2:32 good boy hey
2:34 everybody Welcome to the AI learning lab
2:37 welcome to GPT for good eve holy crap so
2:42 a week ago someone goes why don't you do
2:44 another 24hour thing and I said you're
2:49 stupid and then I said yeah why not so
2:53 that's tomorrow that starts tomorrow at
2:54 6:00 a.m. Pacific time that thing so I'm
2:58 teaming up with Ann Murphy
3:01 from empowered
3:04 fundraiser and she starts at 6:00 a.m.
3:07 Pacific on a zoom Channel I'll give you
3:09 details on how to find all this [ __ ] and
3:12 then I go at 9:00 and then she goes at
3:14 noon and I go at 3:00 we do that for 24
3:17 hours and we're going to teach you or
3:21 anyone you
3:22 bring how to build a GPT for your cause
3:25 of choice it can be a nonprofit can be
3:29 Community groups something for your
3:30 school I don't
3:32 care and you you will need a GPT for
3:35 subscription a a chat GPT Plus
3:39 subscription and Brooklyn in the
3:44 house and uh yeah in less than an hour
3:47 you'll have a GPT for your your
3:49 nonprofit I might even trial run it
3:51 tonight all
3:52 right
3:54 um let's see Clint Copperhead thank you
3:57 for your sharing the story oh no nice
4:00 very
4:02 nice the Revenge of eastern time indeed
4:06 yeah exactly Silver Fox you get the 6:00
4:10 a.m. start time for an is 700 a.m. for
4:14 me I get to I get to uh I get to I get
4:19 to go at
4:21 10: so but yeah you get 9:00 a.m. 9:00
4:24 a.m. nice and leisurely morning
4:27 start sto reached member level 25 holy
4:31 crap steo you're so close to level 33
4:34 and nobody knows what happens when you
4:35 get to level 33 just a handful just a
4:38 handful of you know the the what do they
4:41 call them the vaated ones have reached
4:43 level 33 so look at
4:48 you ascending the ranks I thought you
4:51 were going to make Poots for those that
4:53 didn't have gp4 so we we went and looked
4:57 at
4:58 them they're not as good
5:01 they're just not as good they don't like
5:03 if you use the gp4 model they're not
5:06 connected to the
5:08 internet um that I could tell um they do
5:11 have knowledge bases but it's it's just
5:13 it just wasn't the same thing so we just
5:15 decided to bail on it so it'll be for
5:18 it'll be for GPT plus subscribers only
5:22 but you can come learn how to do that
5:24 and if there's questions about po I can
5:26 hop over to PO and show people how to do
5:28 that so um you know like I said we
5:31 decided to do this I decided to do this
5:34 last Saturday today's Friday and then I
5:38 got
5:40 Co so so luckily Ann Murphy is a a a
5:45 starter like I am and so so she kicked
5:47 some things into high gear um so anyway
5:50 so so we'll do
5:52 that I'm going to want to build for a
5:54 nonprofit organization here in Austin
5:56 Texas for housing that's awesome awesome
5:58 Jesse from Austin that's great great
6:00 beautiful perfect and it can be listen
6:03 if you've got more than one cause if
6:04 you've got other things you can do I was
6:06 going to say that I don't know if an's
6:07 in here tonight yet but if she gets in
6:09 here I was I was thinking um we can
6:12 build our demo gpts for real
6:15 nonprofits so so uh why not we'll build
6:20 them and put them out in the world and
6:21 and see what we
6:22 do um all right so welcome everybody my
6:26 name is Kyle Shannon this is the AI
6:27 learning lab um we do have this big
6:29 event going on tomorrow which is in my
6:32 case it'll be kind of like these
6:34 sessions except it's going to be really
6:36 focused and we're going to just Dive
6:38 Right into here's what chat GPT is
6:42 here's what gpts are and here's how to
6:45 build your own and it's going to be a
6:47 very specific document we're going to
6:49 walk you through that document you're
6:50 going to build along with
6:52 us and then you will have a functional
6:55 GPT in less than an hour and then we're
6:58 going to ask you to share that with the
6:59 world and # chat GPT and then um we have
7:03 a form that you can submit your GPT to
7:06 be entered into we're we're going to do
7:08 it as a raffle so anyone that builds and
7:10 submits a GPT and you don't have to
7:12 build it tomorrow if you've built a GPT
7:15 for a nonprofit and want to submit it
7:17 you can get him for the raffle and the
7:18 winner of that raffle is going to win
7:20 250 bucks for their cause of
7:23 choice
7:25 so just when you didn't think you could
7:28 you could make money with time
7:30 you can make money for your nonprofit
7:31 for chat
7:32 [Laughter]
7:37 GPT I know how to make good life
7:40 decisions which by the way I'm feeling
7:42 pretty good I am mostly de
7:48 notified from the co um fluid seemed to
7:52 be the key man my my fluid intake went
7:55 up like 5x I was waking up every 2 hours
7:57 filling up a 32 ooun glass of water was
8:01 crazy this crazy I think I'm back to
8:03 normal though for the for at least the
8:05 fluid intake all
8:12 right uh Silver Fox and Jesse from
8:16 Austin I don't think you can build gpts
8:19 from the GPT
8:21 app on iOS or on Android but you can go
8:25 to like Safari or Chrome on IOS and
8:28 Android and go to chat. a.com and build
8:30 from there I know that so if you're only
8:33 if you're only on an iPad or an iPhone
8:35 that still
8:36 works all right all right all right
8:39 Joker needs some new CH new shoes
8:42 [Laughter]
8:47 charity okay
8:49 so let's go here's how you find all this
8:58 info so if if you go to the
9:02 salon. this is a uh a link tree and I
9:07 think I just changed the order of it so
9:09 let me actually go to it with you
9:15 [Music]
9:20 here
9:28 link is that it
9:46 no yeah this is it okay so if you go to
9:49 the
9:50 salon. the first
9:53 link on the link tree is to the
9:57 24hour GPT for good
10:00 Challenge and that will take you
10:04 to
10:08 here um you may you may need to sign up
10:12 so what you're signing up for is the
10:13 mighty networks um AI Salon Community
10:18 which is uh free doesn't cost you
10:21 anything um and then this page is the
10:24 detail page for for all of that okay and
10:31 you can RSVP here um it explains what
10:34 we're doing how we're doing it and then
10:36 it's got links to the specific event so
10:40 it's got links to and zoom event and
10:44 it's got links to my this Tik Tok
10:47 Channel um and all the different
10:49 sessions starting at 6:00 a.m. Pacific
10:52 time tomorrow going until 3:00 a.m
10:56 Pacific time so that's 400 A.M
11:00 mountain time where I am in
11:02 [Laughter]
11:06 Denver and what where is that glare
11:09 coming from is
11:13 that it's that hang on a
11:17 second I think it's
11:20 this that fix it or that make it worse
11:23 maybe that's not
11:28 it
11:33 that fixed it okay and those
11:36 fingerprints on the screen are for you
11:38 I'm custom put those
11:40 there for the people with OCD in the
11:43 room all right can you repeat please
11:47 absolutely go
11:49 to the salon. a an Murphy and house hey
11:55 Ann I had a I had an
11:57 idea so when we build when we're
12:01 building our gpts tomorrow as an example
12:06 we should be building them for real
12:08 nonprofits so just make sure someone
12:11 from that nonprofit's not in the room
12:13 but you know we because we you and I did
12:16 a test one today what was it for for
12:17 American Cancer Society or something
12:19 like that we should we should do them
12:21 for real ones and just put them out in
12:22 the world anyway that was an idea I hit
12:25 so go there and then that is going to
12:27 take you to
12:30 this link
12:33 tree and the first link is for the
12:38 24hour GPT for good
12:41 challenge all right and that's it's it's
12:44 this is basically just a page within the
12:46 AI Salon
12:47 community so this this here channel is
12:50 really an extension of the AI salon and
12:54 the AI Salon is think of this like uh
12:56 like a support group for people who are
12:58 really into AI
13:00 going on this AI adventure together okay
13:03 um Jesse from Austin okay just confirmed
13:05 he's going
13:06 awesome W roro says W I don't know why
13:13 W
13:14 um down in the mud the screen gets
13:17 cleaned every third Thursday of the
13:19 month it's but it's every other month
13:21 it's only it's only the odd months of
13:23 the calendar year is when I clean the
13:25 the fingerprints off the screen so don't
13:27 get your hopes up uh
13:30 this is this this channel is also known
13:32 as Chad add which uh you will understand
13:35 if you haven't been here before you'll
13:36 understand it
13:37 [Laughter]
13:42 shortly
13:44 um it just occurred to
13:57 me hang on one sec let
14:00 me
14:28 try
14:34 well it's it's okay Silver Fox I just I
14:38 saw it I think I think I know I don't I
14:41 don't exactly know what your issue is
14:42 but if your issue is what I think it is
14:44 it might have to do with the way Mac
14:46 clipboards are copying and pasting URLs
14:49 into mighty networks so TR try what I
14:51 just put in
14:54 there um yeah so I've got I've got a
14:58 side conversation going on here with the
14:59 with the mods so that's that's what that
15:01 that conversation was have GPT
15:04 4 um who has to provide that access uh
15:09 who whoever's going to build the GPT has
15:12 to have uh GPT plus has to have GPT 4
15:16 access all right yes super excited okay
15:19 that's great question if we make
15:21 something for a nonprofit and they
15:23 wanted on their landing page do they
15:25 have
15:26 to I don't know what the rest of that
15:28 was uh have oh do they have to have GPT
15:32 4 no they can so if they want to put it
15:34 on their landing page they can put like
15:36 a graphic that says we've got a GPT and
15:38 someone can click on it and then that
15:40 can that'll take them over to to chat
15:42 GPT if if they don't have it they'll be
15:45 Pro provided access to get to upgrade to
15:48 it but anyone that has gp4 can click on
15:51 that link and use it there's not a way
15:53 right now to embed gpts into a website
15:57 so um so so listen part of the deal
16:01 about where we are one of the things we
16:03 talk about in this channel I'm not
16:05 wearing my right glasses welcome to Chad
16:07 add hang
16:10 [Music]
16:17 on that's easier to read look at
16:24 that um one of the things we talk about
16:28 oh you're on a PC I got I got nothing
16:29 for you Silver Fox
16:32 um one of the things we talk about in
16:34 here is these tools right now are are
16:37 janky pieces of poop and so um where
16:41 these gpts are versus where we all want
16:44 them to be is is there's a there's a
16:46 distance between those two things but
16:49 there's still a reason to build them
16:51 there's still a reason to do this it's
16:53 to learn and to understand what's
16:55 possible so my hope is that you either
16:58 bring bring people in who've never built
17:00 anything before may not even know what
17:02 chat EPT is or you build them something
17:04 and literally hand it to them and say
17:05 hey I built you this thing for your
17:07 nonprofit it can teach people about your
17:09 nonprofit it can help you raise money
17:12 and they go wait what is this wait I'm
17:14 confused so I need to get chat
17:17 gp4 on the chat gp4 website you need to
17:21 get chat GPT plus so if you go to chat.
