45. 9:41company so hopefully that's a little more readable for you folks all right so here's the deal if you're curious about AI pop your

47. 10:05give my two cents on subjects I know little about uh just like chat GPT and uh what else I don't know Sunday
48. 10:16night trying to think if there's anything good I just I updated the AI learning lab YouTube channel um to put a bunch of uh
49. 10:29all the latest videos up there I still haven't put comments on them but they're all up there all up there all right

51. 10:53request uh I wanted to create a logo design for my brand what AI should I use any recommendations
52. 11:07well it depends where you are in your branding if you've got like lots of if you know exactly what you want
53. 11:17um a human being I work my salon t-shirt to oh wore my salon t-shirt to the grocery store and someone asked about it
54. 11:24oh that's awesome that's great that's fantastic it's good say join come figure it out um my city put me on the Centennial committee
55. 11:39probably because my centennial GPT got enthusiasm see people see what Luna stick's doing there she's using gpts to express
56. 11:53herself to like get her ideas out there and it's making a difference she just got invited to be on the sentennial
57. 12:01committee that's super cool let's do some logos I'd like to redo my business logo okay so so I think what we'll do is
58. 12:08I'm going to do I'm going to do logos inside um inside chat GPT although it might be interesting to go over and see if
59. 12:19there's I wonder if there's any models over at Leonardo yeah we could do that oh some chat gpts in the store for
60. 12:28logo Bild building just saying oh that's a good idea yeah yeah yeah okay okay okay people so okay calm down just calm
61. 12:36down everybody pipe down or not I don't care um all right we'll go do some branding and we'll show you what gpts
62. 12:49are we'll go find some logo gpts cuz someone will have pre- prompted them for us which is cool I think it's a the thing I'm
63. 12:59digging the most about gpts right now there's there's two two things that that are feeling like big deals to me one one
64. 13:07of the big deals is not you can make money um the the open AI got to get their [ __ ] together with the store so I
65. 13:16think we're still couple of months off from from from that being at all interesting um but one of the things
66. 13:24that I'm really digging about gpts is people using them as marketing tools right right so here's a here's a a way
67. 13:31to generate awareness for my business or my consulting services or whatever and and the gpts are you know being a good
68. 13:40advertisement for for that kind of thing so I think that's super cool and then um and then the other one is just this idea
69. 13:51of like the people have such wildly diverse passion and expertise and as people get excited about making gpts like like lunatick it
70. 14:05sort of dug up a bunch of old ideas she's had over the past bunch of years and it's just turning them all into gpts
71. 14:12Cory Sandler's doing the same TK's doing the same there's a bunch of people right now that are just kind of it's not even
72. 14:19running down rabbit holes it's it's more like they make a GPT they put it in the world they get some feedback someone
73. 14:25goes oh you know it'd be cool or they go oh now that I made that one here's three other ones I could make and so people
74. 14:31are just running down these rabbit holes of self-expression and then we as the the you know as the public that are are in
75. 14:42any way exploring these G gpts stumble upon you know something where someone has done kind of a deep rabbit hole all
76. 14:51their life on a really weird little topic and now we get to play with that it's just amazing Stephen Kyle I found the
77. 14:59superpower GPT research thing it's called search superpower okay cool we we'll go look at that too so let me let me flip over
78. 15:07here and let's go let me see I I I'll come I'll come back to regular chat GPT here and we'll um I'll show you another way to do logos
79. 15:22but but let's go some explore some gpts so if you're in chat GPT how do I what hell is going on why is this all so wonky is that

81. 15:51that is the GPT store so if I click there and I go out here one of the first things we're going to do do is we're going to use the
82. 15:59awesome directory that open ai's put together to go easily find the design section oh they don't have one cuz they
83. 16:10only have seven categories but it must be in productivity so let's go to productivity oh well there's six well
84. 16:18let me see more oh there's six more they they're they're they're promoting 12 gpts in up to seven categories this
85. 16:34site's just useless although the search is good so we're going to type in logo I'm just I'm just salty because I
86. 16:41feel like they should this should be farther along than it is logo creator canva byan canva.com that's interesting because that was a
87. 16:51plugin canva is a really interesting one let's go play with canva inspirational quote I need a poster Instagram post um I want to make a
88. 17:04logo for my business um um Steve's
89. 17:22shredders a document a mobile mobile document shredding

