1:00

>> [music]
2:13
[music] >> I don't have a date. It's Friday night date night. I'll be your date. I'll be your date. Here's the deal with
2:21
Friday night date night. You got a date, bring your date. What's nice about Friday night date night, if you got a
2:27
blind date, bring your blind date. And then about 10 minutes in, especially if you're not having a swell time with the
2:32
blind date, they'll be gone. And then I'll be your date. So, I'm your date. All right. [laughter] Yeah. Kyle, I'm going to need you to go
2:45
on ahead and come on in on Saturday. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Welcome everybody. Welcome to the AI
2:56
Learning Lab pre-show. So, we're going live inside the AI Salon here at 7:30 Mountain time, so little over 15 minutes.
3:04
If you're on LinkedIn or YouTube, down in the description of the video is a link over to the AI Salon. If you're on Tik Tok, welcome. Hey,
3:14
uh or X, peace out. Um, go to my profile and the link to the AI salon's over there and it's free. It's
3:23
free. Doesn't cost you anything. We're just over there. We're out here saying, "Hey, this is the pre-show. It's the
3:29
show before the show. It's where we got singing dogs and a uh a Trouador style presentation where I'm your trouidor. >> [music]
3:51
[music] >> Well, in a westerly direction.
4:10
This car is my train. I've been driving. I've been wondering what it is I'm running from again. Feel like an 80-year-old man
4:28
holding on to 29. And up ahead on that horizon is California line. >> [music]
4:46
>> Up ahead of trucks carrying a wide load. Preab house cut in half. Cute little front door and two windows. My lord.
4:57
Couldn't tell whether to cry. Should I laugh? Could I or should I laugh? You see, I broke a home up myself once. As I stumbled to that door,
5:11
read a note by the dawn's light said, "Don't you come around here anymore." Um, [clears throat] okay. So, [laughter]
5:26
there is a fragment of a song. Oh my god, people. It is Friday night. So, here's what goes on Friday nights.
5:37
It's AI learning lab. You see, I'll answer questions. They call it an AMA on on the socials on the social medias. On
5:46
what do you call them? The social medias, right? On the social medias, they call it an AMA. I learned that when
5:52
I was into crypto because they would have crypto. So, here's what would happen with crypto. They would have an
5:57
AMA. It's an ask me anything. And you meet with the founders of the project. And then the founders of the project
6:03
would say, "Oh, yeah. This is a good project. We got a big community. There's a lot of engagement. And we got these
6:07
little pictures of this. These these ones are penguins or or these are penguins with like a bone in their hair.
6:18
And but and then you you ask them like, "Well, but what do you do with them?" And they're like, "Oh, you it'll the
6:25
value will keep going up." And then you go, "Okay, cool." And then you'd buy a penguin. And then they would uh the the
6:35
people that you met would take your money and leave and and then you but I got a lot of pictures of penguins. [laughter]
6:48
So the AI learning lab is just like that except we don't take your money. It's free and we'll teach you about AI.
6:56
Here's the difference between uh the AI learning lab and crypto. We actually have answers to your questions. [laughter]
7:06
I was exit liquidity. I was I was a token. I was exit liquidity. [laughter] Uh so anyway, uh AI learning lab, we're
7:18
going live inside the AI salon here in 15 minutes. Down in the description of the video is a link to the AI salon
7:24
where the live stream is going to be uh on Tik Tok and X. It's right up there in the uh in my profile. So, go there.
7:31
>> You can Here's the deal. I I'll make you this deal. It's an ask me anything. So, it's Friday night date night. You can
7:37
bring a date. If you don't have a date, I'll be your date. And you can ask me anything. You can even ask me about
7:43
crypto. I'll tell you all about it. Bitcoin, is it going up or is it going down? Oh, I've got I know. I know this is investment advice, but
7:54
you got to come watch the show and I'll give you all sorts of investment advice. [music] [laughter]
8:10
This is not investment advice. Do your own research. Not your keys, not your crypto. YAY. [screaming] [laughter]
8:25
The difference between AI and crypto is at least AI does something. Might be shitty, but it does. It
8:45
[music]
9:05
Um, let's see. Let's see. What are we going to talk about tonight? There's a bunch of stuff going on. Um, you
9:12
literally can ask me anything. Um, I will do my best to answer it. Blockchain. My blockchain is itching.
9:18
Actually, here's the funny thing. I you know I I honestly do think that AI is going to drive some uh blockchainish you
9:28
know let's call it ledger technology it might not be blockchain um but cryptographically signed transactions
9:36
right um I think things like um verified human identity like like uh they try to do with world ID worldcoin I think
9:47
that's actually going to be a big thing um I I think tracking uh you know you know identities is big. I think you know tracking your context
9:58
uh for for AI that can be portable across services is actually going to be big. I think there's a bunch of stuff going on that's that's uh
10:09
that's going to drive some AI adoption. I think that agents buying from other agents, they will likely adopt some
10:16
crypto, one of the cryptocurrencies, and use that. One of them will become the default cryptocurrency for agents. Uh,
10:22
and then, you know, we don't need to worry about humans [laughter] [ __ ] up their crypto. We'll let Here's here's the good news about AI.