17:26 open.com let's go there
17:29 let's go there together shall
17:35 [Music]
17:37 we that's not
17:40 chat that
17:42 is so you go to chat. open.com yeah this
17:46 screen really does need to be clean
17:49 doesn't
17:52 it and um in the in the upper leand
17:56 corner you have this this drop down
17:58 you've got chat GPT 3.5 if you don't
18:00 have chat GPT 4 if that's not available
18:02 then you can't make a GPT how you
18:05 upgrade to that is you go to my plan
18:07 under your name on the lower leand
18:08 corner go to my plan and then you can
18:11 upgrade to chat
18:13 gp4 I don't really have any ideas on how
18:16 to help nonprofits I just want to learn
18:18 so I can help locals that's okay so you
18:20 can just do it for your cause of choice
18:22 and here's here's what we're going to do
18:23 tomorrow you don't have to have an idea
18:25 for what to do with the chat GPT and are
18:29 providing that so we've put together a
18:32 specific GPT that is kind of generic
18:35 across any organization here's what you
18:37 need you need the name of the
18:39 organization you need their website and
18:42 you need like a link to their donate
18:44 page and that se the link to the donate
18:46 donate page is optional so you basically
18:50 just need a website of of your cause of
18:53 choice if they don't have a website then
18:56 it it kind of defeats the purpose what
18:58 we're teaching is is to build a GPT that
19:01 will let you learn about the
19:02 organization and we're basing that
19:04 knowledge on their website okay so
19:06 that's so all you need is a chat GPT
19:10 subscription and
19:12 um here I'm going to I'm going to deal
19:15 with this
19:19 screen it's now for for the for the OCD
19:23 in the room uh yes this is better than
19:26 what was there but yes this is not um
19:29 uh uh
19:31 computer tech repairman approved uh
19:35 screen washing
19:36 [Music]
19:38 fluid
19:40 uhoh what I
19:43 do hang on how did I do
19:51 that all right is that better yeah
19:54 that's
19:57 better
19:59 what is this train wreck of a channel oh
20:01 this is the AI learning lab is it always
20:04 this bad oh no usually it's
20:10 worse oh good lord it's okay we can fix
20:19 [Music]
20:22 it all right so all you need to bring
20:25 tomorrow all you need to bring is
20:29 a gp4 subscription you don't even have
20:31 to bring that if you want to just come
20:32 and learn you can do
20:34 that
20:36 um and a cause of choice that has a
20:41 website and a good attitude and
20:43 questions and we're going to build this
20:45 stuff together it's going to be awesome
20:47 it's going to be really it's going to be
20:48 quite
20:48 good and then uh we've got a form where
20:51 you can um submit for the uh for the uh
20:58 it's not a raffle it's
21:00 a it's sort of a
21:02 raffle you can make an entry you can
21:04 make an entry for the prize for the
21:07 prize money for your nonprofit of choice
21:09 or your cause of choice all right
21:12 fantastic just bring your PJs and some
21:15 cheesecake I like that yes oneon-one
21:18 101 do we have to be in the live
21:26 um no no
21:29 in fact it's a really good point so so
21:34 one of the things that that we're going
21:36 to do tomorrow is we put together a
21:43 form which I'm got to find all
21:47 my My Links hang
21:52 [Music]
21:57 on
22:18 oh I know where to put
22:27 it
22:29 so we created a
22:32 form
22:35 um which where's this going to live okay
22:39 so tomorrow starting at at 6:00 a.m.
22:44 we're going to make a link live on the
22:46 AI salon on that link tree site we're
22:50 going to we're going to provide a link
22:51 to a Google doc that is the the
22:54 instructions for how to build the GPT
22:56 that we're going to walk everybody
22:57 through
22:59 um if you know nothing about building a
23:02 GPT you're basically going to follow us
23:04 along with that you're going to you're
23:06 going to build a
23:07 GPT and you're going to be ready to
23:09 launch it if you've built one and you
23:11 want to launch it as part of the GPT for
23:13 good
23:14 program um you can submit it to this
23:17 form so you basically fill out this form
23:20 say here's the GPT I created here's why
23:22 I created it and and then you go post it
23:25 to Social and hashtag it GPT forg good
23:27 and you're you're in the contest so you
23:30 can build something outside of this um
23:33 tomorrow and then submit it as part of
23:35 the GPT for good our goal here is to
23:37 basically build and identify more than a
23:40 100 gpts for good causes okay and so so
23:45 we will we will make it work so just pay
23:47 attention tomorrow and uh and and all of
23:51 the all of the stuff's there what time
23:53 PST so the times tomorrow
23:57 are
24:02 6:
24:03 a.m. Pacific
24:07 time so it's every 3 hours for a 23h
24:11 hour period because Anna and I know how
24:13 to make Good Life
24:15 [Laughter]
24:19 Choices whatever uh so uh she starts at
24:23 6:00 a.m. on zoom and then I go at 9:00
24:27 a.m. Pacific time on Tik Tok here on
24:29 this channel and she goes at
24:32 noon and these are going to be like one
24:35 hour to 90 minutes sessions depending on
24:37 how many questions there are and how
24:38 many people show up and things like that
24:41 and then I'm going to go at 300 p.m.
24:44 Pacific and then she's going to go at
24:47 600 and then I'm going to go at 900 p.m.
24:50 Pacific then she's going to go at
24:51 midnight Pacific and I'm going to do
24:54 3:00 a.m.
24:55 Pacific so we're each going to do four
24:58 four sessions you know 3 hours apart
25:00 boom boom boom boom
25:02 alternating uh yeah and Good Life
25:05 Choices I know right well we we got this
25:08 going this this life thing I can't make
25:11 to 600 amm what time should I join any
25:13 these these are all going to be
25:14 identical you submit it on the form and
25:17 to to get into our oh that's right oh
25:19 that's the other thing so Vicki thank
25:21 you for doing that so Vicki has also
25:23 built us a website that's going to be a
25:25 directory of all of these so not not
25:28 only are we going to have the hashtag
25:30 where these things are shared on social
25:32 when you submit your GPT in the form
25:35 you're going to get added to a directory
25:37 of of all of these is it through Zoom
25:39 okay so there's two different there's
25:41 two different things my sessions will be
25:43 on tiktock and sessions will be on zoom
25:47 and all of those links are on the um the
25:50 GPT for good landing page on the AI
25:54 Salon site which is the site I'm on
25:57 right now and you get to that by going
26:00 to the
26:03 salon. and then the first link on this
26:06 link
26:09 tree will take you straight to the GPT
26:11 for good challenge to that
26:13 page this page right here all
26:19 right it's good lots of questions lots
26:21 of engaged questions I like it this is
26:24 like people like going to get my [ __ ]
26:26 together I'm going to build
26:29 GPT mhm I like building them gpts you
26:32 ever build a GPT no I ain't never built
26:35 one oh you could build one it it ain't
26:38 it ain't nothing it's it's like dropping
26:40 a [ __ ] out of a F-150 in the in the in
26:43 the mud you know it's it's it it's you
26:47 know it's harder to put it back in of
26:49 [Laughter]
26:51 course
26:56 uh I'm so sad I'll be Off the Grid ah
26:59 that stinks Nancy thank you you are
27:02 welcome gpts is tasty hey Ted how are
27:05 you doing Ted good to say you once the
27:08 GPT is uploaded on the form can we still
27:11 edit it live I can edit till the Bell
27:13 Rings you can edit till your heart's
27:15 content here's my hope Silver Fox is
27:18 that the gpts that we build
27:21 tomorrow what my hope is is that is that
27:25 anyone who does one just gets a taste
27:27 for what's possible and then they
27:29 realize oh but I could make this so much
27:31 better and I could do this and I could
27:33 do that oh and you know who else I
27:34 should do this for for I should do it
27:36 for this thing and that thing and that
27:37 thing that is
27:39 absolutely uh my hope uh Mary Mary I
27:42 need to learn still in remedial class
27:44 this is this
27:46 is th this is what we've created is Mad
27:50 Libs for creating a
27:52 GPT we've put together the framework for
27:55 you it is it is it is rid ridiculously
27:58 simple to build these
28:00 things and then and then they are
28:02 ridiculously powerful if not flawed
28:06 right how can I how can we build and
28:09 promote our own GPT well if it's if it's
28:12 for a cause we'll help you promote it
28:14 you can make it be part of
28:16 this if you want to build and promote
28:18 your own gpts right now there there's
28:21 not really a good way there are some
28:22 third-party directories um but they're
28:26 they're they're
28:29 I hesitate to recommend any of them
28:31 because open AI is going to launch the
28:33 GPT store it's going to be the
28:35 equivalent of the Apple App Store
28:38 probably within the month and and I
28:40 wouldn't be surprised if it's like
28:42 within a week or two but let's let's
28:43 assume it's by the end of
28:45 January at that point you'll be able to
28:48 promote your gpts on the GPT store
28:51 assuming that you get accepted into
28:52 whatever their program is and I I don't
28:54 think the they're going to make the
28:55 barriers that high for people to get in
28:58 um because they're encouraging people to
28:59 build these things and and so that's how
29:01 how you can do it how I promote mine in
29:04 in the absence of that right now is I
29:06 just promote them on social media I take
29:08 like a screenshot of them and you know
29:11 some social media things do the the web
29:13 preview thing well some sometimes they
29:16 don't the way they've coded the the way
29:18 open AI has coded their web previews
29:21 they don't always display like they
29:22 don't they don't display correctly in
29:24 Mighty networks which is makes me cranky
29:27 um but I I assume they'll fix that at
29:29 some point um don't use someone else's
29:32 platform the
29:33 gp4 the GPT store should be treated as
29:37 the top of the funnel yeah exactly yep
29:39 cool thank you Kyle yeah you're welcome
29:40 you're welcome um yeah exactly it's it's
29:44 um we just need to be patient so so the
29:46 the the goal of tomorrow is not so much
29:49 that you're going to build the perfect
29:50 GPT you know for for a nonprofit and
29:54 it's going to be perfect no no what
29:55 you're going to do tomorrow is you're
29:56 going to dip your toe in the the water
29:59 but what you're going to have at the end
30:00 of an hour is something that you can
30:02 share and it's something that you can
30:03 share publicly now you may choose not to
30:05 you may decide like Silver Fox I want to
30:07 keep tweaking this thing once you've got
30:10 the URL for your GPT that doesn't change
30:13 you can keep updating it and modifying
30:14 it things like that which is super cool
30:17 all
30:19 right all right how can we build and
30:21 promote our own GPT 22nd birthday for my
30:23 twins tomorrow can't join but good luck
30:26 good luck with the twins I think mine
30:28 Ted turned 24 my twins turned 24 in July
30:32 so we're in the same neighborhood with
30:35 with uh with twins twins in the
30:42 family you should tell them you can't
30:43 come to their birthday because you got a
30:45 gpath on you got to be
30:48 at dad that's stupid that AI stuff's
30:52 [Laughter]
30:55 dumb uh what's advice on trading the GPT
30:58 with some additional knowledge base well
31:00 we're going to kind of do that
31:02 louva um and and my advice the the only
31:06 advice I have on using additional
31:09 knowledge for
31:11 training any of these gpts right now is
31:14 that you shouldn't put put anything
31:16 proprietary in there um if if it would
31:20 be a bad thing if that were to get out
31:21 to the world just assume that anything
31:23 that you're going to put in there um
31:25 could be gotten to by someone who wants
31:27 to to get to it
31:30 um the security thing is something
31:32 they're going to have to tighten up on
31:34 this so basically so what we're doing
31:36 with the with the gpts tomorrow is we're
31:38 using publicly accessible websites and
31:40 that's going to become the knowledge
31:41 base but you could have you know let's
31:44 let's say you've got a nonprofit and you
31:46 have a whole PDF document on the
31:48 condition or or the cause what what it's
31:51 about or how to volunteer um you can
31:54 literally just upload that PDF into the
31:56 GPT
31:58 um and and it will build it in fact I
31:59 think what I'll do tonight is um rather
32:02 than just talking about it an abstract
32:04 I'll build a GPT tonight and I'll
32:06 actually show you the the uh the thing
32:10 that we're going to we're going to use
32:11 tomorrow I don't although maybe I don't
32:12 I don't want to give away all the goods
32:14 then no one will come to my little party
32:16 an and I were talking about that we're
32:18 like What if no one comes to our
32:21 party what if we they're building gpts
32:24 and nobody shows
32:26 up
32:30 we're going to be okay an I think we're
32:32 going to get some people to show up so
32:34 if anyone in here has a heart at all you
32:37 you better just damn well better show up
32:39 at an's Zoom call at 6:00 in the morning
32:42 because that's the that's the one I'm
32:43 most worried about I figure my one at 4
32:46 in the morning at the end of 24 hours
32:49 there will be people on the other side
32:50 of the world you know who are just
32:51 waking up or whatever where or just
32:53 going to bed I suppose it would
32:56 be
33:00 oh don't use okay yeah we did that cool
33:03 thank you Kyle all
33:05 right my brain is on fire cool stuff
33:09 that's very cool Sabrina yeah no this is
33:11 going to be really fun I I
33:13 mean that that it it's kind of the whole
33:16 emo of this channel is just build [ __ ]
33:19 and you know you might ask yourself hey
33:22 Kyle do you think it was a wise idea to
33:24 plan a
33:25 24-hour buildon on seven days notice
33:29 getting Co covid in the middle of it no
33:32 I think that was a horrible
33:35 idea but this is one of the things I was
33:37 talking to Ann about
33:39 is
33:40 um we now live in a world where these
33:43 tools are so powerful that you can do
33:45 really remarkable things very very
33:46 quickly and so are there about 38
33:50 planning things that it would have been
33:52 swell to have in place that we don't
33:54 yeah but can we absolutely pull this off
33:57 off tomorrow yeah yeah we got a Google
34:00 form we figured out how we're going to
34:02 teach these things we got we got
34:05 hyperlinks thanks to the uh Tim burner's
34:08 Lee and the the uh hypertext transfer
34:12 protocol we can all just click on our
34:15 little happy little hyperlinks and use
34:17 our remarkable large language models to
34:19 go build these things so super excited
34:21 about
34:22 it all right so much avocado dip is
34:25 going to waste if nobody comes Clint
34:26 Copperhead that you don't even know I've
34:29 got you didn't think you could buy
34:31 guacamole in 55 gallon drums turns out
34:34 you can you got to love Amazon all right
34:41 uh I will I already called in an AI for
34:44 my morning called in AI for my morning
34:47 tasks oh good random thoughts oh TK okay
34:51 and TK has has committed she's going to
34:53 be there with you at 6:00 a.m. um I'm
34:55 going to be there for support I'm going
34:57 to say hello to everyone at 6:00 a.m.
