0:00 going going going going we're doing that 0:07 thing with the tick tock thing all right 0:10 here we go you 0:12 ready let's 0:15 [Music] 0:19 [Laughter] 0:20 [Music] 0:25 see there's been something baby I'm try 0:29 to say 0:33 seems I don't 0:36 know with past in fure 0:41 [Music] 0:47 nowr there's been a little 0:51 trouble since you came to my 0:57 rescue and if you like all of the rest I 1:01 would have quit you long ago but I 1:03 couldn't do 1:08 that tell 1:10 now 1:12 [Music] 1:14 never make M making cold as 1:20 hell I'm a woman that you wish me 1:23 well but in spite of you trying still 1:27 going to have to find my own way 1:33 [Music] 1:49 through you done you 1:51 [Music] 1:54 [Laughter] 1:56 good happy New Year's Eve or Happy New 1:59 Year's if it's already happened we uh we 2:01 kicked in the new year last night or 2:03 this morning my time at 6:00 a.m. but it 2:07 was midnight there 2:09 in sunny Australia for Drew and 2:15 steo we did the GPT for good event this 2:20 lovely cookie image was done by Danielle 2:22 Be not Afraid Isn't that 2:25 cool or she baked the cookies and she's 2:28 just an overachiever that's a 2:29 possibility 2:34 to Drew it was a blast I I can't believe 2:38 you were watching this while you were 2:40 with your family teeing them up on the 2:41 TV that was awesome drew it was really 2:48 fun welcome welcome 2:52 welcome all right GPT for good was a hit 2:56 it was I'll show you uh some of what we 2:59 did we our grand total about 2 hours ago 3:04 was 121 gpts made uh and I think some 3:09 have been added since then so like 123 3:12 125 heck no I didn't pick those cookies 3:15 that's the spirit exactly you you make a 3:17 GPT for that and actually we're probably 3:20 only two or three years away from you 3:22 just tell the GPT to make you cookies 3:24 that look like that and then your baking 3:27 3D printer will squirt them out so you 3:30 you don't this whole thing about having 3:32 to learn how to do baking it's just not 3:36 really 3:37 123 123 gpts so if you don't know what 3:41 the hell I'm talking about that's 3:44 fine uh starting yesterday at 6:00 in 3:47 the morning Pacific time was it 3:50 yesterday yeah um an Murphy and I set 3:56 off on a 24-hour adventure to teach as 3:58 many people as we could to make GP pts 4:01 for nonprofits and and causes of their 4:03 choice and it was it was just it was 4:06 awesome um the uh she she had a pile of 4:10 people in every one of her sessions I 4:12 had a pile of people in every one of 4:13 mine um we made 123 gpts for good um 4:18 I'll give you access to the directory 4:20 that Vicky who's on the call here she 4:22 stay so so an and I alternated so our 4:26 sessions were like 6 hours apart so we 4:28 had time to take a little nap Vicky 4:30 stayed for the whole 24 hours and 4:33 updated the directory so she was there 4:34 the whole time I I knew I was 4:37 volunteering an for this I didn't 4:38 realize I was volunteering Vicki but uh 4:41 it was it was really great having her 4:42 there so it it was it was a lot of fun 4:44 it was really good um and yeah it was it 4:48 was you know people were asking great 4:50 questions and um I don't know just 4:53 building really cool things and and 4:56 telling good stories it it was it was 4:59 Vicky volunteered 5:02 herself that's the that's the problem 5:04 you're like hey I have an idea people 5:06 like here are the 37 things to to to 5:11 make that idea better that are now your 5:13 job 5:15 right ah yes such is the burden such is 5:20 the burden all right let's let's say hi 5:24 folks 5:25 here Source Camp good to see you what's 5:28 happening Tobias 5:38 lunti what fun yeah it was really 5:41 good it was really really good some 5:44 comments were filtered to protect the 5:46 community's experience who's saying 5:48 poopy 5:49 words don't say poopy words in here we 5:52 want the community's experience into to 5:54 be in here to be the highest top most 5:57 quality notched experience es look at 6:01 these production values I have dual 6:04 cameras and and a and a 6:07 hairdressing staff that needs to be 6:14 fired but be nice to each other don't be 6:19 [ __ ] Joker's in here apparently 6:22 apparently I let the cat out of the bag 6:24 that joker and I are sleeping together I 6:26 don't even know where Joker lives 6:28 but 6:32 I went back and watched the video it was 6:34 it there there are multiple ways you can 6:37 interpret what I said there including 6:39 what you dirty-minded people 6:45 did but you know you going do what are 6:48 you gonna do 6:51 um my neighbors are hosting an outdoor 6:55 New Year's Eve karaoke 6:58 party 7:01 that sounds 7:03 uh that that sounds like it could be an 7:06 experience lunar stick I bet feeling 7:09 sick it's it's awesome isn't 7:13 it what's the deal about pie is it 7:16 getting 7:17 better well about 3 weeks ago they they 7:22 upgraded pi to Pi 2 or 2.1 so so yeah so 7:26 they are improving it I think Pi is 7:28 going to get much better in 202 for how 7:30 can you misinterpret Joker and I are 7:33 going to bed well just that joker is 7:35 going to bed I'm going to 7:39 bed they are two parallel 7:42 lives on the same 7:44 course cuz cuz Joker works at at night 7:50 and it was the morning so he was getting 7:51 home from it doesn't matter I'm still 7:55 sleep deprived I slept all day today so 7:57 I got no idea what to do or say here so 7:59 I'm going to leave it all up to you what 8:01 we're going to do um he said together 8:04 yeah I did say together well I meant 8:06 together in time not together see 8:08 there's the time space continuum I was 8:11 in the time part of the time space 8:13 continuum you were in the space part of 8:15 the time space continuum that's where 8:17 the confusion 8:18 [Laughter] 8:27 lies oh man man oh I must have tortured 8:33 singers in a past life yeah that's got 8:35 to be rough lunar stick I'm sorry about 8:39 that nothing nothing uh nothing better 8:42 than enthusiastic neighbors 8:45 huh so social butterfly neighbors th 8:49 does protest too much it's so 8:53 true Drews off to mome 8:56 Grass this is this is this channel has 8:59 becomes Drew Drew's motivation to keep 9:01 his lawn looking nice Quantum temporal 9:04 superposition just took on a whole new 9:12 look two things can be true at the same 9:16 time it only changes in the observation 9:19 of the event lunatick 9:22 so until there's video nothing nothing 9:26 is reality until we have observed it 9:32 oh this woman works I'm working on a 9:35 Camtasia certification but I drop in 9:37 when I can nice awesome to have you 9:41 here okay Tobias lost my superpowers 9:43 probably short term what were your 9:46 superpowers and this is how we're ending 9:48 the AI learning lab 2023 season it 9:52 really is well I figure we'll go so what 9:55 was cool we did the 24-hour thing 9:57 yesterday and then it it it it it wasn't 10:00 until I started the 3:00 a.m. session it 10:03 was 3:00 a.m. Pacific 4:00 a.m. my time 10:06 that Drew said oh in 2 hours you know 10:08 I'm going to be celebrating the new year 10:10 and I was like oh God I got to go two 10:11 hours and I was kind of done at an hour 10:14 and I'm like all right how do I kill 55 10:17 minutes 10:19 like so the the fact that I just made 10:22 one one little 10:24 fuxa is uh I I I think I should be 10:27 commended for that back soon okay 10:31 bye oh man my fam uh walked into a Kyle 10:35 gigglefest I like these nights it's just 10:39 I'm just I'm overly tired and underly 10:42 intellectually active it's just like 10:45 there's just like it's just like a slow 10:47 it's like a water bed you know you get 10:49 in the water bed and the wave goes and 10:51 it 10:52 goes that's kind of my brain waves are 10:55 not very very active 10:58 tonight 11:02 all right we just labbed it that which 11:06 makes the AI so fun is Kyle better from 11:08 covid now I'm mostly better yeah I'm 11:10 still I still have a little bit of head 11:13 congestion my voice is still a little 11:15 tired um I don't know that I ever really 11:18 had brain fog but you know we're we're 11:20 starting at a relatively low bar 11:22 [Laughter] 11:28 so 11:32 maybe just brain fog maybe brain fog was 11:34 my natural state so the covid brain fog 11:37 is like yeah 11:47 whatever I I went to University and I 11:50 started studied the book 11:54 smarts I got a 11:58 degree 12:01 Lulu what do you think is the best thing 12:02 to look forward to in 12:05 2024 with regards to 12:09 AI 12:15 um 12:23 well what did Greg Brockman say Greg 12:26 Brockman did a tweet today that I 12:28 thought was interesting 12:30 so Greg Brockman is the president of 12:33 open AI he was the one that was fired 12:35 with Sam Alman or right before Sam Alman 12:37 and was brought back he's Sam's 12:41 buddy he posted something today that I 12:44 thought was pretty 12:52 [Music] 12:55 interesting Greg 12:58 Brockman 13:00 he said 13:03 prediction 2024 will feel like a 13:06 breakthrough year in terms of AI 13:08 capability safety and general positivity 13:12 about its potential impact impact in the 13:15 longer term it'll look like just one 13:18 more year on an 13:20 exponential that can make everyone's 13:22 lives better than anyone's 13:25 today so so this is the guy that's you 13:30 know sitting 13:32 inside the chat GPT Factory 13:37 and he he he thinks that 2024 will be a 13:40 breakout year I think 2023 was a 13:43 breakout year but as we got to the end 13:45 of 2023 what I thought was I don't I 13:48 don't think I think what we experienced 13:50 in 2023 was like you know playing 13:53 Marbles and and and we're about to go 13:56 into the you know the World Series or 13:58 the Super Bowl 14:00 like so and and then what he says is 14:03 it'll look like so so 2024 is going to 14:06 be a breakout year in terms of 14:08 capability safety and general positivity 14:11 about its potential impact so so if we 14:14 think our our capabilities were 14:17 Amplified in 2023 like this group the AI 14:21 salon and and the AI learning lab here 14:23 the people that are hanging out 14:24 regularly