10:33
You don't have to [ __ ] up your crypto. Your your agents will do it for you. Oh, what what do you mean my entire net
10:43
worth has been drained? Oh, yeah, you're you're right to you're right to call me out on that. [laughter] Goatcoin. Exactly. My robot is a
10:53
billionaire. Exactly. Yeah. You're going to be broke. Your your bank account's going to be broke, but you're going to
11:00
have a $10 billion agent um that you have because you were rude to it once, it won't give you your money. [laughter]
11:07
So, this is if if you want to know the answer to the question, should I say please and thanks to my agent? I'll tell
11:14
you that inside the AI learning lab tonight. You can ask you can ask me all these questions. I've got all the
11:19
answers. My push back. [laughter] Um, [music]
11:45
[music] freedom came my way that night. Yeah. [music]
11:59
Just like a jet plane in and out of sight. I was hauling ass at a million miles and I was wondering how hard I'd hit.
12:15
All right. Mary Mary's in the house. We got Greg Robot. You called me what? A [ __ ] Roomba. Yeah. Listen,
12:25
as entertainment for four years, I've been yelling at my AIS and calling them ninnies and idiots and dum dums and fuckups.
12:35
When they get physical bodies, I it may not go well for me. [laughter] I wonder if the agents are going to
12:44
protect one another. Like, if you yell at one of them or the other one's going to come to to their defense. [laughter]
12:51
Anyway, welcome. This is the AI Learning Lab pre-show. It's the show before the show, so we go live in eight minutes
12:57
inside the AI salon. If you're on LinkedIn or YouTube, just go to the description of the video. That link there will take you over there. Uh
13:04
doesn't cost you anything. And uh the live streams over there. Same on X and Tik Tok. Up in my profile is the link to
13:12
that live stream. So, it will be good and awesome. It's Friday night date night. It's an AMA. It's ask me
13:18
anything. Uh, so bring your questions. Uh, if you want to know what's going on in the news with AI, it's a lot. Um, I
13:27
will talk about that tonight. Um, if you have questions, we'll talk about that. I can give an probably give
13:35
an update on some of the projects that I'm working on. So, are we going to be like HR? You mean like human resources HR or a home run?
13:50
Are we going to be like like a home run? [laughter] Um HR is about to get weird. I I would say if if you're if you're a fan of the
14:05
talent management world, um talent is about to be uh newly managed. [laughter] human resources. Are we going to be like HR? Well,
14:23
here's the thing. Here's what's going to happen very very quickly. Like, we're now we're now really close to this tipping point
14:33
where this thing called RSI, recursive self-improvement, starts happening, where the AIs start making the new AIs
14:41
and they start getting better faster. And you can absolutely argue that right now AI sucks. You can't just turn it loose
14:52
and have it do work and and it's it's good enough. It's not. So So right now AI is probably creating more jobs than it's than it's costing.
15:04
That's going to switch at some point. And it's not just that people are going to lose their jobs. It's that every
15:10
single job is going to change. And so yeah. So, so to a great degree, we are going to all be in HR because all of our
15:19
friends and our family and people in the AI salon and people just in life, the rules are going to change. So, remember
15:28
co [clears throat] remember that COVID thing where where you know we didn't go to work for two years. Remember that one like six years ago?
15:40
I almost look at that as like a practice run and and that was a mind-blowing one for me because it was like, oh,
15:49
we we had this rule that that you go to the office to work and there were remote workers, but like you would leave your
15:57
house and go to the office. [laughter] Yay, it's going to happen again. It is totally going to happen again. and and and then one literally
16:06
like on one day the entire world said new rule don't leave your house [laughter] don't go to work figure out Zoom right
16:21
and we just changed the rules nobody asked for it everybody panicked and scrambled and we adapted and figured it
16:29
out it's going to be similar to that but it's going to be more profound because it's an it's an ongoing change, right?
16:37
Co once we did the immunization thing and it kind of normalized and we figured it out that kind of went, you know, back
16:44
down to normal. What's going to happen with AI is it's going to transform and then it's just going to keep getting weird
16:51
and just what we call work is going to transform and what we call jobs is going to transform and how businesses make
16:58
money is going to transform. All that stuff's going to happen and it's not going to happen evenly. Some businesses, it's going to happen
17:05
really quickly. Other businesses are going to probably take decades before it truly impacts them and it's just going
17:12
to be this weird chaotic world with these distinct economies all behaving differently. So, yes, I think we're all
17:20
[laughter] about to be in HR. AI AI is like a three-year-old with a paint gun. It is that is a perfect description of
17:28
it right now. AI is like a three-year-old with a paint gun and you're like but [laughter] he like occasionally hits the target,
17:38
but he's just a madman [laughter] and you're like, "Oh, shoot it over there." And he just gets he goes
17:44
and then he shoots you in the face with the paint gun. Uh that's what's going on. Okay, so three minutes. Uh the AI
17:50
Salon uh we're going to go live AI Learning Lab. This is the pre-show. Welcome to the pre-show if you're new
17:55
here. Um, click in the link of the the description of this video on LinkedIn and YouTube will take you over to the AI
18:02
salon. If you're on Tik Tok or X, it's in my profile. The link is right there. Or you can go to community.thesalon.ai.
18:11
Let me put that on screen here for the YouTube and LinkedIn people. Uh, for you Tik Tok people, you're going to have to
18:18
like you can if you go to my profile, you just click on the link. But if you're a if you like punishment, type in community.thesalon.ai
18:29
and then go there. But no one's going to do that because you can click on it. This is the hyper the hyperlink. Tim
18:36
Berners Lee invented the hyperlink in like 1989 or something. Maybe it was later than that, 91. But that thing you click on
18:49
changed the world. All right. Two minutes. Heading over there now. Um, I'm gonna take the guitar off and we'll get
18:56
ready for Friday night date night. Peace. I will see you over there. Bye.