34:58 and I'm going to leave and go take a nap
35:01 and then ANS on her own so so you have
35:03 at least one you you have one RSVP an
35:06 for tomorrow
35:10 morning uh Ann's gonna be on Zoom I'll
35:12 be here on Tik talk Chris AI tomorrow's
35:15 my birthday I'll send my GPT Persona to
35:19 sit in for me all right you could fine
35:21 if you want to use your birthday as an
35:23 excuse not to not to come build hundreds
35:26 of GP in the name of good um what
35:30 happens if there are multiple gpts then
35:33 may the M best GPT win out you mean for
35:36 for for the same organization I don't
35:38 know
35:42 um what I would do in that case is I
35:45 would contact the people that made the
35:47 gpts and get them all on a call together
35:50 and maybe they collaborate and make an
35:51 Uber GPT or maybe someone in there's
35:54 super geeky and they want to make you
35:56 know a version of it on zapier or on uh
36:01 on the open AI playground where it can
36:03 be embedded in the site if if you've got
36:04 that much traction for a GPT I'd either
36:07 say coordinate or or take it up a
36:10 notch I I think that's I it listen if
36:13 there if there is if there is an
36:15 abundance of good for the same GPT
36:17 awesome so I need this experience for my
36:20 charity but I'll be off grid however
36:22 I've made a GPT for quilt quilts so so
36:25 Becky if there's anyone from your
36:27 organization um that can go you know
36:30 that can can go on your behalf send them
36:33 in Cosmic lover 7 will be there awesome
36:36 Silver Fox is going to be there at 7:
36:38 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. tomorrow how do I sign
36:41 sign up came in late you go
36:43 to just go to there go to the
36:46 salon. and I moved the link to the very
36:49 top of that link tree it will look
36:52 something like
36:54 this and then 24 4 Hour GPT for good
36:58 challenge will drop you into the AI
37:01 Salon you you you'll likely need to sign
37:04 up for the AI Salon it's the mighty
37:06 networks
37:08 um Community for for the AI
37:11 Salon which doesn't cost you anything
37:14 it's free and it's an amazing group of
37:17 people so it's a good thing to be
37:18 connected with anyway but then this page
37:21 has all the
37:23 details you can
37:25 RSVP although the way we're structuring
37:27 this the RSVPs aren't super necessary
37:29 but all the details are in here
37:30 including there's uh an in my contact
37:33 information and then here's the the
37:36 calendar the schedule for you know the
37:38 6:00 a.m. session my 9:00 a.m. session
37:41 her noon session and then it's got links
37:43 to my Tik Tok Channel and her Zoom
37:45 Channel and then what I'm also going to
37:47 do is on this link tree tomorrow when we
37:49 go live I'm going to put a link to the
37:52 to the Google Doc that we're going to
37:54 build the GPT from um um and and that'll
37:58 have the link to the sign up form and
38:00 things like that I might even put the
38:01 sign up form in here as a as a separate
38:03 as a separate
38:06 thing and and then we'll also probably
38:11 update this page to have that
38:14 information at the top as well all right
38:17 so yeah lots of good stuff lots of good
38:21 stuff Happening Here people Lord digital
38:24 Gods providing Gifts of roses roses upon
38:28 roses upon roses thank you sir thank you
38:32 very much it's very generous of you you
38:34 do that consistently and you don't have
38:36 to I appreciate it um oh I just got a
38:39 little ding on my iPad that we got a new
38:42 member sign up for the AI salong I think
38:45 that means that someone might be signing
38:46 up to be part of this here JP
38:49 challenge hashtag GPT for good for
38:56 good I got to go eat dinner see you in
38:58 the morning Ann Murphy slacking again
39:01 slacking again she can't stay up till
39:04 midnight just cuz she's got to get up at
39:06 6:00 a.m. to teach a course all right an
39:09 fine go have dinner go be with your
39:11 family I understand how it
39:14 is I
39:21 understand you made a good life choice
39:23 an saying yes to this I do appreciate
39:26 apprciate it we're going to have fun
39:28 tomorrow though I I think we're really
39:29 going to have fun um it's good I I
39:32 appreciate that people in here have said
39:34 that they're going to be willing to uh
39:37 to show up at the 6: a.m. meeting so so
39:40 Ann's not just sitting there going
39:41 nobody came to my party uh could we make
39:45 use of breakout rooms during Zoom calls
39:47 and get really specific and detailed uh
39:50 and deep with others it's possible so so
39:52 Janu here's here's one of the things
39:54 that that I'm going to encourage in in
39:56 my sessions
39:58 is so the way Ann teaches and the way I
40:00 teach are going to be
40:01 different so um if you can come to mult
40:05 multiple sessions even if you've built
40:08 gpts before you could come to the
40:10 sessions and be supports for other
40:12 people that might have questions is
40:14 there breakfast yeah we're gonna we're
40:15 going to have breakfast burritos from
40:17 Santiago's here in Denver um you just
40:19 gota you got to fill out the form and
40:22 send in a voucher in triplicate and then
40:25 once once the uh your pum has been
40:27 approved we will uh email you the
40:30 burritos yeah so it's going to be
40:36 awesome oh man that's funny all right
40:40 let's
40:44 see six o'clock she's she has to be
40:47 online yeah I know I know I'm just I'm
40:50 making fun of her I'm just picking on
40:52 her does an understand ADHD oh yeah and
40:56 and an and I both have laminated cards
40:59 we we were talking about some of the
41:01 ways we
41:05 cope yeah yeah she understands the add
41:09 situation but she'll just just the the
41:12 way she teaches and the way you teach on
41:13 Zoom is going to be different than the
41:15 way you teach
41:17 here
41:19 um but but yeah we're going to we we'll
41:22 go make a GPT tonight here let's see if
41:25 there are multiple GPT on the same
41:27 subject are they all going in the
41:30 directory yeah absolutely absolutely so
41:33 so the way so the way the the gpts work
41:37 is if I come up with um if if I create a
41:41 GPT for for Bob's
41:44 toenail
41:46 Foundation um and and you create a GPT
41:50 for Bob's toenail Foundation even if our
41:52 gpts are called The Bob Bob's toenail
41:55 Foundation
41:57 um
41:58 guide um mine will be Bob's tonale
42:01 Foundation guide by Kyle Shannon and
42:03 yours will be Bob's toenail Foundation
42:05 guide by Kayla so so they will be
42:09 discreet
42:10 gpts um like I said if that's the case
42:15 that there are multiple gpts what what I
42:17 think would make sense is that we
42:20 connect the people so so when you submit
42:23 your gpts for the
42:25 directory one of the things we're asking
42:27 is you know what's your name and email
42:29 so it so we're going to look at it like
42:31 this is this is not a big operation this
42:34 is not an operation this this is I had a
42:37 brain fart in in a fever dream chat add
42:41 session a week ago Thursday and said he
42:43 maybe we should do this um so so we're
42:46 just sort of putting this this thing
42:48 together Vicki has agreed to take the
42:49 input of that form and put it in a
42:51 directory so we're going to be looking
42:52 at that so if we see multiple gpts in
42:55 there for the same cause we'll likely
42:57 connect those people um and and I think
43:00 that would be a really good opportunity
43:02 for you to collaborate it might even be
43:03 the kind of thing where you could
43:05 collaborate in the AI
43:08 Salon um yeah
43:11 so all right let's see hey there's
43:15 champy what's happening buddy you good
43:20 you good
43:21 boy lay down lay down why you staring at
43:25 me you weirdo
43:27 lay down yeah all right
43:34 okay it's funny you guys are asking
43:36 questions like we planned this out just
43:38 cuz we just because we have fancy
43:40 landing pages we we live in an age where
43:42 you can just knock this [ __ ] together
43:44 really quick
43:48 so actually here's something that is is
43:52 kind of
43:54 fun so when we announce announced this
43:57 like a lot of people got really excited
43:59 about it and started contributing to it
44:01 and so I see that as a sign that this is
44:04 something that people are excited about
44:05 if this goes well and it's like hey this
44:09 is a good cause like it it's it it just
44:11 felt to me like the week between
44:13 Christmas and New Year's it's a good
44:15 time to kind of wrap up the end of the
44:16 year [ __ ] um it would be a good time to
44:19 just put something like this together if
44:21 this goes well and it's it's popular
44:24 with with everyone then we will likely
44:27 do this on an ongoing basis I guarantee
44:30 no one will dup mine that's the spirit
44:33 like like I said this doesn't have to be
44:34 it doesn't all have to be National
44:36 nonprofits this can be your cause of
44:38 choice it could be a church group it
44:40 could be a a little Community Center it
44:42 could be I don't I for for I don't like
44:45 your cause of choice is really your
44:47 cause of
44:50 choice what's the cause you want to
44:52 support I mean if they don't have a
44:55 website the thing that we're going to
44:57 give you tomorrow won't be as
44:59 useful but as long as they have a
45:01 website this is good to go you're good
45:03 to go it's gonna be it's GNA be good
45:06 gonna be fun I just joined Sabrina
45:08 awesome that's
45:10 fantastic fan
45:14 chastic that's so the other thing the
45:16 other thing that we're going to do and
45:18 this I'm really excited about so so one
45:20 of the things that already already
45:22 showed
45:23 up um is that I'm ready yes they have
45:26 website
45:27 perfect um what is the website for the
45:30 AI Salon uh the website for the AI Salon
45:32 is AIS salon.