97. 19:11Flyers all right moving on back to exploring gpts let's go back to logos uh if if I wanted to do a flyer or some
98. 19:20sort of document that that uh you know canva I guess does a little more readily that would be good so let's see here we've got
99. 19:31logo creators got 100,000 plus uses logo GPT logo maker so there's a bunch here that have have a lot here's here's the logo

106. 20:59shredders which is a mobile document shredding business similar to two guys in a van in terms of its business model period I want a
107. 21:15logo that incorporates the main ideas of the business and has some humor in it great I'd love to help let's start
108. 21:28please choose one of the following options vibrant neutral serus let's go one
109. 21:43wait one fantastic choice for Steve shredders oh a vibrant logo will certainly stand out next on a a scale of
110. 21:581 to 10 how would you like the complexity of your logo to be one being extremely Simple and Clean the default
111. 22:06is three so I'm going to go with three because I don't want it to be the the the logo designs in here can be a little overly
112. 22:16um flowery so well let's choose colors custom palette please specify let's go D um orange and fto
113. 22:47blue nine different logo designs at once let's go with that this is cool so what's what's nice about GPT so I'm
114. 22:55going to show you a different way to to get to to um get to this which it's not dissimilar to what he's showing here but
115. 23:03what's nice about this is you know whoever put this together has at least thought about what are some of the key
116. 23:10elements and it's asking you the qu you know it's an interactive experience and look at that perfect like you know
117. 23:17that's that's in the neighborhood of what I was hoping it would be you know decently clean let me let me open this in
118. 23:26a in a bigger window let me see how do I do this come on go away here we go close
119. 23:56that so so like a thing that's shredding I don't know what that drill thing is Stevie Shredder Steve with bad with bad letter
120. 24:09spacing Steve shredders that almost this almost looks like a little shredding wheel so that's kind of cool so these
121. 24:16are at least in the neighborhood right there's a bunch of documents going in it it it indicates so so using one of these
122. 24:25tools is is you know probably a good thing um one of the one of the gpts just just follow their lead um you need if you don't know what
123. 24:38I'm doing the I'm at chat GPT you have to have access to chat GPT plus which is the GPT 4 subscription um and then I'm going to
124. 24:49explore gpts which takes me to the GPT store and I just typed in logo and up came a bunch of options all right and so that's how you
125. 25:00get there and just you know go play and like some of them may make horrible ones some of them make may make good ones now
126. 25:08something an important thing to knowe um do not get too wrapped up in trying to get it to do get your spelling
127. 25:19perfectly right um if it keeps missing and you've tried it like 20 times it's probably you're probably not going to
128. 25:25get it or just you know try 50 times and eventually it'll stumble onto it there's some words like like the
129. 25:35Irregulars um and irrelevant it doesn't do either of those words very well at all um so so there's some things it
130. 25:43might do that are not good the other thing is even though these things look like vector graphics they're not vector
131. 25:50graphics they are they're bitmap Graphics so they're they're they'll be pixelated if you make them big so either
132. 25:57you need to take these images and upscale the put put them in a an image to Vector converter which there are a
133. 26:05bunch of those out there um or put it in an image upscaler that'll make this thing big enough that it'll have sharp
134. 26:13edges when you when you scale it but that'll make the file size really big so ideally for this style of logo you want
135. 26:21to convert these to vectors and then what I would do is I would take out their text Al together and i' just replace it an
136. 26:28illustrator um unless you end up with getting something that works um in which case good on ye mate now over time this will get better and
137. 26:38better right at some point these things will be able to Output vector graphics and they're they're all going to spell
138. 26:45correctly and everything's going to be amazing we're not there right now so think of think of all of these image
139. 26:51generation tools in terms of logo design as as kind of um like a a rough draft maker and inspiration you know kind of
140. 27:02thing um and then uh and then take it from there okay so here's here's another way to do this and this is kind of
141. 27:08what's happening in these in these gpts but this would be something that we could actually build so one of the things I like to do
142. 27:18is do image Creation in the context of a conversation is there any B benefit to using custom instructions um not necessarily
143. 27:34for I mean in general there's a there there's a reason to use custom instructions it if you're talking about is there a benefit to
144. 27:45using custom instructions for this logo design exercise not really like maybe you could maybe put some stuff in there
145. 27:52if you want to do a bunch of different chats or if you want to do a bunch of different logo designs for different
146. 27:58companies um you can do that looks like the Rams are on the tear did Stafford Stafford went out with an injury
147. 28:14right yeah it looks like it's a backup quarterback and they're moving the ball all right anyway um our ideogram images
148. 28:22Vector based they are not Andrea none of none of the uh the way diffuse models work is they start out with randomly
149. 28:30noised uh bit map images and then they denoise them so you're just doing when you're doing logos and things like that
150. 28:39in all of these programs you're getting um basically an interpretation of what a vector image would look like so so none of them are vector
151. 28:51images you can tell just take them into Photoshop and just keep hitting command plus zoom in on it and you'll start to
152. 28:57see the pixels if it were a vector image that wouldn't do that but there are a lot of um there are a lot of image to
153. 29:04Vector converters out there some of them are AI based and um you know they're not bad you can do that within Adobe products things like that
154. 29:14okay that's not how you say that blue lull yeah I I know I didn't bother reading the the actual spelling of the
155. 29:21word but that's my wife's an artist and that's how I've always said it so what are you going to do it's it's sort of a blue gray so all I
156. 29:30know is if if I do just blue it makes it like royal blue and if I do that it seems to understand [Laughter]

