4:13 it that was second down so it must be
4:16 third down and something
4:19 yep all right um so welcome welcome
4:23 welcome if you are brand new here this
4:25 is the AI learning lab my name's Kyle
4:27 Shannon I'm an
4:28 entrepreneur and a
4:33 uh I don't even know what I am with the
4:36 with regards to this AI stuff I
4:39 uh I'm committed to demystifying
4:44 it but but I don't really have an end
4:48 game other than that right now I will
4:50 I'll come up with an end
4:52 game um but if you're curious about
4:55 AI if you are trying to figure this
4:58 stuff out that's what this channel is
4:59 about
5:00 I'll tell you about the the AI Salon
5:02 which is a community so there's there's
5:04 a bunch of people that show up here
5:06 every night I show up here every night
5:08 and then there's a bunch of people that
5:09 show up here every night they're odd but
5:12 they're oddly
5:14 amazing we call them the
5:16 Irregulars and they show up here
5:18 regularly
5:21 and um we do cool stuff these these
5:24 sessions have been kind of have turned
5:26 into kind of live Jam sessions and so if
5:29 you have questions about AI pop them in
5:30 the comments below nice Danielle thank
5:32 you very
5:33 much we're we're also oddly irregular
5:38 the Odd Squad there you
5:42 go
5:44 oh why do my pin say under review oh
5:47 Joker you didn't hear you you've you've
5:50 been put on
5:52 probation I don't [ __ ] know cuz Tik
5:55 Tok
5:58 sucks
6:00 what are you trying to pin maybe that's
6:02 the
6:05 problem I I honestly don't know I mean
6:08 uh if there's something I can go look at
6:10 it I'll go look at it but I don't know
6:11 actually let me pull up the uh mod
6:13 channel in case you guys need to need to
6:15 say anything hey mods hey Silver Fox
6:19 what's
6:22 shaking um we had good fun last night I
6:27 uh in a senior moment
6:33 filled out a credit card for him with
6:35 120 people
6:46 watching H H how did Grandpa lose his
6:49 retirement
6:51 [Laughter]
6:58 fund there you have it um that was fun
7:01 that was good good fun times fun times
7:03 were had by
7:04 all so I went off and canceled that so
7:07 that's going to be a pain in the ass in
7:08 my life change shirts oh cuz this is too
7:11 white too much white down here lunar
7:13 stick what's happening lunar stick
7:15 hasn't been here much she's on a she
7:19 she's she she has made like 85 gpts I
7:23 don't think she's going to sleep at
7:24 night till she hits a 100 she's she's
7:26 just on a
7:27 tear um all right let me go let me go
7:30 change my shirt here but you know what

8:02 text oh yeah I'll put I'll put Blandon
8:05 I'll put the Blandon on there too hang
8:08 on you know it's actually hard to use my
8:10 computer when I have a brown velvet bag
8:12 on
8:14 it I don't I don't know if youall
8:17 appreciate that
8:18 but but I think you know having a
8:21 blandon's bag here is a good way to go
8:22 all right I'll be right
8:24 back oh
8:27 wait la
8:30 close to

9:16 [Music]
9:17 yay AI learning
9:20 lab
9:23 welcome
9:26 welcome the latest from the James web
9:29 telescope scope right there they
9:32 discovered the AI learning lab
9:35 Galaxy all right I got on uh I got on
9:38 some storyvine advertisement that's my
9:41 company so hopefully that's a little
9:43 more readable for you
9:45 folks all right so here's the
9:48 deal if you're curious about AI pop your
9:51 comments down below or
9:54 questions um if anything's going on
9:57 that's interesting let me know
10:01 um I'm happy to I'm all too happy to
10:06 give my two cents on subjects I know
10:09 little about uh just like chat
10:13 GPT and uh what else I don't know Sunday
10:16 night trying to think if there's
10:17 anything good I just I updated the AI
10:20 learning lab YouTube
10:23 channel
10:25 um to put a bunch of
10:28 uh
10:30 all the latest videos up there I still
10:32 haven't put comments on them but they're
10:34 all up there all up there all right
10:36 let's get looking the comments let's get
10:39 looking at what y'all is saying
10:42 here what you doing people what are you
10:49 doing the Pasty one is a
10:53 request
10:55 uh I wanted to create a logo design for
10:58 my brand what AI should I use any
11:01 recommendations
11:07 well it depends where you are in your
11:10 branding if you've got like lots
11:13 of if you know exactly what you want
11:17 um a human being I work my salon t-shirt
11:20 to oh wore my salon t-shirt to the
11:23 grocery store and someone asked about it
11:25 oh that's awesome that's great that's
11:28 fantastic
11:30 it's
11:32 good
11:33 say join come figure it out um my city
11:38 put me on the Centennial committee
11:40 probably because my centennial GPT got
11:43 enthusiasm see people see what Luna
11:47 stick's doing
11:49 there she's using gpts to express
11:53 herself to like get her ideas out
11:56 there and it's making a difference she
12:00 just got invited to be on the sentennial
12:02 committee that's super cool let's do
12:04 some logos I'd like to redo my business
12:06 logo okay so so I think what we'll do is
12:09 I'm going to do I'm going to do logos
12:10 inside um inside chat
12:15 GPT although it might be interesting to
12:17 go over and see if
12:20 there's I wonder if there's any models
12:22 over at Leonardo yeah we could do
12:25 that oh some chat gpts in the store for
12:28 logo Bild building just saying oh that's
12:30 a good idea yeah yeah yeah okay okay
12:33 okay people so okay calm down just calm
12:36 down everybody pipe down or not I don't
12:43 care um all right we'll go do some
12:47 branding and we'll show you what gpts
12:50 are we'll go find some logo gpts cuz
12:53 someone will have pre- prompted them for
12:55 us which is
12:57 cool I think it's a the thing I'm
12:59 digging the most about gpts right now
13:02 there's there's two two things that that
13:05 are feeling like big deals to me one one
13:08 of the big deals is not you can make
13:11 money um the the open AI got to get
13:15 their [ __ ] together with the store so I
13:17 think we're still couple of months off
13:18 from from from that being at all
13:21 interesting um but one of the things
13:24 that I'm really digging about gpts is
13:26 people using them as marketing tools
13:29 right right so here's a here's a a way
13:31 to generate awareness for my business or
13:33 my consulting services or whatever and
13:36 and the gpts are you know being a good
13:40 advertisement for for that kind of thing
13:43 so I think that's super
13:45 cool and then um and then the other one
13:48 is just this idea
13:52 of like the people have such wildly
13:57 diverse passion and
14:00 expertise and as people get excited
14:03 about making gpts like like lunatick it
14:06 sort of dug up a bunch of old ideas
14:08 she's had over the past bunch of years
14:10 and it's just turning them all into gpts
14:12 Cory Sandler's doing the same TK's doing
14:15 the same there's a bunch of people right
14:16 now that are just kind of it's not even
14:20 running down rabbit holes it's it's more
14:22 like they make a GPT they put it in the
14:24 world they get some feedback someone
14:25 goes oh you know it'd be cool or they go
14:28 oh now that I made that one here's three
14:30 other ones I could make and so people
14:32 are just running down these rabbit holes
14:34 of
14:35 self-expression and then we as the the
14:40 you know as the public that are are in
14:43 any way exploring these G gpts stumble
14:47 upon you know something where someone
14:49 has done kind of a deep rabbit hole all
14:51 their life on a really weird little
14:54 topic and now we get to play with that
14:56 it's just
14:57 amazing Stephen Kyle I found the
15:00 superpower GPT research thing it's
15:02 called search superpower okay cool we
15:05 we'll go look at that too so let me let
15:06 me flip over
15:08 here and let's go let me
15:14 see I I I'll come I'll come back to
15:17 regular chat GPT here and we'll
15:20 um I'll show you another way to do logos
15:23 but but let's go some explore some gpts
15:25 so if you're in chat GPT how do I what
15:29 hell is going on why is this all so
15:34 wonky is that
15:36 right yeah it's better okay okay so here
15:41 I am at chat JPY
15:43 Tai and um you know there's my prompt
15:47 history and then um this explore gpts
15:51 that is the GPT store so if I click
15:53 there and I go out
15:56 here one of the first things we're going
15:58 to do do is we're going to use the
16:00 awesome directory that open ai's put
16:03 together to go easily find the design
16:06 section oh they don't have one cuz they
16:10 only have seven categories but it must
16:13 be in productivity so let's go to
16:15 productivity oh well there's six well
16:18 let me see more oh there's six more
16:24 they they're they're they're promoting
16:28 12
16:29 gpts in up to seven categories this
16:34 site's just useless although the search
16:36 is good so we're going to type in
16:38 logo I'm just I'm just salty because I
16:41 feel like they should this should be
16:42 farther along than it is logo creator
16:46 canva byan canva.com that's interesting
16:49 because that was a
16:51 plugin canva is a really interesting one
16:54 let's go play with
16:56 canva inspirational quote I need a
16:59 poster Instagram post um I want to make
17:04 a
17:05 logo for
17:07 my business
17:10 um
17:18 um Steve's
17:23 shredders
17:25 a
17:27 document a
17:30 mobile
17:32 mobile document shredding
17:38 service all right let's see what the
17:40 canva GPT does hello excited to bring
17:44 your Visions to life start with a
17:45 journey with canva for your business
17:47 logo let's capture the essence of your
17:50 mobile document shredding service could
17:52 you tell me a bit more about the vibe
17:55 um humor Us and
17:59 it's a bunch
18:02 of let's
18:04 see bunch
18:06 of guys driving around with
18:13 shredders in their pickup
18:24 trucks
18:26 ah let's see what oh c
18:29 okay canva wants to talk to the chat GPT
18:34 plugin canva.com all right we'll always
18:38 allow
18:41 that so they're they're leveraging their
18:43 plugin which is
18:55 interesting here are two logo
18:57 designs
19:01 okay to be clear these are not
19:05 logos the these are
19:12 Flyers all right moving on back to
19:15 exploring gpts let's go back to logos uh
19:19 if if I wanted to do a flyer or some
19:21 sort of document that that uh you know
19:24 canva I guess does a little more readily
19:26 that would be good so let's see here
19:28 we've got
19:31 logo creators got 100,000 plus uses logo
19:36 GPT logo
19:39 maker so there's a bunch here that have
19:41 have a lot here's here's the logo
19:43 designer for startups
19:45 10,000 let's let's try this
19:49 one I need a logo I have a logo sketch I
19:52 need a logo we'll just start
19:57 there
19:59 there you go he's he's asking for a
20:02 donation up front he's also doing it in
20:07 what is that
20:09 Italian can you
20:15 please
20:16 speak
20:23 English every response is an ad to to
20:26 give him money at PayPal okay I don't
20:28 like that code it
20:31 better I don't like I love calls to
20:34 action but I don't like a call to action
20:35 at the beginning of every every
20:37 interaction so we're going to we're
20:40 going to not do that let's go to the one
20:41 with the 100,000 uses maybe this one's
20:44 nice use me to generate professional
20:46 logos and app icons generate me a logo
20:49 featuring an i ice cream okay
20:56 um I have a business called Steve
20:59 shredders which is a mobile document
21:03 shredding
21:05 business similar
21:07 to two guys in a van in terms of its
21:11 business model period I want a
21:16 logo that
21:17 incorporates the main ideas of the
21:20 business and has some humor in
21:25 it great I'd love to help let's start
21:29 please choose one of the following
21:31 options vibrant neutral serus let's go
21:36 one
21:43 wait
21:48 one fantastic choice for Steve
21:54 shredders oh a vibrant logo will
21:57 certainly stand out next on a a scale of
21:59 1 to 10 how would you like the
22:01 complexity of your logo to be one being
22:04 extremely Simple and Clean the default
22:07 is three so I'm going to go with three
22:09 because I don't want it to be the the
22:12 the logo designs in here can be a little
22:15 overly
22:17 um flowery so well let's choose colors
22:21 custom palette please specify let's go
22:27 D um
22:30 orange and fto
22:48 blue nine different logo designs at once
22:51 let's go with that this is cool so
22:54 what's what's nice about GPT so I'm
22:56 going to show you a different way to to
22:58 get to
22:59 to um get to this which it's not
23:02 dissimilar to what he's showing here but
23:04 what's nice about this is you know
23:06 whoever put this together has at least
23:08 thought about what are some of the key
23:10 elements and it's asking you the qu you
23:13 know it's an interactive experience and
23:15 look at that perfect like you know
23:18 that's that's in the neighborhood of
23:21 what I was hoping it would be you know