45:34 mann.co or you can go here and this is a
45:37 link tree that will link you to the AI
45:41 Salon but there's also a specific link
45:43 to the page within the AI salon for this
45:45 GPT for good
45:47 event um then there's also a link to our
45:50 merch store so if you want swell merch
45:52 with our [ __ ] and logo on it you can
45:54 get that too and that's that supports
45:56 the infrastructure cost of Mighty
45:58 networks
46:01 um yeah all right champy be like I need
46:04 a GPT interpreter or or I am ready to
46:08 sing I know Champion was not into the
46:10 singing earlier he was just not into it
46:12 maybe he had to pee or something let me
46:14 see if
46:15 [Music]
46:21 [Applause]
46:22 [Music]
46:25 he's
46:29 [Music]
46:46 he just needed to get warmed up that was
46:47 the problem we are a nonprofit
46:50 permaculture education cic awesome
46:54 perfect I just joined yay
46:56 that is awesome
47:00 chippy let's do 20K what 20K gpts for
47:04 good that would be awesome our goal's
47:06 100 if we can do 20k that's
47:15 awesome oh my throat she's drying out I
47:18 am loving my AI Salon hoodie I just
47:19 arrived today I know me too here check
47:21 mine out is it here yeah oh it's inside
47:24 out hold
47:28 hold
47:36 [Music]
47:51 please hey Sal hoodie hoodie
47:57 Ain that SW this is the first
47:58 anniversary this was only available if
48:01 you were at the first anniversary
48:02 meeting and for like the week after it
48:06 so we're going to keep doing these
48:07 limited editions we did we did a logo so
48:09 that we could do these limited editions
48:11 so that's the the first anniversary one
48:14 cool can I do a Shameless plug for Vicki
48:17 please before she goes to bed check out
48:19 the mod Channel
48:24 please oh what are these things
48:42 that's awesome that's so good hang on
48:45 let me get the picture
48:51 up so so Vicky so Vicky who's the one
48:55 that put well champy be singing in the
48:57 morning at 6:00 a.m. to wake us up I
48:59 think that's going to wake up the
49:00 Shannon family and I don't think they
49:01 would be too happy about it but but I
49:05 [ __ ] it I'm willing to try they're
49:07 already bugged at me about this whole
49:09 this whole nightly AI thing I
49:13 do um
49:15 anyway Vicky who's putting together the
49:17 GPT for good directory for us um she has
49:20 a 3D printing business so if you need
49:22 anything 3D printed she does it so she
49:25 sent Sherry a a 3D printed uh turtle an
49:30 a AI irregular
49:32 Turtle that's really
49:35 sweet and she's also apparently got a
49:37 multifilament multicolor filament 3D
49:40 printer going that's super cool thanks
49:42 for pointing that out Sherry that's
49:44 awesome that's so cool the Irregulars
49:47 are a special Bunch so by the way you
49:49 you hear us talking about the Irregulars
49:50 and turtles and llamas and things like
49:52 that sometime in here so the Irregulars
49:54 are just people that show up to this
49:56 channel on a regular basis and you're
49:59 like but Kyle why would they do
50:02 that see doesn't make any sense why
50:05 anyone would come here more than once I
50:07 agree
50:10 um because they like me
50:13 are have been bitten by this weird
50:16 bug this AI
50:19 thing
50:21 where I think what we've realized is
50:24 that um
50:26 this stuff's moving so fast and it's so
50:29 hard
50:31 to understand the implications of it and
50:34 understand how to deal with it and
50:36 understand how to build in it and
50:38 understand how to do business in it that
50:41 it makes a hell of a lot more sense to
50:43 do it with other people and so that's
50:44 what the AI Salon is so so you know I'm
50:47 driving people to this thing called the
50:49 AI Salon like this group this community
50:52 I created this for exactly that that
50:56 purpose to surround myself with people
50:58 who were into this stuff so the
51:01 Irregulars are people that show up here
51:02 regularly and they name themselves the
51:04 Irregulars and we have like a little zoo
51:07 of animals like hedgehogs and llamas and
51:09 turtles and gummy bears and ducks and
51:11 now we're adding ferrets because Apple
51:13 added a ferret to their project
51:17 names the Aussies are trying to sneak in
51:20 kangaroos just cuz they're Aussies
51:22 they're like well we got animals they're
51:24 just weird so the Aussies got to get in
51:27 on the
51:28 game and then I saw someone tried to
51:30 sneak in a dolphin now so now we have an
51:33 aquarium it's not just a zoo We got an
51:36 aquarium so anyway those are the
51:38 Irregulars those are also the people who
51:40 mod they answer questions in here
51:41 they're just really remarkable people
51:43 and so the salon is where we actually
51:45 all hang out and where you can you know
51:47 share things and there's a showand tell
51:49 channel so a lot of what happens in
51:52 these sessions at night is as I'm
51:54 answering questions or demoing something
51:55 something people that come here
51:57 regularly are making images and sharing
52:00 them or making gpts or sharing what they
52:02 built or sharing songs that they wrote
52:03 witho things like that um so it's it's
52:07 really become this kind of jam session
52:09 this nightly jam session where as new
52:12 tools come out we're like well here's
52:14 one to play with and we go play with it
52:15 it's like oh that's cool we play with it
52:17 we're like that's a piece of [ __ ] we're
52:18 never playing with that
52:20 again I just want to go through all your
52:22 stuff on those shells Gina you're
52:25 welcome to got the the com edition of
52:28 Monopoly which has got a bunch of
52:30 companies on it that don't exist anymore
52:32 I've got a 3D printed
52:34 Groot I did there's my 3D
52:38 print of a little Groot that I
52:42 painted there's an empty bottles of
52:45 blantant that makes me sad cuz it's
52:47 empty there's some magazines some fly
52:50 fishing
52:51 [ __ ] my step brother Johnny and I you
52:57 know all the
53:01 stuff the art behind your shoulder
53:03 geometric really cool yeah that's cool
53:06 it
53:07 is
53:10 kahura reto recto I don't know I know
53:15 it's a cool one isn't
53:17 it all right fantastic feather Fin and
53:21 Fur indeed uh oh wait I just saw wait uh
53:25 I'm irregularly irregular that's good
53:29 that's good well that's the thing about
53:30 the Irregulars is that it's it you know
53:33 it's many definitions of the
53:36 word because we tend to be of a certain
53:39 age or I think regularity is a bit
53:43 optional do you think that the Intel b
53:47 battle mage gpus will positively affect
53:50 the GPU
53:51 development
53:53 atmosphere I don't know them
53:58 um I did I mean I didn't know that's
54:01 that's that's what they were
54:03 called we had a kangaroo weeks ago yeah
54:06 but it but wasn't the kangaroo the
54:09 kangaroo only exists because Drew
54:11 learning AI put the kangaroo in there so
54:16 the kangaroo was injected the the
54:19 kangaroo is an invasive species in the
54:21 the AI learning lab zoo I think everyone
54:24 can recognize that
54:26 I think Drew will be the first to tell
54:28 you that he felt a little left out being
54:30 down
54:32 under you know being 13 hours ahead or
54:34 whatever the hell they whatever the hell
54:36 they got going on down
54:38 there and
54:40 so I think he's the one that injected
54:43 this so look I I don't make up the rules
54:47 I I'm not the Zookeeper I just visit
54:49 occasionally and I noticed that we now
54:51 have kangaroos kangaroos are not
54:54 associated with any project that I know
54:56 of other than Drew and but steo supports
54:59 the kangaroos cuz he's down there
55:01 too all right the more interesting stuff
55:04 is the API chips that
55:05 aren't wait so sorry go back to that one
55:08 that P had I take issue with this line
55:10 of chat sto yeah exactly exactly steo
55:14 steo knows like it as you as you know
55:18 steo it is a slippery Sloop slope from a
55:21 rue to a Tasmanian
55:24 devil and and what next venomous spiders
55:28 we're going to have venomous spiders in
55:29 the zoo that you can't do cute animals
55:32 of things that can kill you all right
55:35 the more interesting stuff is the AI
55:37 chips that aren't based on GPU
55:39 architectures ah p p getting in TPU
55:42 plugged there um but I would agree with
55:45 that I think that
55:47 um I think that specialty AI Hardware
55:50 here's here's what I think about the
55:51 whether it's the Intel thing or you know
55:53 Microsoft said they're going to do their
55:55 own thing Apple's doing their own
55:58 thing everyone has realized I I can't
56:01 believe it took them until 2023 to
56:03 realize this but the entire [ __ ]
56:08 Hardware um
56:11 industry completely let
56:14 Nvidia take over the market it's just
56:18 like they did they just let them take
56:20 over they're like oh it's just
56:22 Gamers yeah those Gamers yeah let Nvidia
56:25 take those those gpus and then it turned
56:27 out those gpus were really good for
56:29 Bitcoin mining and then I was like oh
56:31 that's okay yeah Nvidia they can have
56:33 the Bitcoin stuff yeah that stuff's
56:35 going to crash and burn and then when it
56:36 crashed and burned they were like see
56:38 told
56:41 you and then AI happened and everyone's
56:44 like [ __ ] why are we relying on this one
56:47 company for these things that does all
56:50 this and
56:52 so Pate who works for Google
56:55 they've they've got this uh tensor
56:58 tensor architecture I guess it's called
57:00 or or tensor a part of it uh but that
57:02 run on T tpus not
57:05 gpus let's make an irregular Zoological
57:08 bylaw bylaw GPT cuno I think I think we
57:11 absolutely have to get there because
57:13 because as the zoo gets more popular
57:15 people are going to want their weird ass
57:17 animals in there someone's going to want
57:18 to put a snake fish in there we're like
57:20 no they they they're going to ruin the
57:23 ecosystem and they're not cute the snake
57:26 head yeah no no we're not going to do
57:28 that I think you're right I think we
57:30 need a GPT for bylaws for
57:32 the The Irregular
57:34 [Laughter]
57:38 [Music]
57:41 Zoo oh
57:44 man
57:48 oh
57:50 oh y'all are cute y'all are cute I like
57:54 it why are those book books so high on
57:56 your shelf
57:58 Kyle which ones what can you see oh
58:01 those ones way up there cuz that [ __ ] I
58:03 don't care about that's basically
58:06 storage so I didn't build these shelves
58:08 like when we moved into the house these
58:09 shelves were here and they were empty
58:11 for the longest time there were just
58:12 boxes in this and then we decided to
58:14 unpack the boxes and all that [ __ ] is
58:16 [ __ ] that is just stuff I'll never look
58:20 at there's an iPad Pro box up there
58:23 there's a whole bunch of flies up there
58:29 so you
58:31 know what are you going to do don't
58:33 forget the Platypus Kyle yeah we also
58:35 have a oh we have a
58:40 platypus we need like a Wikipedia of of
58:43 AI learning lab Zoo approved approved AI
58:47 learning lab zoo animals and I think I
58:49 think Drew just because he was sweet and
58:51 he kind of snuck the kangaroo in when no
58:53 one was looking I think I I think that
58:55 gets grandfathered in like I don't think
58:57 we would I don't think we would actively
58:59 seek out a kangaroo in the AI learning
59:02 lab
59:03 Zoo
59:06 but now they're Show and Tell pictures
59:09 with llamas and turtles and gummy bears
59:13 next to a kangaroo thanks to Drew and
59:15 then steo is like well I like that or
59:19 you know the Australian version of
59:24 that
59:25 it's for decoration I have ADD books are
59:28 effectively for
59:30 decoration um what are you reading now
59:33 gpts Kyle if you haven't seen a cerebus
59:37 cerebus chip you should pull up an
59:42 image they are dinner PL plate sized wow
59:45 cere cereus chip let me go
59:50 look that sounds
59:54 cool
1:00:06 oh yeah look at
1:00:14 [Laughter]
1:00:20 that I'll accept your cookies but only
1:00:23 because I accept all cookies
1:00:26 that's a
1:00:28 chip that's not a chip that's a wafer
1:00:31 not even a wafer thin wi
1:00:35 mint
1:00:36 wow this is the largest GPU in the world
1:00:40 there's the cerebus
1:00:43 wse2 the 46.2
1:00:46 two millimet silicon 2.6 trillion
1:00:50 transistors cluster scale performance on
1:00:53 a single chip
1:00:56 yeah we're we're we are we are so
1:00:58 entering a new phase everyone where it's
1:01:00 like I'm telling you the one thing that
1:01:03 I know to be true uh even though I don't
1:01:06 know it to be true but I know it to be
1:01:07 true 2023 is just going to look
1:01:10 ridiculously simple we're going to look
1:01:12 back at 2023 and go that wasn't AI you