158. 29:56interact with Chachi GPT sometimes is have a larger conversation about the overall brand um and only after having
159. 30:06that conversation about the brand then start doing the logo kind of stuff so what that might look like is something like I want you to act
160. 30:18as a worldclass brand strategist who can help me bring my business to life
161. 30:35period my business is a mobile document shredding company called Steve's shredders and we're focusing on small
162. 30:50businesses and quick turnaround period think Uber but for document safety
163. 31:10period I'd like you to help me come up with some taglines for the business and from there we can go to a marketing
164. 31:23strategy let's see what it does creating a strong brand strategy let's see creating a strong
165. 31:38brand identity for Steve shredders especially with its focus on small business and quick turnaround is crucial

172. 33:11business and what I've noticed I've got the new version of Mac OSX this is the thing that's been confusing me the other

175. 33:32with this new mode which is kind of cool okay great choice of a tagline okay logos and visuals design a logo and
176. 33:40visual theme that reflects your your tagline Simplicity and security think clean lines and strong readable website
177. 33:47okay so so this is good so let's say oh and it's got a whole bunch of other stuff we can do so so let's say great before we get to a logo
178. 33:59design why don't you give me some color palette suggestions that take the psychological meaning of colors and recommend a palette where the
179. 34:16colors support the mission of the business and this is something that cat GPT is really good at like it because it knows
180. 34:29all the stuff it knows what colors mean right so trust and professionalism primary color navy blue secondary color gray right blue for
181. 34:40trust in professionalism eco-friendly and secure forest green slate gray modern and sophisticated charcoal blue sky blue
182. 34:49bold and trustworthy deep blue black and light gray um what color would represent convenience or
183. 35:04speed orange is of often associated with energy enthusiasm
184. 35:23red let's go with a color palette that represents bold and trustworthy but incorporates orange for Speed and
185. 35:42convenience deep blue orange charcoal gray white application and branding logo design the deep blue all right it tells
186. 35:50us what it means it tells us how it's going to be used okay great oops I got to get used to this thing