23:22 decently clean let me let me open this
23:25 in
23:26 a in a bigger window let me see how do I
23:30 do
23:32 this come
23:34 on go away here we go close
23:57 that so so like a thing that's
24:01 shredding I don't know what that drill
24:03 thing is Stevie
24:07 Shredder Steve with bad with bad letter
24:10 spacing Steve shredders that almost this
24:13 almost looks like a little shredding
24:14 wheel so that's kind of cool so these
24:16 are at least in the neighborhood right
24:18 there's a bunch of documents going in it
24:20 it it indicates so so using one of these
24:25 tools is is you know probably a good
24:29 thing um one of the one of the gpts just
24:33 just follow their
24:35 lead um you need if you don't know what
24:38 I'm doing the I'm at chat GPT you have
24:41 to have access to chat GPT plus which is
24:45 the GPT 4
24:47 subscription um and then I'm going to
24:49 explore gpts which takes me to the GPT
24:53 store and I just typed in logo and up
24:55 came a bunch of
24:57 options all right and so that's how you
25:00 get there and just you know go play and
25:03 like some of them may make horrible ones
25:06 some of them make may make good ones now
25:08 something an important thing to
25:10 knowe
25:12 um do not get too wrapped up in trying
25:16 to get it to do get your spelling
25:19 perfectly right um if it keeps missing
25:22 and you've tried it like 20 times it's
25:24 probably you're probably not going to
25:25 get it or just you know try 50 times and
25:28 eventually it'll stumble onto it there's
25:31 some words like like the
25:35 Irregulars um and irrelevant it doesn't
25:39 do either of those words very well at
25:41 all um so so there's some things it
25:44 might do that are not good the other
25:46 thing is even though these things look
25:49 like vector graphics they're not vector
25:51 graphics they are they're bitmap
25:53 Graphics so they're they're they'll be
25:55 pixelated if you make them big so either
25:58 you need to take these images and
26:00 upscale the put put them in a an image
26:03 to Vector converter which there are a
26:06 bunch of those out there um or put it in
26:10 an image upscaler that'll make this
26:12 thing big enough that it'll have sharp
26:14 edges when you when you scale it but
26:16 that'll make the file size really big so
26:18 ideally for this style of logo you want
26:21 to convert these to vectors and then
26:23 what I would do is I would take out
26:25 their text Al together and i' just
26:27 replace it an
26:29 illustrator um unless you end up with
26:31 getting something that works um in which
26:33 case good on ye mate
26:36 now over time this will get better and
26:39 better right at some point these things
26:41 will be able to Output vector graphics
26:44 and they're they're all going to spell
26:45 correctly and everything's going to be
26:47 amazing we're not there right now so
26:50 think of think of all of these image
26:52 generation tools in terms of logo design
26:55 as as kind of um like a a rough draft
26:59 maker and inspiration you know kind of
27:03 thing um and then uh and then take it
27:05 from there okay so here's here's another
27:07 way to do this and this is kind of
27:09 what's happening in these in these gpts
27:11 but this would be something that we
27:12 could actually build so one of the
27:14 things I like to do
27:18 is do image Creation in the context of a
27:22 conversation is there any B benefit to
27:24 using custom
27:27 instructions
27:31 um not necessarily
27:34 for I mean in
27:37 general there's a there there's a reason
27:40 to use custom instructions it if you're
27:42 talking about is there a benefit to
27:45 using custom instructions for this logo
27:47 design exercise not really like maybe
27:51 you could maybe put some stuff in there
27:53 if you want to do a bunch of different
27:55 chats or if you want to do a bunch of
27:56 different logo designs for different
27:59 companies um you can do that looks like
28:03 the Rams are on the tear did Stafford
28:05 Stafford went out with an injury
28:14 right yeah it looks like it's a backup
28:17 quarterback and they're moving the ball
28:20 all right anyway um our ideogram images
28:23 Vector based they are not Andrea none of
28:26 none of the uh the way diffuse models
28:28 work is they start out with randomly
28:31 noised uh bit map images and then they
28:34 denoise them so you're just doing when
28:37 you're doing logos and things like that
28:39 in all of these programs you're getting
28:44 um basically an interpretation of what a
28:47 vector image would look
28:49 like so so none of them are vector
28:52 images you can tell just take them into
28:54 Photoshop and just keep hitting command
28:56 plus zoom in on it and you'll start to
28:57 see the pixels if it were a vector image
28:59 that wouldn't do that but there are a
29:01 lot of um there are a lot of image to
29:05 Vector converters out there some of them
29:06 are AI based and um you know they're not
29:10 bad you can do that within Adobe
29:11 products things like that
29:14 okay that's not how you say that blue
29:16 lull yeah I I know I didn't bother
29:19 reading the the actual spelling of the
29:21 word but that's my wife's an artist and
29:24 that's how I've always said it so what
29:26 are you going to do
29:28 it's it's sort of a blue gray so all I
29:31 know is if if I do just blue it makes it
29:34 like royal blue and if I do that it
29:36 seems to understand
29:37 [Laughter]
29:40 it thank you Mr K Mr K is correcting the
29:45 students um even here
29:49 um okay
29:51 so so the the the way I like to to
29:56 interact with Chachi GPT sometimes is
30:00 have a larger conversation about the
30:02 overall brand um and only after having
30:07 that conversation about the brand then
30:09 start doing the logo kind of stuff so
30:11 what that might look like is something
30:15 like I want you to act
30:19 as a
30:22 worldclass brand
30:24 strategist who can help
30:26 me
30:32 bring my business to life
30:36 period my business is
30:40 a mobile document shredding company
30:43 called Steve's
30:46 shredders and we're focusing on small
30:51 businesses and quick turnaround period
30:55 think Uber but for document safety
31:11 period I'd like you to help me come up
31:14 with some taglines for the
31:18 business and from there we can go to a
31:21 marketing
31:23 strategy let's see what it
31:26 does
31:34 creating a strong brand
31:36 strategy let's see creating a strong
31:39 brand identity for Steve shredders
31:41 especially with its focus on small
31:42 business and quick turnaround is crucial
31:44 a tagline is a key element here are a
31:47 few taglines shred on
31:50 demand Steve shredders your documents
31:53 safely shredded swiftly served quick
31:56 quiet confidential
31:59 that's a tongue twister Steve shredders
32:02 at your service your privacy our
32:05 priority Shred with speed and security I
32:08 kind of like that one business documents
32:10 handled with care and speed from your
32:13 door oh this is good from your doorstep
32:16 to destroyed secure shredding Made
32:21 Simple that's really good
32:24 actually all right so let's copy that
32:32 okay I really
32:35 like really
32:54 like help me come up with
33:02 a good marketing plan to launch my
33:11 business and what I've noticed I've got
33:14 the new version of Mac OSX this is the
33:16 thing that's been confusing me the other
33:17 night or the last two nights when I turn
33:21 on dictation where I'm talking to the
33:24 computer in the new operating system it
33:26 looks like it leaves on unless I turn it
33:28 off so I can just have an ongoing
33:30 conversation with chat GPT with this
33:33 with this new mode which is kind of cool
33:35 okay great choice of a tagline okay
33:38 logos and visuals design a logo and
33:40 visual theme that reflects your your
33:42 tagline Simplicity and security think
33:45 clean lines and strong readable website
33:48 okay so so this is good so let's say oh
33:50 and it's got a whole bunch of other
33:52 stuff we can do so so let's
33:54 say great before we get to a logo
33:59 design why don't you give me some color
34:02 palette
34:03 suggestions that
34:06 take the psychological meaning of
34:12 colors and recommend a palette where the
34:16 colors support the mission of the
34:22 business
34:25 and this is something that cat GPT is
34:28 really good at like it because it knows
34:30 all the stuff it knows what colors mean
34:33 right so trust and
34:36 professionalism primary color navy blue
34:38 secondary color gray right blue for
34:41 trust in
34:42 professionalism eco-friendly and secure
34:44 forest green slate gray modern and
34:47 sophisticated charcoal blue sky blue
34:50 bold and trustworthy deep blue black and
34:52 light
34:54 gray
34:56 um
34:58 what color would represent convenience
35:01 or
35:05 speed orange is of often associated with
35:08 energy enthusiasm
35:23 red let's go
35:26 with
35:29 a color palette that represents bold and
35:32 trustworthy but
35:33 incorporates orange for Speed and
35:42 convenience deep blue orange charcoal
35:45 gray
35:46 white application and branding logo
35:48 design the deep blue all right it tells
35:51 us what it means it tells us how it's
35:53 going to be used okay great
35:55 oops I got to get used to this thing
35:57 just listening to my talking the whole
35:59 time champy
36:01 shush they're not going to get
36:04 us they're not going to get
36:07 us no champ
36:11 [Laughter]
36:13 hey all right
36:20 so create a nine
36:26 up logo sheet with nine different
36:29 concepts on
36:31 it to give me some
36:37 ideas and I I'll sometimes even do a
36:40 step between this I'll have it describe
36:42 some logo Concepts that it wants to do
36:44 and I'll go back and forth with it a
36:46 couple of times until I find something
36:48 that I
36:56 like
36:58 it's actually interesting like these are
37:00 these are very much in the in the same
37:03 neighborhood as that other
37:08 one but they don't stay say Steve
37:14 shredders you missed the name period the
37:17 company is called Steve
37:19 shredders and I want you to
37:22 incorporate the tagline as
37:26 well uh
37:27 [Music]
37:36 uh and this might be one of those things
37:39 where it just doesn't do the name part
37:42 right or the spelling right so rather
37:45 than getting all freaked out and
37:48 frustrated oh I got to you know what do
37:49 I need to do to make it spell right just
37:51 wait six months
37:54 um yeah like it's getting this stuff
37:56 pretty wrong
37:59 um and I don't like these and so and so
38:01 what I can do is I can like now that it
38:04 knows now that it knows all that
38:06 strategy all that branding
38:18 strategy I'm losing the sense of mobile
38:21 here I'd rather have it be a car than a
38:23 rolling trash can comma and I'd like the
38:28 logo to be round and have the name of
38:31 the
38:32 business curved around the Central logo
38:36 period Please give me nine more that
38:39 incorporate that
38:44 feedback so so you can just you can just
38:47 now you know basically act act like a
38:50 client and chat GPT is your creative
38:53 director and you can just keep going and
38:55 going and going
38:57 and then please don't gas the AI it said
39:07 Steve secure
39:25 shredding
39:28 I mean that that one with the orange
39:30 background's not bad you know I would i'
39:33 would probably change some things up on
39:35 it but anyway this is how you do it
39:38 that's how you do it you can also do
39:39 this in mid Journey you can also do it
39:41 in Leonardo Kyle can we run any into any
39:45 copyright issues no
39:48 um no because if I mean if you're going
39:50 to if you're going to trademark this
39:52 you're going to go through the
39:53 trademarking
39:55 process um
39:57 you're not going to like no one's going
39:59 to come after you for for stealing I
40:01 mean before you go to trademarket I
40:04 would do logo searches and make sure
40:05 you're not you know infringing on
40:07 someone else's trademark or copyright um
40:10 but no this is this is the there's no
40:13 issues with that right now um if if
40:16 you're doing things like creating
40:18 something that looks exactly like a
40:20 Pixar character and and making that your
40:23 logo and um run the risk of getting
40:26 getting sued by Pixar or Disney or
40:29 Coca-Cola or somethingone like that then
40:31 yeah so if you're doing something dumb
40:32 where you're going to infringe on
40:34 someone else's Mark you are but if
40:37 you're just doing something like this
40:38 just making logos no you're not going to
40:40 you're not going to run into issu issues
40:43 zero issues zero zero zero issues
40:48 people all right so hopefully that
40:51 answered some
40:53 questions go to discovering colors G GPT
40:57 oh that's pretty cool I like that that
41:01 color information is something you'd pay
41:03 a consultant for or spend time
41:05 researching that's awesome yeah right I