1:01:15 know the Crocodile dunde movie speaking
1:01:18 of Australia that's not a knife this is
1:01:20 a
1:01:22 knife that's 2024 is going to be like
1:01:25 that's not a that's not a GPT this is a
1:01:31 GPT I'm on AI Salon where do I find the
1:01:34 link to the Google form the the Google
1:01:37 Doc form um I don't have it up yet so it
1:01:42 will be posted on the um so if you go to
1:01:46 the AI Salon content the salon streams
1:01:49 and meetings and then in that you see
1:01:52 the GPT for good event so I'll have the
1:01:55 the link to the Google Doc and the
1:01:57 Google form will be here on this page
1:01:59 when we go live all right
1:02:03 louva so just hang tight for
1:02:06 that
1:02:09 um I could temporarily turn it on right
1:02:12 now on the on the uh on the link tree
1:02:14 too but but it's we don't we don't need
1:02:18 to jump the gun on
1:02:23 it oh right the gpus are all in Taiwan
1:02:26 what could go wrong yeah I know that
1:02:28 that is that is one thing that could gum
1:02:30 up the works here and especially because
1:02:33 in the in the meeting with Biden um the
1:02:39 the siing Ping said or ping is that his
1:02:42 last name the president of China said
1:02:45 that
1:02:46 um that
1:02:48 uh they they they they want to be have
1:02:53 closer relations with I want so yeah
1:02:57 yeah that's that's that could be an
1:03:00 issue well we you know listen we'll see
1:03:03 how quickly these
1:03:05 startup
1:03:06 um alternative AI processor companies
1:03:10 can get spun up it's it's not an it's
1:03:12 not an easy thing to spin up chip
1:03:14 manufacturing at that
1:03:17 scale um I just got a model for a Cappy
1:03:22 bear just no no
1:03:25 no
1:03:28 stop kangaroos is tasty digital Gods
1:03:32 understand Lord digital Gods gets it I
1:03:34 sneak in raccoons you you know what
1:03:37 Cindy so Cindy [ __ ] is is a is an
1:03:40 awesome person if you haven't met her
1:03:41 she's awesome she's a futurist she spoke
1:03:44 at the AI Salon I have noticed you've
1:03:46 been sneaking in raccoons and I wondered
1:03:49 what the hell's going on with with the
1:03:51 raccoons let's see I'm looking forward
1:03:54 to the GPT for good event tomorrow I
1:03:56 wish I could
1:04:05 something was that
1:04:08 a one of
1:04:20 these okay cool yeah I'm happy to chat
1:04:23 Rob
1:04:26 um yeah so we've got raccoon snuck in
1:04:29 there it's that's what I'm saying like
1:04:31 once you have a successful zoo with four
1:04:33 animals in it all of a sudden everyone's
1:04:35 like well I got an animal I like here's
1:04:38 a cute raccoon it looks like it's
1:04:39 wearing a mask an't that cute oh you
1:04:43 don't like raccoons how about a baby
1:04:44 raccoon they're
1:04:46 cuter and then Drew's like how about a
1:04:50 rue I hit a r with my car you want a rue
1:04:55 so how can I get this Good hoodie that
1:04:58 Good hoodie is a was a limited
1:05:01 production event it is not coming back
1:05:04 that I know
1:05:05 of um but there's ALS there's other
1:05:08 hoodies with the blue we got blue
1:05:09 versions of the logo in there
1:05:13 so you got to know someone you got to
1:05:16 know
1:05:17 someone it's we we'll see I might I
1:05:20 might if if I need if if I need to uh we
1:05:25 we'll see we'll we'll see how hard we're
1:05:27 going to stick to the not bringing back
1:05:28 the first anniversary one cuz it is a
1:05:30 cool design can s someone sent me the
1:05:33 salon link is it on Discord uh it it is
1:05:36 on Discord if you go in the um if you go
1:05:40 in the the introduction sections on
1:05:42 Discord but just go to there go to the
1:05:45 salon. and that has a link to the to the
1:05:48 mighty
1:05:49 networks site all right new architecture
1:05:54 is NE
1:05:55 necessary the best she is thermal paste
1:05:57 hot chocolate for the holidays I like it
1:06:01 no trash pandas exactly cuno so so Cindy
1:06:06 and you know Cindy first of all nice
1:06:08 Integrity thank you for admitting that
1:06:10 you you snuck the trash pandas in there
1:06:13 but come on come on it's it's just it's
1:06:16 not appropriate and I think everybody
1:06:17 knows it and everybody I I'm not saying
1:06:20 people have been talking about you they
1:06:22 haven't like not to me not to me all
1:06:26 right did everyone vote on the original
1:06:28 Three poll that I posted in show and
1:06:30 tell you either go Llama Or Hedgehog or
1:06:34 Turtle well go vote but you did you see
1:06:37 what that started quick take Jake you
1:06:40 you did the original um survey of the
1:06:43 top animals and and the people whose
1:06:45 animals weren't in your survey are
1:06:47 pissed off do you see the did you see
1:06:49 the controversy you started this is why
1:06:52 we can't have nice things in the AI
1:06:54 salon
1:06:57 bring it back once a year well oh that's
1:06:59 a that's not a bad idea we'll bring back
1:07:01 the one the first year anniversary when
1:07:03 we do the limited edition Second Edition
1:07:05 that's pretty cool yeah that we could
1:07:09 do you going have to wait a year for it
1:07:11 but it is pretty
1:07:16 sweet we should train an llm based on P
1:07:19 modder PhD we should
1:07:23 actually uh
1:07:26 um so here's what I love about Pate in
1:07:29 in answering someone's question here he
1:07:31 says frumple it's really unique but
1:07:34 maybe systolic array question mark I
1:07:38 would have to look
1:07:41 again that means something to
1:07:44 someone not to
1:07:46 me that's why we have Pate here he
1:07:49 understands what that [ __ ]
1:07:51 means if actually if you want a good
1:07:53 explanation about the differ between a
1:07:55 CPU a GPU and a TPU Pat your
1:07:59 man hey regulars how are you very
1:08:04 cool um we can add a hardware discussion
1:08:08 to the mechanics Guild I think that's a
1:08:09 good idea prompts cart hello Kyle and
1:08:12 fellow Irregulars good day to
1:08:16 you can you give a brief idea of some
1:08:19 ideas for do good
1:08:22 gpts um
1:08:28 well I think I think anything that's
1:08:31 focused so what we're going to build
1:08:33 tomorrow Corey is is basically so so how
1:08:37 I described it to to to an when we were
1:08:40 talking about you know what we're going
1:08:42 to build in the early days of the
1:08:45 worldwide
1:08:47 web
1:08:50 um there were sites that did stuff and
1:08:53 sites that didn't do stuff and the sites
1:08:54 that didn't do stuff got the nickname
1:08:56 brochure Weare and so the gpts that
1:09:00 we're going to build tomorrow for the
1:09:01 nonprofits um are going to going to
1:09:04 essentially be brochure Weare kind of
1:09:06 kind of gpts where they're going to be
1:09:08 connected to the website they're going
1:09:10 to pull information from it you can ask
1:09:12 information about the organization about
1:09:14 what they do about volunteering there
1:09:16 and there's going to we're going to
1:09:18 build in a call to action that says hey
1:09:19 if you like what's going on here you
1:09:21 know you can support us by volunteering
1:09:23 or click here to donate um so they're
1:09:26 going to be very very
1:09:27 simple they can they can go anywhere
1:09:30 from being very very simple to be to
1:09:33 being you know very very powerful and
1:09:35 and they don't all not all gpts have to
1:09:38 be public facing so some of the do good
1:09:42 for for a nonprofit could be um things
1:09:46 that make things more efficient in you
1:09:49 know organizing events or organizing
1:09:51 programs or delivering programs right so
1:09:54 maybe if you're delivering educational
1:09:56 content you've got an educational
1:09:58 platform that you produce content for
1:10:01 well maybe you could also have a GPT
1:10:03 that provides that content in a
1:10:05 different format um with with
1:10:07 conversational chat GPT in the app you
1:10:10 could actually have a
1:10:12 conversation and learn that content in a
1:10:14 different way and you could actually
1:10:15 learn it in different languages right so
1:10:18 um so I I think it's it's it's
1:10:22 almost I I would almost flip the
1:10:24 question and say what are the what are
1:10:25 the kinds of problems that you want to
1:10:27 solve um and then you can likely build a
1:10:30 GPT to do some version of that um a lot
1:10:33 of people think the future will be as6
1:10:36 um for each type of
1:10:38 model um rather than one for all and as6
1:10:42 stands for like a specific instruction
1:10:45 set right right Pate um so they're
1:10:48 they're basically specialized
1:10:50 specialized chips rather than rather
1:10:53 than you know a one siiz fits all yeah
1:10:55 that that makes sense to me just the the
1:10:58 question is it like so not only do they
1:11:01 have to design the chips they have to
1:11:03 write the the software that you
1:11:05 interface with to to train all your
1:11:07 models and like you know does Nvidia
1:11:11 have such a head start that it's it's
1:11:13 hard for any of those organizations to
1:11:15 get it up and running now if it's
1:11:17 Microsoft or apple or someone like that
1:11:19 where they're building their own chips
1:11:21 or even open AI like part of the money
1:11:23 that Sam Alman was apparently raising
1:11:26 when he got fired was to spin up his own
1:11:28 chip
1:11:29 manufacturing um thing for for their own
1:11:32 you know for their own training so yeah
1:11:34 really interesting to it'll it'll be
1:11:35 it'll be interesting for for for us real
1:11:38 folk you know non-engineer types you
1:11:41 know this all this chip talk is good and
1:11:44 exciting now it probably doesn't show up
1:11:46 in the models we get to play with for
1:11:48 two or three years is my
1:11:51 guess uh uh uh uh
1:11:57 like building a GPT for volunteer on
1:11:59 boarding perfect perfect use case train
1:12:02 your own data sets it's a perfect use
1:12:04 case
1:12:07 Chris there are problems with temp speed
1:12:10 and bleed over I've often talked about
1:12:12 the temp sple speed and bleed over
1:12:14 issues with my uh gpus tpus and rpu rpns
1:12:19 the A6 npn Ms trts the trt
1:12:24 1742 I'll tell you what I you know it's
1:12:27 funny couple of weeks ago I was just
1:12:30 messing around with it with an A6 board
1:12:33 with a a TMP
1:12:35 4438 and and I thought I was on a TMP
1:12:39 4429 oh my God chaos in suit it was
1:12:43 hilarious you should have seen the uh
1:12:45 the stack overflows that I had where
1:12:47 they it was like Niagara Falls if you
1:12:49 know what I mean just the the memory
1:12:52 holes were it was
1:12:54 you know 220 221 whatever it
1:12:57 takes that's an old Mr mom joke if you
1:13:00 remember that
1:13:03 one how about beginners
1:13:07 I'm wait how about beginners I'm
1:13:09 promoting on on on Instagram so Cosmic
1:13:12 lover the event tomorrow is for
1:13:14 beginners the now the the caveat to the
1:13:16 beginner is they do have to have a GPT
1:13:19 Plus account so they do have to have the
1:13:21 $20 a month account to build these gpts
1:13:25 but beginners could come and just watch
1:13:27 cuz I'm going to give be giving
1:13:29 overviews on what chat GPT is and then
1:13:32 we're going to be giving overviews on
1:13:34 what gpts are like how what is a what
1:13:37 how is a GPT different than chat GPT
1:13:39 like what is what is the difference
1:13:41 between these we're going to be doing
1:13:42 that and then we're going to be showing
1:13:43 how easy it is to build these so even if
1:13:46 someone doesn't have access to it I
1:13:47 think these sessions are going to be
1:13:49 really valuable people can ask questions
1:13:51 and they can go build and what my hope
1:13:53 is is that people actually come to
1:13:55 multiple of these and and you know maybe
1:13:58 they start their their GPT in the
1:14:00 morning and then by the afternoon or the
1:14:02 evening they've improved it and they've
1:14:04 got all sorts of bells and whistles on
1:14:06 it things like that like building a GPT
1:14:09 for volunteer on boarding yep I saw that
1:14:11 one that that's a really good that's a
1:14:12 really good
1:14:13 one um he's making this up isn't he
1:14:16 Joker how dare you you you don't think I
1:14:20 was talking about real Hardware
1:14:22 infrastructure
1:14:24 capability buses with parallel
1:14:29 serialism in my programming stack for
1:14:33 the prototyping boards that I work with
1:14:35 regularly on a daily basis God Joker
1:14:40 geez that's make that I'm offended I I
1:14:43 take offense to your casting aspersions
1:14:46 on my
1:14:52 qualifications
1:14:54 M Spike Jones
1:14:58 what what time what time we have to be
1:15:01 online everyone at 6: a.m. are by groups
1:15:03 oh Mr it so so these are it's it's the
1:15:06 identical session every three hours for
1:15:09 24 hours so you don't have to be there
1:15:11 tomorrow morning at 6:00 a.m. Pacific