and playing with this stuff 14:26 we've all experienced our capabilities 14:28 going up and our creativity going up and 14:30 our thinking going up and so if 2024 is 14:34 a breakout year it means it will be 14:37 significantly bigger than 2023 and so 14:40 that was my feeling so when he says that 14:42 and then he says and then that breakout 14:45 year will just feel like another year in 14:48 a series of breakout years because when 14:50 he talks about the uh just one more year 14:54 on an exponential so if you don't know 14:56 about exponential growth linear growth 14:59 is is like this right you go up you know 15:01 45° up and to the right or up and to the 15:04 left um an exponential curve sort of 15:07 does nothing for a long time and then it 15:08 starts to go up and then it does this 15:12 and so so time is time uh so if we are 15:16 just entering the exponential curve then 15:19 all of a sudden just year after year 15:22 after year we see significant advances 15:25 so um what am I most excited about 15:33 I'm most excited about true 15:37 multimodal 15:39 um AI 15:42 where we just sort of speak into 15:44 existence anything music 15:48 video pictures words computer 15:53 programs animations any of 15:56 it um and and we're going to have 15:58 different kind kinds of interfaces for 16:00 it like right now most of our interfaces 16:02 sort of the chat GPT box I think that's 16:04 going to change pretty 16:05 dramatically and then the other thing 16:07 that I think we're going to see really 16:09 big breakthroughs on in 202 2024 are um 16:14 agents autonomous 16:16 agents so again right now we go to chat 16:20 GPT and we say hey chat GPT do this 16:22 thing for me and then chat GPT does it 16:24 and you're like it wasn't quite right 16:26 chat GPT and then it tries again and 16:28 you're like it's still wrong you dumb 16:29 dumb and then you go tell your friends 16:31 AI doesn't work it doesn't know how to 16:33 spell it hallucinates this is really 16:35 stupid I hate AI That's this 16:40 year next year it's going to be more 16:42 like hey you know what I was thinking 16:45 maybe I could do this and then the AIS 16:48 will just spin up a bunch of little 16:50 robots that will go take action on our 16:53 behalf and come back with [ __ ] done and 16:57 spell checked and everything 17:01 so so I'm kind of looking forward to 17:03 seeing what that looks like cuz it's 17:06 pretty [ __ ] remarkable just having 17:07 the Dum Dum toy that doesn't quite work 17:10 this year did open AI have any idea of 17:12 what we were up to I don't think so I I 17:15 tagged Sam Alman in when I when I said 17:19 uh we were doing the 24-hour GPT thing 17:22 and because he's jealous of me he didn't 17:23 get back to me so but that's that's on 17:25 him that's not me I'm I'm content in my 17:29 own skin and Jokers apparently 17:36 um so no I do not think that uh that 17:40 open AI was aware of what we're up to 17:42 maybe now that we did 121 gpts in in 24 17:46 hours maybe they would be happy to to 17:48 say that's cool I decided for my 2024 17:52 resolution is to create a Roman Empire 17:54 AI including gpts animations images and 17:57 music that's that's awesome I think 17:59 you're playing you're playing right into 18:01 the uh Roman Empire meme that that went 18:03 around Tik Tok a while ago that was 18:06 pretty funny 18:07 actually perfect recap of 2023 Kyle 18:11 thank 18:12 you I mean I mean you 18:16 know the tools are stupid right now the 18:20 tools are dumb 18:22 Dums I I I find it remarkable like 18:25 humans humans are absolutely amazing you 18:28 know you you get a tool that so prior to 18:32 chat 18:34 GPT if you wanted to say write an 18:36 opening paragraph for your blog post 18:40 you'd sit there and go huh what words do 18:44 I need to put together to make me not 18:45 sound like an idiot and then an hour and 18:48 a half later you'd be like I loathe 18:51 myself and then Along Comes this magical 18:54 tool and it's like PR here's an entire 18:56 blog post and then it's humans we like 18:59 immediately internalized that we're like 19:01 but is it 19:02 [Laughter] 19:03 perfect no well then it's completely 19:07 useless the silly AI stuff I would never 19:09 use that I don't know what you people 19:11 are talking about why is everyone so 19:18 excited I think this is going to be one 19:20 of those 19:21 nights Joker I heard that how many did 19:25 we create 123 cuno 123 here let's go 19:28 look at the at the site so if you go to 19:32 if y'all go to if you'd be so kind to 19:35 point your browsers at the salon. a go 19:39 there right now and that's going to take 19:42 you to this pretty little link 19:44 tree and the very top link here is not 19:49 working there it 19:52 is so this is the site that that Vicky 19:55 put together for us thank you Vicky 19:57 Rockstar Vicky 19:59 um and so it talks about what we did and 20:02 she kind of rewrote it so it's now in 20:03 the past tense which is super 20:05 cool 20:09 and all of these things are gpts that 20:13 were made in the past 24 20:17 hours it's so 20:20 cool and there are some rock stars in 20:23 here like Joy pie and 20:26 TK and Kayla I think is her name who's 20:31 got the the name what was her name in 20:37 here God there's so many of them do good 20:39 AI I think it's Kayla's her name so so 20:43 some people did multiple I think TK did 20:46 more than 20 and I know lunis did a 20:50 ton um but it's just amazing so here let 20:54 me read some of these 20:57 um 21:00 dog tags for 21:02 Life the child assistance 21:05 fund um diabetes amputation prevention 21:09 assistant Empower Maven the 21:11 entrepreneurial guide crypto donor 21:14 assist Minnesota firefighters 21:17 Museum Great South Bay radio club 21:20 conquer Alzheimer's there there are a 21:22 number of Alzheimer's ones um Advocate 21:26 assistant and then we also had people 21:28 when they submitted Kayla hey oh do good 21:32 AI that's right you're you're a rock 21:34 star your your descriptions are really 21:37 good you you put in a ton of these 21:39 things they're just awesome so thank you 21:41 thank you for 21:42 participating 21:44 um fiscal Tracker Pro so a personal 21:47 finance thing Diabetes Care Physicians 21:50 death With Dignity guide Echo 21:54 advisor Behavior Behavioral 21:57 Health um the New Fairfield Connecticut 22:00 library so like I love it's like there's 22:02 some really big things there's really 22:04 small things there's right your cause is 22:06 your cause the thing you're into is the 22:08 thing you're into 48 and 48 builds 22:11 nonprofit websites for free that's Vicki 22:14 who built us this website for free 22:17 unless there might be an invoice coming 22:19 but but but if there is I don't know 22:21 about it 22:23 U 22:25 um let's see green BT Land Trust John 22:29 Hopkins Children's 22:33 Center just just amazing just 22:38 amazing national public radio 22:41 guide and and so you can click on any of 22:44 these so go to this thing and and go 22:46 join these things go go play with them I 22:49 heard a couple of people talking last 22:50 night that they they went to a couple of 22:52 them and ended up running down rabbit 22:54 holes I think I think this is one of the 22:56 things I'm most excited about 22:59 um lunar stick I only did five for the 23:02 event because I'm sick but lunar stick 23:04 you can you can submit other ones that 23:06 you've done previously if they if 23:08 they're for nonprofits or good throw 23:10 them in the throw them in the uh in the 23:12 form 23:15 absolutely I think I the thing that I 23:17 like the most about gpts is that one of 23:21 the challenges of G of chat GPT is 23:26 that because it 23:29 kind of knows everything it's like where 23:31 do you start right it's like if you just 23:34 walk into a library you don't know how 23:36 libraries work it's just like floors and 23:38 floors of shelves of books right for as 23:42 far as the eye can see and you're just 23:43 like where where do I even begin with 23:46 this and that's kind of what chat GPT is 23:48 like and these gpts are just like these 23:51 little micro snapshots of some little 23:54 knowledge nugget in in all of the 23:57 knowledge space 23:58 and it and it just it makes it like this 24:01 smaller little world that you can 24:03 explore so there's something about that 24:04 for me that's 24:06 amazing if you were doing this for 24:08 someone how would you put it out to the 24:10 rest of the world so well so 24:13 the in in this case we'd put this out to 24:17 the rest of the World by we we have this 24:19 site now called GPT for good that has 24:23 got you know all of these sites on it so 24:25 so you you'd build a website or you 24:27 would put it on your website as a 24:29 graphic you know I've got a GPT that you 24:31 can play with um or you might call it 24:33 like an interactive assistant or 24:35 something like that the interactive 24:36 version of the website you could you 24:37 could Rebrand it 24:39 certainly 24:41 um but the GPT store is coming out 24:46 probably in the next two weeks but 24:47 certainly within the next month and the 24:50 GPT store is just going to be like the 24:52 Apple App Store so how you get an uh an 24:55 IOS app into the world is you first 24:58 submit it to the App Store you get it 25:00 accepted in the app store and then you 25:02 do all your marketing to try to get 25:03 people to go buy your app it's going to 25:05 be the same sort of thing with 25:07 gpts is is my is my instinct I'm hoping 25:10 that they they architect the store in 25:13 such a way that we can uh copy embed 25:18 codes for the GPT so that you can 25:19 actually embed a GPT into your website 25:23 how do I find the AI salon so if you go 25:25 to that if you go to the 25:27 salon. 