189. 36:28concepts on it to give me some ideas and I I'll sometimes even do a step between this I'll have it describe
190. 36:41some logo Concepts that it wants to do and I'll go back and forth with it a couple of times until I find something that I like
191. 36:58it's actually interesting like these are these are very much in the in the same neighborhood as that other one but they don't stay say Steve
192. 37:13shredders you missed the name period the company is called Steve shredders and I want you to incorporate the tagline as well uh [Music]
193. 37:36uh and this might be one of those things where it just doesn't do the name part right or the spelling right so rather
194. 37:45than getting all freaked out and frustrated oh I got to you know what do I need to do to make it spell right just wait six months
195. 37:53um yeah like it's getting this stuff pretty wrong um and I don't like these and so and so what I can do is I can like now that it
196. 38:04knows now that it knows all that strategy all that branding
197. 38:18strategy I'm losing the sense of mobile here I'd rather have it be a car than a rolling trash can comma and I'd like the
198. 38:28logo to be round and have the name of the business curved around the Central logo period Please give me nine more that incorporate that
199. 38:43feedback so so you can just you can just now you know basically act act like a client and chat GPT is your creative
200. 38:52director and you can just keep going and going and going and then please don't gas the AI it said Steve secure
201. 39:25shredding I mean that that one with the orange background's not bad you know I would i' would probably change some things up on
202. 39:35it but anyway this is how you do it that's how you do it you can also do this in mid Journey you can also do it
203. 39:40in Leonardo Kyle can we run any into any copyright issues no um no because if I mean if you're going to if you're going to trademark this
204. 39:52you're going to go through the trademarking process um you're not going to like no one's going to come after you for for stealing I
205. 40:01mean before you go to trademarket I would do logo searches and make sure you're not you know infringing on
206. 40:07someone else's trademark or copyright um but no this is this is the there's no issues with that right now um if if
207. 40:16you're doing things like creating something that looks exactly like a Pixar character and and making that your
208. 40:22logo and um run the risk of getting getting sued by Pixar or Disney or Coca-Cola or somethingone like that then
209. 40:30yeah so if you're doing something dumb where you're going to infringe on someone else's Mark you are but if
210. 40:36you're just doing something like this just making logos no you're not going to you're not going to run into issu issues
211. 40:42zero issues zero zero zero issues people all right so hopefully that answered some questions go to discovering colors G GPT
212. 40:56oh that's pretty cool I like that that color information is something you'd pay a consultant for or spend time
213. 41:04researching that's awesome yeah right I mean that's the the thing that that is easy to forget with chat GPT is it essentially knows
214. 41:16everything so so if in the back of your mind you're like wait what do colors mean again or you know what are the
215. 41:24psychological implic ations of a round logo versus a triangular logo versus a square logo versus a tall logo versus a
216. 41:33wide logo I guarantee you there have been articles written about that [ __ ] there have probably been whole books
217. 41:38written about that [ __ ] chat GP knows all that so adding the more context that you give chat GPT the better it tends to get it stuff
218. 41:54um and and you know one of my one of the one of the things that I've learned is is um is just a success strategy with gpts
219. 42:11is just think of it less like you have to write a perfect prompt to get a perfect answer and more like I'm having
220. 42:20a conversation with a remote worker who happens to know a lot of stuff but needs a lot of Direction and then it's and then just treat it
221. 42:29like a conversation just have an ongoing conversation here's the other thing that you can do that you may not
222. 42:36know I am going to go to this is my iPad fancy iPad with edible keyboard it's made out of 85% dark caca
223. 42:49I don't know if I said that right Mr K but falto blue I got wrong but cacao I'm pretty sure is correct it's very HD
224. 42:56anyway iPad this is the official chat GPT app so I'm going to launch chat GPT I'm going to go to a new chat so here I am in a new
225. 43:09chat I could do this whole logo creation exercise just with my voice only just have a conversation with
226. 43:20it hey I'm starting a business called Steve's shredders and I'm trying to come up with a Lo that's got orange gray and a grayish
227. 43:32blue period yeah we'll see what he does help with that could you tell me a bit more about your business and what you'd like the logo to
228. 43:42represent this will help me create something that really captures the essence of Steve's shredders great yeah we're focusing on
229. 43:51small and medium businesses and it's kind of like uber but for documents shredding where someone can just call us

250. 47:27all of the conversation that you have is getting transcribed and recorded into a conversation you could go work on later like the
251. 47:42difference what what continues to melt my brain a bit from how we used to work in the olden timey days you know pre pre 2022 or pre

262. 49:31so that's how it makes the images and then you can put the the iOS or the Android app in conversation mode so

264. 49:51into conversation mode and you can just sit there and have a conversation with your chat GPT asking it questions about your business

266. 50:05code interpreter you can say um you know tell me all the aspects of of a uh of a business plan and take the financial
267. 50:15aspects of that and put it in a spreadsheet so that I can download it and it'll make you a spreadsheet that you can

282. 53:51co-pilot they're completely different applications so yes it's chat GPT like they both do the same thing but

284. 54:10overly um promiscuous large language model when they first launched it so they locked her down her name was Sydney