1:15:14 you can be it'll make Ann happy um she
1:15:17 goes at 6 I go at 9 she goes at 12 I go
1:15:20 at 3: we're teaching the same thing in
1:15:24 every one of those sessions we're using
1:15:26 the same document teaching the same
1:15:28 thing to ideally different people but if
1:15:31 the same people come and have questions
1:15:33 and say oh I did this and you know that
1:15:36 thing broke and things like that um so
1:15:40 the the way we've got the schedules
1:15:41 designed is that within an hour you
1:15:44 should have a GPT built we should have
1:15:47 you up to speed on what chat GPT is what
1:15:49 gpts are you follow along as we build
1:15:53 build a GPT in real time that should be
1:15:55 done before the hour is up and then and
1:15:58 then we're going to kind of leave 30
1:16:00 minutes after that for
1:16:02 Q&A and just based on tonight it
1:16:04 there'll probably be some good Q&A which
1:16:06 is
1:16:09 good oh good Kyle knows as much about
1:16:12 this as I do exactly Source
1:16:16 Camp I am I am pate and I are very
1:16:20 similar in our technical capabilities
1:16:22 with the exception of the fact that PA
1:16:24 actually knows what he's talking about
1:16:25 it's just it's a very small difference
1:16:27 right it's just it's just one data point
1:16:29 is different he knows what he's talking
1:16:31 about and I have my head up my
1:16:38 ass Mike Row love that 220 221
1:16:44 line that was the best line I I worked
1:16:47 in a movie theater when Mr Mom was
1:16:49 playing it was Mr Mom Scarface and
1:16:52 Tootsie were like the three movies that
1:16:55 I I I probably saw them 50 times cuz I
1:16:58 was working in a movie theater when
1:17:00 those things were running that that 221
1:17:03 Michael Keaton's drinking whiskey at
1:17:05 like 7 in the morning
1:17:08 and and his wife's boss walks in he goes
1:17:12 I see you're pretty handy there he goes
1:17:14 you're running at 220 he goes yeah 220
1:17:17 221 whatever it takes
1:17:22 whiskey
1:17:24 oh my God I invited even my nephew who
1:17:27 doesn't know yet how amazing it is that
1:17:31 okay so Cosmic lover thank you so much
1:17:33 for saying that and for doing that
1:17:35 please invite anyone anyone who doesn't
1:17:38 know [ __ ] about AI or chat GPT or any of
1:17:42 this
1:17:45 stuff my one of my strategies for not
1:17:49 getting overwhelmed
1:17:51 with AI is do something for someone
1:17:56 else and so by doing the GPT for Good
1:17:59 Thing by doing it for another
1:18:00 organization and just say oh yeah I got
1:18:02 an organization yeah I guess we should
1:18:05 do something with AI like it takes it
1:18:07 off the AI like you're just like oh
1:18:10 there's this guy on Tik Tok and he's
1:18:12 goingon to teach you how to make a GPT
1:18:14 for your nonprofit okay yeah I'll come
1:18:16 to that well sure is it
1:18:19 free why are they doing that it's really
1:18:22 just to get our Minds off of like that
1:18:26 this is not something we can just play
1:18:29 with
1:18:30 like you can just play with this stuff
1:18:33 you can just like turn it on and within
1:18:35 an hour build an incredibly
1:18:39 sophisticated application for your
1:18:42 organization and it's my hope I'm
1:18:45 inviting my enemies that's perfect I
1:18:48 what I'm hoping is is that you invite
1:18:50 people who are the ones that when you
1:18:52 talk about AI they're like like could we
1:18:54 not talk about AI at this dinner uh I
1:18:56 think we've all heard enough of your AI
1:19:01 Shenanigans yeah yeah we're we're not
1:19:03 looking to learn AI yeah yeah we're
1:19:06 going to be disrupted by the AI the
1:19:09 robots are going to kill
1:19:10 us I would love to have some of those
1:19:13 people
1:19:14 here because I want to watch it real
1:19:16 time as their faces just melt off and
1:19:18 they're like oh [ __ ] I can do that I had
1:19:22 no idea
1:19:23 oh good lord Sally did you know it could
1:19:26 do this why didn't you tell me cuz I
1:19:30 told you not to tell me right you could
1:19:32 tell me now oh
1:19:35 my I want some of those moments tomorrow
1:19:38 I think there's going to be
1:19:42 some Sally why didn't you tell me right
1:19:46 cuz I told you not to tell me yeah I
1:19:49 understand
1:19:50 that cuz you said you'd fire me if I
1:19:52 ever talked about it again right I did
1:19:54 say that didn't I
1:19:58 yeah Mr it tomorrow I'll be watching
1:20:01 premier league and chat gping that's
1:20:03 [ __ ] awesome and and listen you can
1:20:06 absolutely do that
1:20:08 like the amount of
1:20:11 time the amount of time where I'll
1:20:13 actually be teaching things is probably
1:20:16 10 minutes total all the rest I'm just
1:20:18 going to be talking about [ __ ] like if
1:20:20 you just sort of follow the little
1:20:22 document that I've got you could spin up
1:20:24 a GPT in about 10 minutes like it's it
1:20:27 ain't going to take an hour and you know
1:20:29 me I'm a rambly I'm I'm a rambly type so
1:20:33 I can turn I can 10 turn a 10-minute
1:20:35 exercise into a
1:20:36 90minut uh lesson all day long um so
1:20:41 it's going to be it's going to be quite
1:20:42 simple so yeah you can absolutely
1:20:43 mindlessly develop
1:20:46 things Nvidia h100 is $31,000 by the way
1:20:51 I know Joker Joker's showing off Joker
1:20:53 Joker ordered I think what four of those
1:20:56 that he's keeping under his desk right
1:20:57 now the funny thing is he's got four of
1:20:59 those $31,000 gpus he doesn't have a
1:21:02 computer to put them in he didn't
1:21:04 realize the gpus actually have to sit in
1:21:07 a thing with a CPU in it and it's like
1:21:10 I'm like dude did did you buy a fan he's
1:21:12 like wait I need a fan too I'm like yeah
1:21:14 these things get hot and he's like I
1:21:16 thought my feet were warm oh it's so
1:21:19 funny The Joker anyway he's he's you
1:21:22 know the second Morgan
1:21:23 second mortgage those h100s they're
1:21:25 going to come in handy once you get
1:21:26 those things plugged in and once Pate
1:21:29 figures out how to get the stack not to
1:21:33 overflow into your your
1:21:36 waterfall I'm sorry about 12 of them I'm
1:21:38 sorry I I I didn't realize you bought
1:21:41 them in
1:21:43 parallel promps card I'm not much of a
1:21:45 morning person at all okay to be clear
1:21:48 this is a 24-hour event it starts at
1:21:51 6:00 a.m. then it goes 9:00 a.m. and
1:21:54 this is Pacific Time 6:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m.
1:21:57 noon 300 p.m. 6:00 p.m. 900 p.m.
1:22:01 midnight and 3:00
1:22:03 a.m. I'm I'm doing the last one I'm
1:22:05 doing the 3:00 a.m. I'm I'm I'm batting
1:22:08 cleanup for us here I'm G to have to
1:22:11 stay up all night to make it no you
1:22:12 don't you you can come to the other ones
1:22:14 you can you can come to other ones it's
1:22:17 every 3 hours every 3 hours there's
1:22:19 going to be a new event and it's going
1:22:21 to go Tick Tock Zoom tick tock Zoom Tik
1:22:23 Tock
1:22:25 Zoom can you clearly outline exactly
1:22:29 wait sorry post post that one again the
1:22:32 the can you clearly outline are you guys
1:22:33 familiar with DHD mirroring that's what
1:22:36 this channel reminds me of um I know
1:22:39 mirroring like mirror neurons kind of
1:22:41 stuff can you clearly outline exactly
1:22:43 what we need to do to attend on Tik Tock
1:22:46 or Zoom how do we get the link okay yes
1:22:49 I can hang on I have indigestion all of
1:22:52 a sudden
1:22:56 go to that address right there the
1:22:59 salon. that's going to take you to a
1:23:03 link tree that has a link to the AI
1:23:06 Salon Community but it also has a link
1:23:07 to the 24-hour GPT for good challenge on
1:23:11 December 30th click on that that's going
1:23:13 to take you to the AI Salon Community
1:23:15 but to that specific
1:23:17 event I think you're going to have to
1:23:19 get uh an account to I think you're
1:23:21 going to have to join the AI salon
1:23:23 immunity which is fine it's free and
1:23:26 then you're going to come to this
1:23:28 page the 24-hour GPT for good challenge
1:23:31 empowering nonprofits with custom gpts
1:23:34 GPT for good glowing face bearded guy
1:23:37 yeah um you can RSVP um you don't have
1:23:41 to and then down below here we explain
1:23:44 what's going on and then down below here
1:23:47 um it talks about the presenters will be
1:23:49 I'm one of them and an Murphy from um
1:23:52 empowered fundraiser is the other and
1:23:54 then it gives you the event schedule so
1:23:57 an goes first at 6:00 a.m. then I go at
1:23:59 9:00 a.m. and and so the links to her
1:24:02 Zoom meeting and my Tik Tok are right
1:24:04 here it's this channel so so just know
1:24:08 that I'm I'm on the 9es and the 3es so
1:24:11 at 9:00 a.m. and 900 p.m. and 300 p.m.
1:24:15 and 3:00 a.m. I'll be going live on this
1:24:18 channel just like I am right now no
1:24:21 different setup EX St I'm going to be
1:24:23 going through a specific itinerary that
1:24:25 you're going to follow along and build a
1:24:27 GPT with me and I'm going to provide a
1:24:30 Google doc that's going to walk you
1:24:31 through it's we like we've pre-written
1:24:33 the scripts the prompts as Mad Libs so
1:24:37 you literally put in the name of your
1:24:39 organization and the URL and you pop it
1:24:42 into this thing and it'll generate your
1:24:44 GPT and then we're going to tell you how
1:24:45 to tweak it and how to save it and how
1:24:48 to share it and then we're going to
1:24:50 modify it and show you how to improve it
1:24:52 and then we're going to talk about some
1:24:54 fancy [ __ ] and then we're going to
1:24:55 answer
1:24:56 questions and then we're just going to
1:24:57 repeat that over and over and over again
1:24:59 for 24 hours all
1:25:02 right may I request that Kelly Bosch be
1:25:05 a speaker for the AI lab meeting uh just
1:25:08 dreaming don't know her you can
1:25:09 absolutely request that if you do know
1:25:11 her or you want to reach out to her um
1:25:13 let let me know um Barbara b60 I don't
1:25:17 know DHD mirroring but that's what this
1:25:20 channel reminds me of that's pretty
1:25:22 funny um I'm I'm not familiar of it
1:25:25 familiar with it but oh wait let's I I
1:25:27 always forget we live in an era now I it
1:25:30 used to be you're like let me Google
1:25:31 that for you now it's like chat GPT can
1:25:34 actually tell us what the [ __ ] that
1:25:35 means without us having to go look at it
1:25:37 DHD Mir or in what is
1:25:46 it
1:25:51 no no I
1:25:58 mean in Psychology I think
1:26:08 right is it ADHD
1:26:12 mirroring I'm back I had to use chat GPD
1:26:14 to find a translate CH a Chinese owner's
1:26:20 manual CL copperhead you're so weird
1:26:23 you're so weird in the best
1:26:25 way what tab on the left what are you
1:26:29 talking
1:26:30 about what tab on the left you mean in
1:26:33 the AI Salon oh in the AI Salon the tab
1:26:37 on the left
1:26:40 is right above community so there's the
1:26:43 community Channel with the show and tell
1:26:44 where Show and Tell is where all the
1:26:45 cool pictures are go above that and then
1:26:48 there's the AI Salon content and there's
1:26:51 uh Salon streams and
1:26:53 meetings and then in Salon streams and
1:26:55 meetings is the GPT for good
1:27:00 event what are you building tomorrow is
1:27:02 that a surprise um no it's so I've
1:27:07 described it so what I'm building
1:27:09 tomorrow is a
1:27:11 um the equivalent of a brochure wear GPT
1:27:15 so we're taking an organization's
1:27:18 website we're using that as the
1:27:19 knowledge base to build a GPT and then
1:27:23 we've got some pre-written questions
1:27:25 that that are the sort of starter
1:27:27 questions and then we're going to build
1:27:29 in some safeguards like preventing the
1:27:32 GPT from being so easily hackable and
1:27:35 jail jailbroken so you pull all the
1:27:37 information out of it um and we're
1:27:39 putting in a call to action and the call
1:27:41 to action is going to go to the Donate
1:27:43 page of the organization if it has one
1:27:46 um so it's it's a very simple GPT the
1:27:49 whole idea is not to build the world's
1:27:52 best GP in an hour the whole idea is get
1:27:54 as many people as possible building a
1:27:56 GPT in an hour and just to do that over
1:27:59 and over and over again over this
1:28:00 24-hour period and just show people you
1:28:03 can without any programming knowledge
1:28:07 zero programming knowledge you can
1:28:09 develop something that's really
1:28:11 valuable even if it's a little janky cuz
1:28:15 the the tools are just a little janky
1:28:16 right now so that's the basic
1:28:20 idea all right uh
1:28:24 2425 whatever it
1:28:28 takes when is Kyle's first shift my for
1:28:30 shift is it 9:00 a.m. PST so 10:00 a.m.