25:28 URL um the second link is the AI Salon 25:32 community and so if you click on that 25:34 that will take you over to our Mighty 25:37 networks community and I think it drops 25:40 you into welcome to the salon and this 25:43 is this is the the page that tells you 25:45 what we're all about why we do what we 25:48 do what our values are are things like 25:50 curiosity and 25:51 generosity and exploration and 25:55 collaboration and we have a meeting 25:57 coming up tu Tuesday so so tonight we'll 26:01 all get fat and happy on New Year's 26:03 tomorrow we'll try to recover and then 26:05 Tuesday Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 26:07 7:00 p.m. mountain time is the AI Salon 26:10 meeting and Anne Murphy who I did the 26:13 24-hour GPT event with she's going to be 26:15 co-hosting with me Leah can't make it 26:17 this week so that actually worked out 26:19 perfect so Ann's going to co-host with 26:22 me and we're going to talk about the 26:24 event and what happened and if anyone 26:26 was at the event and is at the salon we 26:29 want them to talk about what their 26:30 experience was cuz Ann and I like 26:34 especially for me an an had it a bit 26:36 better in terms of being able to 26:39 gauge like what people were actually 26:42 doing cuz hers were done on Zoom so on 26:44 Zoom she's got everyone there they're 26:45 asking questions they're doing breakout 26:47 rooms my Tik Tok is just me talking like 26:50 an idiot for a couple hours right and 26:52 you know occasionally seeing in the in 26:54 the comments what's going on um but it's 26:56 going to be really exciting to hear for 26:58 people that participated in the event 27:00 like what was it like for them there 27:01 were a lot of people that came to 27:03 multiple sessions um it wasn't designed 27:06 like that it was designed for if you 27:07 came to a one session it was sort of a 27:09 complete little package but we had 27:10 people that came again and again and 27:12 again and just kept building gpts which 27:15 I that was unexpected and absolutely 27:17 [ __ ] awesome so really really cool 27:20 the URL isn't working for me there's 27:22 something weird about that URL I have 27:24 just try it again right now the salon. 27:27 it's ..com it's the 27:31 salon. um try putting hang on let me 27:37 see the salon. a see it works for me 27:42 it's just a redirect I have a feeling my 27:45 it won't load so then go to uh AIS 27:49 salon. 27:51 mn. hang on let me go change I'm going 27:54 to duplicate this 27:57 page 28:02 yeah let me duplicate this 28:04 page and then I'll go AI 28:09 salon. 28:12 MN oops. Co hang on a 28:16 sec mn. Co all right that is the direct 28:22 link 28:23 to the AI 28:25 Salon to 28:33 here is that working for yall that 28:35 should get you there busiest weekend of 28:38 the Year for me but I popped in when I 28:40 could trainings were 100% Applause cool 28:43 shades turtle turtle thanks Silver 28:48 Fox that's great yeah it was it was fun 28:51 doing a focused kind of training like 28:53 that rather than the the chaos that is 28:55 the uh that is this channel 28:59 normally um now wouldn't that be the 29:02 cats PJs to be able to embed gpts in 29:04 various other areas Firefly I think 29:06 that's that's how they're going to have 29:08 to to work doesn't it seem that 29:12 way and you're also going to have to be 29:14 able to hook other things to them like 29:16 um whatever you call 29:20 it like like like when we have avatars 29:23 that can talk for us which by the way I 29:24 got accepted into the 29:26 did 29:28 agent um weight list program so maybe 29:31 we'll go play with that live 29:35 tonight all right can we change a GPT 29:39 look not right now you can just do dark 29:41 mode light mode um no like like I said 29:45 gpts chat GPT gpts all of this stuff is 29:49 so 29:50 early they're just janky pieces of [ __ ] 29:53 they are they are really under 29:56 engineered um incomplete pieces of 29:59 software right now um they're G to get 30:02 much better they're going to get much 30:03 better so just just be patient again my 30:08 my advice to everyone right now 30:11 is build the best thing you 30:14 can 30:15 enthusiastically knowing that you'll 30:18 probably throw it out in two 30:21 months don't be discouraged that the 30:24 thing that you're building won't be 30:26 perfect is janky can't do what you want 30:30 it to do makes no sense you have no way 30:32 to Market it all of that is the feature 30:35 not the bug right now it's just because 30:37 we're early so these things are going to 30:39 get much more sophisticated much more 30:42 quickly the good news about about 30:45 building at this time of an industry 30:47 like this is that the competition's 30:50 really low if you do something even 30:52 remotely interesting it can rise above 30:56 the noise oh I'll show you an example of 31:01 [Music] 31:03 that this kids for those of you that are 31:07 younger than 31:09 me this is what's called removable media 31:12 this was a sidequest drive this was 45 31:15 megabytes and it's a it's like a it's 31:18 like a cartridge and you stick it in a a 31:21 cyquest drive it had 45 megabytes on it 31:25 but this is urban desires so this was an 31:28 online 31:29 magazine 31:31 I created and launched in November of 31:36 1994 and the internet at the time was 31:40 mostly like research papers and 31:41 dissertations because there was no one 31:44 on the internet except scientists and 31:46 researchers and 31:47 mathematicians and then this thing came 31:50 along called the worldwide web where you 31:51 could make these things called web pages 31:53 and you could click on links and so I 31:55 said well I have a bunch of creative 31:57 friends what if I did a magazine like 31:59 there's nothing on the internet like art 32:01 and culture so what if I did an art and 32:03 culture 32:04 magazine and so came up with the concept 32:06 went on a vacation with my wife learned 32:08 enough HTML to code it together and 32:11 uploaded those files to some computer in 32:14 California and 3 weeks later there was a 32:18 full page article written about Urban 32:20 Desires in a Parisian 32:23 newspaper three weeks 32:26 later so was Urban desires particularly 32:29 brilliant no it was like it was barely 32:32 competent but it was there was no 32:35 competition it was the only thing like 32:38 it so that's where we are with these 32:41 gpts and with learning Ai and with 32:44 figuring out how to put together a 32:46 zappier automation slightly different 32:48 than someone else did two years from now 32:52 your silly little 32:53 automations as cool as they are to you 32:55 and me right now are you're going to be 32:58 competing with some real [ __ ] 32:59 horsepower cuz these tools are going to 33:01 get real sophisticated real fast and and 33:04 the competition's going to get 33:07 steep so Embrace where we are right now 33:11 because if you focus and build and put 33:14 stuff out there and just share it and 33:17 you know put it on your website the best 33:19 way you can even if it's not 33:22 perfect and talk about it I'm telling 33:25 you it's going to serve you because 33:27 something one of us builds is going to 33:29 rise above the 33:31 noise and there's going to be massive 33:33 opportunity an 33:35 Murphy saying hey and happy New Year 33:38 friends back to getting my gpts 33:43 submitted oh that's awesome man great to 33:45 see you I just told everyone you're 33:47 going to be joining me as the co-host 33:48 for the salon on Tuesday so everyone has 33:50 to come um for for that special event 33:53 we're going to be talking about the 33:54 stuff we did yeah it's yeah this is it's 33:56 it's an amazing time and that was a a 33:59 big part of the theme of last night of 34:01 the 24-hour GPT for good thing 34:04 was 34:07 um the fact that we could do it like the 34:11 fact that we're at a time that a week 34:13 and a half ago someone said oh you 34:15 should do a 24-hour thing and I was like 34:16 nah oh maybe and then we just put it 34:20 together in seven days like an jumped on 34:21 Vicki jumped on and just we 34:24 went people made a bunch of images we 34:27 were sharing them all over the Internet 34:29 and we went and these tools are powerful 34:32 enough that literally in less than an 34:36 hour with a lot of banter and chitter 34:38 chatter in between we were able to get 34:41 people who'd never built anything before 34:44 to build a fairly sophisticated 34:46 application for the nonprofit of their 34:48 choice that like that's the world we 34:51 live in right now you just need to be 34:53 willing to like go over the hump of but 34:55 I'm not very technical Kyle I'm not good 34:57 with computers I don't know if you knew 34:59 this but uh I didn't go to 35:04 Stamford either did 35:06 I I have a degree in 35:10 acting oh that makes sense that tracks 35:14 yeah yeah yeah he's he's a he's he seems 35:17 a little touched he's he's a little 35:19 touched he's he's I mean's I mean he's 35:21 he seems like a perfectly pleasant 35:26 person 35:28 Lord digital Gods good day to you sir 35:30 thank you for the Ares aruse by any 35:33 other name would smell is sweet ah V 35:35 dancer to you sir to you too sir good 35:38 day thank you Cherry on pip 35:41 pep can 35:43 you invite an onto a panel Vicky too 35:48 well cuno Ann's co-hosting with me so 35:50 she will be on the panel the whole time 35:53 I think we will so what we've done is 35:55 we've reached out to a bunch of people 35:56 that were we we had some we had some 35:58 repeat offenders we had some repeat 36:01 offenders at the 22 24-hour event so we 36:03 reached out to them people that like 36:04 showed up a bunch made a bunch of gpts 36:07 I'd like them all to be at the at the 36:08 salon cuz yeah I want to I want to bring 36:10 them up on on stage and have them talk 36:13 about what their experience was and you 36:15 know what it was like to to you know 36:17 build multiple of those things what was 36:19 their experience just doing it oh new 36:22 now here in the live I'm happy to do 36:24 that what I'll do is this I sometimes 36:27 people want to be up on stage sometimes 36:29 people don't so if anyone here was there 36:32 last night that wants to hop up on stage 36:34 like Vicki if you want to hop up on 36:36 stage here tonight um just just uh do an 36:39 invite and then I will I'll bring you up 36:41 on stage absolutely um any anyone who 36:43 wants to hop up that was there and doing 36:46 stuff that wants to talk about it where 36:47 can we see the directory of gpts so go 36:53 to 36:54 um let's see 36:58 it's it's weird that it's not working go 37:01 to try that go oh dang it hang on 37:07 people who's running this 37:09 operation go to the 37:11 salon. see if that works and then the 37:14 very first link is the directory of the 37:17 gpts you can also go 37:20 to GPT 37:23 forgood Myan canva here I'm going to I'm 37:26 going to do something here here's what 37:27 we're going to 37:35 do does he always sing like this oh he 37:38 sings like this this is what it is not 37:40 really singing is it no we we don't call 37:43 it singing around 37:50 here some call him the 37:56 alienator 37:58 GPT forg 38:02 goody 38:04 do canvas. 