03 that we're

20:06 um having been through this in the in
20:10 the in the mid90s with the worldwide
20:12 web as frothy and excited as people got
20:15 about the worldwide web in 1995 and 1996
20:19 and like half of
20:22 1997
20:24 um the real Insanity
20:27 came when
20:30 the tools got good and the
20:32 infrastructure got good and I would
20:34 argue that right now ai is not good
20:36 enough and it doesn't have enough
20:39 penetration
20:41 that it's got
20:45 um it doesn't have that kind of
20:47 frothiness to it yet as as crazy as that
20:51 sounds um so I don't think we're in a
20:54 bubble
20:57 so it's I just yeah I
21:04 don't if 47% of people haven't even
21:07 heard of chat
21:11 GPT the party hasn't even
21:14 started when when so this fall when
21:18 apple rolls out iOS
21:20 18 and a billion people start using Ai
21:23 and start using chat GPT and start to
21:25 get their head around it and that number
21:27 of 47
21:29 never heard of chat GPT drops to 10 five
21:33 or 10% and the people that use chat GPT
21:36 regularly use AI
21:39 regularly when it goes from like the
21:41 four or 5% it's at now up to 20 30
21:47 40% then you'll start to see a lot more
21:49 froth you'll start to see a lot more
21:51 investment and you'll start start to see
21:53 a lot of stupid startups get
21:57 funded at least that's what happened in
21:59 in the in the worldwide web
22:01 days so how did you position agency.com
22:04 to be primed for the froth well we
22:06 really didn't we just kept our heads
22:08 down and did the work but the froth came
22:11 so so what it looked like for us
22:20 is so we started early enough that when
22:25 we got one Fortune 500 company they told
22:29 someone else and then we got a second
22:30 one and then we got a third one and then
22:32 we got a fourth one and then we got a
22:34 fifth one in about a 3-month
22:37 period it was [ __ ]
22:40 Bonkers we got the Sports Illustrated
22:42 Swimsuit Issue
22:44 website then we got timing consumer
22:47 marketing then we got GTE is telephone
22:52 company then we got
22:55 Hitachi then we got American Express
22:57 student
23:00 then we got
23:02 metti this is all within 3 4
23:05 months and then we the night before the
23:09 pitch for General Electric we backed out
23:12 of the pitch because it's like it was
23:15 like 4 in the morning and
23:17 I my partner Chan came into my office he
23:20 goes hey Kyle could you whip up a little
23:21 something about the future of the
23:23 internet for this this ge pitch and I
23:26 was like sure and so I start writing it
23:28 and as I'm writing it what what what
23:31 pops into my head is if you write this
23:34 we're we're going to win we're going to
23:36 win the account and it wasn't that I was
23:39 writing anything particularly good it
23:40 was just that we were so early that
23:44 there was really no competition like if
23:46 you could spell HTML you'd get hired and
23:49 we had just won these six major [ __ ]
23:53 accounts and the the GE thing was a $10
23:56 million account so we backed out of it
23:59 so I I went back over to Chan's office I
24:01 said Chan if we if we pitch this we're
24:03 going to win it and I said we can't
24:06 handle it if we win it so we we backed
24:08 out um Harvard Business School actually
24:10 wrote a case study on that that decision
24:13 that moment so anyway that was the early
24:15 days super early days was just get the
24:19 work and then it was just hiring hiring
24:21 and growing hiring and growing and and
24:23 we had some big big pitches and big wins
24:26 in there like we won um the Bri Bri
24:29 Airways account we were the first
24:31 American company to win the British
24:33 Airways business for for anything that
24:36 big for for a major initiative like
24:38 that um and all of that stuff was
24:42 happening before the froth but what what
24:44 happened was
24:47 um kind of in the middle of 1997 so we
24:50 started agency.com the end of
24:53 94 so we had 95 96 90 you know half of
24:57 97 so we had like two and a half three
25:00 years
25:03 where it was kind of like it is now
25:07 people in the in the know knew about it
25:10 they knew how big a deal it was they
25:11 knew what was
25:14 coming and then all of a sudden it just
25:16 got enough coverage it was on The Today
25:18 Show it was on magazines it just sort of
25:21 rose up into the Zeitgeist enough that
25:25 everyone started talking about it and
25:27 from the middle of 97 to to the end of
25:29 99 it was just [ __ ] chaos and there
25:32 was all this money being dumped in and
25:35 all these companies being funded I had
25:38 in a one Monon period in I think it was
25:45 97 like the end fall of
25:48 97 in one month I had three
25:51 employees walk into my office and
25:54 quit because their internet they were
25:57 like out to dinner with someone and they
25:59 said oh I've got an idea for an internet
26:01 company and they said it and their their
26:04 idea got funded for 10 or 20 million I
26:07 had three employees quit because they
26:10 got funded for either 10 or $20
26:15 million that's [ __ ] froth right and
26:19 that was 97 I mean at 98 you had
26:22 pets.com the [ __ ] sock puppet
26:25 chimpanzee monkey dude
26:30 and just everyone lost their [ __ ] and
26:32 and what it was
26:38 was there were people coming into the
26:41 Internet space that only had money and
26:45 had no idea what the internet was or
26:47 what it was about it didn't matter if it
26:50 was a do we'll fund it and so just a
26:54 bunch of [ __ ] got funded that should
26:56 have never been funded
26:59 we're not there yet with this AI
27:01 stuff now you could argue
27:03 that companies like open AI raising 13
27:08 billion or Elon Musk raising $8 billion
27:11 on an $18 billion
27:14 valuation For grock You could argue that
27:17 that's maybe that's representative of it
27:20 but there you've got big companies
27:23 making big bets that this is going to be
27:25 infrastructure
27:27 level you you know competitive
27:31 Advantage what we're not seeing yet is
27:33 stupid companies being funded underneath
27:37 those Frontier Model companies and I
27:40 think we
27:41 will I think we will but I think I think
27:44 we've got to have much more penetration
27:46 than we've got right now nobody [ __ ]
27:48 knows about this you show up
27:51 here you show up to the AI learning lab
27:54 and we're here nightly talking about
27:55 holy [ __ ] it's going to change