1:28:34 mountain or noon noon Eastern is my
1:28:39 first jump in the
1:28:44 insanity it's my typo oh
1:28:48 ADHD ADHD Mir mirroring let me let me
1:28:51 see what it said about ADHD de
1:28:55 mirring individuals with ADHD might
1:28:58 mirror or mimic the behaviors emotions
1:29:00 and actions of others consciously or
1:29:03 unconsciously this is totally this is
1:29:05 Chad add this is Absolut I think you you
1:29:08 know what Barbara it's so funny I think
1:29:10 I think that that's what this channel is
1:29:12 is is me just kind of mirroring what's
1:29:15 going on in here um in real time I think
1:29:19 I think you've nailed it yes I think I
1:29:21 think that's what this is so this is a
1:29:23 social experiment is what you're saying
1:29:25 so much for the llm he Invasion
1:29:28 happening at the salon can't stop it oh
1:29:31 no oh Cindy
1:29:38 no I just have a
1:29:40 feeling quick take Jake's in there doing
1:29:43 all sorts of cool images oh there it
1:29:46 is there it is there it is invasive
1:29:50 species these are totally invasive
1:29:53 species come on you people you we what
1:29:56 ises this mole we can't have moles a n
1:30:00 no
1:30:02 oh see see all hell's broken loose you
1:30:07 give people an
1:30:09 inch baby raccoon for The Irregular Zoo
1:30:14 oh my God
1:30:19 silly y are so weird
1:30:25 oh man GPT for good you're going all
1:30:28 right who's in who do we got here Kate
1:30:30 Cosmic leverage 7 that's
1:30:33 awesome so good so
1:30:36 good oh it's EST 9:00 a.m EST yep is
1:30:40 when it starts yep oh that's that's
1:30:42 actually very cute Danielle look at see
1:30:44 I told you you want to you want to sneak
1:30:46 in an invasive species you start with
1:30:49 the baby one look how cute the baby one
1:30:51 is yeah wait till that [ __ ] turns into
1:30:53 the 60 lb ones that live in the storm
1:30:55 drains outside my
1:30:57 house they they could eat little champy
1:31:00 Champ's a a monster mut and and these
1:31:03 raccoons around here would he would be
1:31:07 like a chipmunk to
1:31:09 them be inclusive listen just because
1:31:13 that's one of our values does not mean
1:31:15 that that we can just have the zoo
1:31:17 running willy-nilly with with trash
1:31:20 pandas and everybody knows it
1:31:23 got to have
1:31:25 [Music]
1:31:28 boundaries oh no
1:31:36 see at least there's a nice happy New
1:31:38 Year sentiment somewhere amongst the
1:31:41 chaos what is this
1:31:46 marsupio the Platypus oh not koalas see
1:31:50 now we've lost all semblance of control
1:31:53 see there's there there's the Fret that
1:31:55 was thanks to Apple see apple okay here
1:31:58 was the whole idea of the animals is
1:32:00 they all started as things when these
1:32:03 tech companies launched their new super
1:32:05 cool products they used like an example
1:32:08 animal in their
1:32:11 example that's how it started and then
1:32:14 it's quickly gone off the rails although
1:32:15 the turtle to be honest the turtle many
1:32:18 people in here may not know that the
1:32:19 reason that the number one animal in the
1:32:22 AI learning lab zoo is the turtle was
1:32:29 this here you able to see a demo of
1:32:32 Gemini's back here live at the
1:32:34 waterfront village with my friend the
1:32:36 zombie Jonathan you're looking good
1:32:38 Jonathan just got an awesome face paint
1:32:40 job what do you think I like turtles all
1:32:43 right you're great zombie good times
1:32:46 here at the waterfront Village open for
1:32:49 the next 11
1:32:50 days I want to interview that
1:32:59 woman oh my God everything has just gone
1:33:03 South Bob's toenail Foundation I knew
1:33:06 someone was gonna pick up on that thank
1:33:09 you I was I was hoping I wouldn't be
1:33:12 left out there in the wind without a
1:33:15 good a good graphic to to bring bring
1:33:18 that fantastic nonprofit to life so I I
1:33:22 think I think Bob's tonell Foundation is
1:33:25 going to be the first GPT we build
1:33:26 tomorrow here at the AI learning
1:33:34 lab oh the 55 gallon drum of guacamole
1:33:38 very nice very nice and and the occasion
1:33:41 people also actually trying to do good
1:33:44 things in here Ted thank you thank you
1:33:46 for actually contributing something nice
1:33:48 and positive to the
1:33:50 conversation not just not just the chaos
1:33:53 mongers that are in here just trying to
1:33:55 ruin everyone's life po poisoning the
1:33:59 zoo with there's the chat GPT support
1:34:02 group this is what GPT for good is
1:34:04 tomorrow by the
1:34:07 way hi Kyle I want to make a GPT hey
1:34:11 how's it
1:34:15 going Zoo we're working on an epic
1:34:18 Noah's Arc yeah this is totally this is
1:34:20 totally a survival bunker kind of group
1:34:23 at this
1:34:28 point she'll be happier with a
1:34:31 Hoover y are
1:34:34 twisted oh
1:34:36 man oh I love it when people with brains
1:34:40 are married with instant creative
1:34:44 tools cuz it's just a [ __ ]
1:34:47 blast it really is it's so
1:34:50 cool
1:34:53 [Laughter]
1:35:00 Silver Fox oh yeah we have a oh right we
1:35:05 do have a fox and but you know there's
1:35:07 something about a silver fox that is is
1:35:10 special so I see I would think that the
1:35:13 Silver Fox is is someone that patrols
1:35:18 around the perimeter of the zoo so I I
1:35:21 think there's I think there's a special
1:35:23 dispensation for the Silver Fox I I I
1:35:26 fully accept the Silver Fox as part of
1:35:28 this part of this conversation the
1:35:30 raccoon on the other hand Cindy [ __ ]
1:35:33 knows better than
1:35:34 that oh I get it her last name's [ __ ]
1:35:37 get it raccoon see see what she did
1:35:40 there it's all about Cindy oh
1:35:47 Cindy you should see the stuff the the
1:35:49 ones of us without brains can create
1:35:53 Pate Pate jumping in jumping in with the
1:35:56 counter comment always let me in the zoo
1:35:59 never no I mean sure you're smarter than
1:36:03 any other being on the planet that that
1:36:05 is not that does not qualify you to be
1:36:08 in
1:36:09 [Music]
1:36:11 here who did that Rob yeah y'all are
1:36:16 y'all are y'all are strange y'all are
1:36:19 strange man all right did you close your
1:36:22 Discord no we didn't discord's still
1:36:25 there it's just the the primary um
1:36:28 conversation has moved over to Mighty
1:36:30 networks for a lot of reasons you can
1:36:33 still the the the uh Discord is still
1:36:37 here for the AI salon so I see a lot of
1:36:39 people have joined it um I do reminders
1:36:41 that say you know most of the
1:36:42 conversations jumped over there we've
1:36:44 archived all of the stuff that was here
1:36:46 and like mid Journey play and the show
1:36:48 and tell here on Discord is still here
1:36:51 so the reason we're leaving this live is
1:36:54 if you want to play with mid Journey
1:36:56 like mid Journey's getting a bunch of
1:36:57 new features although mid journe is also
1:36:59 getting a website so you're not going to
1:37:01 even need to come here to do mid Journey
1:37:03 anymore um but there are things that you
1:37:05 can do on Discord like you can geek out
1:37:07 and build Bots and things like that so
1:37:09 there's there's a reason to have it so
1:37:11 we'll keep this here but the primary
1:37:13 conversation of the community happens at
1:37:16 the uh the mighty networks um
1:37:20 Channel and if you come here if if so I
1:37:23 know I know some of you might be
1:37:26 joining um let's
1:37:30 see welcome
1:37:32 to hang on did I oh about the community
1:37:35 here you go welcome to the SL so if you
1:37:38 if you just joined the the AI Salon um
1:37:42 for the GPT for good event tomorrow
1:37:44 that's fine um but if you want to check
1:37:46 out what the salon's actually about
1:37:48 under Salon info at the very top um
1:37:51 welcome to the salon talks to you about
1:37:54 why we started this you know who who we
1:37:56 are what we do and what our values are
1:37:59 and the values are really important
1:38:00 things like curiosity and
1:38:03 generosity of like you know if you learn
1:38:06 something teach it you know if if you
1:38:08 put up a really cool image and you did
1:38:11 something interesting with the promp
1:38:12 thing share share what you did with the
1:38:14 prompt share the prompt or how you
1:38:15 thought about it or how how you
1:38:17 approached it um it makes a huge
1:38:19 difference exploration is a value
1:38:21 collaboration is a value inclusion other
1:38:23 than raccoons is a value and then
1:38:27 empathy
1:38:29 unless you you flood the show and tell
1:38:32 Channel with raccoons and then we have
1:38:34 we have no empathy for you whatsoever
1:38:36 none no but other than that empathy
1:38:40 super
1:38:41 important um and comedy
1:38:45 comedy comedy's another one we like
1:38:50 comedy all right
1:38:52 fantastic Silver Fox appre appreciating
1:38:55 The Silver Fox getting the special
1:38:57 dispensation absolutely I would have it
1:38:59 no other way oh that's
1:39:03 clever Cindy [ __ ] I hit the nail on the
1:39:06 head with with her last name in raccoons
1:39:08 octopus octopuses are awesome but I
1:39:11 think it's octopi jerice octopi are
1:39:14 awesome I think isn't it I don't know my
1:39:16 Latin but I'm pretty
1:39:19 sure one and a half hours ago I to build
1:39:21 a GPT squirrel listen I I knew someone
1:39:24 was going to bring that up I didn't
1:39:26 think it would be you Vicky but I I I
1:39:28 appreciate being held to my account does
1:39:30 anyone want me to build a GPT or at this
1:39:32 point do you want me just to keep
1:39:34 rambling doing the ADHD um mirroring
1:39:38 exercise mid journey is not opening the
1:39:43 keyboard wait it's opening wait what was
1:39:45 that it's not opening the keyboard in
1:39:49 Discord Mr it hang
1:39:55 on Mid
1:40:04 Journey all
1:40:06 right what do you mean it's not opening
1:40:08 the keyboard like
1:40:10 slash
1:40:12 imagine that
1:40:14 worked or slash
1:40:18 settings you might need to be in the mid
1:40:21 Journey play channel for it to
1:40:30 work it seems to be
1:40:32 working excuse me sorry
1:40:36 Co if we do possums would it be op
1:40:39 possums or possums see okay the fact
1:40:43 that we now need a committee to manage
1:40:47 the the learning lab Zoo means that
1:40:49 we've gone too
1:40:50 far
1:40:51 the the the minute we have subcommittees
1:40:54 on species uh selection and
1:40:58 management then we've gone too far I'm
1:41:03 sorry we're not good I already have to
1:41:05 explain to amelo while I'm hanging out
1:41:08 with Kyle every night now I need to
1:41:10 explain a 6 a.m.
1:41:14 meeting I I had to break it to the
1:41:16 family that oh yeah every 6 hours for
1:41:19 the next 24 hours I'm doing something so
1:41:23 don't plan on doing anything that
1:41:25 requires any time
1:41:26 commitment
1:41:31 Kap raccoons burnt my mother's my
1:41:34 grandmother's house down oh that's not
1:41:36 good mid journey is no longer free in
1:41:38 Discord oh yeah yeah well that is just
1:41:42 because mid
1:41:45 Journey like like all of these Services
1:41:48 most of them start free like Pika P Labs
1:41:50 right now is is free so if you go to p.