38:06 site good Lord that's a long 38:13 URL oh 38:18 man I think there's also there's a bitly 38:20 one but that's okay that's how you get 38:23 to the 38:25 oh d 38:28 [Music] 38:34 is that right Vicky let me go look GPT 38:37 forg good.my doc canvas. site GPT forg 38:42 good.my dova do site all right lunatick 38:47 okay I think I've added 10 more gpts to 38:49 the list yes see so that would that 38:52 would we were at 123 now we're at 133 I 38:54 I bet we're going to hit 150 I bet we're 38:57 going to hit 38:58 150 I think it's going to happen 39:03 people it's it's really cool and and I I 39:06 you know I think also about here's 39:09 another thing that I think about I was 39:11 talking to Ann earlier today um so we 39:14 did this event and it was like it was we 39:16 want to get people there we want them to 39:18 build all this [ __ ] yay y we did it yay 39:20 we did it well now look at what we have 39:23 we have we have a directory of all of 39:27 these sites that are you know for a 39:30 specific cause that that were sort of 39:32 built in this really concentrated period 39:34 so we now know who built these things 39:37 and we've got their emails we can reach 39:39 out to them if we want to talk to them 39:40 like there's a whole there's sort of a 39:42 whole future for whatever these things 39:45 are and and how they become and some 39:47 people are going to do nothing with 39:48 theirs and other people are going to 39:50 keep developing them and other people 39:51 are going to promote the [ __ ] out of 39:53 them and and it's just like there's 39:55 there's kind of a whole world of 39:57 interaction that goes Way Beyond this 39:59 event that I'm really excited about can 40:01 we still submit new gpts you can um what 40:05 what 40:07 um what we were talking about yesterday 40:10 was doing 24 hours after the event so 40:13 just if in in the next by by let's let's 40:16 say Let me let me be semispecific 40:21 here keep submitting 40:25 until 40:33 noon Pacific 40:36 tomorrow yeah try to get them in by 40:38 midnight tonight 40:40 Pacific but we'll give you Grace until 40:43 noon 40:44 tomorrow because we need to we need to 40:47 and and here's my other request if 40:49 you're going to submit something make 40:50 sure that they're you know for a cause 40:52 for for a good uh you know for a good 40:55 cause 40:59 speaking of good 41:01 causes 41:03 Vicky hello how are you I'm I'm a little 41:08 sleepy to be honest I was gonna say have 41:10 you slept I did I went to sleep at 7:30 41:14 a.m. and I woke up at 11: oh my God I I 41:18 slept till 41:22 1 oh man well well first of all thank 41:25 you for everything you did the site 41:26 looks great oh no problem I see I have 41:30 10 more to add now so I'm going to be 41:31 busy like for a little while yeah 41:34 exactly exactly yeah you you you had to 41:36 show up right yeah I did I 41:39 did so what was what was your experience 41:41 last night um other than you 41:45 know just just from a you know 41:47 qualitative standpoint it was it was 41:50 awesome I enjoyed being like both on the 41:53 Tik toks and the um and the zoom 41:57 meetings because they were two totally 41:58 different experiences um like with the 42:01 zoom meetings you're able to interact 42:05 like like in real time kind of thing 42:08 with whereas with the Tik toks like 42:09 you're kind of like dependent on whether 42:12 or not Kyle sees the 42:14 message you know what I mean so but the 42:17 last one was fun um 42:21 yeah um but like like I've been doing 42:24 these like you know 24 hour and 48 hour 42:27 events for a while so I'm kind of used 42:29 to like being up for a long time so that 42:32 that part of it doesn't face me at all 42:34 and I enjoy it actually but like if you 42:37 were to ask me to do that for work like 42:38 you'd probably get a bit of a kickback 42:40 but I think so yeah I think so well I I 42:44 did the one on November 30th and that 42:46 was just a pure solo event so so when I 42:49 when I thought oh maybe if I do this 42:50 with someone else it won't be as bad um 42:53 and then and then and then you ended up 42:55 you know doing the whole thing but but 42:57 no I think I think doing this you know 42:59 occasionally is a good thing an and I 43:01 were also talking I think there's 43:02 something really 43:04 interesting because we were talking 43:05 about you know what becomes of this 43:07 project moving forward the GPT for good 43:09 project moving forward and it's like 43:11 well we don't even know you 43:13 know we won't know for six months or so 43:16 if gpts are really going to be a thing 43:18 right like are these a long-term thing 43:20 that really it really does become like 43:22 the new app store where you know 43:24 millions of people are using it and and 43:26 you know people are making money on it 43:27 and it's this whole infrastructure or 43:29 does it fizzle away and get replaced 43:31 with something else and what we realized 43:34 is that you know the the the mechanism 43:38 we created of like a 24-hour Challenge 43:40 and something for good right in this 43:42 case it was GPT for good depending on 43:44 what happens with gpts it might be that 43:46 next year but it could be something else 43:48 entirely and I I just I think the spirit 43:50 of it was was really amazing and just 43:52 the the nature of how people showed up 43:54 like willing to help each other and 43:56 willing to just just contribute and I 43:57 don't know it was it was a really fun 43:59 event so I think so too and I think we 44:01 have the potential to build this out I 44:03 mean I did this on a like what I call it 44:05 a janky canva website because I'm not 44:07 used to working in canva like I make 44:09 real websites and in the in the future 44:12 like if we do this again we can have a 44:14 real and I've got my air ques going here 44:16 a real website where yes um as soon as 44:20 people um like submit 44:24 their I'm losing my words cuz sometime 44:27 as soon as they submit their GPT it can 44:29 be automatically go like like the 44:33 directories that are out there already 44:34 it would automatically go into the 44:35 directory and be displayed on the 44:37 website without me having to enter one 44:39 each one in manually yeah yeah yeah so 44:42 that's going forward if we want to make 44:43 this an annual event which would be 44:45 awesome um you know then we can do it 44:47 that way that would be yeah exactly 44:50 exactly 44:52 awesome wow any other 44:55 thoughts um no can I go a bed now no no 44:58 no no I'm I'm still I'm what are you 45:02 excited about for 2024 do you have any 45:04 anything for 2024 I um no I'm just 45:08 excited to learn more I have so many 45:10 tabs open well as we all do but a lot of 45:13 my tabs I have under my in my learning 45:17 group and I really need to get back to 45:19 expanding the things that I'm learning 45:21 I'm trying to learn respell and um I 45:25 like just a number of things that I have 45:27 that I'm trying to make 45:31 my make my learning experience faster I 45:34 guess it's like I've I've Googled in the 45:36 past like how much can you fit into your 45:38 brain um and I don't remember what the 45:40 answer was but I don't think there was 45:43 an answer so that's why I overload 45:45 everything into notion so a lot of my 45:47 stuff I keep in notion but then it's 45:49 like I end up with like 50 different 45:51 to-do lists and I need a to-do list to 45:53 manage my to-do list so um everything 45:56 gets left behind but I'm looking forward 45:57 to learning more I'm looking forward to 45:59 tools becoming like more streamlined so 46:01 there's not like 50 tools that do the 46:03 same thing like maybe there's one that 46:05 bubbles Above the Rest for a certain 46:08 thing so yeah yeah yeah yeah that that 46:12 that that idea of the everything app 46:14 that just kind of does everything is 46:16 that's really compelling and like I can 46:17 see I can see a path to that now at 46:19 least where I couldn't before so that's 46:21 pretty cool all right cool well thanks 46:24 for popping up and and sharing sharing 46:27 what you did and thank you so much for 46:28 everything oh no problem at all I'll get 46:30 back to adding those other ones now sir 46:32 all right all right back back to work 46:35 okay okay I'm going I'm 46:37 going see 46:42 you I have no idea how to leave so you 46:45 have to kick me off I got hang on there 46:47 you 46:48 go I think I booted her did I do it 46:51 maybe not no I'm still here oh yes now 46:55 you're gone bye 46:56 [Laughter] 46:59 got her she's out of 47:03 here oh man that's so 47:06 cool 47:07 um all right what else oh look and we 47:12 got some new Happy New Year 47:14 stuff happy New Year oh this is a cool 47:17 one from Silver Fox the 2023 cookie 47:21 crumbling going into the 2024 cookie I 47:24 like 47:25 that 47:27 that's nice I like it it's so 47:32 nice it's so 47:43 nice oh sorry for your loss Pate that 47:46 sucks I'm sorry about that sorry to hear 47:48 that my condolences that 47:53 sucks all right I think GPT is in some 47:55 format will take the place of websites 47:57 perhap with Graphics or short film yeah 48:00 I think I think that's right I the