14. 3:38it's not like they're keeping you up to date you're just like there and you know you're just supposed to know where to go and what to do you

25. 5:58minute I leave the house he lays by the door for eight hours just waiting for me to come back pisses everyone else off they're

27. 6:21[ __ ] we go to the we go to the shelter there was a a black lab there and he just just wasn't right didn't have the
28. 6:28right personality just wasn't right and cuz we like Labs we've always had Labs so we went there to get a lab went there to get a lab and
29. 6:44then and then that thing shows up that's not a Lab look at that thing look at that thing that's a bad dog that is a large
30. 6:56tubby boy that is a tubby Tubby Dog are you a big fat boy who's a big fat boy are you a big fat boy oh Jam's a big fat
31. 7:06boy he's so big so anyway so I didn't even want him I'm like you know what's the return policy on this thing oh and then
32. 7:20then they they proceed to tell us so he take him out I'm like this thing's Ramy this this is a Ramy dog
33. 7:30so so I'm like What's the return policy on this thing you know joking just being an [ __ ] dad and uh so we go to get
34. 7:38him and they're like just so you know champ has been returned twice and if you return him it's it's off to the it's off to the
35. 7:54chamber so so the pressure was on I tried to I tried to hate him I tried to not like him but then I played my
36. 8:06guitar and he sang and I was like ah [Music] [ __ ] but I think that's why they're pissed off they're like you didn't even
37. 8:18want him and he loves you more I'm like well who else Ruff House is with him you know how you got to play with a
38. 8:26dog like that that little Thug of a dog you gota you gota you gotta Whack Him in the nose and wrestle with him beat his
39. 8:35belly oh he loves it yeah dogs are the best Joker dogs are the [ __ ] best I feel like chat GPT is a bit like
40. 8:45a golden retriever which just like hey boss I'm ready to write some more [ __ ] for you what do you want you want me to
41. 8:52do it I'll do it good this time llm is unconditional love for your your creative [Music]
42. 9:26braak so I thought my my rabbit R1 was supposed to come today but I think it's it might come tomorrow I don't know I don't have

44. 9:52theirs I'm Out Of Tune here [Music] um I have two 80 plus Peta dogs hugging the blankets that's the only way to do

46. 10:17first two Labs were two inbred Labs from a a puppy pound or puppy mill they were inbred and they were [ __ ] crazy as [ __ ] loons
47. 10:30the the first experience it was uh Max and Cleo and she she was uh like a little blonde lab and he was red and so
48. 10:41we we get these P we get a pair my my mom gave them to us cuz you know if you're if you're going to if you're
49. 10:47going to give people a dog why not give them two and make them Labs something that has boundless amounts of energy so so he get
50. 10:59the things and we're walking around uh you know with the puppies in the lawn and the puppies are doing their thing
51. 11:06and Max goes to you know do what dogs do take a poop right Cleo just eats the poop fresh out of the fresh out of the [Music]
52. 11:20funnel she spent the rest of her life eating poop she loved it she loved poop and we're Googling how do you what do
53. 11:29you do if your dog likes poop you know like vitamin deficiencies give it a nugget I you know no she just liked it
54. 11:38some dogs like poop so so that was how the relationship with them began and then were like we're like two years into
55. 11:45owning them and they're just [ __ ] nuts they're just nuts and you can't walk them they're not social and so we
56. 11:53hire a dog trainer and then the the dog the dog trainer on the first day tells us tells us that you know when you
57. 12:04know when it comes time to train dogs we're not training the dogs we're training the owners and then he told us what all the
58. 12:10rules were like you can't let them up on the couch or up on the bed and you got to have rules and you got to be
59. 12:18consistent and I was like ah I understand now I and then in that moment on that day with our very first dog
60. 12:25trainer I accepted the fact that I would have poorly behaved dogs for the rest of my life and indeed I have oh
61. 12:40champy you should see champy attack the maale [ __ ] rips it through the mail [Music] slot we we got we got a we got a
62. 12:55postcard from the from the post office your dog has been flagged as an [ __ ] you better get your [ __ ]
63. 13:05together I'm like yep that's right in keeping oh exactly right exactly why have a dog if you can't snuggle with it
64. 13:13on the couch exactly cuno yeah boundaries my ass get up on bed and come here and snuggle oh I love custom GPT what is my dog