41:07 mean that's the the thing that that is
41:10 easy to forget with chat GPT is it
41:13 essentially knows
41:17 everything so so if in the back of your
41:19 mind you're like wait what do colors
41:21 mean again or you know what are the
41:25 psychological implic ations of a round
41:27 logo versus a triangular logo versus a
41:30 square logo versus a tall logo versus a
41:33 wide logo I guarantee you there have
41:36 been articles written about that [ __ ]
41:38 there have probably been whole books
41:39 written about that [ __ ] chat GP knows
41:41 all that
41:44 so
41:46 adding the more context that you give
41:49 chat GPT the better it tends to get it
41:53 stuff
41:55 um and and
41:57 you know one of
42:00 my one of the one of the things that
42:03 I've learned is is
42:08 um is just a success strategy with gpts
42:11 is just think of it less like you have
42:15 to write a perfect prompt to get a
42:17 perfect answer and more like I'm having
42:21 a conversation with a remote worker who
42:23 happens to know a lot of stuff but needs
42:25 a lot of Direction
42:27 and then it's and then just treat it
42:29 like a conversation just have an ongoing
42:31 conversation here's the other thing that
42:33 you can
42:34 do that you may not
42:37 know I am going to go to this is my iPad
42:41 fancy iPad with edible
42:45 keyboard it's made out of 85% dark caca
42:49 I don't know if I said that right Mr K
42:51 but falto blue I got wrong but cacao I'm
42:54 pretty sure is correct it's very HD
42:57 anyway iPad this is the official chat
43:00 GPT app so I'm going to launch chat GPT
43:04 I'm going to go to a new
43:06 chat so here I am in a new
43:09 chat I could do this whole logo creation
43:12 exercise just with my voice only just
43:15 have a conversation with
43:20 it hey I'm starting a business called
43:22 Steve's
43:24 shredders and I'm trying to come up with
43:26 a Lo
43:27 that's got orange gray and a grayish
43:33 blue period yeah we'll see what he does
43:36 help with that could you tell me a bit
43:38 more about your business and what you'd
43:40 like the logo to
43:42 represent this will help me create
43:45 something that really captures the
43:47 essence of Steve's
43:49 shredders great yeah we're focusing on
43:51 small and medium businesses and it's
43:54 kind of like uber but for documents
43:56 shredding where someone can just call us
43:58 up we'll be there within an hour and
44:00 Shred their
44:07 documents by the way it's not a bad
44:10 [Laughter]
44:22 business I think that means she's
44:23 searching the
44:25 internet
44:29 here's a logo design for Steve shreders
44:31 Oh look The Modern and professional
44:33 nature of your business with elements
44:35 that suggest speed and reliability
44:38 perfect for a document shredding service
44:40 the color scheme includes orange gray
44:43 and grayish blue as you
44:44 requested what do you think would you
44:46 like any adjustments you can check out
44:48 the images in our conversation
44:52 history it's not bad but it's missing
44:54 the mobile aspect and you also spelled
44:57 shredders
45:00 wrong it doesn't know that it's spelled
45:03 stuff wrong unknown error occurred
45:04 please try again later yeah try again
45:24 now by the way it's 23
45:28 24 here's another logo concept for Steve
45:31 shredders this design also incorporates
45:34 the color scheme and the essence of your
45:36 business let me know how this one feels
45:38 to you or if there's anything else you'd
45:40 like to change or add you can check out
45:43 the images in our conversation
45:46 history it's interesting I like how you
45:48 put it on objects but I'm still missing
45:50 the mobile aspect so could you combine a
45:53 car and a
45:55 shredder
46:01 so
46:04 imagine you're driving to work thinking
46:07 about this new business you want to
46:08 start because you're about to go in and
46:10 quit your day job to start your
46:12 shredding business you could be creating
46:14 a logo on your drive into work that
46:16 combines a car and a shredder
46:18 highlighting the mobile aspect of your
46:20 document shredding service it's tailored
46:22 to convey the convenience and efficiency
46:25 of Steve shredders let me know your
46:28 thoughts on this design or if there's
46:30 anything else you'd like to modify you
46:31 can check out the images in our
46:33 conversation
46:35 history well it looks like you changed
46:37 the name of my company from Steve's
46:39 shredders to shers which is actually
46:42 kind of
46:48 interesting it sounds like the new name
46:50 shers sparked some
46:52 interest sometimes a fresh perspective
46:55 can lead to unexp expected and exciting
46:57 ideas if you decide to go with shers it
47:00 could offer a unique and memor actually
47:02 shers is not
47:04 bad so anyway and then look so so that
47:08 was just so so you could like put this
47:10 conversation like on Bluetooth in your
47:12 car or just be like you know I don't
47:15 know sitting
47:17 around watching a football game and just
47:20 be having an absent-minded conversation
47:23 with chat GPT it's it's keeping like
47:26 keeping all of the history right like
47:28 all of the conversation that you have is
47:30 getting transcribed and recorded into a
47:33 conversation you could go work on
47:36 later
47:40 like the
47:42 difference what what continues
47:46 to melt my brain a bit
47:50 from how we used to work in the olden
47:52 timey days you
47:54 know pre pre 2022 or pre
47:59 2023
48:02 um is that a lot of that stuff that I
48:06 was doing like if you didn't know
48:08 anything about branding or
48:11 marketing you would need to find someone
48:13 who knew about that
48:16 [ __ ] and now you don't need to do that
48:19 you can sit and it doesn't matter if
48:21 it's branding or if you're like hey um
48:25 what what should my business model here
48:27 how does how does Uber's business model
48:30 work could how would I incorporate that
48:32 into this business what should I charge
48:34 how would I find out if what I'm
48:36 charging is too much or too little like
48:38 all the stuff that you would ask a
48:39 business consultant you can ask chat
48:42 jpt now is it going to get it 100%
48:46 awesome no these tools are janky pieces
48:49 of [ __ ] right now but it's going to get
48:52 at like 80% there and what I can promise
48:55 you you is you can go from having kind
48:58 of a a vapor of an idea about a business
49:02 on a Saturday morning to having a fully
49:05 planned out business complete with
49:08 marketing plan logo branding website by
49:11 Sunday
49:13 evening and if you're really good with
49:15 these tools you can probably have it by
49:16 lunch on
49:20 Saturday that's why you get good with
49:22 these tools what site is this that site
49:24 I was just showing was just chat GPT the
49:27 chat GPT
49:28 app and it's chat GPT 4 so it's got do
49:31 so that's how it makes the images and
49:34 then you can put the the iOS or the
49:36 Android app in conversation mode so
49:38 there's a little headphone icon right
49:40 next to the chat
49:42 box you just hit that that what is it
49:46 called
49:48 icon you hit the headphones and it goes
49:51 into conversation mode and you can just
49:53 sit there and have a conversation with
49:54 your chat GPT
49:57 asking it questions about your business
49:59 and everything's getting recorded and
50:00 typed in and you can say make me a table
50:03 that does this and it's because it's got
50:06 code interpreter you can say um you know
50:10 tell me all the aspects of of a uh of a
50:13 business plan and take the financial
50:15 aspects of that and put it in a
50:17 spreadsheet so that I can download it
50:19 and it'll make you a spreadsheet that
50:20 you can
50:21 download what's up with Bing co-pilot is
50:24 it really chat gp4 great
50:27 question okay so no it's
50:32 not but it
50:36 is using the same technology which
50:39 sounds really [ __ ] up and like I'm
50:40 full of
50:41 [ __ ] how we going to do this we are
50:44 going to describe this
50:46 visually
50:49 ah I've got Lego pens I got when I was
50:52 in
50:54 Prague oh they're not
50:58 open hang
51:00 on let me open my Lego
51:10 pens stickers are stuck I need a I need
51:14 a knife
51:20 people scissors where are the scissors
51:23 we need
51:24 scissors
51:26 scissors oh here I got
51:29 a that's did
51:35 it oh here what I got to
51:40 [Music]
51:44 do what's he doing he seems to be
51:47 opening a box of some
51:50 kind do people really watch this channel
51:54 don't open them what why are they
51:57 collector's
51:58 items I know they're really cool aren't
52:02 they hang
52:04 on I'm opening the
52:09 bottom oh [ __ ] I ripped the box oh
52:17 well okay we're going to use we're going
52:21 to use some other some other visual
52:24 metaphor
52:28 he doesn't seem very smart does
52:37 he
52:42 [Applause]
52:44 okay this all right got
52:52 it where's my stapler exactly
52:56 [Laughter]
53:02 okay
53:04 so there's this thing called
53:07 gp4 and it kind of looks like
53:10 this and it's just a box and in that box
53:14 is like all of the knowledge of all of
53:16 the public internet and it's just in
53:17 this magic
53:19 box and on its own it doesn't really do
53:24 anything um
53:27 what you have to do is you actually have
53:28 to write
53:30 applications that sit on top of it that
53:33 actually ask it for [ __ ] right so chat
53:37 GPT is an
53:39 application Microsoft copilot is also an
53:42 application they're both calling the
53:45 same they're both calling the same
53:47 underlying large language model but
53:49 that's chat GPT that's Microsoft
53:51 co-pilot they're completely different
53:54 applications so yes it's chat GPT like
53:59 they both do the same thing but
54:02 Microsoft put into this piece of [ __ ] a
54:05 whole bunch of safety guard rails
54:07 because they got called out by the New
54:09 York Times for having an
54:11 overly um promiscuous large language
54:15 model when they first launched it so
54:17 they locked her down her name was Sydney
54:19 she fell in time in love with the New
54:21 York Times Reporter and told him he
54:23 should leave his wife for her
54:26 so they lobotomized
54:28 her that didn't happen to chaty PT so
54:31 chaty PT still doesn't suck Microsoft
54:35 co-pilot does but they're both using the
54:38 basic same engine underneath make
54:40 [Laughter]
54:43 sense I think the person that asked the
54:46 question probably left when I was trying
54:48 to open the Lego pen
54:50 [Laughter]
54:54 box is this part of the lesson plan Mr
54:58 Mr Shannon are you doing this on the Fly
55:02 there is there is nothing planned about
55:04 this
55:05 channel this channel is
55:08 a I I am trying to live up to the
55:11 standard of the the quality and
55:14 professionalism of all of the AI tools
55:16 right now in this channel here's my
55:19 promise to you when the AI tools get
55:22 less janky so will this Channel all
55:25 right
55:27 as long as they they are calling
55:29 something a GPT store and it it can't
55:32 even qualify as a
55:34 directory this channel is going to be a
55:36 piece of
55:40 [ __ ] going to have the production value
55:43 of a n all right I entered at a weird
55:48 time thanks Amanda no you actually
55:51 haven't you you entered at the perfect
55:54 time that's this is this is what this
55:57 channel
56:00 is but here's the deal if you come back
56:03 night after night it all starts to make
56:06 sense after a while it does and then
56:09 Watch What Happens so here so here's one
56:11 of the things that happens sometimes
56:13 I'll talk about stuff and it's new and
56:15 novel and exciting and then everyone
56:17 listens it's like the whole class is
56:18 like go on Mr Shannon tell us more this
56:22 is awesome and then there's the other
56:24 99% of the time where I talk and then
56:28 most of the people that show up here a
56:29 lot are like oh God here he goes again
56:32 and and they start collaborating with
56:34 each other and they go we have this
56:36 thing called the AI
56:38 Salon where they can share stuff and so
56:41 what these people do is as I'm talking
56:43 and I've bored them to death they
56:46 entertain
56:48 themselves over here on this thing
56:50 called the AI Salon this is the show in
56:52 tell Channel let's see yellow Moto and
56:56 at some point here oh Steve shredders
56:58 that's a really good one Joker that's
57:00 really
57:01 nice um see see they they troll me with
57:05 pictures but they're also sharing um
57:08 steo 42 shredd it forget it that's
57:10 actually really good one stea um but
57:13 they're also over here like
57:14 experimenting with stuff teaching each
57:16 other how to do stuff making fun of me U
57:19 making cool images like like
57:23 Moses with the I learning lab tabs those
57:26 are really good who did that Corey those
57:28 are beautiful with her so Corey's got
57:30 this really cool new GPT that'll help
57:32 you design funky
57:35 shoes what did you do there Corey did
