2. 0:15What's happening? Mark. Hey, Kyle. Happy Friday evening. Coming back to the first question of the evening. Models had
3. 0:21bigger differences when they first started. True. I think they are all converging to a single kind of truth.
4. 0:28Today, those differences are more nuanced. In my experience, Claude is still better at creating written content
5. 0:33as long as you train the model on your writing style with an MD file. I use the same MD file across all models, then
6. 0:39battle them for the best one and take it to the last 15% to complete completion. In my opinion, all models
7. 0:47have strength and weaknesses. I think that's absolutely right. And there's there's a new term that they're talking about called the harness.
8. 0:56And the the harness has always been there, but I think it's more significant in agentic tools. The the harness is the
9. 1:02thing that the models kind of sit inside and there's all the it's it's like the application layer um that interacts with
10. 1:10all the different models sitting underneath it. Um and those harnesses are where the personality is. And I I think that
11. 1:19I think that that's where you're going to see, you know, like codeex is a harness and claude co code and claude
12. 1:25co-work is a harness and even, you know, just claude.ai, the the app that you use as a harness. So I think it's going to
13. 1:32be in the interface as always, right? It's going to be within the interface where the differences start to emerge
14. 1:40because I think the models really do start to become kind of a single a single kind of thing. Um, all right. Beautiful. Uh, we're

17. 2:15Think about what you value and who you value and then and then carve out some time for yourself to play with AI. I think
18. 2:24those two things I started with of what are some good AI habits. One is just go play go experiment with something that
19. 2:33you've never played with. Go play with something completely that you would never consider playing with. Right? If
20. 2:39you're horrible at math, go do something with a spreadsheet and AI. Right? Right? If you're horrible at pictures, go do
21. 2:45that. And then the other thing is like really, you know, look at who you are and what you value and who you care
22. 2:52about and then think about how you might use AI as an amplifier of of that of who you are. That might shift how you think
23. 3:01about which tools you play with. Oh, that's good. Chef Kelly, make a magazine layout for your mom in image,
24. 3:08too. Yeah. upload a picture or two of your mom and then put in some random facts and say, "Turn this into a glossy,
25. 3:15you know, magazine layout, you know, that that goes across both pages." She'll be blown away. You'll be blown
26. 3:21away. Um, beautiful. We took a picture of my mom and had AI make a coloring image for the kids to color in. Yeah.
27. 3:29Um, have it make five pages of a graphic novel and it will it'll just all five pages will come out. It's pretty crazy.