67. 13:55Monique my co-founder's been out did you was it recent or was it a while ago she's she's been out in Europe for so
68. 14:03like we probably haven't checked mail two weeks ago yeah it's it it's probably still in the mailboxes I'll I'll I'll do I
69. 14:14have I'll have to see if I should have an email that we got something so but I don't have the mail key so she
70. 14:24gets back Sunday I think so I'll check um but very cool thank you I don't I thank you in advance oh man all right so what's going
71. 14:38on um I got access to LTX Studio which is interesting so we'll play with that tonight um if you don't know what LTX
72. 14:50studio is it's basically put in a prompt and it makes a movie now there's J and then there's janky and this is this is even this is jankier
73. 15:03than than most Jank it's it's a very janky piece of software but it's promising like it looks like the kind of
74. 15:11thing that in a year it's going to be pretty interesting if they can survive right um I know that the two Founders I think
75. 15:22it's two Israeli guys um they're not Hollywood guys they're just large language model guys and it's what's
76. 15:29what's cool you know I'll show this to you tonight we do enough work in here that what they've done is just a fairly sophisticated set of
77. 15:42prompts that's using some relatively straightforward large language models um but they did it in a in a
78. 15:50really clever way they did it in a way that is just kind of this modular storytelling engine that I'm a big fan
79. 15:58of cuz that's kind of what Story vine is my you know my company is a modular storytelling platform so it's it's it's
80. 16:05it's got it you know it's it's got elements that are very familiar to to the way I think think about stories and
81. 16:12the way we do at Story vine um and it's pretty slick it's pretty slick but it's like like the first thing that I made it
82. 16:21you know it made like a 27 second video but it's a 27 second video with five scenes and three scenes each or three shots
83. 16:31each and there's like a little voice over so so all the stories are kind of the same they have voice over and
84. 16:38they're just shots kind of stuck together but it's kind of cool so we'll play with that and then there was a post
85. 16:43from Runway today that um I didn't dig too deep into it I had a really busy day today um um and Runway Runway post we'll go look
86. 17:00at that too cuz runway's post was basically like the future of AI is in models like Sora and Runway that actually understand the physics of
87. 17:11the world wait wait how was Capitol Hill Capitol Hill was good it was good good good it was okay so let me let me tell
88. 17:18you so here's how this all went down so we we got approached we so this bill like dropped out of nowhere the the
89. 17:28the context on the bill here's this is my very non-politically Savvy uninformed um guess not guess
90. 17:43speculation um one of the things I learned yesterday is Colorado was very late on data privacy legislation and apparently like they
91. 17:57still don't have their [ __ ] together and you know States like California got it together first um the Senate Majority Leader Rodriguez
92. 18:08who's put this bill forward I I just get the sense he wants something through so that he can say we've got legislation on
93. 18:16the books for AI harm or whatever like you know in this case he's talking about uh you know systematic bias within the
94. 18:24within the systems is what the what the bill is about on its surface um [Music] so I think they just want to get
95. 18:31something through so it was dropped really quickly without a lot of fanfare and so Dan Murray from the Rocky Mountain AI interest group and
96. 18:43myself basically paired up on behalf and me for the AI Salon him for the Rocky Mountain interest group and then we
97. 18:51worked with this team that knows about this [ __ ] and you know learned about it and and so the the hearing was yesterday
98. 19:05and Monday we draft you know we had a we had a letter of a draft we had a a letter drafted we got as many people as
99. 19:12we could to sign it this team vetted all the people from Colorado and made sure they were all real and you know their
100. 19:18businesses were businesses and all that sort of [ __ ] um we did a we did a press conference on Tuesday where there there
101. 19:28were three of us three small business people um on a like a zoom call with reporters and then right after that we
102. 19:39dropped the letter and the press release which said more than a 100 Colorado businesses opposed this bill and then a
103. 19:47bunch of us signed up to testify at the hearing yesterday and so that's that's what that's what I spent seven hours at
104. 19:55the capital doing was just mostly waiting um and then the hearing was kind of fascinating like I'd never been in one