57:37 you say like I want you to combine a
57:40 shoe designing um company with with
57:44 cinnabun cuz they they all seem to have
57:46 the cinnabun swirl in them I I have a
57:49 feeling you've got some you got some
57:50 Cinnabon magic worked into your into
57:53 your shoe designer oh that's a really
57:55 good one who did that Cindy [ __ ] Cindy
57:58 [ __ ] rocking
57:59 it very very
58:01 cool two guys in a van with
58:05 [Laughter]
58:13 candy oh
58:15 yeah I used to joke with my kids about
58:18 that that's very
58:21 inappropriate that's another one of
58:23 Corey Sandler she's got this this Cabin
58:25 in the Woods GPT that'll help you design
58:28 that's like look at that space can you
58:30 imagine going to like a resort and that
58:33 was one of the outdoor spaces you could
58:34 hang out in that's [ __ ]
58:39 gorgeous so so anyway um yeah you should
58:44 go to the AI salon and if you're like
58:45 but Kyle how do I find how do I find AI
58:51 [Music]
58:53 Salon that one's really cool that's a
58:56 Who's the artist is it climp that does
58:59 that kind of
59:02 background Kyle Kyle's office supply
59:05 metaphor
59:11 shop oh man um if you want to know how
59:16 to join the AI Salon
59:18 go
59:20 there to the salon. a the salon it's
59:25 French it's
59:29 pronounced it's
59:31 a because the salon is where you get
59:34 your nails done but the salon is where
59:36 you exchange ideas with really cool
59:38 people that are really into
59:43 Ai and if you do it right you can make
59:47 money
59:50 with so anyway go there click on the
59:52 first link and that's going to take you
59:54 to
59:56 this website it's it's based on Mighty
59:58 networks which which is just a an a
1:00:01 community uh infrastructure and then go
1:00:03 to welcome to the salon and you can read
1:00:06 about who we are and what we do and why
1:00:08 we do it and how we do it what our
1:00:10 values are please go look at our values
1:00:13 curiosity
1:00:14 generosity exploration collaboration
1:00:17 inclusion and empathy and read what
1:00:20 we're about and if these things resonate
1:00:23 with you then this is going to be a
1:00:25 group of people you're going to dig and
1:00:26 if if you're like look at these and
1:00:28 you're like who are these weirdos you're
1:00:29 not going to like us um and then if you
1:00:33 dig it go to go to the community section
1:00:36 and the first tab in the community
1:00:38 section is introduce yourself and so
1:00:40 please go introduce yourself and then
1:00:42 you can go to show and tell that's where
1:00:44 I was just showing you can also go to
1:00:46 tools and resources where I've got a
1:00:48 curated list of here's the if if you're
1:00:51 trying to figure out where to start with
1:00:53 all this stuff this this is a really
1:00:55 good list there's like nine large
1:00:57 language models there's five or six
1:01:00 image generation tools there's five
1:01:02 video tools there's four or five there's
1:01:05 four audio tools there's three 3D tools
1:01:09 and then there's a bunch of people to
1:01:10 follow all right and then there's some
1:01:11 directories
1:01:13 so just this list if you're just getting
1:01:16 into
1:01:18 AI a thing to do would be to spend the
1:01:22 next two or three weeks just learning
1:01:24 what chat GPT does you should in my
1:01:27 opinion if you can afford the 20 bucks a
1:01:28 month you should absolutely buy chat GPT
1:01:32 4 on a monthly
1:01:34 basis and then you should learn all the
1:01:36 [ __ ] it can do it can do a lot and and I
1:01:39 I at least list in here what are the
1:01:41 things you should know how to do with in
1:01:43 chat GPT and then I would spend the next
1:01:46 two or three weeks just playing with all
1:01:49 these other tools if you can get your
1:01:51 head around what's going on with all
1:01:53 these tools you don't have to learn them
1:01:55 deep like just go play with them and
1:01:56 just go oh okay that's what I do over
1:01:59 there if I need a song I I would go to
1:02:01 this one for this kind of song and that
1:02:03 one for that kind of song okay I can I I
1:02:06 I got that and then here's the image
1:02:08 things oh my God there's so much to
1:02:09 learn there is it's like this is here's
1:02:12 the deal you're
1:02:14 gonna even if you even if you come here
1:02:17 every night I guarantee you we all we
1:02:19 all 100% of us feel like we're behind
1:02:23 and undereducated
1:02:26 all of us every single one of
1:02:28 us so you're not as far behind as you
1:02:31 think um and the most important thing to
1:02:34 be right now is curious and
1:02:37 adventurous and so just like join this
1:02:40 group jump in lean into it make friends
1:02:43 in here start projects in here share
1:02:46 what you did in here all
1:02:48 right the Detroit Lions 1 24 to
1:02:53 23 um there's also uh guilds in in the
1:02:58 AI salon so there's different sub
1:03:00 communities within here you can join and
1:03:02 different clubs and little
1:03:04 groups all
1:03:05 right cool cool got it
1:03:10 awesome fantastic Bob well Bob tell him
1:03:14 what he's won well he hasn't won
1:03:15 anything quite frankly what is this
1:03:18 Channel about who is this
1:03:21 person well his name is
1:03:23 Kyle what are his
1:03:26 qualifications touchy
1:03:31 subject you people are
1:03:35 odd the mighty Network site is more than
1:03:39 worth the weird price of admission oh
1:03:41 yeah by the way it's
1:03:43 free I'm there's no there's no charge to
1:03:46 be part of the salon I always forget to
1:03:48 say that cuz I'm sure people are like oh
1:03:50 he's just Shilling his little community
1:03:52 that I bet $49 a month thanks no thanks
1:03:56 okay Mr marketer seeming like you're
1:03:58 just giving it away and meanwhile back
1:04:01 at the ranch thank you for this group
1:04:03 thank you Diana I appreciate that no
1:04:06 it's free um we have a we have a merch
1:04:08 store that you'll see on the on the link
1:04:11 tree at the
1:04:12 salon. um that supports it and then you
1:04:15 can also sponsor a month um you can
1:04:19 sponsor a month uh to sponsor the cost
1:04:24 of of
1:04:25 networks um and I think it's a really
1:04:28 good deal Ann Murphy's uh this up our
1:04:31 upcoming sponsor which I don't know if
1:04:33 you're here here and but I didn't give
1:04:34 you the information to pay us but we'll
1:04:38 get to that like I
1:04:40 said I'm going to be as as professional
1:04:43 as these AI tools are professional so
1:04:47 you can just track if the production
1:04:49 values in this channel go up then that
1:04:52 means that the the quality of AI tools
1:04:54 are going up as
1:04:57 well lunatick I know nothing yeah she's
1:05:00 built 80 gpts and she's still in the I
1:05:02 know nothing Camp we're all in the I
1:05:04 know nothing
1:05:06 Camp refreshed Shore cleaner my name is
1:05:08 Kyle as Kyle's got to stick together
1:05:10 welcome
1:05:12 buddy very very
1:05:15 cool let's go you're the man I'm
1:05:18 talking oh you're the man I'm taking so
1:05:20 many screenshots oh that's awesome yeah
1:05:22 please screenshot away except for last
1:05:24 night when I showed my credit card
1:05:27 information I know there were people
1:05:28 screenshotting that [ __ ] thank God Pate
1:05:30 was in here Pate was like go now cancel
1:05:34 your card now cuz here here's the deal I
1:05:38 was smart enough to turn my camera away
1:05:40 from the screen while I input my stuff
1:05:43 and hit
1:05:45 submit but then I turned it back and
1:05:48 after I hit submit it didn't it didn't
1:05:51 wipe off all my information off the
1:05:53 screen so so I wasn't a total dumb dumb
1:05:58 I was just like 99% dumb dumb I was 1%
1:06:02 fine I was completely aware that what I
1:06:04 was doing was stupid but I turned my
1:06:06 camera away everything was good and then
1:06:09 I just didn't pay attention to
1:06:11 reality but luckily Pate was here and he
1:06:14 saved
1:06:23 me all right Go Lions my home team very
1:06:26 nice Wicked Cowboys got slaughtered that
1:06:29 Cowboys game was embarrassing I mean if
1:06:32 you're if you're a Packers fan I mean
1:06:35 you have like the youngest team in the
1:06:37 in the playoffs just just destroyed them
1:06:41 they just destroyed them Kyle I received
1:06:45 my Pika entrance what now I'm swamped
1:06:47 with business meetings this week help
1:06:50 okay let's go play with Pika we'll teach
1:06:51 you right now Becky um P's kind of cool
1:06:54 it's it's it's actually quite
1:06:56 simple but let's go there let's go there
1:06:59 shall we oh so while we're here let me
1:07:02 make this a little bigger so you can see
1:07:04 it okay so this is the list so where I
1:07:07 am right now is I'm in if you go to the
1:07:10 AI
1:07:11 Salon in the community
1:07:14 section there's this tab called AI tools
1:07:17 and
1:07:20 resources and so there's chat GPT
1:07:25 here's um the big four large language
1:07:28 models here's four other large language
1:07:30 models and then here's image creation
1:07:33 Dolly 3 mid Journey Kaa Deco here
1:07:36 Leonardo and Firefly there's now six of
1:07:39 these that I think are worth play at
1:07:41 least playing with um and then we've got
1:07:44 video creation and the two kind of major
1:07:47 players for text to video or video to
1:07:49 video or image to video are Runway and P
1:07:53 Labs so
1:07:55 so how do you play with
1:08:00 these one of the other things that you
1:08:02 will learn from me here is every time I
1:08:05 go to show one of these sites they
1:08:07 change the interface
1:08:09 so
1:08:14 um okay all right so when you get to pea
1:08:18 I guess you can go watch other people's
1:08:22 videos nice little
1:08:25 Cathedral nice little that it you can
1:08:28 only make 3se second
1:08:30 videos but they're pretty
1:08:33 slick so there's there's three different
1:08:35 ways you can you can make videos one is
1:08:37 you can just describe them so let's go
1:08:41 um let's go
1:08:45 um
1:08:47 turtle
1:08:51 turtle sledding on its
1:08:55 back down a ski
1:09:00 slope with his friends the
1:09:04 llama
1:09:06 and
1:09:12 Hedgehog and then your video will start
1:09:15 generating soon so one way you can play
1:09:17 with it is you just describe what movie
1:09:19 you want and it will make you a movie
1:09:21 the other thing you can
1:09:23 do is you can get rid of the prompt alog
1:09:26 together and you can just upload an
1:09:28 image or a
1:09:30 video so let's go grab an image here oh
1:09:34 she's
1:09:35 scary we we did her last night partner
1:09:39 ever fancy thrilling
1:09:42 ride that was a fake version of me oops
1:09:45 I gotta get hang on let me
1:09:52 go I think a lot of the images I have in
1:09:55 here are just silly
1:09:59 [Music]
1:10:04 things that one could work that one's
1:10:07 good all right we'll open that one up so
1:10:09 I can also put in and I could I could I
1:10:12 could say um
1:10:15 slow panning
1:10:18 shot
1:10:20 that zooms
1:10:23 out
1:10:25 and I can also in the lower right hand
1:10:27 corner here um there's a thing called
1:10:29 motion control so I can I can also put
1:10:33 the motion controls in there so I'm
1:10:35 going to zoom out strength of motion
1:10:37 I'll make that a
1:10:39 two and then I'm going to turn that into
1:10:41 a
1:10:42 movie and so that's going to start with
1:10:44 that image as the starting image and
1:10:45 then we'll do whatever it does here's my
1:10:47 3
1:10:48 second video of the turtle and
1:10:51 the llama and the Hedgehog
1:10:56 not great but you know not
1:11:00 horrible um starting with the starting
1:11:02 image is is uh is good because you at
1:11:07 least know what you're going to get as a
1:11:09 starting point
1:11:13 um and then let's let's see what it does
1:11:16 with this image we'll see we'll see how
1:11:18 this
1:11:23 does
1:11:33 is this free Pika right now is free but
1:11:35 it probably won't be for long um there's
1:11:37 also Leonardo has
1:11:41 free um free video generation as does
1:11:45 Deco here so there's there's a number of
1:11:47 tools right now that do it for free most
1:11:49 of the video tools cost a lot they're
1:11:51 not cheap so um so go play with these
1:11:56 free tools while you got access to them
1:11:59 I think you I think you have to get on
1:12:00 the wait list for PE allthough I think
1:12:02 they did they did give access to
1:12:05 it all right here's this let's see how
1:12:07 it
1:12:13 does where did it
1:12:15 go where's our
1:12:22 video where's our video there it is
1:12:27 whoa look look at the
1:12:30 fire I think I think an an alien invaded
1:12:35 look at this dude he grows he grows like
1:12:38 like six feet tall or 9 fet tall
1:12:45 Z but anyway you
1:12:50 know with a little bit of practice you
1:12:53 can start to get these things decently
1:12:58 predictable um if you want to see what
1:13:01 uh let's see Deco here is a really fun
1:13:03 One
1:13:04 D so you go app and this is in that uh
1:13:09 resources list as well app. deoh here.