44:47 today who runs an agency and he said hey
44:50 Kyle a couple of months ago you said I
44:54 should probably consider shifting away
44:56 from a time of materials model he goes
45:00 yeah I I I think I'm going to need to
45:02 start shifting away from a time and
45:03 materials model like how would you
45:05 approach that and and like we we talked
45:08 about it for a
45:10 bit and and one of the things I told him
45:12 was and he's got a relatively small
45:14 agency it's probably 30 or 40 people
45:17 maybe maybe
45:18 50 and what I said was why don't you
45:21 take three really smart people and tell
45:25 them that you'll pay them for the next
45:27 next 3 months or 6 months and their job
45:32 is to figure out how to use AI to put
45:36 your company out of
45:37 business why not have three people
45:40 within your company figure out how to
45:42 disrupt your
45:45 company and and don't interfere don't
45:48 micromanage them their only imperative
45:52 is figure out how to put us out of
45:54 business attack the business model
45:56 attack the product attack the customer
45:58 base go for
46:01 it he was like oh that's really
46:04 interesting because couple of things
46:08 happen if they try to do it and AI isn't
46:10 ready for prime time you've learned that
46:13 if they try to do it and they're
46:15 successful well now you've got your new
46:17 business model and it's probably a hell
46:19 of a lot more efficient and a hell of a
46:21 lot more
46:22 profitable um and what will likely
46:24 happen is is some hybrid between the two
46:26 where there'll be some things that that
46:28 group comes up with that you're like
46:30 holy [ __ ] we can change our pricing we
46:32 can change this part of our
46:34 product and rather than laying people
46:36 off and doing the same amount of work
46:38 why don't we try to retain the staff we
46:40 have and do five or 10 or 20 times the
46:45 work that we've done
46:47 historically Oh I thought about that
46:49 with my brother who's a retail genius I
46:53 I want to AI him yeah exactly

47:03 like learn what he does like I honest to
47:06 God it's like if you take the expertise
47:08 of someone like your brother Lori who's