105. 20:02before and they would bring up four people at a time they they um Rod Rodriguez the the House Majority Leader
106. 20:10sort of presented to the it was the H the Senate Judiciary Committee so there was five five people on the committee he
107. 20:18presents the bill to them and then they invite up you know testimony and they started with opposition testimony and
108. 20:26then um so so when you register to testify you you choose support oppose or amend right and so they did oppose first
109. 20:38amend second and support third and uh they would bring up four people at a time and it's just like you
110. 20:46see on TV they had the little table with the little long microphones that you know you have to turn on the microphone each time you
111. 20:52talk and then you give your statement and then all four people would give their statement and and then the
112. 20:58Senators would ask that batch of people questions and then they'd excuse them and the next four would come up and the
113. 21:04next four and so and so that's what it was and it it was it was a really fascinating process and like you know
114. 21:11some of the Senators could not give less of a [ __ ] they didn't ask questions they were checked out they were like just
115. 21:19this side of nodding off um other senators were super engaged uh and uh but but you know it was long and like you know
116. 21:31about 7:00 like we're just getting rolling and it's like 7:00 at night and apparently like like they just keep
117. 21:39going like this is this is how they do it and uh so at some point like the clerks in the senate in the in the
118. 21:47hearing room the clerks start bustling about and then 10 minutes later they're bringing in like fast food so all this
119. 21:55fast food comes in for all the Senators and the Senators just eating fast food and like we're passing out there's no
120. 22:01water there's no food there's no nothing you're just sitting there like so I think I I think I lasted until
121. 22:11like eight eight or something like that and then uh and then took off but but it was good I did did my testimony got some
122. 22:20questions um I got quoted one of the things I said was um something like this technology is literally changing on a
123. 22:29weekly basis and that became the headline of one of the news stories it said you know in quotes this technology
124. 22:35is literally changing on a weekly basis and I got quoted in there so that was pretty cool and then here I'll show
125. 22:40you I'll show you I got picked up the our press conference got picked up by some some news news channels as well here's the local
126. 23:06Clues a state committee will take up a bill today that would protect consumers when it comes to artificial intelligence
127. 23:12Denver sens W Reese joins us live from the state capital in W part of this bill is getting some major push
128. 23:19back good Wednesday morning to you Brian and Veronica this bill it's very broad but one part of the bill very
129. 23:26interesting it says that businesses are going to have to let consumers know when they're using AI so let me just walk you
130. 23:34through this this morning the bill also says that any synthetic digital content produced by an AI system must be marked
131. 23:42and detectable get this though any content produced by an AI system must be marked and detectable right so if you do anything
132. 23:53with AI you have to mark it right that's what they're saying here more than 100 businesses develop ERS and entrepreneurs
133. 23:59who focus on AI they're just not on board with this bill business owners feel the bill is being rushed and claim
134. 24:05that there was no input from the community or from small business owners during a press conference earlier this
135. 24:11week a business owner made a plea to lawmakers I urge lawmakers to consider the implications of how the current
136. 24:19overly broad Bill might smother innovation in fact I strongly encourage uh lawmakers to engage with AI experts
137. 24:27with entrepreneurs with leading business figures who are familiar with the Dynamics and potential of AI the opportunity before us is truly
138. 24:37transformative and we're talking about some big impacts we also learning press release that one business owner says
139. 24:44that if this were to become a law he would consider maybe moving his business out of state of course we're going to
140. 24:51stay on top of this El there is going to be a Committee hearing today but Eli that test that the press conference
141. 24:59actually he and Kelly both there there was a a man Eli wood and Dr Kelly KBW I think is their last name from Boulder um
142. 25:09they both said they would leave the state if this thing passed and and a bunch of people said that a bunch of the