1:41:53 art that's text to video generation it's
1:41:55 better than runwayml it's free I don't
1:41:58 think that's going to last long like I
1:42:00 would get your videos get as many videos
1:42:02 built as you can cuz cuz those things
1:42:04 are those services are expensive cuz
1:42:06 that's a lot of gpus or tpus or whatever
1:42:09 the [ __ ] they're using this is like a
1:42:11 menu by granny clampet pums and raccoons
1:42:14 exactly Ted the the neighborhood just
1:42:17 went downhill the the minute you let the
1:42:19 pums and the raccoons in and and various
1:42:23 Australian marsupial I mean come on
1:42:27 people like like like like we
1:42:29 grandfathered in the the
1:42:31 r you'd think that would be
1:42:35 enough opossums are not cute but possums
1:42:39 are isn't that
1:42:40 funny maybe it's because I'm in this
1:42:44 live I'm good with squirrels tonight oh
1:42:47 that's good yeah I know I was going to
1:42:49 like tonight was going to be a serious
1:42:51 prep for tomorrow thing but now I'm just
1:42:53 like ah [ __ ]
1:42:56 it this is this is fun there was a lot
1:42:58 of questions and now it's just chaos so
1:43:01 so that's good too all right this is
1:43:03 like a yeah that we did
1:43:08 um I'm not on the zoo cleanup
1:43:15 committee what's next insects I I just
1:43:17 saw something about a weaving spider so
1:43:19 I think that's it only 5 seconds in Pika
1:43:22 what for for it to generate videos
1:43:24 that's pretty cool
1:43:32 amazing Kyle make sure to read up on how
1:43:35 to be a zookeeper kind of great
1:43:43 read you know it's really funny again
1:43:46 this is one of my weird joys in in this
1:43:49 Channel and actually what's happening in
1:43:50 the salon right
1:43:53 now
1:43:55 is sometimes I'll just go into one of my
1:43:58 stupid voices and I'll do it for like I
1:44:00 don't know five or 10 minutes and I
1:44:01 don't stop and I know that there's
1:44:04 people flipping through Tik Tok that
1:44:06 have never seen the channel before that
1:44:08 just see this idiot
1:44:11 character and just stop and are watching
1:44:14 it like what the hell is this and I feel
1:44:16 like the show and tell channels become
1:44:18 that tonight where it's just this
1:44:20 absolute random of chaos chaos machine
1:44:24 where people that don't know what's
1:44:26 going on here are just like what why is
1:44:28 this so active what why are there so
1:44:30 many raccoons in
1:44:39 here the posum smell like what
1:44:43 [Laughter]
1:44:47 died
1:44:48 [Music]
1:44:50 oh
1:44:56 all right see now the voice is going now
1:44:57 I can't even I got I got a 24-hour th
1:45:00 coming up people I just can't be in here
1:45:02 all night let me here let me drink water
1:45:04 let me fluid
1:45:06 dat oh man that's some good stuff that's
1:45:10 some good action oh the other thing I
1:45:13 would recommend I would
1:45:15 request if you've joined the salon
1:45:17 tonight hang
1:45:19 on go to introduce yourself section and
1:45:24 embrace our
1:45:27 um value of generosity and introduce
1:45:30 yourself I know it's scary and you're
1:45:32 like but everyone's going to judge me
1:45:34 and I don't know anything
1:45:37 and introduce yourself
1:45:40 anyway suck it up
1:45:44 buttercup
1:45:46 like it's important it's important
1:45:50 introduce yourself tell us who you are
1:45:51 tell us what you're about tell us where
1:45:53 you are on the journey and if the
1:45:54 journey is like I don't know anything
1:45:56 that's
1:45:57 cool there's no judgment on that in this
1:45:59 group there really isn't everyone's
1:46:01 trying to figure this [ __ ] out everyone
1:46:03 even the people that have been doing it
1:46:04 for a long time are trying to figure
1:46:06 this stuff out because it's changing so
1:46:08 fast there's a veterinarian in Show and
1:46:12 Tell oh
1:46:18 no that's a now that is that is a very
1:46:22 lovely schoras board a bit calmer but
1:46:25 all necessary animals are here until we
1:46:27 had more that's actually lovely look at
1:46:32 that all right see okay now now like
1:46:36 even the raccoon I can tell but look at
1:46:38 him look at the aggressive nature okay
1:46:40 all the other animals are looking calm
1:46:43 this raccoon looks like he is ready to
1:46:45 tear the throat out of the
1:46:46 photographer's girlfriend look at that
1:46:50 that's just not right right Cindy
1:46:52 there's a level of aggression brought
1:46:54 into the zoo here this was this was fun
1:46:56 you know what's missing from this um
1:46:59 gummy bears and uh blue rubber
1:47:03 duckies hate to break it to you Corey
1:47:05 you might want to you might want to
1:47:07 update we we're missing gummy bears and
1:47:09 blue rubber duckies and ferrets oh you
1:47:12 got you have a ferret in there yeah
1:47:14 you're good with the
1:47:16 feret and don't listen to Pate when he
1:47:18 says to bring in a a brown orb weaver
1:47:21 spider that's not
1:47:24 [Laughter]
1:47:27 appropriate oh no bossoms in
1:47:31 space see again you go with the ba you
1:47:34 go with the baby animals and everyone
1:47:35 goes oh they're so cute and they don't
1:47:37 realize that's the Vermin that that's
1:47:39 going to turn into
1:47:42 jeez the AI learning lab
1:47:49 vet quick take Jake breaking breaking up
1:47:52 with the monotony with some military
1:47:54 violence I like it it's solid inclusion
1:47:58 except for
1:48:04 raccoons raccoons have rights to Oh see
1:48:07 now we have
1:48:08 [Laughter]
1:48:16 protests oh my God Joker I forgot about
1:48:20 the [ __ ] spewing
1:48:22 monkeys those are Absolut you know what
1:48:26 those
1:48:27 were those were big hits in the
1:48:29 Irregulars channel in Discord and they
1:48:31 kind of got forgotten I'm glad you
1:48:33 brought them back because I really do
1:48:35 think they they require a special Corner
1:48:38 in the zoo a natural
1:48:41 habitat of of well moistened
1:48:46 [ __ ] what about
1:48:48 us my God
1:48:55 now I'm lightheaded this is funny yes
1:48:58 aggression equals Gen
1:49:00 X are we the zoo oh
1:49:04 oh more than you
1:49:07 know oh I have to solve these crazy
1:49:11 puzzles oh I did it raccoon is
1:49:19 in oh it's making me prove that I'm
1:49:21 human every time you ask questions where
1:49:25 where's that in the Discord oh GPT is
1:49:28 judging
1:49:31 me okay
1:49:34 bye oh apparently someone some raccoon
1:49:37 lover was was offended that we we were
1:49:39 making fun of the
1:49:40 [Laughter]
1:49:42 raccoons
1:49:44 a where's the website or repo or what
1:49:48 which which website Brave bra brav
1:49:51 although you might have just left I'm
1:49:52 Ling as hard as I'm getting
1:49:57 looks it it happens here
1:50:02 sometimes oh man this is funny I'm a
1:50:06 little achy I can't laugh oh and the uck
1:50:08 we forgot about the
1:50:10 uck sque squeaky flying
1:50:13 pigs
1:50:15 um no spiders
1:50:18 please see we're we're getting to the
1:50:21 point where we're getting species
1:50:23 species admission committees it's not
1:50:25 good it's not
1:50:30 good Tik Tock just mentioned party
1:50:32 animals what did we
1:50:37 do oh my God this is
1:50:41 funny
1:50:46 oh what's nice about putting blue rubber
1:50:48 duckies in there is it gets really
1:50:50 confused and they'll do like one blue
1:50:52 one and then a bunch of yellow ones and
1:50:54 then some of the real animals have like
1:50:56 plastic
1:50:58 parts oh I'm choking on my popcorn I'm
1:51:01 closing and
1:51:04 reopening I put a baby one
1:51:10 into oh so good Tik Tock content gold
1:51:14 tonight I yeah well I I mean I think I
1:51:18 think the entertainment value of tonight
1:51:20 was high the the uh the actual uh AI
1:51:24 learning lab part the learning of
1:51:25 learning lab was very low but a lot of
1:51:29 lab definition for
1:51:31 sure you have officially lost control of
1:51:34 this channel yeah totally it's it's gone
1:51:36 and I think so so actually you know what
1:51:38 it's that's actually a good
1:51:41 segue I think that's the idea for
1:51:43 tomorrow is I just kind of want it to be
1:51:45 a party I want it to be like show up
1:51:47 build a cool thing launch it if if you
1:51:50 hate it great at least you tried it if
1:51:52 you love it and it totally blows your
1:51:54 mind great now you've built something if
1:51:56 you've built 20 of these things show up
1:51:58 anyway build another
1:52:00 one I I was saying to an when we first
1:52:02 started tonight like when we're building
1:52:05 our demos we should build them for real
1:52:07 nonprofits and just build them why
1:52:10 not just go pick a nonprofit at random
1:52:13 just go grab one go grab a small one go
1:52:15 grab a big one doesn't matter just go
1:52:17 build it just to learn learn what this
1:52:19 stuff is
1:52:22 and then and then yeah have fun
1:52:26 tomorrow the homeless llama no
1:52:32 raccoons that's [ __ ]
1:52:36 awesome oh is that the thing above
1:52:39 Kyle's head said something about party
1:52:42 party animals where
1:52:48 here I don't think so
1:52:55 in that thing above Kyle's head it said
1:52:57 something about party animals the thing
1:53:00 above Kyle's
1:53:04 head
1:53:11 no there's Urban
1:53:19 desires
1:53:22 okay so let me since since we have
1:53:26 people in here that probably don't know
1:53:27 what the [ __ ] we're talking about okay
1:53:30 so
1:53:31 tomorrow is this thing called GPT for
1:53:35 good it's a
1:53:37 24hour GPT for good challenge what's
1:53:40 that mean it means that every 3 hours
1:53:44 for 24
1:53:46 hours I'm alternating with Anne Murphy
1:53:48 from um empower
1:53:50 fundraising and we're teaching people
1:53:53 how to make a GPT a customized GPT for a
1:53:56 nonprofit or the cause of their
1:53:58 choice on the text screen over your head
1:54:01 oh oh live now with party animals oh
1:54:04 yeah I don't know that
1:54:07 thing up there no idea what that
1:54:13 is so it starts it starts tomorrow
1:54:18 at 6:00 a.m. Pacific time or 9:00
1:54:21 a.m. eastern how you find out about all
1:54:25 the details is you go to here go to the
1:54:29 salon. that is going to take you here to
1:54:33 a link tree that the very first link is
1:54:36 the 24-hour GPT for good challenge
1:54:38 that's actually going to take you to the
1:54:40 AI Salon Community which is a mighty
1:54:42 networks
1:54:43 Community where we all hang out and talk
1:54:46 about this [ __ ] and talk about Ai and
1:54:48 then the that's a a specific page within
1:54:51 that community so you have to join the
1:54:53 community to get the details of this but
1:54:55 it's free to join so there's no there's
1:54:57 no cost to it other than we want you to
1:55:00 be a cool contributing member of the
1:55:02 community and then once you're in
1:55:08 there the
1:55:10 event has details about what we're doing
1:55:14 um what you need to do and basically all
1:55:16 you need to come with is show up with
1:55:20 like a website of a nonprofit or a cause
1:55:23 of your choice and a desire to learn and
1:55:26 even if you've built gpts before come
1:55:28 build one anyway build a new one maybe
1:55:30 you can help someone else answer
1:55:32 questions or something like that that
1:55:33 happens in here all the time and then
1:55:36 the schedule is is in this list so um
1:55:40 6:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. noon 3:6 we're going
1:55:45 to go for 24 hours so um I'm doing my
1:55:48 sessions here on Tik Tok
1:55:50 Vicky or Ann's doing her sessions over
1:55:53 in zoom and then Vicki has agreed to she
1:55:57 she put together a a landing page
1:55:59 website for us that's going to turn into
1:56:01 a directory of all the gpts so tomorrow
1:56:04 when you build your gpts we're going to
1:56:06 give you a Google form that you can
1:56:09 submit your GPT and that will add it to
1:56:11 the directory and it also adds you into
1:56:15 um a drawing for
1:56:18 $250 so some someone that builds a GPT
1:56:21 for their nonprofit is going to get 250
1:56:23 bucks for their
1:56:24 nonprofit um provided by an
1:56:28 Murphy Isn't that
1:56:30 cool my voice is officially
1:56:33 gone it's gone gone gone gone gone it's
1:56:37 gone
1:56:38 gone
1:56:46 gone all right all right good
1:56:56 people Kyle sent you a message on the
1:56:59 salon I will check that out as soon as I
1:57:00 get off here we are party animals yay my
1:57:03 image I know isn't that a good one I
1:57:05 love that image those was really good
1:57:09 one wow my
1:57:11 10-year-old King Charles Cavalier
1:57:14 Spaniel just build his first GPT it
1:57:16 looks like a
1:57:18 raccoon
1:57:21 it's that's a thing it's these These
1:57:23 gpts are going to come from the the
1:57:25 least expected
1:57:27 areas
1:57:30 um yeah Cosmic lover 7 that's she's the
1:57:33 one that made that
1:57:40 image 9:00 a.m. eastern I thought noon
1:57:43 was when I have to show up so prompts
1:57:44 cart again so for
1:57:47 tomorrow the every three-hour sessions
1:57:50 it's the same session over and over and
1:57:51 over they're going to be live so they'll
1:57:53 be they'll all be different but we're
1:57:55 teaching the same thing so if you just
1:57:57 come to one of them you'll be fine if
1:58:00 you want to come to multiple of them
1:58:02 just and make it a [ __ ] party
1:58:06 cool like come ask good questions and
1:58:08 come help other people build their gpts
1:58:11 and get people up to speed because it's
1:58:13 there's going to be like most of what
1:58:15 tomorrow is going to be is like where do
1:58:16 I get the link for the doc how do I get
1:58:17 into Google Docs I don't have a Google
1:58:20 do I have to you know all that sort of
1:58:22 [ __ ] thank you thank you Silver Fox
1:58:24 thank you for those gummies being in
1:58:27 Denver he likes our
1:58:30 gummies will there be any math involved
1:58:32 there is absolutely no math involved
1:58:35 nope oh Silver Fox thank you very
1:58:39 much I'm GNA have to stay up all night
1:58:41 you're really
1:58:42 dumb where do we get the zoom link you
1:58:45 get the zoom link from the list here so
1:58:49 the zoom link is right there I'm also
1:58:51 going to put the zoom Link in um in this
1:58:55 link tree so when you go to the salon.
1:58:58 aai when you go to this URL um I'm just
1:59:01 going to have the direct Zoom
1:59:05 link and so people can can hop in from
1:59:11 there oh my God folks it's 24 hours long
1:59:14 show
1:59:16 up will this be on the test no but I I
1:59:20 will be I'll I will be making sure that
1:59:22 Amelio's wife is on time to every
1:59:25 session for the 24 hours she there no
1:59:29 one here is required to be at these
1:59:32 things except for Amelio's wife and she
1:59:34 has to be on time or she gets 10
1:59:36 demerits if she's late for one of them
1:59:39 10
1:59:40 demerits you should see her report card
1:59:43 it is it is an embarrassment of
1:59:48 tardiness
1:59:52 all right listen my voice is [ __ ]
1:59:54 gone people this has been fun tonight
1:59:57 thank you I was going to do 24 hours
1:59:59 with Kyle listen do 24 but here's the
2:00:01 deal it's not going to be a continuous
2:00:03 24 hours we're going to do like 90
2:00:05 minute chunks then we'll take a little
2:00:07 break then Ann will do 90 minutes then
2:00:09 I'll do 90 minutes so it's going to be
2:00:11 chunks like that around the
2:00:13 clock all right so you don't have to you
2:00:16 don't have to plan to be there all 24
2:00:17 hours like my last one but if you want
2:00:19 to come to multiple of them [ __ ] do
2:00:22 it like like like let's have some fun