47:38 motto of the AI Salon to play
47:42 first AI Salon play first and and we've
47:45 got this journey and the journey is play
47:48 first mindfully create generously lead
47:51 if you're brother with all of his retail
47:53 expertise can just start playing with AI
47:56 not like he's got to think about
47:58 Reinventing retail no no just go play

48:16 that something for retail that he knows

48:21 starts to build that he starts putting
48:23 it out in the world hey I'm this a this
48:26 retail guy I got my head around Ai and
48:28 I'm rethinking everything about retail
48:30 and how we reinvented or whatever it
48:32 might be right that little
48:35 journey with someone who's got deep
48:38 deep Market expertise like that I think
48:41 is going to just be like the opportunity
48:44 for someone like that is [ __ ]
48:46 massive I built Excel workbooks with
48:49 chat GPT and my boss completely
48:54 ignored completely ignored that it's not
48:56 oh oh and my boss completely ignored
48:59 that it's not allowed exactly
49:02 because it's
49:04 functional now if you're putting things
49:07 in those Excel workbooks and it's
49:10 calling things out to open Ai and it's
49:13 sensitive company information you could
49:15 be at risk there you might want to be
49:17 careful with that

49:22 um yeah companies are going to need to
49:24 get people literate I think what
49:26 companies really need to do is
49:30 give put together AI
49:32 councils support people to use chat GPT
49:36 to reinvent their
49:38 roles come up with more efficient ways

49:43 out out across the company with training
49:47 train people how to use these tools it's

53:51 dollars to build these AI systems
53:54 to make you be able to have your play

53:59 Netflix so who did that
54:02 scientists da data scientists engineers
54:06 mathematicians right and so we always
54:09 hear oh there's all this Ai and it's
54:10 really hard it's mathematicians did it
54:13 and they they're we got the smartest
54:15 mathematicians in all the land you
54:17 should see our mathematicians they've
54:19 got some of them have phds some of them
54:22 have phqs it's the next level up they
54:25 got they got all the letters they have
54:28 every from like a not just PhD ABC D
54:31 they go they go all the way to Z we got
54:34 all the mathematicians they went to
54:36 Stamford they went to MIT they went to
54:41 Harvard so that's what we've heard about
54:44 we got p in here P's got a PhD he works
54:47 at the
54:51 Google why' they hire him because he's
54:54 good with the maths
54:58 so for
54:59 decades what we've been told is if you
55:02 want to be good at AI you damn well go
55:05 to better have a brain big enough to go
55:07 to Stamford or work at

55:15 people don't care about it is they're

1:07:30 the thing that struck strikes me most
1:07:33 about the Apple intelligence
1:07:37 announcement is that everyone got it

1:07:40 wrong that one of the things apple is
1:07:43 really good at is not letting their
1:07:45 state Secrets
1:07:47 leak because everyone had assume that oh
1:07:51 Apple hasn't figured out Ai and so
1:07:54 they're so open a is going to be behind
1:07:56 all of Apple open AI or all of Apple
1:08:01 intelligence and it's not the
1:08:04 case
1:08:05 um what Apple did is focused on small
1:08:10 language models not large language
1:08:12 models and they focused on small
1:08:14 language models for a couple of reasons
1:08:16 one so that a lot of the AI processing
1:08:20 could be done locally on the
1:08:23 device so
1:08:26 in order to use the new Apple
1:08:28 intelligence you need an M1 or higher
1:08:31 Mac or iPad and you need an iPhone 15
1:08:34 Pro or higher 15 is the latest model
1:08:38 right so it's like you need and and most
1:08:40 people right now are on iPhone 11 to 13
1:08:43 I'm on a 14 of course I'm like one one
1:08:46 [ __ ] iteration behind
1:08:49 but
1:08:52 um so if you want to use the cool new
1:08:54 toys you have to buy the cool new
1:08:56 hardware which they're a hardware
1:08:58 company that makes
1:08:59 sense
1:09:04 um I'm trying to think where to where to
1:09:07 where to talk first they they're
1:09:09 focusing on the small language models to
1:09:11 do most of the processing that you do
1:09:13 with AI you don't need gp4 Omni
1:09:18 capabilities to

1:09:30 says hey honey I'll be late for dinner

1:09:52 not they're not talking about the
1:09:56 technology they're not talking about AI