286. 54:27her that didn't happen to chaty PT so chaty PT still doesn't suck Microsoft co-pilot does but they're both using the

331. 1:01:41things you should know how to do with in chat GPT and then I would spend the next two or three weeks just playing with all
332. 1:01:48these other tools if you can get your head around what's going on with all these tools you don't have to learn them

369. 1:07:38these that I think are worth play at least playing with um and then we've got video creation and the two kind of major
370. 1:07:46players for text to video or video to video or image to video are Runway and P Labs so so how do you play with
371. 1:07:59these one of the other things that you will learn from me here is every time I go to show one of these sites they change the interface so
372. 1:08:14um okay all right so when you get to pea I guess you can go watch other people's videos nice little Cathedral nice little that it you can
373. 1:08:27only make 3se second videos but they're pretty slick so there's there's three different ways you can you can make videos one is
374. 1:08:37you can just describe them so let's go um let's go um turtle turtle sledding on its
375. 1:08:54back down a ski slope with his friends the llama and
376. 1:09:11Hedgehog and then your video will start generating soon so one way you can play with it is you just describe what movie
377. 1:09:18you want and it will make you a movie the other thing you can do is you can get rid of the prompt alog together and you can just upload an
378. 1:09:27image or a video so let's go grab an image here oh she's scary we we did her last night partner ever fancy thrilling
379. 1:09:42ride that was a fake version of me oops I gotta get hang on let me go I think a lot of the images I have in here are just silly

389. 1:11:51not cheap so um so go play with these free tools while you got access to them I think you I think you have to get on

