0:00 It's It's insane, 0:02 Brandon. Dropping my MRI images into an 0:04 LLM and and it telling me exactly what 0:07 the radiologist told me. Yeah, 0:13 Mark Hefner. 0:15 What's happening? Mark. Hey, Kyle. Happy 0:17 Friday evening. Coming back to the first 0:19 question of the evening. Models had 0:22 bigger differences when they first 0:23 started. True. I think they are all 0:26 converging to a single kind of truth. 0:28 Today, those differences are more 0:30 nuanced. In my experience, Claude is 0:32 still better at creating written content 0:33 as long as you train the model on your 0:35 writing style with an MD file. I use the 0:37 same MD file across all models, then 0:40 battle them for the best one 0:42 and take it to the last 15% to complete 0:45 completion. In my opinion, all models 0:47 have strength and weaknesses. I think 0:49 that's absolutely right. And there's 0:51 there's a new term that they're talking 0:53 about called the harness. 0:56 And the the harness has always been 0:58 there, but I think it's more significant 1:00 in agentic tools. The the harness is the 1:02 thing that the models kind of sit inside 1:04 and there's all the it's it's like the 1:07 application layer um that interacts with 1:11 all the different models sitting 1:12 underneath it. Um and those harnesses 1:15 are where the personality is. And I I 1:17 think that 1:19 I think that that's where you're going 1:21 to see, you know, like codeex is a 1:23 harness and claude co code and claude 1:25 co-work is a harness and even, you know, 1:27 just claude.ai, the the app that you use 1:30 as a harness. So I think it's going to 1:33 be in the interface as always, right? 1:37 It's going to be within the interface 1:38 where the differences start to emerge 1:40 because I think the models really do 1:42 start to become kind of a single a 1:45 single kind of thing. 1:47 Um, all right. Beautiful. Uh, we're 1:50 coming on the top of the hour, so have a 1:53 beautiful weekend. Um, is if if there's 1:56 any 1:59 any homework this weekend. 2:07 Nothing immediately comes to mind. 2:10 It's Mother's Day weekend. I would say, 2:12 you know, connect with your family. 2:16 Think about what you value and who you 2:18 value 2:20 and then and then carve out some time 2:23 for yourself to play with AI. I think 2:25 those two things I started with of what 2:27 are some good AI habits. One is just go 2:31 play go experiment with something that 2:33 you've never played with. Go play with 2:35 something completely that you would 2:37 never consider playing with. Right? If 2:39 you're horrible at math, go do something 2:41 with a spreadsheet and AI. Right? Right? 2:44 If you're horrible at pictures, go do 2:45 that. And then the other thing is like 2:48 really, you know, look at who you are 2:51 and what you value and who you care 2:53 about and then think about how you might 2:55 use AI as an amplifier of of that of who 2:59 you are. That might shift how you think 3:02 about which tools you play with. 3:05 Oh, that's good. Chef Kelly, make a 3:07 magazine layout for your mom in image, 3:08 too. Yeah. upload a picture or two of 3:11 your mom and then put in some random 3:13 facts and say, "Turn this into a glossy, 3:16 you know, magazine layout, you know, 3:18 that that goes across both pages." 3:20 She'll be blown away. You'll be blown 3:22 away. Um, beautiful. We took a picture 3:25 of my mom and had AI make a coloring 3:27 image for the kids to color in. Yeah. 3:29 Um, have it make five pages of a graphic 3:32 novel and it will it'll just all five 3:34 pages will come out. It's pretty crazy. 3:36 Have a great weekend, my friends. See 3:38 you on Saturday. Watch the full replay 3:40 at community.salon.ai.