143. 25:14people that opposed the bill said that so I don't know I've seen I've seen about 10 different articles on this and
144. 25:21and a lot of what was said in in our uh press conference is quoted in all of those articles and then some of what we
145. 25:28said in our testimony was quoted in other stories so so I don't know I think it's good the it it passed 3-2 it passed along party
146. 25:38lines uh Democrats 3-2 um and it passed to either amend it or kill it right it it didn't pass like it passed but it like it made it to the
147. 25:50next it didn't get killed in in committee um you should have told him you could make money with chat gbt should have taken my [ __ ]
148. 26:04button but anyway it was absolutely fascinating it was it was really kind of cool you know so
149. 26:19yeah all right you left the button at home yeah Colorado this was Colorado Bill and and by and also this
150. 26:34bill is and Rodriguez talked about this in the in the hearing this bill is copied from a from a Connecticut bill so
151. 26:44Connecticut has very little Tech Innovation they don't they have very little Tech stuff um and so basically I
152. 26:53guess there's some working group of of state senators that have decided that you know they're tired of having their asses handed to them
153. 27:02with like big legislation like this and so they sort of got together and Connecticut went first and then Colorado
154. 27:11basically just copied it so it's a copycat bill from Connecticut and then as they're amending the Connecticut one
155. 27:17like while we were testifying like it it came out that there's there's an amendment that dropped like within the
156. 27:24past 24 hours um that we were commenting on a previous version of the bill but then some of the other people in the
157. 27:32room had gotten the new version of the bill and they were commenting on it and said it was still a piece of [ __ ] so I don't
158. 27:37know we'll see fascinating fascinating like like I said this is a world I don't know I'm not comfortable in it I you know it it was a very
159. 27:50um just I you know I was way outside my comfort zone cuz I know nothing about this [ __ ] and like you know and like as
160. 27:59a guy who doesn't read a manual I don't know all the Nuance details of a 35-page [ __ ] bill right I know the the broad stroke
161. 28:12so like it's a little stressful like you know have a reporter ask you well what do you think about this specific part of the
162. 28:18bill so anyway I think I survived it got got quoted a couple of times and you know we got some coverage so I think that was that was the
163. 28:29goal um and apparently you know be because the these are some of the early like the feds aren't doing [ __ ] with AI
164. 28:38right they aren't doing any legis they're not passing [ __ ] because you know they they're completely [ __ ]
165. 28:42dysfunctional so this is falling on the states so connetic Connecticut and Colorado are kind of first out of the
166. 28:49gate and so a lot of other states are looking at this legislation and so um one of the Articles got picked up in in
167. 28:58Canada like so so I don't know how far this is going to go but there you have it crazy I think Facebook AI generated
168. 29:12images or Watermark they are yep listen I don't I don't mind I listen I don't mind I don't mind marking stuff as AI
169. 29:21but like every single thing every single thing so if I create you know um some sort of software service that uses a
170. 29:31little bit of AI in it I've got to mark that when do I need to mark it do I have to lab and and do I have to label every
171. 29:39piece of content that's created as synthetic well what if I use sentence complete in Microsoft Word because
172. 29:47that's AI do I have to label that sentence and then if I if I write the second paragraph with AI but the third
173. 29:54paragraph with me but the fourth paragraph I start in AI but I write half of it do I have to label it on a perw
174. 30:04basis it like it's just it's just overly Broad and it's got weird circular definitions in it like it was like I it
175. 30:12just I it there were these self self referential def definitions where it was like it's AI if it generates something
176. 30:21and then if if it's AI wait it's AI if it's generates something then if it generates something it's AI it just
177. 30:28weird ass nonsensical sort of [ __ ] and like really unclear they said high-risk this this only applied to
178. 30:37high-risk AI systems but they decided they they said that a high-risk AI system is any AI that could possibly generate a result that was
179. 30:54biased so like you mean [ __ ] chat GPT you mean any AI you could prompt any AI to give you a biased answer right so so
180. 31:04just by their definition any AI is you know falls under this any AI is high-risk a AI so anyway it was just it