402. 1:15:01slide like to the left and right of this image are let me see are like these other things that it's come up with so
403. 1:15:16so you can just scroll through these and if you see one you like great and if not you just modify your prompt you can also change the aspect
404. 1:15:28ratio like if I want a tall if I want something for Tik Tock I can just do that and then any one of these any one of these let's
405. 1:15:42see yeah that's a good one that one's like they racing or this one all right any one of these I can now say generate video
406. 1:15:51Bang and so it's now now going to toss this down here like here's some some videos I made with this thing really nice this one I think's
407. 1:16:08weird that's that's sort of normal this one was bad forget where I did this one where it did it really good must have been
408. 1:16:22Runway slick right so that's that we'll come back to that and then the other one you can do
409. 1:16:36is you can go to Leonardo
410. 1:16:52oops and Leonardo is is primarily an image generation tool so across the top here now they've got four different modes
411. 1:17:06image generation realtime canvas which is kind of like what I just showed with that one canvas editor which is
412. 1:17:13inpainting and out painting and then motion so with any image that you've got like if I go to my let me see if I go to image generation
413. 1:17:24and I go to any one of my images that I've generated let me see Alchemy upscaler okay so with any
414. 1:17:39image so here's an image I did of a like a perfume bottle kind of thing right um
415. 1:17:56and then for any image in the that you've created you can generate a video of it so if I click on generate video I pick
416. 1:18:08motion strength whether I want it to be private or public and then I say generate and where is it generating it
417. 1:18:17up here yeah it's going to generate a video here and so while this is primarily an image generation tool you can just go
418. 1:18:27make videos with it as well so all of these tools are getting very
419. 1:18:41very th this is the this channel it does for video what what Deco here does for realistic sledding
420. 1:18:59animations that's pretty bad uh enjoy the Jank enjoy the Jank these tools are going to get very sophisticated very
421. 1:19:07fast let's go see if this thing made yeah that's pretty good actually like that you could that you could use in a video
422. 1:19:21right remember you don't have to pay a subscription for all things AI if you have some Hardware yeah so so P's got a
423. 1:19:30good point there a lot of the stuff that I'm showing like Leonardo the the thing that made this image and this this
424. 1:19:36motion thing this is basically just some company that that built a web front end um on top of stable diffusion which
425. 1:19:44is all open source and free so you can you can set up your own stable diffusion um servers either locally if you've got
426. 1:19:53a GPU or on um like a virtual machine on um Google collab or you know one of the virtual machine companies where you're
427. 1:20:03basically renting GPU time um or you can use one of these more commercial things that just make it easier so depending on
428. 1:20:11your level of geekiness you can do a lot of this stuff um for free really good point and if you're like but Kyle I
429. 1:20:19don't know anything about technology or computers but guess what you do cuz now you got chat gp4 that can teach you how to do all this
430. 1:20:28[ __ ] and you can keep coming back here and keep playing and keep meet people that are experimenting with this and
431. 1:20:34you'll find someone who you know figured out how to do something you couldn't figure out how to do and then you
432. 1:20:39partner with them and you make something cool together you make something cool together people you just do it you just get in there and do
433. 1:20:48it you got to have you got to have your uh your sense of adventure intact at this stage of the industry there are not any manuals for
434. 1:21:00any of this [ __ ] oh that's a nice one the AI learning Labs is like a box of chocolates you never know what you're
435. 1:21:08going to get oh that's a nice one nice Papa JJ very cool very very nice very nice I like it I like it I like it so
436. 1:21:23much I like it so much people can you create longer videos with um Runway and I think with P
437. 1:21:39labs and I'm not sure about um Leonardo you can extend the video for 4 seconds and you can do that four times
438. 1:21:49so like Runway you can make a video that's uh 18 seconds in length that's a continuous shot um and again that
439. 1:22:03limitation is going to is going to quickly the all of these weird limitations right now where they're just
440. 1:22:10weird they don't understand the motion like Runway has this thing where you can it's called motion brush where you can
441. 1:22:19select the object that you want to move in the frame and it'll leave the rest of the frame intact and just move that thing um so probably
442. 1:22:33within probably by the Fall these video tools are going to be really really good like right now the video tools are eh you can't really use
443. 1:22:43them you can you can but you just kind of have to accept the fact that some of the scenes people's legs are just going to go
444. 1:22:55like they're like walking down the street and all of a sudden the leg will just go z um if we could figure out JS to create
445. 1:23:05these short videos in a loop that would be useful oh how to create these videos in a loop well you can you can put
446. 1:23:12videos in a loop just in iMovie or or you know Final Cut Pro or Premiere you can certainly that's certainly easy enough to do
447. 1:23:26um yeah there's ways to do that you know you you run it and then you run it backwards and you put that in a loop so
448. 1:23:33it always starts at the same point see I would say right now that the the large language models the word the word part of chat
449. 1:23:48GPT probably gets you to like 80 85% of what you really want the image Generation stuff right now is probably
450. 1:23:58like 80 85% of what you want music and video right now are more like 35 40% of what you want they're just jankier it's
451. 1:24:10more complicated to get them right it's it it it requires a lot more Hardware to get them right um but there's a lot of
452. 1:24:17people tossing a lot of money at these companies and so um these tools are going to and there's a vested interest
453. 1:24:25right the company the company that can figure out the video thing first and it might be open AI like we don't know we
454. 1:24:31don't know what they got up their sleeves right now but the the the one that can truly start to do cinematic style like Hollywood
455. 1:24:43style video that doesn't look janky that's going to be [ __ ] insane right you can just ask for what you want and just upload a upload a
456. 1:24:58screenplay that you wrote 30 years ago and just say go make this movie and it'll just do it I don't know that we'll see that in
457. 1:25:112024 but we'll see the we'll see the the seeds of that in 2024 Runway 5sec videos Pika 3 second Moon Valley 5 Seconds Leonardo 5 Seconds

464. 1:26:15so they're sharing their gpts some people are getting excited about video so they're sharing an image that they
465. 1:26:21created and it turned into a video or they just put the video up there what I can tell you about the a AI Salon is
466. 1:26:28that if anyone does anything there that you are like oh I want to know how they do that ask them for the most part
467. 1:26:35people are just like sure here's how I did it here's the tools I used like if they're not putting that stuff up there
468. 1:26:40it's it's more an oversight than than a you know they're purposefully trying to not put it in there that's very much the
469. 1:26:47the spirit of the salon is we want people sharing what they're learning and if you're reticent to share what
470. 1:26:55you're learning listen you don't have to give away all the secret sauce if you figured something out that people are
471. 1:27:00willing to pay you for and you don't want to give away the keys to the kingdom that's fine but what I can tell you is
472. 1:27:07this anything that you're doing right now that you think excuse me is proprietary and interesting 6 months from now is going
473. 1:27:17to be irrelevant and boring because the tools are moving so fast that everything that we're doing now all of the little
474. 1:27:25workflows we have okay I take this tool I I go to 11 labs and I make an audio file and I make a voice model and then I
475. 1:27:33and then I go to chat GPT and I write the thing there and I take it to 11 labs and I make the audio file then I go to
476. 1:27:38did and and I take the image from mid journey and I put this all that [ __ ] is just going to blow up when
477. 1:27:47someone releases a model that does all that stuff with a single prompt and that's like it it's that's coming so why not share what you're
478. 1:27:59learning and that's the community that that that is happening and it's it's really it's really really