1:10:09 what they're not talking about the
1:10:12 hardware they're talking about what it
1:10:14 does for
1:10:16 people like one of the one of the ones

1:10:21 was one of the cheesy
1:10:24 presenters I feel like their
1:10:26 presentation style does deserve the
1:10:29 trolling that it's getting cuz it's just
1:10:32 it's so game show cheesy but
1:10:35 whatever but one of the
1:10:38 guys said
1:10:40 um you know how when someone sends you
1:10:43 something and you can't remember was
1:10:46 that an email or was it a text or was it
1:10:48 a
1:10:49 this yeah apple intelligence you can

1:10:54 something on how he used AI music for
1:10:57 his storage business it will [ __ ] go

1:11:05 um contextual awareness I think they
1:11:08 called it it's got contextual awareness
1:11:10 of you and who you are and what you do
1:11:13 and it's doing a lot of that processing
1:11:17 locally so so the other thing they did
1:11:19 was they took privacy really seriously
1:11:21 but because it knows about you it can go

1:12:34 other thing that they announced is that

1:12:40 their three billion parameter

1:12:48 benchmarks which is
1:12:51 1.8 trillion
1:12:57 so a significantly smaller model they're
1:13:00 getting really good results from so that
1:13:03 was impressive and then there you know
1:13:05 it funny people kind of mocked them
1:13:07 about they talked about this private AI
1:13:09 cloud or whatever the [ __ ] it was I
1:13:11 forget what they called it and people
1:13:13 were like well don't they just call that
1:13:17 iCloud no this is a completely different
1:13:20 thing it is a it is a private AI
1:13:24 inference engine
1:13:26 um that what happens is your phone or
1:13:29 your device your your Mac or your iPad
1:13:32 or your
1:13:33 phone when you do something with AI it
1:13:35 says can I process it locally on the
1:13:38 device and if not then it goes to this
1:13:41 private cloud and it only sends whatever
1:13:44 inform whatever data it needs to send to
1:13:46 be processed in the cloud it doesn't
1:13:48 send everything it just sends the the
1:13:51 most discret amount of data up to the
1:13:54 cloud
1:13:56 Apple doesn't have access to the data
1:13:58 that goes to the cloud nobody does and
1:14:00 it's verifiable by a third party and
1:14:03 it's all running on Apple silicon so
1:14:05 they've got some very significant
1:14:08 technological innovations that they
1:14:10 didn't really talk about that are just
1:14:12 kind of hidden
1:14:14 underneath you know we take privacy
1:14:16 seriously and we try to process things
1:14:19 locally and if we can't we just send
1:14:21 little bits of it up to the cloud we
1:14:22 don't have access to it and third
1:14:24 parties can verify it so come at
1:14:27 us ballsy and really really
1:14:33 Innovative
1:14:37 um and then the open AI
1:14:40 thing is [ __ ] fascinating everyone
1:14:43 thought it was going to be Sam mman on
1:14:44 stage I thought Sam Alman was going to
1:14:46 be on stage you know open AI you know
1:14:51 Powers everything Apple because we
1:14:52 couldn't get our [ __ ] together nope

1:15:06 cloud and then if I determine that it

1:15:18 little dialogue box that says this
1:15:19 request is is best used on an out
1:15:23 outside system called chat GPT or you
1:15:25 cool with that and if you're cool with
1:15:28 that then it sends your data over to
1:15:30 open
1:15:31 aai and open AI claims they're not going
1:15:34 to train on any of that data but you
1:15:37 know they don't have a good they don't
1:15:39 have a good reputation for privacy and
1:15:40 consistency on that front so anyway um I
1:15:44 think the Apple AI thing is quite
1:15:46 significant I think it's the most
1:15:47 significant thing they've announced in
1:15:49 probably a
1:15:50 decade I think the the technology behind
1:15:54 Vision Pro was incredibly impressive but
1:15:57 I think the big announcement for Vision
1:16:00 Pro is the third version of the hardware
1:16:03 so I think we've got three more years
1:16:05 for that I think this was this
1:16:09 was a very substantial
1:16:11 announcement and I think it's going to
1:16:13 make a huge difference for
1:16:16 adoption so anyway hope that answers you

1:49:44 stay in the conversation the other thing

1:49:46 do is join the AI salon so go to the
1:49:51 salon.