181. 31:13was just silly um but it was a cool thing was as we were leaving we we just sort of we we kind of tapped out at you
182. 31:21know I think there was still probably 45 minutes to go and we just tapped out and as we were walking out um Senator
183. 31:29Rodriguez was just standing in the hallway he was talking to these high school kids that testified and so we
184. 31:34spent like 15 minutes talking with him and he was really chill he was very politician and and you know charming and
185. 31:41all that sort of stuff but you know he was he was like listen it doesn't really have any teeth in it you know it would
186. 31:48be the attorney general that have to bring things we're not going to punish anyone if they just make a
187. 31:53mistake it doesn't go into effect until 2025 but you know he was basically saying like yeah I gotta we got to get we got
188. 32:03to get something we got to get we can't do what we did with the Privacy stuff so so so it's interesting it fascinating fascinating stuff
189. 32:12so all right the media can tell lies without Source I used often twice really often the entire internet is biased well
190. 32:26well so are people people biased that was good Dr Kelly uh kibu I think is her last name I I forget her last name um
191. 32:34out of Boulder she's a clinical psychologist and she's she's creating a system like she she's like spent her
192. 32:42entire career you know trying to diminish bias right so so she's like like yeah I care about bias I care about
193. 32:50it a lot but this billing you know ain't doing it right what you're trying to do here is is is is not doing what the
194. 32:59intent is and that's kind of part of the the problem of the bill is that it's a well it's a Well titled bill right it's like the AI consumer
195. 33:13protection against some you know syis systemic bias or something like that like like you're like well do you want
196. 33:20bias well no you don't let no but this isn't this isn't BAS Bas on how AI works and how developers develop with
197. 33:31it so but anyway you know it's it's uh we'll see we'll see it was you know it's it's very much early stages but it was
198. 33:39fascinating it was titled by AI it probably was actually so if they're concerned about bias how are they planning to enforce
199. 33:52Google Etc well that's kind of what we were saying is like one of the Eli wood the one of the other guys that was in
200. 33:58our press conference one the metaphor he said in his testimony he said he said listen this is kind of like regulating
201. 34:06cars right you got Ford and you got Chevy and you got Dodge and you regulate cars at that level this legislation is
202. 34:14the equivalent of you know holding the car dealers liable for for Ford making shitty projects you know shitty products
203. 34:26because most of us are using um you know commercial large language models that we can't look under the hood we can't you
204. 34:35know we don't we don't know what's in the training set we don't we don't have any control over that and my point was you know these
205. 34:42things are changing so fast and it's like if you just look at the the Llama models that came out in the past
206. 34:48week and and then you know Apple dropped some really small models to be installed on phones and it's there's just it's
207. 34:59B basically you know part of what the legislation said is well you have to hire lawyers to analyze your code
208. 35:06determine how much bias is in it and and create an assessment that you then report to the attorney or to the yeah to the attorney general
209. 35:19really if I'm making like a little content generator for my little video company got to go to the attorney
210. 35:26general with from a fancy ass ethics lawyer that understands Ai and that can analyze AI code and large language
211. 35:35models the [ __ ] scientists don't know how these things [ __ ] work so anyway I would like to understand how that testimony group was
212. 35:47formed who spearheaded it an association yeah it was a group called it was rxm group
213. 36:03adding any controls would be inod reducing bias yeah doing any fine tuning ads bias um wish these legislators would
214. 36:12actually use AI before writing a law about it that was our basic all of us what what all of us said is we want AI
215. 36:19we want or we want regulation we want smart regulation like we want like like what your intent here is good
216. 36:28but you have a whole community of people that know about this [ __ ] so why not involve them so that we're writing
217. 36:36legislation that acknowledges how it works and and legislate at the right level right and don't over legislate too
218. 36:43soon part of the part of the um part of my testimony was um if legislation like this had passed in the mid 90s when I