499. 1:31:32implications to that are like is that article writer going to feel completely out of their depth absolutely are they going to like what
500. 1:31:45the new reality is some are going to [ __ ] love it others are going to be like this is the worst thing ever but none of us know what we're
501. 1:31:57doing what the implications are what our jobs might look like what we might enjoy doing more than what we do now like if you had the
502. 1:32:14capability so so I'll give you I'll give you just some insight into my crazy straw brain and add stuff
503. 1:32:24I was I was an only child says a lot um I was an only child so I was I had to entertain myself and so my MO is that if I have an
504. 1:32:35idea for a project I try to do it on my own and then so Al I I'll be like well I got to write the words and then I got to do the
505. 1:32:46images and so I'll go to photoshop or illustrator and try to do them and I'm like shitty at illust illustration I'm
506. 1:32:52really shitty at it I'm okay with words but I'm shitty at illustration I know a little bit about music and I know

508. 1:33:08shitty at all this other stuff and I just try to do it all and I never really got good at at you know doing it with other people

514. 1:34:01personality if if their self-worth and their value is on Crafting that single thing that they if they take great pride
515. 1:34:10in that then all this nonsense is going to feel like an absolute Invasion to them and threatening and existential however if they have been
516. 1:34:22doing that thing for 20 years and they're like but what I always wanted to do was direct you know the classic actor

668. 2:05:27date with how well it does it um code interpreter have you used Advanced Data analysis in in a in a deep
669. 2:05:38in in a fairly deep and fundamental way I quite frankly I feel like code interpreter that feature alone within chat
670. 2:05:46GPT if you consider yourself an advanced chat GPT user and and you haven't deeply explored code interpreter and what it is
671. 2:05:56and what it makes possible and what it could do that feels like a you you could that feels like you could spend months
672. 2:06:03on it to really understand what that makes possible um you can do everything from you know analyze CSV files to parsing
673. 2:06:13PDF files to doing image analysis um on you know how files are constructed and and what data is inside them to
674. 2:06:26Turning um still images into animations I mean it like this this this is so deep like really understand what are the
675. 2:06:35libraries that what are the python libraries that code interpreter has access to what do those libraries make
676. 2:06:42possible and have you explored all of that like that it feels like you can spend months on that then there's G PPT
677. 2:06:49Vision uploading images just to have it look at the contents of an image and um really understanding how to prompt chat
678. 2:06:58GPT with images then there's dolly3 image generation like how good are you at at you know Dolly 3 and again that
679. 2:07:07one runs really deep you know have you done tests with prompt Co prompt coherence try to get it to include 25
680. 2:07:14items in an image and see how well it does it and how do you prompt it in such a way that you can increase the
681. 2:07:21predictability of that um and then there's the create and share custom gpts like how deep have you gone in creating
682. 2:07:28and sharing custom gpts so I I feel like that's like like that's that's a deep deep um that's a deep deep well and then
683. 2:07:43and then there's the playground like go develop applications um using traditional coding or using low code tools like zappier with with the
684. 2:07:54the open Ai apis and you know go make your own version of a GPT but embedded on a website so I just I I I I personally feel like I could
685. 2:08:10spend the next two years if I really wanted to dig deep into into AI I get spend the next 2 years just on chat GPT as it is
686. 2:08:23today not with the advancements that are coming and not scratch the surface of it like that's how that's how sort of deep and
687. 2:08:33profound I think it is um so so so I would sort of you know I would say deeply understand what tools are there and then to the extent that
688. 2:08:47you understand each one of them those then I think you're an advanced user but I don't know I mean again I
689. 2:08:54don't know like I none of us are experts at this right now like I don't know how deep that well goes like it might be