the 48:03 the 48:04 whole that that idea of um a text box as 48:10 the primary 48:12 interface I think that goes away pretty 48:14 pretty pretty quickly 48:17 um I think you'll be able to enter text 48:19 but I don't think it'll be the primary 48:21 way that interact with these things 48:23 so it's going to be really fascinating 48:26 to see cuz cuz open ai's got two paths 48:30 that they've got to compete on right now 48:32 they've got the Frontier Model they've 48:34 got the underlying model and AGI that 48:37 they're going for artificial general 48:39 intelligence and then they've created 48:42 this monster called chat GPT that they 48:44 didn't think was a big deal but was a 48:46 very big deal and so they're now having 48:49 they're now in the consumer application 48:51 development space right um where before 48:54 they were kind of an API company and a 48:56 foundational model company it's it's 48:59 going to be interesting to see does does 49:01 one of those suffer because they're 49:03 focusing on the other or or do they spin 49:06 one off or something like that because 49:08 those are two very different um kinds of 49:11 companies so I I don't know that one's 49:13 fascinating to 49:15 me 49:16 um they are carry they lunti so 49:21 lunatick has her neighbors have thrown a 49:25 New Year's Eve a rocking New Year's Eve 49:27 karaoke party and she says now they're 49:30 karaoke knock knock knocking on heaven's 49:33 doors as if they were Axel not 49:42 Bob oh my god well I hope you're video 49:46 videoing it because it sounds 49:51 horrific 49:55 wo 49:57 I am now putting sticky notes on my cats 49:59 that's your that's your uh to-do 50:03 management Sherry D thank you again 50:05 Vicki awesome just awesome I 50:08 agree um no problem at all pton not 50:11 being able to participate you you you 50:13 put in a lot of time here so appreciate 50:15 it and again sorry for your loss 50:19 um life's tough it's tougher when you're 50:24 stupid 50:27 oh 50:32 man happy New 50:41 [Music] 50:48 Year the text box feels too Google to me 50:51 yeah I agree what's what's ironic is 50:54 that Google's 50:57 um Gemini Ultra interface that they 51:01 demoed was not a text box it was like an 51:04 infinite canvas that you could drop 51:05 objects 51:06 onto which I think's really 51:09 interesting but I also think that's GNA 51:12 my my my gut and P could probably tell 51:15 us this but he's not allowed to because 51:18 he because he works for the goo and he 51:19 wants to keep his 51:21 job but my my instinct from what I saw 51:25 from all the videos is that it it looks 51:27 like there are multiple interfaces to 51:30 Gemini Ultra so it's probably just that 51:33 developers within Google have built a 51:36 bunch of different interfaces which 51:37 means developers are going to be able to 51:39 build a b bunch of different interfaces 51:41 so I think that I think that once these 51:45 once these machine learning models go 51:48 true multimodal where they where they 51:50 can all of them can do text programming 51:53 video audio pictures all of it 51:57 animations um probably game mechanics 3D 52:01 worlds 3D objects all that sort of stuff 52:04 and and they're like they're going there 52:08 like that's coming right so probably 52:10 sometime in 2024 we'll see the 52:12 beginnings of that where they're they're 52:14 true full-on multimodal once you've got 52:17 that then the interface can really be 52:21 anything the interface could be a 52:24 movie 52:26 and then you're just bored watching the 52:28 linear Narrative of the movie and you 52:30 grab a character and slide it out of the 52:33 movie and then you grab a building and 52:35 slide it out of the movie and then you 52:37 grab a car and slide it out of the movie 52:39 and then you type in make me a racing 52:42 game with that character in that car 52:44 driving by a city that has like those 52:47 buildings in 52:49 it oh then put in this a soundtrack that 52:52 sounds like Hans Zimmer and let me go do 52:55 racing for a while like so that so I I 52:59 think I we are not we are in no way 53:04 prepared for for for what these 53:07 interfaces are going to be it's going to 53:10 be crazy it's going to be 53:13 crazy not to mention augmented reality 53:16 like the form factor of augmented 53:19 reality glasses looking more like this 53:21 than goggles they're not that's not that 53:23 far 53:24 off 53:27 so just crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy 53:32 crazy 53:34 crazy Leonardo does an infinite canvas 53:36 idea Leonardo's got some Leonardo now 53:39 has realtime image 53:42 generation they also have text to 53:45 video so Leonardo is interesting because 53:47 it's all built on stable stability AI 53:50 open source Tech so Leonardo is turning 53:54 into quite a sophisticated 53:56 platform 53:58 um I'm wondering if I want to go should 54:01 we go try the the D- ID thing I think it 54:04 might bore the [ __ ] out of you if I'm 54:05 trying to figure it 54:08 out I don't know I don't know toll sto 54:12 is 54:15 toast thanks for the reminder I'll put 54:18 that the Post-it note on my 54:21 cat to-do lists and me we're just not 54:24 friends 54:28 because so just a little a 54:31 little glimpse into the add mind when 54:35 you have moments of hyperfocus if that 54:38 moment of hyperfocus happens to be on a 54:42 to-do list you create the world's best 54:45 to-do list it's categorized it's 54:48 organized it's going to be the to-do 54:50 list that's going to change everything 54:52 for you and then the minute the hyper 54:55 focus goes away it just becomes a shame 54:59 stick to bludgeon yourself with because 55:02 here's the 43 things that you documented 55:04 that you still haven't 55:07 done and then and then it's just like 55:11 having one of these you're just like 55:12 Kink Kink 55:19 Kink oh try the Leonardo video yeah we 55:22 can go let's go look at Leonardo maybe 55:24 we'll go do both we'll we'll just go do 55:26 a little experiment here we've got an 55:28 hour until New York City 2024 I figure 55:31 we'll do a little countdown there see if 55:34 we can get 55:36 um champy to sing Old Lang Zine again he 55:40 was a little reticent at 6 this morning 55:43 he was like dude why am I singing at 600 55:46 in the morning what's going on 55:48 here um 55:54 leonardo.da 55:59 launch the 56:02 app that's it's a rather handsome 56:05 Leonardo Leonardo good to see you sir 56:07 have you met Lord digital Gods well 56:10 well you think you're accomplished well 56:13 well well all 56:21 right introducing motion show me 56:26 hang on let me make this bigger so my 56:28 old man eyes can read 56:32 it um motion is our Cutting Edge new 56:35 feature that puts you in the director's 56:37 seat revolutionize your process with 56:39 oneclick generative video you can tell 56:43 they're in the UK I think they're in the 56:45 UK because they spell revolutionize with 56:47 an 56:48 S jolly good carry on Cheerio pip 56:54 pip 56:56 simply click on the image to motion 56:58 button on any 57:01 image 57:09 generate image to motion okay is that it 57:13 are we done got 57:17 it all right so let's go to image 57:22 generation there's some stuff I've done 57:25 over 57:34 the generate motion 57:37 video Alchemy 57:43 upscaler well let's see how this does 57:45 with a river and a sky like it should 57:47 just move the 57:51 sky motion strength five visibility 57:54 public 58:02 generate how do I know where it 58:06 is oh you Engineers with your wacky 58:11 interfaces image generation oh here we 58:14 go is that it that must be it yes all 58:18 right so we'll wait here 58:21 motion Kyle Shannon Cloud Landscapes how 58:24 many 58:25 so that was 58:27 25 I think Leonardo gives you 150 58:30 credits a day and that that motion thing 58:33 was 25 credits so if you're on the free 58:35 plan you won't be able to do much of 58:37 this but if you're on a paid plan I'm 58:38 sure it's it's good the the thing with 58:41 this this video stuff is you know if if 58:44 you think about the amount of gpus it 58:46 takes to generate a oh that's pretty 58:49 good actually isn't 58:54 it 58:57 huh that's not 59:02 bad well well well Mr 59:08 Leonardo so I'm pretty sure what 59:09 Leonardo is is just a wrapper on top of 59:13 stable diffusion but that's pretty 59:21 good wacky UI is right yeah this is I I 59:25 mean this is one of the problems with 59:27 with creating an application like 59:29 Leonardo so so what Leonardo is is they 59:31 basically 59:33 took automatic 1111 which is 59:37 the the Geeks interface for stable 59:41 diffusion and they sort of made it 59:45 slightly nicer they they consumerized 59:48 what's what's sort of a Geeks interface 59:50 so and what I mean by a Geeks interface 59:52 is it's got all the sliders and all the 59:53 dials and all the tools and and you pick 59:57 your different models and you pick your 59:58 different um uh I I don't know 1:00:02 configuration modes and it it it 1:00:05 requires you to really deeply understand 1:00:08 stable diffusion so they they semis 1:00:10 simplified that but tried to give the 1:00:13 artists a lot of control so now that 1:00:18 um that stable diffusion is doing video 1:00:22 they've got sdxl turbo which is doing 1:00:24 realtime image 1:00:25 they've got traditional image generation 1:00:28 they've got model building kind of like 1:00:31 dream Booth with Laura and new 1:00:34 checkpoints and things like that 1:00:36 Leonardo is trying to build all of these 1:00:38 into this single interface and so it's a 1:00:41 daunting task to do a full featured you 1:00:45 know this is the equivalent so what 1:00:48 here's here's how I think about Leonardo 1:00:52 Siri go 1:00:54 away 1:00:55 hey 1:00:57 Siri uhhuh go 1:01:00 away 1:01:06 okay I don't know why she makes me ache 1:01:09 so I really do have to break up with her 1:01:12 I really do I've just got I've just got 1:01:14 to find her in my settings and turn her 1:01:16 off I got to do it I can't she makes my 1:01:21 she makes my soul 1:01:23 hurt 1:01:26 oh God okay all right so that's motion 1:01:28 