219. 36:52was doing the early early worldwide web work it would have totally [ __ ] us up and and so I said you know this is way
220. 37:00too early and it's way too fragile right now like we're all moving fast trying to figure out how to do this like you know
221. 37:08I didn't quite say we don't know what we're doing but I I I pretty much said you know everyone's trying to figure
222. 37:13this stuff out and I made a distinction I said I said the AI that's been around for 30 years is different than what
223. 37:20happened on November 30th 2022 the launch of chat GPT made all of these tools available to the rest of the world
224. 37:28and the rest of the business community and we're all just trying to figure this out and how it works and right and if
225. 37:34you put you know these sort of overly strict burdens on small companies they'll just go [ __ ] it they just won't
226. 37:42build anything or they'll leave the state so it was cool I mean cool it was
227. 37:57[Music] yeah exactly Common Sense reasonable regulation yeah and it's like it's like you know legislate the use of the
228. 38:09technology not the technology itself right and this is this is one of the things Sam Alman said he you know he basically said anyone that's
229. 38:21producing a to like a a Frontier Model that's the equivalent of GPT 4 should be regulated and then he was
230. 38:31saying anything more powerful than that like GPT 5 and higher what Alman was saying was that [ __ ] should be licensed
231. 38:38so if you're producing models that are strong enough that it can do like you know AGI level stuff where it can do the
232. 38:46work of humans that should be licensed just like you license planes and you know radio wave you know frequency bands
233. 38:55and and [ __ ] like that like the the really powerful stuff you license the powerful Frontier models the big
234. 39:02Frontier models you regulate and then let everyone who's using that [ __ ] do what they do like Let There Be Innovation down here but just
235. 39:12understanding that Nuance between you know different levels of capabilities and and the difference between you know
236. 39:21building a large language model that's trained on 20,000 gpus over a 2-year period with all of the data of the
237. 39:30internet that's a completely different entity the little old Story vine who's making a Content generation tool with
238. 39:39calls to open AI right like it's like come on and that's that's the problem when they don't understand what it is they're
239. 39:50just like AI bad AI scary label anything AI don't push the button you can make
240. 40:05money and that's you know that's why they're going to be able to pass [ __ ] like this because you know people are
241. 40:10afraid of it they don't understand it cuno sharing the live thank you so much cuno and Kyle should teach them well was
242. 40:19funny I I said to at some point I said to Senator Rodriguez I'm like hey you want AI lessons and he went [Laughter]
243. 40:33he was like I think you've mistaken me for someone who actually gives a [ __ ] about this but if they end if they do end up
244. 40:48putting some sort of AI commission together like I'd love to be on that I'd love to like you know go in and educate
245. 40:55some lawmakers and blow their minds and you know show them what's coming because I think what's coming is is profound and
246. 41:02I you know and I want legislators like thinking about well what happens when a G gp5 Class large language model drops
247. 41:12that has agents and reasoning in it and it can actually do people's jobs not like augment their jobs but do their
248. 41:20jobs like yeah I want my legislators having a [ __ ] clue about that they [Laughter] [Music]
249. 41:35don't I mean honest to God the the looks on some of the Senator's faces it's just like it's like do we really need to deal with

300. 50:31llms or large language models are everywhere they can generate poems essays or even movies they can help brainstorm new ideas or find new
301. 50:43material in a nutshell these models work by predicting the next token in a sequence like words in a sentence so it
302. 50:50makes sense that the more sentences it knows the better it'll be at generating new ones as they get better and better at
303. 50:57predicting they gain more understanding of the world and the patterns in it these large language models introduced
304. 51:04an entirely new paradigm to AI big models plus Big Data equals greater knowledge of the world the thing is llms only know about
305. 51:16language what if we applied the same Big Data big model approach to how we generate videos well that's what we're
306. 51:25calling General world models gwm's and we believe that they're the next big [Music] thing similar to llms General World
