93. 22:02with things like Runway and Pika they just hide it from you so what LTX is doing is is exposing it and doing some
94. 22:08more sophisticated stuff like you know multiple scenes and and uh shots within them um but it's all the these are all really simple

136. 31:02in it but those those are I think fixable um right now you have to render this right so now that I've made the
137. 31:09video model that includes her hand movements and her voice and you know the the scene um I can just type a script in
138. 31:18here and then it takes it whatever five or 10 minutes to render which is amazing right but the the reason that this thing why I
139. 31:31commented on this is we're probably probably before the end of the year one of these real-time voice things is going to have video
140. 31:42avatars and those video avatars could be of you or could be of you know people you know quite the professional
141. 31:49production is and like this is you know this is chat GPT talking right and talking with inflection and yeah that's
142. 31:56the her the the controversial her her not her voice so so why I put it there is this is a glimpse into the future
143. 32:07of the kind of interactions we're going to have with avatars and digital twins is this possible with a pet yes well I
144. 32:17mean you can certainly you can certainly make a video Avatar of a pet whether or not I'm I I I am almost 100% positive
145. 32:28hey Jen is optimized for humans Cindy um what you need to do to make one of these video models is get the the pet or the
146. 32:38person um talking for three minutes so that's harder with a pet but you could do you could do uh you could just take a

160. 34:32way more like her than mine is of me in my opinion and so it's going to be interesting to see how these companies
161. 34:39deal with that diversity of emotion but the GPT 40 model can now hear and replicate emotional the emotional
162. 34:52content of a content of a conversation as much as the text of a conversation so yeah it's crazy right Kyle I want the glitch sound you

175. 37:30there cuz it it wasn't in the flow of the other stuff so I cut out that section so there's a jump in the edit
176. 37:37and so I have a feeling that if you're doing something you know long enough that it gets to that part of the edit it
177. 37:45just glitches out because she jump you know the the the input video itself had a jump in it so I'm going to have to go
178. 37:53back to the original video and probably recreate this Avatar um this this Avatar also got rejected by he
179. 38:00ha Jen because it they thought she was a celebrity which is kind of interesting okay so what this is um this this dude from open
180. 38:15Ai and he he created a video with Sora he then used the video he I guess
181. 38:29uploaded the video to chat GPT Omni to write a script for the video and then here watch what he does here previewed our voice engine model
182. 38:46and um the reason why we preview these models as we're doing research is to really um engage with like all of the
183. 38:52stakeholders and kind of show what the technology is is good at and engage with trusted part ERS to see like and gather
184. 38:59feedback from them along the way so here I wanted to show you a quick preview of what that could look like um here for
185. 39:06the voice engine so I'm just going to record a little bit of a sample here of my voice and and see what comes out uh
186. 39:12for the narration so let's take a look hey so I'm very excited to be on stage here at vivatech I've been meeting some
187. 39:18amazing Founders and developers already um I'm very excited as well to show them some live demos and how they can really
188. 39:26apply like the opening technology and models in their own products and businesses all right so I think that

202. 41:54French now speak it in Japanese while it's narrating it's switching it's switching languages it looks a little
203. 42:00glitchy is he editing on the Fly I think he is I he's at least he's at least changing the narrating voice from from English to French to
204. 42:10Japanese so then this is already possible yeah this is why I wanted to show this that that you you know like like guys like
205. 42:20Gary Marcus there there's a bunch of people out there kind of [ __ ] all over open not open AI right now well
206. 42:25there's a lot of people [ __ ] all over open AI right now which they they kind of earned but there's a lot of
207. 42:30people [ __ ] all over AI saying oh it's maxed out we've plateaued this is as good as they're ever going to
208. 42:37get it's just not true like like this is this is the stuff they're demoing in public right they've showed us
209. 42:47Sora but but I don't think I don't think a lot of people have really taken in the the true significance of a model that can
210. 43:01natively understand audio and generate audio and can take in images and understand images and can do all the
211. 43:09stuff that it does with text all in the same model um so I I think we're we're coming to you know a a very different kind of chat GPT and
212. 43:19you know one of the things I talk about in this channel is no one's an expert because when whatever this is drops
213. 43:28getting competent at whatever it is that it that this thing becomes even in its version 1.0 is going to be fundamentally
214. 43:38different than what we do now so we've got you know in here we've got you know 70% of the people in here you know that
215. 43:45at least that were in here earlier are using chat GPT on a regular basis keep playing play play play keep playing
216. 43:53because the more competent you are with these tools and the more or you can jump over to udio and make songs and over to
217. 44:00Mid journey to make images and Tak it into Runway to make videos or LTX Studios and Stitch that all together the more of that kind of
218. 44:09multimodal um tool switching you can do where you get some level of competence not just in individual tools but in bringing those
219. 44:19things together that's what these core models the core models are going to be able to do all of this stuff so that was one and then here was
220. 44:31another one this this is another interesting one this was an impressive demo um yeah he he tried to do this on
221. 44:39his his phone and it didn't work so this is the this is the Mac App he's this is the same guy at this same conference
222. 44:46demoing the Mac App and uh and we'll pull up a voice mode so let's try this out yeah it's true Brandon gbt how are you