motion looks pretty good actually um 1:01:30 let's go back to Leonardo so the someone 1:01:32 asked what app is this this is 1:01:53 leonardo.da 1:01:55 okay fireworks seem to be the downfall 1:01:57 of these things for sure should get 1:02:00 smoke pretty good 1:02:02 yep that's pretty 1:02:06 sweet that's really 1:02:10 good huh that's really 1:02:17 good very cool zombie I like 1:02:22 turtles okay face face 1:02:25 morphed this is good we just see in the 1:02:27 background 1:02:30 nice oh that's going to be 1:02:33 pretty come 1:02:45 on is it is it 1:02:48 pretty or is it terrifying it's sort of 1:02:53 both 1:02:58 damn I mean listen we're getting we're 1:03:01 getting we're getting in the 1:03:02 neighborhood here of animals 1:03:15 anime all right let's go play with 1:03:17 realtime canvas this is the one that 1:03:19 gets me in trouble so if I get 1:03:21 permanently banned from Tik Tok this is 1:03:23 where it started 1:03:28 where hang on I got to up my brightness 1:03:31 so I can see the 1:03:33 interface start drawing here 1:03:42 okay oh there we go 1:03:49 okay output to input oh that's 1:03:53 cool 1:04:15 output to 1:04:16 input very cool and then okay that's 1:04:19 with no 1:04:20 prompt creativity strength 1:04:23 75 so if you lower that and then can 1:04:26 this 1:04:27 do camera as an 1:04:36 input oh that's neat look at that that's 1:04:39 super 1:04:40 cool so let's up the creativity 1:04:53 strength 1:05:23 for 1:05:59 huh interesting interesting 1:06:05 interesting 1:06:08 vibrant Sketch color oh that's 1:06:13 cool yeah let me can I get this a little 1:06:16 smaller so y'all can see it oh I know 1:06:19 how I can do it I can go right no that's 1:06:22 not it oh I can go 1:06:25 right and then go ah come 1:06:30 on I hear fireworks here in 1:06:33 Denver I hear fireworks you people all 1:06:37 right Sketch color let's try sketch 1:06:40 black and white that one's 1:06:44 cool 1:06:45 product very 1:06:47 nice 1:06:50 photography 1:06:52 huh environment 1:06:56 so I mean listen I think you know again 1:06:59 Leonardo is on my list of things that I 1:07:01 think you should follow for a reason 1:07:03 like their 1:07:06 their challenge is is a pretty great one 1:07:09 to to try to keep this stuff even 1:07:12 remotely 1:07:23 intuitive 1:07:42 what's this that is that the Eraser yes 1:07:45 oh it erases everything 1:07:53 okay 1:07:59 huh Fascinating People fascinating 1:08:04 fascinating all right I haven't been 1:08:06 looking at all at comments so what are 1:08:08 your thoughts anything want me to do 1:08:10 anything is this worth me doing I live 1:08:12 in the hood so I can never tell if it's 1:08:14 fireworks or gunshots yeah we we've had 1:08:17 a couple that have clearly been gunshots 1:08:19 the one night a cop was shot right 1:08:21 across the street I'm like all right 1:08:23 awesome 1:08:25 I forgot to tell 1:08:30 y'all my wife made me a second book full 1:08:33 of AI Murphy and Elliot images for 1:08:35 Christmas that's really 1:08:37 cool oops sorry Russia cool way to make 1:08:41 matching 1:08:42 characters do you like it better than 1:08:44 mid Journey um very very different mid 1:08:48 Journey so so here's the 1:08:53 thing mid journey is on their they've 1:08:56 got their own 1:08:58 agenda they got to $200 million in 1:09:01 Revenue in with with no investors they 1:09:04 have no investors they have a wacky CEO 1:09:07 who kind of does what he wants to do the 1:09:09 the reason they're on Discord for this 1:09:12 long is probably because he just thought 1:09:13 it was cool and you know Everyone likes 1:09:16 Discord you you know if you had 1:09:20 investors in there they'd be like dude 1:09:22 uh time to make a website like they' had 1:09:24 a website a lot sooner than this I think 1:09:28 um so so with mid Journey you've 1:09:32 got you've got excellent image 1:09:36 quality but sort of this limited weird 1:09:40 feature roll out that's just kind of at 1:09:42 the whims of of this 1:09:44 guy with Leonardo which is essentially 1:09:48 stable diffusion so th think of Leonardo 1:09:50 is the web-based version of stable 1:09:52 diffusion that's probably 1:09:56 a month to two months behind what's 1:09:58 being played with by the Geeks so stable 1:10:02 diffusion um the company stability AI 1:10:06 one of the predictions for 2024 is 1:10:08 stability AI is going to go bye-bye but 1:10:11 one of the interesting things that 1:10:12 they've been doing is every time they 1:10:14 create a new model they open source it 1:10:17 so there's a massive developer Community 1:10:19 for stable 1:10:20 diffusion so what Leonardo represents 1:10:25 is all the latest bells and whistles as 1:10:28 soon as they come out and then what 1:10:30 Leonardo is is just a slight Delay from 1:10:33 that with a slightly better 1:10:35 interface so what you're going to get 1:10:37 with Leonardo is just a lot more 1:10:39 flexibility to do a lot more things um 1:10:42 but that's not necessarily a good thing 1:10:44 if you just want kickass highquality art 1:10:47 mid Journeys where you go if you want um 1:10:52 to create art in the context of some big 1:10:55 project that you're working on then 1:10:58 Dolly 3 inside of chat GPT is the way to 1:11:00 go if you love flipping switches and 1:11:03 dials and geeking things and making your 1:11:05 own models and playing with the latest 1:11:08 and greatest then something like 1:11:09 Leonardo or start or starting to geek 1:11:11 out on stability AI is the way to go all 1:11:14 of these tools have very different 1:11:16 strengths and weaknesses and the only 1:11:19 thing I can tell you is that you need to 1:11:21 play with them long enough to understand 1:11:23 oh this is where I'd go if I want high 1:11:25 quality stuff this is where I go if I 1:11:27 want to geek out this is where I go if 1:11:28 I'm just doing business stuff there's an 1:11:31 interesting one on Discord Kyle I 1:11:33 created an animated 5sec one there on 1:11:41 Discord where'd you put it in in Show 1:11:43 and Tell or mid or just in mid 1:11:49 Journey that's Roger dabling and oh wait 1:11:52 I'm way behind here 1:11:54 swe that's Claire's 1:11:59 stuff oh Domo 1:12:03 AI what's Domo AI I don't think I have 1:12:07 Domo AI I don't think I'm subscribed to 1:12:15 them Luma 1:12:21 AI there's Runway there's Peak 1:12:24 Moon Valley I don't think I have 1:12:27 Domo can you is it something you can pop 1:12:30 into download it and pop it into Show 1:12:31 and Tell Joker let's go look at Show and 1:12:33 Tell see if anything's has anyone been 1:12:35 playing over in a show and tail you know 1:12:38 we call it show and tell for a reason 1:12:40 you're supposed to show and supposed to 1:12:41 tell so go over there and show and 1:12:49 tell Silver Fox with her Post-It note 1:12:53 cat 1:13:01 acting degre Stanford 1:13:09 exactly that's a nice one Sher D 1:13:12 beautiful Cameron very nice oh these are 1:13:17 cool Kelly Camp Source Camp rocking it 1:13:20 out in 1:13:22 Dallas that's cool that's 1:13:25 beautiful we got the weight of the world 1:13:27 on our mind appearances are deceiving go 1:13:29 into 2024 and fig him out offering the 1:13:33 same judgment you'd like in return love 1:13:35 it love it did you use I assume you used 1:13:39 Double Exposure for this that's really 1:13:43 cool catching up on my own gpts 1:13:47 wondering if anyone would be able to 1:13:48 test this 1:13:50 out there's the there's me and Joker 1:13:52 going to bed together 1:13:57 I sent you an invite to the server all 1:13:59 right where did you send it did you send 1:14:00 it as a 1:14:01 DM yeah it looks like it 1:14:06 no joker here this 1:14:12 it sleep deprived you drank the wrong 1:14:15 drink best Cosby I could 1:14:18 do where did you send a joker please 1:14:21 refresh and show and tell okay 1:14:27 [Laughter] 1:14:29 happy New Year 1:14:32 Joker that's 1:14:35 great that's 1:14:37 [Laughter] 1:14:42 awesome oh oh in Discord 1:14:52 okay 1:14:57 [Music] 1:15:00 Domo 1:15:17 [Music] 1:15:21 AI choose your own bump 1:15:35 so where am I going here Joker what am I 1:15:37 looking 1:15:38 for um 1:15:40 generate so is this a video One what is 1:15:45 this generate 1:15:48 video oh this is this is all sassy 1:15:50 you're trying to get kicked me off 1:15:52 you're trying to get me kicked off Tik 1:15:53 Tok talk 1:15:59 Joker say say SoJO I can't I can't stop 1:16:02 too long no I can't do it I can't do it 1:16:05 I don't know what I'm looking at I'm get 1:16:07 in 1:16:09 trouble you're trying to get me you're 1:16:11 trying to get me banned off to Tik 1:16:14 [Music] 1:16:19 Tock oh man so the debate is how much 1:16:23 those settings should be exposed to the 1:16:25 user or what subset I mean that's 1:16:27 exactly it Pate that's that's what I was 1:16:29 saying why why I think it's it's a 1:16:31 really hard thing for a company like 1:16:33 Leonardo who's they seem to be trying to 1:16:36 strike the balance between you know 1:16:39 making a a professional application like 1:16:42 Photoshop and photoshop's a good example 1:16:45 that there there are so many features in 1:16:47 it that you 1:16:49 know just learning what features are in 1:16:52 it is a 1:16:55 month and so Leonardo is going that 1:16:58 direction that's that's always the 1:17:00 hardest thing there was some really 1:17:01 interesting software in the in the mid 1:17:03 90s there was a guy named Kai Krauss and 1:17:05 he created this thing called Kai 1:17:07 krauss's power tools or something like 1:17:09 that and it was Photoshop filters but 1:17:13 when you first installed it he only gave 1:17:15 you like three of them and then if you 1:17:18 Ed them a certain amount of times it 1:17:21 would it would sort of gamify it and say 1:17:22 congratulations you graduated to the 1:17:24 next level and it would give you like a 1:17:26 second level a new set of features and 1:17:30 so over time if you used it you would 1:17:34 gain more of the features I thought that 1:17:36 was a really interesting approach but 1:17:37 you know it didn't ultimately take off 1:17:40 