307. 51:36models are given a large amount of data but not just text it's also given videos images and audio everything you'd need
308. 51:45in order to understand how the world works and with all this information the models build out sort of a mental map for
309. 51:53themselves and this is where my dog comes in hi reuben reuben also has an internal model of the world based on things he knows
310. 52:02and it looks something like this he learned that if we go this way there's a higher chance of us going to the park
311. 52:09and if we go that way there's a dog that kind of looks at him funny he knows that there's usually sidewalk chicken scraps right here and
312. 52:17that these stores known as pet stores that have the treats that he likes once we get to the park this is where all the butt sniffing happens
313. 52:26with all of this data the sights sounds relationships of things Reuben has figured out how to predict certain
314. 52:33outcomes and adjust his behaviors just like the general World model but the most incredible thing about all this is this part these models
315. 52:46have the ability to generalize its understanding to new and unseen data it knows how to imagine the future based on
316. 52:53its knowledge of the world it's kind of like how Reuben knows to avoid other dogs that also look at him funny and how
317. 53:01he knows to drag us into pet stores that he's never been to We Believe That by trading these models to predict the next
318. 53:07frame or token in a sequence the models will learn a much more detailed understanding of the world including the
319. 53:14wise and the house than the large language models so what does this all mean it means that pretty soon General
320. 53:23World models will allow us to simulate worlds that more closely reflect our own or the ones Ruben built up in his little
321. 53:32head so yes the next Frontier of AI will act a lot more like this one right you know nice piece so I I thought I saw
322. 53:45this for the first time today so but this was from back in December so so not super new but really good explanation of
323. 53:54large language models really good explanation of of what they're calling the what is it large World models
324. 54:01um conceptually this is very similar to what open AI announced with Sora their video model right that it actually
325. 54:10understands the world and so I just thought this was this was an interesting thing to see today to to see that you
326. 54:17know that they're they're thinking the same way and and you know I I think that if we think of GPT 5 just as as it's going to be like
327. 54:28gp4 I I think these models are going to get quite sophisticated quite quickly where the the multimodal stuff where its
328. 54:36ability to see and hear and make audio and make video and make pictures is going to get a lot more seamless and so the sophistication might
329. 54:47not just be on a on a language level where it you know hallucinates less it might be like it understands the world

431. 1:15:15that um and and let me let me zoom in a little bit so you can see them so it's like you know here's the here's the shot and then you
432. 1:15:29can go to the shot editor and that will show you the prompt so here's the actual prompt for that editor and then the shot type is a is a
433. 1:15:39wide shot but they have all your different camera angles here and then scale and you know motion and so so
434. 1:15:45there's all sorts of presets for for basically a prompt to an image generator that that is I'm guessing this is stable
435. 1:15:54diffusion and it's some shitty version of stable diffusion it's not super well trained um and then they they're
436. 1:16:01probably using stable video diffusion for the video and you can say make this 3 seconds or 4 seconds or 5 seconds so every shot you've
437. 1:16:09got um you know that kind of detail and and uh you can also put in sound effects for each shot so I could put Street Sounds
438. 1:16:25and it should find me some New York City traffic City Street downtown traffic pedestrians walking by Europe Cafe streets signaling cars

453. 1:19:07character and then it's got Ana silver I've got to edit her because I put an n in her name so let's change her n to an
454. 1:19:16N option NN gives you an Ana Sil or Silva all right so there's Ana Silva and then wild the Silva is the is the

456. 1:19:39characters and then within the script you can call a character KS Dylan with a mix of awe and curiosity takes in the colorful sights
457. 1:19:50right so so it knows that character so it puts that character in that scene you know with all the shot stuff and then
458. 1:19:57you can preview it and it'll Stitch all these shots together and is this ready to go oh it's building

641. 1:58:43starting a company you got an idea for something don't assume that whatever the limitations are today are going to be