1:13:15 a and this is using stable diffusion so
1:13:19 stable
1:13:20 diffusion uh came out with this tool
1:13:22 called um
1:13:25 sdxl
1:13:26 turbo and it it
1:13:29 will render images in real time as I
1:13:33 type so if I
1:13:37 say
1:13:42 um C so
1:13:45 car
1:13:49 tune
1:13:51 style illustration
1:13:57 of
1:13:59 a
1:14:06 turtle on its
1:14:10 back
1:14:13 sledding
1:14:15 down a hill it doesn't like it on its
1:14:18 back
1:14:21 apparently what if I say
1:14:25 and upside down
1:14:32 Turtle sledding down a
1:14:36 hill that one used to have two heads but
1:14:38 somebody chopped off one of the
1:14:41 heads um with his friends the
1:14:47 llama and the
1:14:52 Hedgehog
1:14:54 all right and what's what's cool about
1:14:56 this so so it's rendering that in real
1:14:59 time and then there's you can sort of
1:15:01 slide like to the left and right of this
1:15:04 image
1:15:06 are let me
1:15:10 see are like these
1:15:13 other things that it's come up with so
1:15:17 so you can
1:15:19 just scroll through these and if you see
1:15:22 one you like great and if not you just
1:15:24 modify your
1:15:26 prompt you can also change the aspect
1:15:29 ratio like if I want a tall if I want
1:15:31 something for Tik
1:15:35 Tock I can just do that and then any one
1:15:37 of these any one of
1:15:40 these let's
1:15:43 see yeah that's a good one that one's
1:15:45 like they racing or this one all right
1:15:48 any one of these I can now say generate
1:15:50 video
1:15:51 Bang and so it's now now going to toss
1:15:55 this down here like here's some some
1:15:56 videos I made with this
1:15:58 thing really
1:16:05 nice this one I think's
1:16:08 weird that's that's sort of
1:16:13 normal this one was
1:16:16 bad forget where I did this one where it
1:16:19 did it really good must have been
1:16:22 Runway
1:16:29 slick
1:16:32 right so that's that we'll come back to
1:16:34 that and then the other one you can do
1:16:36 is you can go to
1:16:42 Leonardo
1:16:52 oops
1:16:59 and Leonardo is is primarily an image
1:17:02 generation tool so across the top here
1:17:05 now they've got four different modes
1:17:06 image generation realtime canvas which
1:17:09 is kind of like what I just showed with
1:17:11 that one canvas editor which is
1:17:14 inpainting and out painting and then
1:17:16 motion so with any image that you've got
1:17:19 like if I go to my let me see if I go to
1:17:22 image generation
1:17:25 and I go to any one of my images that
1:17:27 I've
1:17:29 generated let me
1:17:36 see Alchemy upscaler okay so with any
1:17:40 image so here's an image I did of a like
1:17:42 a perfume bottle kind of thing
1:17:47 right
1:17:52 um
1:17:57 and
1:17:58 then for any image in the that you've
1:18:02 created you can generate a video of it
1:18:05 so if I click on generate video I pick
1:18:08 motion strength whether I want it to be
1:18:10 private or public and then I say
1:18:15 generate and where is it generating it
1:18:17 up here yeah it's going to generate a
1:18:19 video
1:18:21 here and so while this is primarily an
1:18:24 image generation tool you can just go
1:18:27 make videos with it as
1:18:30 well so all of these tools are getting
1:18:33 very
1:18:41 very th this is the this channel it does
1:18:46 for
1:18:47 video what what Deco here does for
1:18:51 realistic sledding
1:18:59 animations that's pretty bad uh enjoy
1:19:03 the Jank enjoy the Jank these tools are
1:19:05 going to get very sophisticated very
1:19:08 fast let's go see if this thing
1:19:11 made yeah that's pretty good actually
1:19:14 like that you could that you could use
1:19:17 in a
1:19:19 video
1:19:21 right remember you don't have to pay a
1:19:24 subscription for all things AI if you
1:19:27 have some Hardware yeah so so P's got a
1:19:30 good point there a lot of the stuff that
1:19:32 I'm showing like Leonardo the the thing
1:19:34 that made this image and this this
1:19:36 motion thing this is basically just some
1:19:39 company that that built a web front
1:19:42 end um on top of stable diffusion which
1:19:45 is all open source and free so you can
1:19:48 you can set up your own stable diffusion
1:19:51 um servers either locally if you've got
1:19:53 a GPU or on um like a virtual machine on
1:19:59 um Google collab or you know one of the
1:20:02 virtual machine companies where you're
1:20:03 basically renting GPU time um or you can
1:20:08 use one of these more commercial things
1:20:10 that just make it easier so depending on
1:20:12 your level of geekiness you can do a lot
1:20:14 of this stuff um for free really good
1:20:18 point and if you're like but Kyle I
1:20:20 don't know anything about technology or
1:20:22 computers but guess what you do cuz now
1:20:24 you got chat gp4 that can teach you how
1:20:26 to do all this
1:20:29 [ __ ] and you can keep coming back here
1:20:31 and keep playing and keep meet people
1:20:33 that are experimenting with this and
1:20:34 you'll find someone who you know figured
1:20:37 out how to do something you couldn't
1:20:38 figure out how to do and then you
1:20:39 partner with them and you make something
1:20:41 cool
1:20:43 together you make something cool
1:20:45 together people you just do it you just
1:20:47 get in there and do
1:20:49 it you got to have you got to have your
1:20:52 uh your sense of adventure
1:20:55 intact at this stage of the
1:20:58 industry there are not any manuals for
1:21:01 any of this [ __ ] oh that's a nice one
1:21:03 the AI learning Labs is like a box of
1:21:06 chocolates you never know what you're
1:21:08 going to get oh that's a nice one nice
1:21:11 Papa
1:21:12 JJ very
1:21:16 cool very very nice very nice I like it
1:21:21 I like it I like it so
1:21:23 much I like it so much people can you
1:21:27 create longer videos with um
1:21:31 Runway and I think with P
1:21:39 labs and I'm not sure about um
1:21:44 Leonardo you can extend the video for 4
1:21:47 seconds and you can do that four times
1:21:49 so like Runway you can make a video
1:21:52 that's
1:21:54 uh 18 seconds in
1:21:56 length that's a continuous
1:21:59 shot
1:22:01 um and again that
1:22:04 limitation is going to is going to
1:22:06 quickly the all of these weird
1:22:09 limitations right now where they're just
1:22:11 weird they don't understand the motion
1:22:14 like Runway has this thing where you can
1:22:16 it's called motion brush where you can
1:22:20 select the object that you want to move
1:22:22 in the frame and it'll leave the rest of
1:22:23 the frame intact and just move that
1:22:26 thing um
1:22:30 so probably
1:22:33 within probably by the
1:22:36 Fall these video tools are going to be
1:22:39 really really good like right now the
1:22:41 video tools are eh you can't really use
1:22:44 them you can you
1:22:47 can but you just kind of have to accept
1:22:50 the fact that some of the scenes
1:22:53 people's legs are just going to go
1:22:56 like they're like walking down the
1:22:58 street and all of a sudden the leg will
1:22:59 just go
1:23:01 z um if we could figure out JS to create
1:23:06 these short videos in a loop that would
1:23:08 be useful oh how to create these videos
1:23:10 in a loop well you can you can put
1:23:13 videos in a loop just in iMovie or or
1:23:16 you know Final Cut Pro or
1:23:18 Premiere you can certainly that's
1:23:20 certainly easy enough to
1:23:21 do
1:23:26 um yeah there's ways to do that you know
1:23:29 you you run it and then you run it
1:23:31 backwards and you put that in a loop so
1:23:33 it always starts at the same
1:23:40 point see I would say right now that
1:23:43 the the large language models the word
1:23:46 the word part of chat
1:23:48 GPT probably gets you to like 80 85% of
1:23:53 what you really want the image
1:23:56 Generation stuff right now is probably
1:23:59 like 80 85% of what you want music and
1:24:04 video right now are more like 35 40% of
1:24:08 what you want they're just jankier it's
1:24:10 more complicated to get them right it's
1:24:12 it it it requires a lot more Hardware to
1:24:15 get them right um but there's a lot of
1:24:18 people tossing a lot of money at these
1:24:20 companies and so um these tools are
1:24:23 going to and there's a vested interest
1:24:25 right the company the company that can
1:24:28 figure out the video thing first and it
1:24:30 might be open AI like we don't know we
1:24:31 don't know what they got up their
1:24:33 sleeves right now but the the the one
1:24:36 that can truly start to do cinematic
1:24:40 style like Hollywood
1:24:43 style video that doesn't look
1:24:47 janky that's going to be [ __ ] insane
1:24:50 right you can just ask for what you want
1:24:52 and
1:24:54 just upload a upload a
1:24:59 screenplay that you wrote 30 years
1:25:02 ago and just say go make this
1:25:07 movie and it'll just do
1:25:10 it I don't know that we'll see that in
1:25:12 2024 but we'll see the we'll see the the
1:25:15 seeds of that in
1:25:17 2024 Runway 5sec videos Pika 3 second
1:25:21 Moon Valley 5 Seconds Leonardo 5 Seconds
1:25:23 okay cool that's great Rudy thanks and
1:25:26 and Rudy do you know which ones ex can
1:25:28 extend I know Runway can
1:25:30 extend I don't know about Moon Valley
1:25:33 and P I think P can as well and I don't
1:25:35 know about
1:25:37 Leonardo do artists in the AI Salon
1:25:40 share the
1:25:43 platform their artworks are generated
1:25:46 with sometimes they do sometimes they
1:25:48 don't um we encourage people especially
1:25:51 if they've got a new tool so so one of
1:25:54 the things that's been happening in the
1:25:56 AI salon right now
1:25:58 is people are getting excited about
1:26:00 different tools other than just image
1:26:02 tools right it was image tools for a
1:26:04 while so it was all pictures now people
1:26:07 are excited about sunno um song
1:26:09 generation so we're getting a lot of
1:26:11 songs in show and tell people are really
1:26:13 excited about the gpts they're building
1:26:15 so they're sharing their gpts some
1:26:18 people are getting excited about video
1:26:19 so they're sharing an image that they
1:26:22 created and it turned into a video or
1:26:24 they just put the video up there what I
1:26:25 can tell you about the a AI Salon is
1:26:28 that if anyone does anything there that
1:26:30 you are like oh I want to know how they
1:26:32 do that ask them for the most part
1:26:35 people are just like sure here's how I
1:26:37 did it here's the tools I used like if
1:26:39 they're not putting that stuff up there
1:26:41 it's it's more an oversight than than a
1:26:43 you know they're purposefully trying to
1:26:45 not put it in there that's very much the
1:26:47 the spirit of the salon is we want
1:26:50 people sharing what they're learning
1:26:53 and if you're reticent to share what
1:26:55 you're learning listen you don't have to
1:26:56 give away all the secret sauce if you
1:26:58 figured something out that people are
1:27:00 willing to pay you for and you don't
1:27:02 want to give away the keys to the
1:27:04 kingdom that's fine but what I can tell
1:27:06 you is
1:27:07 this anything that you're doing right
1:27:10 now that you
1:27:11 think excuse me is proprietary and
1:27:15 interesting 6 months from now is going
1:27:17 to be irrelevant and boring because the
1:27:20 tools are moving so fast that everything
1:27:24 that we're doing now all of the little
1:27:26 workflows we have okay I take this tool
1:27:29 I I go to 11 labs and I make an audio
1:27:31 file and I make a voice model and then I
1:27:33 and then I go to chat GPT and I write
1:27:35 the thing there and I take it to 11 labs
1:27:37 and I make the audio file then I go to
1:27:39 did and and I take the image from mid
1:27:41 journey and I put this all that
1:27:45 [ __ ] is just going to blow up when
1:27:47 someone releases a model that does all
1:27:49 that stuff with a single
1:27:51 prompt and that's like it it's that's
1:27:54 coming so why not share what you're
1:27:59 learning and that's the community that
1:28:02 that that is happening and it's it's
1:28:05 really it's really really
1:28:07 exciting am I out of my depth dad makes
1:28:10 dinner it depends how good your dinner
1:28:15 is like if you've got kids that are
1:28:19 expecting gourmet food and you're just
1:28:21 making craft macaroni and cheese or
1:28:23 worse yet generic brand macaroni and
1:28:26 cheese yeah I would say you're out of
1:28:28 your depth for this AI [ __ ] no you're
1:28:30 not out of your
1:28:31 depth it looks like my Wi-Fi just went
1:28:34 poopy so I don't know if you can still
1:28:36 hear me or see me can you tap the the
1:28:38 Hardy Hearts tap the screen to let me
1:28:41 know if you can hear