but but I like that I like that idea of 1:17:42 how do you artificially limit the 1:17:44 feature well and in fact if you think 1:17:47 about what generative AI is doing right 1:17:49 now it's going to become the 1:17:51 simplification interface sitting on on 1:17:53 top of lots of other features right so 1:17:57 within Adobe Lightroom instead of having 1:17:59 to slide all the sliders and do all the 1:18:01 [ __ ] you can just say hey make an image 1:18:03 that kind of has the stylings of this 1:18:06 one and it will sort of figure all that 1:18:08 [ __ ] out for you right so that's that's 1:18:10 where we're moving turns llamas into 1:18:15 mamas how do you use real time gen on 1:18:18 Leonardo AI I think I just did that so 1:18:21 it's it's 1:18:41 just draw 1:18:45 [ __ ] 1:18:52 um 1:19:23 look I'm in I'm inventing 1:19:26 [Laughter] 1:19:28 characters and then we can 1:19:30 try 1:19:34 different styles and it just does it 1:19:49 differently all right let me let me try 1:19:53 one other thing 1:19:55 here I'm going to go to my 1:20:03 Gmail congratulations you've been 1:20:08 approved all right let's go look at this 1:20:12 video let's see if this looks 1:20:19 good hi this is a quick guide on how to 1:20:22 create your own own interactive agents 1:20:24 using did's creative reality Studio 1:20:27 first log into your did account once 1:20:30 you're in navigate to the agents section 1:20:34 start by clicking create agent the first 1:20:37 thing you need to do is select your 1:20:38 agents appearance pick from a variety of 1:20:41 predesigned avatars or upload an image 1:20:44 of your own to personalize your 1:20:46 agent next go to the agent details tab 1:20:50 there you give your agent a name and 1:20:52 select a voice from the drop- down 1:20:55 menu next comes agent description write 1:20:58 who you want your agent to be what their 1:21:00 primary functions are and how they 1:21:02 should interact with your users now go 1:21:05 to knowledge base and upload text PDF or 1:21:08 PowerPoint documents to provide your 1:21:11 agent with information all right this is 1:21:12 pretty slick all right let's go look at 1:21:14 it it looks kind of dumb 1:21:17 but we'll see all right let me let me 1:21:20 let me make sure people aren't screaming 1:21:21 to show something else Lightroom now has 1:21:23 crazy selection masking capabilities 1:21:26 Kai's power tools yeah remember Kai's 1:21:27 power tools Vicki weren't those cool it 1:21:30 had this cool sort of five LED light 1:21:33 thing that had these rings of features 1:21:36 and it just started out with you had the 1:21:37 first ring and then it would add the 1:21:39 other ones that was pretty slick Kai's 1:21:41 power 1:21:44 tools all right is that a new feature 1:21:47 yeah the the one that I'm trying now on 1:21:49 D- ID yeah it's a brand new feature D- 1:21:59 ID uh allow cookies log 1:22:09 in GPT site updated 139 total Vicky that it's it's it's 1:30:38 it's in it's contractually it's in the 1:30:40 it's in the 1:30:42 contract that I have with the influencer 1:30:44 Society of 1:30:46 America oh you didn't know that existed 1:30:48 that's because you're not an 1:30:50 influencer you got to get invited to 1:30:53 that it's not you can't just sign up oh 1:30:55 I want to be an influencer no you get 1:30:58 invited and then they send over the 1:31:02 people that do this 1:31:04 genetically click the sort of orange 1:31:07 button not the extra orange button wait 1:31:13 what click the sort of orange 1:31:20 button iin got no sort of orange 1:31:25 button dang it my hair lays flat guess 1:31:28 my 1:31:29 20204 plans of influencing her shot yeah 1:31:33 so lunar stick listen it's 1:31:35 possible keep trying right just keep 1:31:38 putting yourself out there and 1:31:41 occasionally the influencer society will 1:31:44 reach out to you and I mean in my case 1:31:47 they reached like I it was it was it was 1:31:50 you know an embarrassment of riches they 1:31:52 were just like hey you're in did you 1:31:54 know you in I was like yeah I was told 1:31:56 last week and they were like but well 1:31:57 can you go in under my affiliate number 1:32:00 and it was it was awesome it was really 1:32:03 awesome so yeah I did live through the 1:32:06 90s I can make big hair Kyle shirt is 1:32:09 the orange button 1:32:11 exactly there there there's no button 1:32:14 there's no button I don't know what 1:32:16 button you're talking about 1:32:19 people that quickly done Domo isn't show 1:32:22 and 1:32:24 tell so what is it about Domo that you 1:32:26 dig 1:32:31 Joker new 1:32:33 activity 1:32:35 this if this is a girl showing her 1:32:38 private parts and you get me kicked off 1:32:39 the Tik 1:32:44 Tock oh 1:32:51 wait Kyle Shannon with the AI learning 1:32:53 lab the extra B is for 1:33:04 knowledge that's pretty 1:33:10 good hey it's Kyle Shannon with the AI 1:33:13 learning lab the extra B is for 1:33:16 knowledge that reminds me of Saturday 1:33:19 morning morning cartoons it's got a very 1:33:22 Quest kind of um animation smoothness to 1:33:28 it that's 1:33:32 hilarious oh you can now make money with 1:33:34 D- ID exactly I'm gonna need another 1:33:38 [Laughter] 1:33:46 button oh okay so wait uh so Dr bod 78 1:33:52 funny name by the way I'm gonna go fix 1:33:55 I'm gonna go reconstitute the link 1:34:00 tree so that it's got that document on 1:34:02 it and and I'm also going to put the uh 1:34:05 submission thing on here so hang on so 1:34:08 let me go to 1:34:12 admin so I'm going to turn on the event 1:34:16 directories on I'm going to turn on the 1:34:18 prompt sheet and the submission form 1:34:21 okay so now if you go 1:34:24 to um the salon. 1:34:27 a it's going to redirect you to a link 1:34:33 tree that's got the directory of all the 1:34:36 current gpts I've got the prompt sheet 1:34:39 which is the Google Doc which which is 1:34:41 what we went through in our sessions for 1:34:43 how to make a GPT and actually it's a 1:34:46 good enough doc like you don't need us 1:34:48 we'll eventually put the recordings up 1:34:51 on the salon 1:34:52 uh in our YouTube channels and stuff um 1:34:55 but they're not there yet if you just 1:34:57 follow that document you can make a GPT 1:34:59 for a nonprofit that's that's decent 1:35:01 right out of the gate and then the third 1:35:04 link is the is the GPT for good 1:35:06 submission form so if you've made a GPT 1:35:09 for a nonprofit or for a cause you know 1:35:11 like social good something like that um 1:35:14 please feel free to submit it as part of 1:35:16 this we'll we'll take things until 1:35:17 ideally until midnight tonight but if 1:35:19 you want to do it till like noon 1:35:20 tomorrow um 1:35:22 we'll we'll we'll put it in there we 1:35:24 just need to be able to to select a 1:35:27 winner uh we're doing a drawing for a 1:35:30 $250 donation to the um nonprofit of 1:35:34 your choice um and so we got to have 1:35:37 time to do that before the salon on 1:35:39 Tuesday all right so there we just did 1:35:44 stuff in real time that's called 1:35:45 decision making people we don't sit 1:35:48 around with committees trying to figure 1:35:50 out do we do things we launch 24-hour 1:35:52 programs and then we realize we've made 1:35:54 a terrible 1:36:01 mistake red orange spandex girls got ABC 1:36:04 bananana on Tik Tok earlier see see what 1:36:07 I'm 1:36:10 saying I you just got to be careful with 1:36:13 this real time stuff with the Tik Tok 1:36:15 because they got their fancy AI eyeballs 1:36:18 on 1:36:20 it oh I get sleepy people anybody else 1:36:23 get 1:36:25 sleepy I know some of you were up for 24 1:36:28 hours with with an and I 1:36:31 so oh 1:36:35 [Music] 1:36:36 man happy New Year 1:36:41 2024 1:36:43 yeah let's get this party 1:36:46 started all right fantastic Bob tell him 1:36:49 what he's won he hasn't won anything Jim 1:36:52 he didn't choose a door he didn't choose 1:36:54 a door why wouldn't he choose a door I 1:36:56 don't know Jim it confused all of us he 1:36:58 said I don't want no damn door we said 1:37:01 well how are you going to win anything 1:37:02 he said I don't care I don't want no 1:37:04 damn 1:37:05 door never heard anything like 1:37:08 this Bob what do we 1:37:12 do 1:37:18 [Music] 1:37:20 and 1:37:23 they still want your credit card number 1:37:25 at 1:37:26 D- maybe that's it maybe I can't do it 1:37:30 no I've got a paid account at D- 1:37:32 ID I got the okay for 1:37:45 [Music] 1:37:48 video just in 1:37:50 case 1:37:53 I'm bummed I wanted to play with that 1:37:54 agent 1:37:56 thing this is 1:37:58 annoying I can't make money with chat 1:38:01 gbt you can make money with chat gbt I 1:38:04 don't want to I feel 1:38:07 whiny I feel whiny check DM my 1:38:20 DM 1:38:33 so is this so Sherry are you saying then 1:38:36 did is a fail um it's okay to post the 1:38:39 video so do you want me to show this 1:38:40 video right now I'm happy to do it what 1:38:43 I what I saw of it it looked cool but on 1:38:45 my phone it kept hanging for some reason 1:38:47 so do you want me to show it now Okay 1:38:49 cool so this is so so 1:38:52 correct me if I'm wrong this is the 1:38:54 video you got hired this is the the the 1:38:56 band that took their song and wanted you 1:38:58 to make the video for it correct is that 1:39:00 what this 1:39:05 is I think that's what it is all right 1:39:08 let's head over to cap 1:39:13 capwing yes okay cool all right so this 1:39:17 is a we're doing a world premiere here 1:39:19 are you sure I'm I'm good to go I don't 1:39:21 want to I don't want to play this if 1:39:22 it's not cool but if it's cool and it's 1:39:25 pretty heavy cool yeah it l it looked 1:39:28 pretty good this is this is awesome all 1:39:30 right 1:39:32 let's can I make this smaller or can I 1:39:35 make this 1:39:36 bigger how do 1:39:39 I there we 1:39:42 go yes we got it all cleared first draft 1:39:45 okay first draft of video so so this is 1:39:48 this is one of those things where okay a 1:39:52 little a little a little plug for sort 1:39:54 of the philosophy of this channel so one 1:39:56 