1:53:40 developing an app originally it was on
1:53:42 one plat uh but then when we supported
1:53:45 another platform we had to find a way to
1:53:47 synchronize the data across um both
1:53:50 platforms so we had to build a
1:53:53 um an a synchronization engine to handle
1:53:56 that and um we ended up open sourcing it
1:53:59 and it was useful for a lot of other
1:54:02 projects that sounds like a really
1:54:04 impactful project especially since it
1:54:06 went open source and benefited others
1:54:09 now for the second question how do you
1:54:11 typically approach learning a new
1:54:13 programming language or
1:54:15 technology yeah that's a great question
1:54:17 I I think the best way to learn any new
1:54:20 technology is to just start using it um
1:54:23 starting with small projects and um
1:54:26 building up from there um I think I've
1:54:29 learned a lot that way hands-on
1:54:32 experience is definitely a solid
1:54:33 approach it's amazing how quick the
1:54:35 response is the third and
1:54:36 final go on T sure thing how do you
1:54:40 handle tight deadlines or pressure when
1:54:42 working on a
1:54:44 project I think the key there is um
1:54:47 prioritization um you know I think being
1:54:50 taking the time upfront to be really
1:54:52 clear about what's important and what
1:54:53 can wait will make a big difference
1:54:56 absolutely prioritizing tasks
1:54:58 effectively can make a huge difference
1:55:00 under tight deadlines great answers your
1:55:03 responses show a solid mix of technical
1:55:06 skill and thoughtful approach for
1:55:08 feedback I'd say you did an excellent
1:55:10 job concisely explaining your
1:55:12 experiences and approach just remember
1:55:15 to keep your examples as relevant as
1:55:17 possible to the job you're applying for
1:55:20 anything else you'd like to practice or
1:55:21 go over um no I think that's it but any
1:55:25 other kind of constructive feedback I
1:55:27 want to really make sure I'm ready here
1:55:29 wear a nicer shirt you've got a strong
1:55:31 foundation and I can see you're
1:55:33 thoughtful in your responses just a
1:55:35 couple of things to finetune First in
1:55:37 your answers try to weave in specific
1:55:40 examples that highlight your skills and
1:55:42 achievements especially those relevant
1:55:44 to the job you're applying for this will
1:55:47 make your responses more memorable and
1:55:49 impactful second be concise but
1:55:53 it's a balancing act but the goal is to
1:55:56 givea without overloading the
1:55:58 interviewer with information I see I see
1:56:02 um anything about my body language did I
1:56:05 was was my delivery okay oh your body
1:56:08 language was generally positive and
1:56:10 engaging you maintained good eye contact
1:56:13 and seemed attentive which is great one
1:56:15 note though try to avoid touching your
1:56:17 face too much it can be distracting and
1:56:20 might give off signs of nervousness wow
1:56:22 overall you came across as thoughtful
1:56:24 and focused which is exactly what you
1:56:27 want okay I think I'm ready thank

1:57:42 recognize what you're doing it it could
1:57:45 probably sense that you're getting angry
1:57:47 it can hear the tone of your
1:57:49 voice getting frustrated so even if you
1:57:51 don't say [ __ ] you
1:57:53 if you're getting frustrated it's
1:57:56 probably going to be skilled at being
1:57:58 able to talk you
1:58:00 down how is my teasing of AI
1:58:04 features that we don't have access to I

1:58:46 talk to it when you put it in voice mode
1:58:48 there's three different models involved
1:58:50 there's a speech to text
1:58:53 AI they then send the text of what you
1:58:56 said to the large language model which
1:58:59 gives an answer and then that answer
1:59:02 goes to a text to speech module that
1:59:04 then talks
1:59:06 it the new [ __ ] you're actually talking
1:59:09 directly into the model and it
1:59:11 understands your tone as well as your
1:59:15 words as well as in that case he turned
1:59:18 on his camera so it could see him and it
1:59:20 said don't touch your face so much
1:59:23 makes you look nervous you