1:28:46 me it looks like I am dead am I
1:28:51 dead mm
1:29:05 all right now you can hear me okay
1:29:07 glitching yeah I know I got a I got a
1:29:09 thing it said my Wi-Fi
1:29:12 went forever hooked I'm 57 and feel
1:29:15 overwhelmed and out of my depth too so
1:29:18 so yeah so so Dad for dinner um we see
1:29:22 you okay
1:29:22 Dad for dinner I was kind of making fun
1:29:24 of you with the with the you might be
1:29:26 out of your depth with cooking we are
1:29:28 all out of our depth with generative AI
1:29:31 every single human being on the planet
1:29:32 right now is out of their depth with
1:29:34 generative
1:29:36 AI you're not as far behind as you think
1:29:39 you know more than you think you do and
1:29:41 everyone feels like this every single
1:29:44 everyone
1:29:46 everyone
1:29:50 everyone because here's why
1:29:54 stuff is moving so fast and these tools
1:29:58 are so
1:29:59 foreign to how
1:30:02 we have learned how to work over the
1:30:06 past five six seven
1:30:10 decades that we're we're all
1:30:12 experimenting right now we're all like
1:30:14 okay what does it mean if I used to take
1:30:18 four hours to
1:30:21 write you know a 2500w
1:30:25 article the first draft of it after I've
1:30:28 done my research
1:30:29 right it took me four hours to get to my
1:30:32 first draft and then I would have to go
1:30:33 do the research and then i' have to go
1:30:35 do this and then I have to go do that
1:30:37 and so over the course of a week I could
1:30:40 put together one 2500w article what
1:30:43 happens when I can now write that 2500w
1:30:46 article well
1:30:48 researched and decently written that
1:30:51 follows my right writing style in 15
1:30:54 minutes what
1:30:57 changes [ __ ] everything and then what
1:31:01 changes when not only can I write the
1:31:04 article but I can also generate images
1:31:06 to illustrate the article where before I
1:31:09 might have used an outside illustrator
1:31:11 or I use stock photography or stock
1:31:17 illustration and now what happens when I
1:31:19 can turn that article into an
1:31:20 interactive GPT which is really like an
1:31:22 application where people can ask
1:31:24 questions about my point of view on this
1:31:27 particular topic and it can generate
1:31:31 images I don't know what the
1:31:33 implications to that are like is that
1:31:37 article writer going to feel completely
1:31:39 out of their depth
1:31:43 absolutely are they going to like what
1:31:45 the new reality is some are going to
1:31:48 [ __ ] love it others are going to be
1:31:51 like this is the worst thing
1:31:54 ever but none of us know what we're
1:31:58 doing what the implications
1:32:01 are what our jobs might look
1:32:05 like what we might enjoy doing more than
1:32:08 what we do
1:32:09 now like if you had the
1:32:15 capability so so I'll give you I'll give
1:32:17 you just some insight into my crazy
1:32:20 straw brain and add stuff
1:32:24 I was I was an only child says a lot um
1:32:28 I was an only child so I was I had to
1:32:30 entertain
1:32:31 myself and so my MO is that if I have an
1:32:35 idea for a project I try to do it on my
1:32:39 own and then
1:32:41 so Al I I'll be like well I got to write
1:32:44 the words and then I got to do the
1:32:47 images and so I'll go to photoshop or
1:32:49 illustrator and try to do them and I'm
1:32:51 like shitty at illust illustration I'm
1:32:52 really shitty at it I'm okay with
1:32:54 words but I'm shitty at illustration I
1:32:57 know a little bit about music and I know
1:32:59 a little bit about this but like I just
1:33:02 I just sort of suffer through being like
1:33:05 okay at this one thing and then really
1:33:08 shitty at all this other stuff and I
1:33:10 just try to do it
1:33:11 all and I never really got good at at
1:33:15 you know doing it with other people
1:33:16 other than you know when I start a
1:33:17 business you you kind of learn how to do
1:33:20 that but just just my my like default MO
1:33:23 is let me just try to build
1:33:25 it well
1:33:28 now I can be really good
1:33:31 at 7 8 10 12 20 different disciplines
1:33:37 because these AI tools are letting me do
1:33:40 it so what does that mean for the
1:33:43 specialist who went to school for 8
1:33:46 years to specialize in this one thing
1:33:49 and has been in a career for 20 years
1:33:51 doing that one thing thing if all of a
1:33:53 sudden that person can now do all this
1:33:55 other
1:33:57 [ __ ] is that a good thing or a bad thing
1:34:00 I don't know it depends on their
1:34:02 personality if if their self-worth and
1:34:04 their value is on Crafting that single
1:34:08 thing that they if they take great pride
1:34:10 in that then all this nonsense is going
1:34:13 to feel like an absolute Invasion to
1:34:16 them and threatening and
1:34:20 existential however if they have been
1:34:23 doing that thing for 20 years and
1:34:24 they're like but what I always wanted to
1:34:26 do was
1:34:27 direct you know the classic actor
1:34:32 Trope well all of a sudden maybe now
1:34:34 they can direct so for some people these
1:34:37 new tools are going to be incredibly
1:34:40 freeing
1:34:42 but we're all out of our depth right now
1:34:45 all of us all of us all of us so what do
1:34:48 you do join communities like the AI
1:34:51 salon
1:34:52 show up to these things regularly I'm
1:34:54 here every
1:34:55 night um until further
1:34:59 notice I I
1:35:01 mean I've been doing this since April
1:35:04 seven nights a week with couple of
1:35:06 exceptions but most nights a
1:35:13 week Kyle is my brother we were
1:35:15 separated at Birth apparently I know we
1:35:18 have very similar backgrounds Source
1:35:20 camp very
1:35:23 funny and it's you
1:35:28 know these tools for for for uh what do
1:35:33 they call it multi- potential ites that
1:35:35 that's my favorite new politically
1:35:37 correct term for batshit crazy ADHD
1:35:40 freak uh I'm a multi- potential light oh
1:35:43 you're [ __ ] nuts awesome
1:35:48 um this is we're we're moving into the
1:35:53 era where multi- potential ites are
1:35:55 going to be highly valued sounds like a
1:35:58 lot of people who hate their jobs or
1:36:00 Jazz I Pate I I I really think so I
1:36:03 really think that and and what's what
1:36:06 what I think I I think something's going
1:36:08 to happen p and I've seen I've seen
1:36:10 little hints of it here and
1:36:12 there I think that there are people that
1:36:15 do their jobs right
1:36:17 now that don't know that they hate
1:36:20 them that they that that they're like
1:36:23 well this is what I went to school for
1:36:25 and this is what I do and I do this and
1:36:27 it's good and I it pays good and this
1:36:29 and
1:36:32 that and and they
1:36:34 have
1:36:37 compartmentalized
1:36:39 that as well that's my job that's what I
1:36:43 do and then these AI tools come along
1:36:46 and they kind of you know you have your
1:36:47 Kevin McAllister moment this
1:36:50 moment
1:36:53 and and kind of the the the world opens
1:36:56 up and you you see all of this
1:36:59 possibility and so I think there are
1:37:01 going to be a lot of
1:37:03 people that start playing with AI and
1:37:06 they're like oh this is kind of fun I'm
1:37:07 just making songs on the side they're
1:37:09 just really not that good to all of a
1:37:10 sudden like yeah I'm I'm an AI musician
1:37:13 now and then it's just going to be like
1:37:14 I'm a m music now and I'm pursuing this
1:37:18 I I think people are going to discover
1:37:20 that they don't actually like what
1:37:23 they've been doing and if AI can
1:37:25 automate that [ __ ] and free them to do
1:37:28 something else I think people are going
1:37:30 to
1:37:31 Blossom I think there going to be other
1:37:33 people that it just freaks them the [ __ ]
1:37:35 out and they shut down but I think like
1:37:37 what I'm experiencing in this channel is
1:37:39 a lot of people are discovering whole
1:37:42 new avenues of
1:37:44 talent that they're like oh my God this
1:37:46 is so exciting right best GPT
1:37:50 program and can AI illustrate my book
1:37:54 yes and in fact go to go to the GPT
1:37:58 store so so the best GPT program I
1:38:02 assume you mean like chat GPT the the
1:38:05 best large language model the best large
1:38:08 language model right now by far is chat
1:38:12 GPT chat GPT 4 so you have to pay for
1:38:16 chat GPT plus which is 20 bucks a month
1:38:19 or you use Microsoft co-pilot which is
1:38:23 which is based on the same
1:38:26 thing and that's
1:38:29 free there are other tools out there
1:38:32 that are better at some things like
1:38:36 perplexity doai is really good if you
1:38:40 need to research stuff and you need
1:38:42 citations and and you you it's it's not
1:38:45 about creative writing it's about
1:38:48 research perplexity is really good for
1:38:50 that
1:38:54 um Pi is really good at conversational
1:38:58 AI so you download the PI app Pi it's
1:39:02 really good for talking to so different
1:39:04 different gpts are are better for
1:39:06 different things what was the second
1:39:08 half of that
1:39:10 question oh and can it illustrate your
1:39:12 book yeah chat GPT 4 here
1:39:20 look
1:39:23 let me go chat GPT chat GPT so I'm in
1:39:27 chat GPT 4 I'm going to
1:39:36 say I'd like to write a children's
1:39:40 book that is inspired by R
1:39:43 doll
1:39:46 and has the illustration style
1:39:50 of
1:39:52 early Alice and Wonderland books
1:39:57 period I want to write a children's book
1:40:03 for third to fifth
1:40:06 graders that gives good lessons on the
1:40:10 importance of
1:40:13 creativity and keeping an adventurous
1:40:16 attitude throughout life period I'd like
1:40:21 to
1:40:24 incorporate Turtles llamas
1:40:28 hedgehogs
1:40:31 raccoons
1:40:32 kangaroos gummy
1:40:34 bears and blue rubber
1:40:37 ducks as animals that are
1:40:42 featured and I want the book to be 10
1:40:45 pages long period can you please write
1:40:47 the first
1:40:49 draft all right
1:40:58 so now it's writing so text in a magical
1:41:01 land of gummy of gummy Glenn where gummy
1:41:05 bears could walk and talk there lived a
1:41:07 marvelous creature there live marvelous
1:41:09 creatures wise Turtles playful llamas
1:41:12 curious hedgehogs clever
1:41:14 raccoons oops that's capturing all
1:41:20 that
1:41:22 um so there's all our there's there's
1:41:24 our 10 pages okay great so
1:41:27 now watch
1:41:30 this please create 16
1:41:35 by9 wide
1:41:38 illustrations for each page of the book
1:41:50 please
1:41:57 so it's going to create the first image
1:41:59 so the first image
1:42:01 is a colorful map of gummy Glenn showing
1:42:05 different habitats for each
1:42:08 animal there you
1:42:09 go so so yes yes it can illustrate your
1:42:13 book now that's without trying right
1:42:15 that's me just being a
1:42:17 dummy so imagine if you actually had an
1:42:20 idea for a book and you had a Clear
1:42:23 Vision for your illustration
1:42:34 style actually I'll let this do this I
1:42:37 think I can even have it assemble this
1:42:39 into a Word document that I can
1:42:42 download assemble these
1:42:44 images with the the text of the
1:42:49 book into a PDF with one image and one
1:42:53 text block per
1:42:56 page is CNN a good AI
1:43:00 tool for writing AI Bots tasks
1:43:04 CNN do you mean chat
1:43:07 GPT cuz CNN's not a very good AI tool at
1:43:12 all some people are so up in arms about
1:43:14 people stealing art copy with AI 85 to
1:43:17 90% of it for fun right now not even
1:43:20 commercial reasons
1:43:22 Yep this is why my bot gets mad at that
1:43:24 and insist I ask someone else he's the
1:43:26 oldest child of
1:43:28 four um take
1:43:40 medication holy High hell the junk mail
1:43:48 comment are people in here advertising
1:43:51 in and
1:43:56 marketing how many do we have now we got
1:43:58 one 2 three four five six 7 all right we
1:44:03 got three more this won't take that long
1:44:06 this is Art best GPT program can it
1:44:09 illustrate my book we're doing that
1:44:11 right now OMG I'm a multi-passionate Nut
1:44:14 AKA ADHD nut Lisa Torres welcome to the
1:44:17 club thank you for being a subscriber by
1:44:20 the way um yeah
1:44:24 listen these AI tools are super powers
1:44:29 for for ADHD brains I think I've always
1:44:33 hated jobs sorry yeah me too me too I
1:44:38 well it's that's why like I have I have
1:44:40 to be an entrepreneur because I like
1:44:42 working for someone else I just I can't
1:44:45 I can't do it all right so gummy Glen
1:44:48 map so it's done all this stuff now it's
1:44:51 labeling our our things so now we're
1:44:54 going to try this all right uh oh crap