of the things I talk about a lot in here 1:39:58 is just play just play learn play learn 1:40:01 and then talk about what you're learning 1:40:03 share it just put it out there in the 1:40:04 world and for Sherry she was doing that 1:40:07 and connected with someone who saw that 1:40:09 she did this stuff and they said hey 1:40:11 we've got this song and we want V video 1:40:14 for it we want to use this AI stuff and 1:40:16 so they hired her to do this or 1:40:18 partnered with her to do this so here is 1:40:20 the first draft of this song so super 1:40:22 cool this is 1:40:23 [Music] 1:40:34 awesome don't you be 1:40:40 the who told you you should 1:40:45 [Music] 1:40:49 roll light 1:40:53 here we 1:40:54 [Music] 1:40:58 go do you remember 1:41:04 the 1:44:41 we're in like and again the the thing 1:44:45 that the thing that really gets to me 1:44:47 about this stuff 1:44:50 is 1:44:52 we're just starting like this like we 1:44:54 just are at the very very Beginnings 1:44:57 yeah two days ago she got this two days 1:45:02 ago and it's fun it's funny the like 1:45:05 some of the jankiness some of the 1:45:06 jankiness in there you're like ah you 1:45:08 know it'd be nice if it got better I 1:45:10 thought when it when it cut to the 1:45:13 aristocrats um doing their thing the 1:45:17 fact that their faces were all [ __ ] up 1:45:18 was really good was like it was like 1:45:21 like that was a that was a good art 1:45:24 artistic uh like that was a good 1:45:26 artistic choice to have their faes all 1:45:29 janky and [ __ ] up 1:45:32 nonhuman wow really really really good 1:45:34 promo for a nonprofit in two days in two 1:45:39 days like even if you just wanted to 1:45:41 source that with stock footage it would 1:45:43 be tough to put that 1:45:45 together amazing 1:45:49 amazing oh wow someone pointed out to me 1:45:52 today that the date is 1:45:54 12323 1:45:56 123123 123123 that's yeah no it's 1:46:00 amazing it's amazing congrats 1:46:03 Sherry I mean so yeah just keep playing 1:46:07 keep playing keep playing keep playing 1:46:10 keep playing keep playing keep learning 1:46:12 keep collaborating keep figuring out how 1:46:15 to do 1:46:16 it you know forgive forgive the 1:46:19 technology for it State and just kind of 1:46:23 live 1:46:25 in live in this is the worst it's ever 1:46:28 going to be it only gets better from 1:46:33 here 1:46:35 amazing Happy New Year from Panama 1:46:38 awesome that was awesome Sherry Clint 1:46:40 Copperhead very cool happy New Year chat 1:46:43 it is Happy New Year 1:46:46 the GPT for good site that 1:47:11 it's 11:47 peeps okay keeping an eye on 1:47:13 the clock we'll flip I'll flip over to a 1:47:16 timer when we have like a minute 1:47:19 left um so Camp will be teaching on 1:47:22 cruises soon I'm guessing exactly 1:47:24 countdown tus 12 Kyle we're putting you 1:47:27 on a limited AI diet today we're gonna 1:47:29 have to this is really bad the Noir 1:47:31 horror World War II shorts that have 1:47:33 been on Tik Tok have really amazed me 1:47:36 and the West Anderson trailers yeah the 1:47:38 West Anderson trailers are something 1:47:40 too yeah this is I mean here's what 1:47:42 happens 1:47:44 is what what's what's really amazing the 1:47:47 the phase we're in right now you've got 1:47:49 you've got sort of three class of 1:47:51 filmmaker that are about to emerge 1:47:54 you've got traditional filmmakers who 1:47:56 are going to cross their arms at Ai and 1:47:59 go [ __ ] 1:48:00 ai ai is 1:48:02 nothing and then you're going to have 1:48:04 traditional filmmakers today that 1:48:06 Embrace Ai and they're going to take 1:48:08 their storytelling skills and they're 1:48:10 going to learn how to tell stories with 1:48:12 the new tools like AI is going to be 1:48:13 their new camera and then you you have a 1:48:16 whole new class of filmmakers coming up 1:48:18 that are not in the business at all but 1:48:21 now have access to the tools and they're 1:48:23 going to get really good at it and 1:48:25 you're going to 1:48:26 see those three kinds of storytellers 1:48:30 battling for Supremacy over the next 1:48:32 three years it's going to be wild 1:48:34 because we're going to see people emerge 1:48:37 out of nothing like never having made 1:48:41 films before making films like feature 1:48:44 films it's going to be it's going to be 1:48:47 nuts I'd like to get some live local 1:48:49 Regional meetups going going in an 1:48:51 annual conference yeah we're actually 1:48:53 going to we're going to we we're talking 1:48:55 right now in fact Bradley just sent me a 1:48:58 a 1:48:59 presentation with his thoughts on this 1:49:01 we're going to do local chapters for the 1:49:03 AI Salon uh for exactly that reason we 1:49:05 we want more imperson 1:49:07 meetups and uh so so yeah so if that's 1:49:11 something you want to do um join the 1:49:14 salon and we'll start talking about that 1:49:17 here 1:49:17 shortly all right we got 11 minutes or 1:49:21 more like 1:49:22 10 more Hollywood strikes there might be 1:49:26 more Hollywood strikes I don't the the 1:49:28 problem with more Hollywood strikes is 1:49:30 as as um what's her name uh Joan cusac 1:49:35 as Joan Cusack said this is the last 1:49:38 strike where sag and and The Writers 1:49:42 Guild have any leverage 1:49:44 whatsoever so I think this was kind of 1:49:47 it so it's going to be interesting to 1:49:49 see any anyway go to the salon. click on 1:49:54 the directory and we're now up to 1:49:56 somewhere between 1:49:58 131 and 1:50:01 147 or five 1:50:06 gpts Oh that's oh that's so cool what 1:50:09 Vicky did there so so she goes okay so 1:50:12 here are the first 100 gpts that we had 1:50:15 and then she built into the page we hit 1:50:17 the first goal of 100 gpts and kept 1:50:19 going and so here are all the bonus gpts 1:50:22 Beyond 100 oh that's such a cool that's 1:50:25 a nice little hack I don't know if 1:50:27 you're still here Vicki but that's a 1:50:28 very nice touch that's very nice so you 1:50:32 should go to this this site so you can 1:50:34 also go to 1:50:36 um hang on you can also go to GPT forg 1:50:41 good. my. canvas. site will take you to 1:50:45 that 1:50:48 directory all right 1:50:54 yeah more Hollywood strikes would be 1:50:56 cutting their own throats yeah exactly I 1:50:58 I really do 1:50:59 think they they had some leverage here 1:51:02 and and they definit there were 1:51:04 definitely some things with streaming 1:51:05 and things like that some rights that 1:51:07 some wrongs that needed to be writed and 1:51:09 then they needed to get some Protections 1:51:11 in for basic AI stuff um a year from now 1:51:15 it they're going to have they're going 1:51:16 to have zero leverage so it's it's good 1:51:19 they got what they got 1:51:23 and I'm not so much talking 1:51:25 contractually on the film making battles 1:51:27 I'm talking creatively it's going to be 1:51:28 really interesting from a creative 1:51:31 standpoint um let me go find a countdown 1:51:35 timer that doesn't suck because the one 1:51:37 I found last night sucked I'm gonna I'm 1:51:39 going to reload did too to see if I 1:51:42 got welcome to reality 1:51:45 Studio creative reality Studio saves 1:51:48 businesses money time and hassle 1:51:51 and makes videos and presentations more 1:51:54 take your synthesized voice and get the 1:51:56 hell out of my face okay 1:52:00 um where am I going uh New Year's New 1:52:05 York City 1:52:07 count 1:52:12 [Music] 1:52:19 down 1:52:22 [Music] 1:52:41 man that's 1:52:42 boring that's 1:52:49 boring 1:52:58 [Music] 1:53:28 can I make it 1:53:30 bigger that's too big but that's all 1:53:33 right all right well we got we got 1:53:38 that we'll just we'll just let that sit 1:53:40 there all 1:53:41 right I was losing count and the page 1:53:44 wouldn't get any longer it's no it's 1:53:46 really good I I love that it's like we 1:53:47 were going for 100 that's awesome 1:53:50 that's really 1:53:52 good um woohoo local meetups I know it's 1:53:55 gonna it's going to be good we're trying 1:53:56 to figure out what's the best way to do 1:53:58 them so that it doesn't like put undo 1:54:01 stress on either the local organizers or 1:54:03 the the main organizers so we're trying 1:54:05 to figure that out V dancer I'm 1:54:07 volunteering to help awesome yeah just 1:54:09 please join the uh join the AI salon and 1:54:12 once once we figure out the structure 1:54:13 we'll probably do a call to anyone that 1:54:15 wants to run local local events I think 1:54:19 we're going to start with social things 1:54:21 because the current the the current 1:54:23 local thing we do in Denver when we're 1:54:26 doing the meeting doesn't work really 1:54:27 well the better meeting is the meeting 1:54:30 the the Meetup after our actual Salon 1:54:33 meeting um so we're going to we're going 1:54:35 to sort of 1:54:37 uh follow that model I think we'll see 1:54:40 all right this this is streaming poorly 1:54:43 it's Microsoft Bing what do we want okay 1:54:46 let me go 1:54:48 back we've got got five minutes people 1:54:53 five 1:54:56 [Music] 1:55:01 minutes I guess I'll just go to YouTube 1:55:04 why am I going to Google why Google 1:55:06 anything 1:55:08 anymore sorry 1:55:10 [Laughter] 1:55:17 Pate let's see where's where's live 1:55:22 why is there no live thing here come on 1:55:24 live New York 1:55:29 City that's the AP ball drop that was 1:55:31 boring before it's all right we'll do 1:55:33 that 1:55:36 [Music] 1:55:43 one 1:55:45 okay then we'll go full screen and then 1:55:47 we'll 1:55:49 make 1:55:53 make this a little 1:56:05 smaller all right fantastic Bob would 1:56:08 you please have GPT analyze the list for 1:56:11 duplicate unique 1:56:14 ratio which list the list of 1:56:19 gpts 1:56:22 and duplicate how like duplicate it's 1:56:25 the 1:56:26 same um it's the 1:56:34 same concept or the same actual actual 1:56:37 thing we can do that I've got three 1:56:39 minutes left 1:56:41 so let me see if I can quickly GPT 1:56:44 something here let me log in there let 1:56:45 me go to GPT for good let me just go