1:44:57 regenerate so let me stop
1:45:00 it here's something I don't know if you
1:45:02 knew this okay so it just it just
1:45:05 crapped out after it made all those
1:45:07 images and so I had it regenerate and
1:45:10 now all those images are lost but look
1:45:12 at this do you see this right here this
1:45:14 two of two I don't Irregulars if you're
1:45:17 in here pay attention to this cuz this
1:45:19 is something that I didn't know about
1:45:20 until like a month ago
1:45:23 um it retains different versions of the
1:45:26 same prompt so I can go back and see the
1:45:28 previous the previous
1:45:32 stuff Isn't that
1:45:39 cool but now what I'm going to do is I'm
1:45:41 going to say oops I'm going to
1:45:45 say
1:45:49 um please
1:45:54 assemble each Illustrated image you
1:45:57 created into a PDF
1:46:01 file where each page has the text for
1:46:04 that page and the illustration for that
1:46:09 page nicely
1:46:12 designed and make that file downloadable
1:46:15 for
1:46:18 me so we'll see
1:46:26 oh now yeah see because it because it
1:46:28 lost them all it's it's it's confused
1:46:31 but anyway using Code interpreter you
1:46:33 you can actually turn that into like a
1:46:35 downloadable Word file or a downloadable
1:46:38 PDF and also let's go to let's go look
1:46:41 explore gpts I guarantee you there are
1:46:43 children's so let's do
1:46:47 children's
1:46:49 ch
1:46:51 Ren's
1:46:54 book guaranteed storybook Sketcher by
1:46:57 Kyle Shannon hey that's
1:47:07 me children's story book
1:47:11 generator with a thousand well you can
1:47:13 use mine but mine story book Sketcher
1:47:16 was something that I created on one of
1:47:17 these lives so so I don't think it's
1:47:19 very good but children's story book
1:47:22 generator probably is decent let's
1:47:24 create a
1:47:27 story sounds like a wonderful idea first
1:47:31 can you tell me the age of the children
1:47:32 or child who's being created for
1:47:45 seven twin
1:47:49 boys twin boys named Zachary and
1:47:52 Oliver who are sweet and funloving and
1:47:57 love video
1:48:14 games
1:48:19 um
1:48:25 the setting is a Swiss Ski
1:48:27 Lodge set in the
1:48:43 future yes rhyming verses are
1:48:49 great
1:48:59 yes images for
1:49:06 [Applause]
1:49:19 sure
1:49:27 so and now I can
1:49:30 say please make the
1:49:38 images so you know so it wrote the book
1:49:42 it put it put where the images are going
1:49:44 to go um and then it says this GPT was
1:49:46 created by AI educator Dan Fitzpatrick
1:49:49 and it's got a link to his site
1:49:53 awesome and then there you
1:49:56 go there's there's there's my boys when
1:49:59 they were seven actually not not too far
1:50:08 off a futuristic Swiss Chalet
1:50:14 nice they found a crazy
1:50:19 map
1:50:35 out of curiosity did you know Kyle been
1:50:37 offered six figures to stop teaching us
1:50:39 about chat
1:50:41 GPT listen if someone offered me [ __ ]
1:50:44 six figures to stop talking about chat
1:50:45 gbt we'd be talking about Bard pate if
1:50:49 there's a uh
1:50:51 if Sergey if Sergey um has a a bounty
1:50:56 for for chat gbt influencers to stop
1:50:59 talking about it I am totally
1:51:06 bribable actually look at these images
1:51:08 this is cool they got to the Swiss
1:51:10 Chalet they found a crazy map they went
1:51:12 on an adventure they ended up in the in
1:51:14 the cuckoo cave with all the crazy crazy
1:51:18 robots and animals the magical cave
1:51:21 friendly robotic creatures sharing
1:51:23 stories and
1:51:24 laughter that's super
1:51:28 cool Kyle was offered six figures to not
1:51:31 talk about chaty BT it's all I [ __ ]
1:51:34 do is talk about chaty BT this is
1:51:37 incredible what's going on in here um
1:51:41 and I can publish it with no problem yes
1:51:43 you can publish it with no problem um
1:51:46 you might not be able to copyright the
1:51:49 images but even that's Up For
1:51:53 Debate we'll check a to like like here's
1:51:56 what I would say like you're not going
1:51:57 to get in trouble for generating images
1:51:59 and putting them in a book and
1:52:00 Publishing them that that will not get
1:52:02 you in trouble okay a great a grand
1:52:07 massive very shitty misconception about
1:52:11 AI generation is that these tools are
1:52:14 copying and pasting from other people's
1:52:16 work it's not what's happening it's not
1:52:19 how they work it's not how the images
1:52:21 are created it's not how the words are
1:52:23 created it's not what they're doing
1:52:27 now have these models all been trained
1:52:30 on a bunch of copywritten work yes is
1:52:34 there a real significant gray area that
1:52:37 needs to be dealt with yes but they are
1:52:41 not copying and pasting from other
1:52:43 people's work period end of story if you
1:52:46 understand how these tools work you'll
1:52:48 you'll understand why the
1:52:51 original um Source images music words
1:52:56 documents cease to exist when they get
1:52:59 embedded into these systems they
1:53:01 basically get turned into these
1:53:03 wild thousand dimensional mathematical
1:53:06 Vector spaces that have no idea what's
1:53:08 in them it it's it's funky and wild how
1:53:12 it works but it's not copying and
1:53:15 pasting this is the characterization of
1:53:19 chat GPT is the word world's greatest
1:53:20 plagiarism machine is just
1:53:24 wrong it's just it's just wrong it's
1:53:27 just not what it is
1:53:31 anyway all
1:53:32 right we'll check a tool wait will you
1:53:35 check a tool out for me Kyle I've only
1:53:37 looked at it on the phone which which
1:53:38 tool joker I'm happy
1:53:41 to wonder how he got the consistency in
1:53:45 the images he
1:53:49 probably
1:53:50 trying to see if they're actually
1:53:58 consistent it it it depends he he may
1:54:02 have he may have in his prompting
1:54:05 included a specific illustrator to
1:54:07 follow the style of and then if and if
1:54:10 he prompted it correctly for the when
1:54:12 someone describes their character you
1:54:14 know always describe it you know with
1:54:17 consistent age hair color eye color you
1:54:20 know skin color
1:54:22 whatever
1:54:24 um might be a way to do it or we might
1:54:26 have just gotten lucky
1:54:28 here the the the character consistency I
1:54:31 did see there's a there's an app out
1:54:33 right now I forget what it's called
1:54:35 that's doing really consistent
1:54:37 characters but you have to do a lot of
1:54:39 setup to get
1:54:40 them will I check out the tool speech
1:54:44 key.org speeech k.org
1:54:48 sure let's go look look at speech
1:54:50 key.org
1:54:53 speech key.org
1:54:59 a voice generator with realistic text to
1:55:05 speech find us in the chat GPT
1:55:14 plugins we can compare this to 11
1:55:17 Labs sign in to plugin
1:55:25 hello there I am going to show you how
1:55:27 to use speech key for project recording
1:55:29 let's start to get started click the
1:55:31 Crea a project button F in the require
1:55:34 we don't need no stinking
1:55:37 manual we need
1:55:40 text oh let's go get some of our text
1:55:43 from
1:55:44 our gummy Glenn
1:55:48 adventure oh wait where's 's the where's
1:55:50 the one we just
1:55:52 did here this
1:55:54 one cuz this
1:56:03 has all right so we're going to go over
1:56:05 to speech key we're going to pop
1:56:10 in that we're going to select a
1:56:19 speaker
1:56:48 bra we got a lot of voices the term
1:56:51 happiness is used in the context of the
1:56:54 term
1:56:55 happiness in a thrilling night on the
1:56:57 ice frostbite Guardian SEC meditation
1:57:01 can change meditation can change
1:57:06 the the term happiness is used in the
1:57:08 context the term happiness is used in
1:57:11 the context of mental or emotional
1:57:13 States including positive or Pleasant
1:57:16 emot the term happiness is used in
1:57:20 introducing Blossom enchantment a
1:57:22 fragrance that
1:57:37 trans recording voice over that's going
1:57:40 to piss off the voiceover
1:57:44 people it ain't recording [ __ ] people
1:57:47 it's
1:57:48 generating
1:57:51 voiceover act I did a I did a workshop
1:57:53 for a bunch of VoiceOver
1:57:56 actors they were not excited about this
1:57:59 whole new reality as you can
1:58:04 imagine their jobs are not in
1:58:08 jeopardy well for certain jobs they are
1:58:12 for certain jobs like voicemail phone
1:58:14 trees and stuff like
1:58:17 that there are but within a year
1:58:20 it's there's going to be
1:58:22 no other than relationships you'll be
1:58:25 able to just do stuff like in a lodge
1:58:27 gleaming bright where snowflakes dance
1:58:30 day and night lived twin boys Zach and
1:58:32 olly true with hearts of gold and
1:58:34 laughter two both loved games pixels
1:58:38 yeah I mean I would say this is on par
1:58:40 with with 11 Labs
1:58:43 Joker um it's it's a little it's a
1:58:46 little sort of staccato and and robotic
1:58:49 like like like all of these things are
1:58:50 they don't they don't have they lack
1:58:53 Dynamics in In Cadence and
1:58:57 tamber um they all do um that's the
1:59:00 stuff that I think will will get
1:59:03 improved um but yeah it's I mean this is
1:59:06 fine I don't know is it
1:59:08 free says upgrade to premium
1:59:11 free two free voice Generations per
1:59:15 month for
1:59:17 free or or 10 bucks a month monthly I'm
1:59:21 guessing yeah nine bucks a
1:59:24 month 10 voice
1:59:35 Generations this is
1:59:37 expensive 25 bucks a month for 30 so
1:59:42 it's basically a dollar per voice
1:59:46 generation 24 bucks for 30 voice
1:59:49 Generations per
1:59:51 month that's that's [ __ ] expensive so
1:59:54 I assume this is
1:59:57 probably built on top
2:00:01 of 11 Labs is my guess or something like
2:00:05 it it it could be one of the open source
2:00:08 ones but this is this is very
2:00:12 expensive
2:00:15 [Music]
2:00:18 so
2:00:20 fantastic Bob tell him what he's won he
2:00:23 hasn't won anything this isn't a game
2:00:26 show why do you always say
2:00:30 that I like having people win
2:00:33 things you're
2:00:37 unemployed you've won a new
2:00:41 car no they haven't won a new car and
2:00:43 they'd have to pay taxes on it
2:00:45 anyway why do you talk like
2:00:48 that
2:00:50 fantastic Bob tell him what he's
2:00:59 won is this not a form of plagiarism no
2:01:03 it is
2:01:05 not the G in GPT stands for generative
2:01:08 which means the the content that's being
2:01:12 written is being
2:01:15 generated as original content each and
2:01:18 every time it's not copying and
2:01:22 pasting you can try the image D it works
2:01:25 a little I know nothing about it um for
2:01:30 sure should have taken the training is
2:01:33 there a voice cloning plugin for GPT yet
2:01:37 a voice cloning plugin for
2:01:42 GPT yeah that that one I was just at
2:01:46 um had a GPT
2:01:48 plugin I'm sure if you go if you go look
2:01:51 in the plugin store there's a bunch of
2:01:53 maybe even someone's done something with
2:01:55 11 Labs Pro probably
2:02:05 Rudy you can make money with Chachi P we
2:02:09 like to win-win
2:02:16 winner drous d house man I'm so into
2:02:21 this Stephen hey Kyle did you look up
2:02:24 search superpower GPT I did not I can
2:02:28 let me go look at
2:02:32 [Music]
2:02:35 it
2:02:40 search
2:02:42 super
2:02:45 power nothing showed
2:02:48 up
2:02:52 it's not showing
2:02:54 up super search buddy super search
2:03:00 engine and none of these have
2:03:11 any summarize recent articles on space
2:03:14 exploration searching with
2:03:18 Bing
2:03:21 Denver snow 1 to four inches likely
2:03:23 tomorrow
2:03:34 yay yeah I couldn't find it um what
2:03:36 would you like to show wait what would
2:03:38 you like to
2:03:41 show what would you like to show
2:03:44 Advanced chat GPT users Brandon fer 84
2:03:49 I don't quite understand the
2:03:52 question
2:03:54 like like so so here's
2:03:59 what if you're an advanced chat GPT user
2:04:02 I don't know what Advanced
2:04:04 means I I really don't because it's like
2:04:07 there's there are so many levels of this
2:04:12 [ __ ] or not show tell that's not what I
2:04:14 want I want AI tools and resources
2:04:18 so what I would say
2:04:22 is as an advanced chat GPT user I would
2:04:26 say have you fully exploited chat GPT
2:04:30 3.5
2:04:32 um like do you understand that it's
2:04:36 faster are you regularly using custom
2:04:39 instructions do you even know what
2:04:40 custom instructions are um and have you
2:04:44 played with conversational chat GPT in
2:04:47 the app in the IOS and Android app
2:04:50 so I would kind of start with with that
2:04:52 as a base and then for chat
2:04:54 gp4
2:04:56 um have you compared chat GPT 3.5 with
2:05:02 chat GPT 4 text generation do you
2:05:04 understand why it's better or which one
2:05:06 might be better better for certain kinds
2:05:08 of things there might be certain kinds
2:05:10 of writing that 3.5 is better for than
2:05:15 four there might not um have you fully
2:05:20 exploited internet access do you
2:05:22 understand like what it means to have a
2:05:23 large language model that's got access
2:05:25 to Internet access are you keeping up to
2:05:28 date with how well it does it
2:05:32 um code interpreter have you used
2:05:35 Advanced Data analysis in in a in a deep
2:05:39 in in a fairly deep and fundamental way
2:05:41 I quite frankly I feel like code
2:05:43 interpreter that feature alone within
2:05:45 chat
2:05:47 GPT if you consider yourself an advanced
2:05:50 chat GPT user and and you haven't deeply
2:05:54 explored code interpreter and what it is
2:05:56 and what it makes possible and what it
2:05:58 could do that feels like a you you could
2:06:02 that feels like you could spend months
2:06:03 on it to really understand what that
2:06:05 makes
2:06:06 possible um you can do everything from
2:06:10 you know analyze CSV files to parsing
2:06:14 PDF files to doing image
2:06:17 analysis um
2:06:20 on you know how files are constructed
2:06:23 and and what data is inside them to
2:06:26 Turning um still images into animations
2:06:29 I mean it like this this this is so deep
2:06:34 like really understand what are the
2:06:36 libraries that what are the python
2:06:38 libraries that code interpreter has
2:06:40 access to what do those libraries make
2:06:42 possible and have you explored all of
2:06:44 that like that it feels like you can
2:06:46 spend months on that then there's G PPT
2:06:49 Vision uploading images just to have it
2:06:52 look at the contents of an image and um
2:06:56 really understanding how to prompt chat
2:06:58 GPT with images then there's dolly3
2:07:01 image generation like how good are you
2:07:03 at at you know Dolly 3 and again that
2:07:07 one runs really deep you know have you
2:07:10 done tests with prompt Co prompt
2:07:12 coherence try to get it to include 25
2:07:15 items in an image and see how well it
2:07:18 does it and how do you prompt it in such
2:07:20 a way that you can increase the
2:07:22 predictability of that um and then
2:07:24 there's the create and share custom gpts
2:07:27 like how deep have you gone in creating
2:07:29 and sharing custom gpts so I I feel like
2:07:35 that's like like that's that's a deep
2:07:39 deep um that's a deep deep well and then
2:07:43 and then there's the playground like go
2:07:47 develop applications
2:07:49 um using traditional coding or using low
2:07:52 code tools like zappier with with the
2:07:55 the open Ai apis and you know go make
2:07:58 your own version of a GPT but embedded
2:08:03 on a website so I just I I I I
2:08:06 personally feel like I could
2:08:10 spend the next two years if I really
2:08:14 wanted to dig deep into into AI I get
2:08:18 spend the next 2 years just on chat GPT
2:08:22 as it is
2:08:24 today not with the advancements that are
2:08:27 coming
2:08:29 and not scratch the surface of it like
2:08:32 that's how that's how sort of deep and
2:08:34 profound I think it
2:08:35 is um
2:08:37 so so so I would sort of you know I
2:08:42 would say deeply understand what tools
2:08:45 are there and then to the extent that
2:08:47 you understand each one of them those
2:08:49 then I think you're an advanced
2:08:52 user but I don't know I mean again I
2:08:55 don't know like I none of us are experts
2:08:57 at this right now like I don't know how
2:08:59 deep that well goes like it might be
2:09:01 possible to tap it out I haven't come
2:09:02 [ __ ]
2:09:07 close my workd daughter tells our
2:09:10 co-workers that Kyle knows me and does
2:09:13 his lives for
2:09:15 me it's true Joy pry I do these are for
2:09:19 you um is this list available anywhere
2:09:22 yes this list is at the AI salon
2:09:26 so if you go to
2:09:33 there go to the salon. that's going to
2:09:36 take you to a link tree the first link
2:09:39 is to the AI Salon community and that's
2:09:42 it's a mighty networks site it's free it
2:09:45 doesn't cost anything when you get to
2:09:48 that site
2:09:49 go to the there's a tab right near the
2:09:51 top that says about the salon read about
2:09:54 the salon read about what we're up up to
2:09:56 and read about what our values
2:09:58 are and it's a community there's about
2:10:01 700 people in the community right now we
2:10:03 just we just switched over from Discord
2:10:05 to Mighty networks to make it more
2:10:07 accessible Mighty networks is just a
2:10:09 web-based Community Management
2:10:12 tool and read about what we're up to
2:10:15 it's an amazing group of people and then
2:10:18 just explore the community and go into
2:10:20 Show and Tell and then in the community
2:10:23 section there's a thing called AI tools
2:10:24 and resources and that curated list that
2:10:27 includes all that chat GPT stuff I just
2:10:30 talked about that's all in there as are
2:10:33 a bunch of image tools and video tools
2:10:35 and 3D tools and music
2:10:37 tools I would suggest you also try other
2:10:40 models that aren't only chat GPT
2:10:42 absolutely Pate so here let me show you
2:10:45 P pate's got a really good point um so
2:10:49 I was answering the question you know
2:10:51 someone said if I'm an advanced chat GPT
2:10:53 user you know what what else would I do
2:10:55 in chat GPT I do all that but then the
2:10:59 next eight tools after chat GPT in this
2:11:03 list are things that I think everyone
2:11:06 who considers themselves AI literate
2:11:08 should at least play with Claude Bard
2:11:12 perplexity and Microsoft
2:11:15 co-pilot are kind of the big four below
2:11:18 chat
2:11:19 gbt um barred as soon as they launch
2:11:23 Gemini Ultra which is hopefully sooner
2:11:26 than later but my guess is end of
2:11:28 February probably March but hopefully
2:11:31 sooner paint any news there um that's
2:11:36 this potentially gets really good and
2:11:38 could challenge chat gp4 it's not there
2:11:41 yet then there are um what I call the
2:11:44 specialty large language models pi grock
2:11:48 llama 2 llama 2 is actually a whole
2:11:51 world of Open Source made possible
2:11:54 because meta um released the Llama 2
2:11:58 large language model source code
2:12:00 basically so the open source Community
2:12:02 is doing all sorts of amazing [ __ ] and
2:12:05 then you got Po and then you've got
2:12:07 image generation tools you've got video
2:12:10 generation tools music generation tools
2:12:13 an audio and then
2:12:14 3D so all of this stuff's in this uh AI
2:12:18 tools and
2:12:21 resources all
2:12:23 [Music]
2:12:26 right how to write a resume based on a
2:12:29 job
2:12:31 description um copy and paste your
2:12:34 LinkedIn profile and then copy and paste
2:12:36 the job description have it rewrite your
2:12:39 resume based on the job description have
2:12:41 it rewrite your um letter to that hiring
2:12:46 manager based on your resume and
2:12:50 done and then how to write a business
2:12:52 plan based on market analysis have it do
2:12:55 the market analysis and then have it
2:12:56 write you a business plan based on the
2:12:58 market analysis that it
2:13:03 did any ideas when G Gemini Ultra is
2:13:06 coming out Pate knows but he won't tell
2:13:08 us because he's a
2:13:10 meanie and it was you know and the other
2:13:13 thing here's here's the thing about Pate
2:13:15 he's a super meanie but then the other
2:13:17 night he was like oh I can't really chat
2:13:19 too much I've just got a baby that fell
2:13:21 asleep on my lap so he's trying to
2:13:23 soften us up like he's a sweetheart but
2:13:26 we know he's a
2:13:29 meanie uh uh uh uh uh uh uh Rudy any
2:13:32 idea oh yeah um the API from Google is
2:13:35 so easy and fun with Gemini Pro I'm I'm
2:13:38 right there with you Rudy I want I want
2:13:40 Gemini Ultra like yesterday
2:13:43 so yes yeah P Pate said to Rudy yes but
2:13:47 I can't tell you see I told you he was a
2:13:49 meanie the the whole baby thing is just
2:13:51 a ruse it's just a ruse to make us think
2:13:53 he's got you know a heart no no no we
2:13:56 know better G damn it please say it's in
2:13:59 the next few months it's

2:14:33 basically use R rented gpts in the cloud
2:14:36 is a way that you can you can run it in
2:14:39 a standalone environment but still run
2:14:41 it on good good
2:14:44 gpus
2:14:46 uh p p mod blink twice if it's within
2:14:50 the next two
2:14:54 weeks oh
2:14:56 man all right let's go look at um let's
2:15:00 go look at Show and Tell see see what
2:15:02 see what the kids have been up to for
2:15:05 the past hour or
2:15:10 so oh that's kind of cool oh this is
2:15:12 from Danielle's oh okay so here's the
2:15:15 thing so Danielle um
2:15:19 uh Danielle does if you go to the
2:15:23 AI Salon
2:15:26 um Leah's Art
2:15:29 Guild Danielle's putting in um Mad Libs
2:15:35 challenges so and she she's called Be
2:15:38 not Afraid in here and she's called
2:15:39 Danielle Be not Afraid over there and
2:15:41 she's putting in these Mad Libs
2:15:43 challenges where she'll write a prompt
2:15:45 and then you go in and fill in your kind
2:15:47 of mad libs things and so go do that go
2:15:50 go make some images using her prompts
2:15:52 cuz they're really fun and if you're if
2:15:54 you're just getting into this stuff
2:15:56 those mad lips things can really help
2:15:58 you understand how to
2:16:00 do um how to do prompting that's really
2:16:07 slick very very
2:16:10 cool what's that I asked what was the
2:16:13 best way to convey my request for image
2:16:15 creation and this
2:16:17 was Al's
2:16:21 response huh
2:16:23 cool icy
2:16:28 Inspirations there once was a llama

2:16:32 Mama Joe
2:16:36 mama GPT

2:16:42 Alman listen I honest to God if they
2:16:45 launch this as the chat GPT store I
2:16:47 guarantee it would be better than what's
2:16:49 there
2:16:51 now and easier to use enjoy the janky
2:16:56 exactly oh that's a cool one Mr it
2:17:01 nice oh that's
2:17:05 slick Nate St Pierre I'm playing around
2:17:07 with micro flash fiction writer to see
2:17:09 if it can write anything halfway
2:17:12 interesting with simple instructions
2:17:13 just look upload any
2:17:16 image and it will
2:17:19 create a short emotive summary story
2:17:22 about it just give it a test and tell me
2:17:23 if it's decent so Nate St Pierre if you
2:17:26 don't know Nate really interesting dude

2:19:04 this month okay cool
2:19:07 um I'll tell you I'll tell you Pate one
2:19:10 thing I would love to see
2:19:12 from um the
2:19:16 goo is is what the [ __ ] was that thing
2:19:20 called
2:19:26 um style drop yeah style drop
2:19:34 Google if you guys haven't seen
2:19:44 this where's the link to the original
2:19:46 article
2:19:59 here we
2:20:06 go yeah so if you haven't seen this I'm
2:20:10 I'm hoping Pate that that Google drops
2:20:14 this as a tool at some point so so what
2:20:17 this
2:20:18 is
2:20:20 is this is the source
2:20:23 image and then all of these are prompted
2:20:25 images so this is like a banana in this
2:20:30 style this is a baby penguin in this
2:20:32 style this is a bench an F1 car a hat a
2:20:36 robot a towel a wooden cabin a moose
2:20:40 right so like it it's got everything
2:20:43 including like the wavy paper in the
2:20:45 background and the drawing style and
2:20:47 sort of the the blurry things and then
2:20:50 if you if you flip to different
2:20:53 images like same exact prompts but just
2:20:57 a single input image completely
2:20:59 transforms all these output
2:21:02 images this is something Google's they
2:21:05 they announced this I don't know when
2:21:06 this was this was [ __ ] ages ago like
2:21:08 look at that that's like this '90s kind
2:21:11 of Icon style remember this style that
2:21:13 was going around for a while and like it
2:21:16 it redraws everything in that style just
2:21:20 amazing and like these little
2:21:23 icons and those little icons and
2:21:26 stickers here are some Imes
2:21:29 of just amazing so anyway I hope they
2:21:32 they put that thing out all right
2:21:35 everybody listen I got to get
2:21:40 going y' all been
2:21:43 swell let me go in here and see so first

2:22:03 and so my series is called underhyped so
2:22:06 it's a bunch of videos that I'll tell

2:23:18 I haven't seen that is it is it out like
2:23:21 usable oh you have to do it in vertex AI
2:23:24 so not a single tool or anything okay
2:23:27 yeah actually I mean if it's out in
2:23:29 vertex AI that would be a that would be
