31:28 the reason that this thing why I

31:37 end of the year one of these real-time
31:40 voice things is going to have video
31:42 avatars and those video avatars could be
31:44 of you or could be of you know people
31:47 you know quite the professional
31:49 production is and like this is you know
31:52 this is chat GPT talking right and
31:55 talking with inflection and yeah that's
31:57 the her the the controversial her her

32:02 voice so so why I put it there is this
32:05 is a glimpse into the future
32:08 of the kind of interactions we're going
32:11 to have with avatars and digital twins
32:15 is this possible with a pet yes well I

32:23 not I'm I I I am almost 100% positive

32:32 what you need to do to make one of these
32:34 video models is get the the pet or the

38:37 video and then here watch what he does
38:43 here previewed our voice engine model
38:46 and um the reason why we preview these
38:48 models as we're doing research is to
38:51 really um engage with like all of the
38:53 stakeholders and kind of show what the
38:54 technology is is good at and engage with
38:57 trusted part ERS to see like and gather
38:59 feedback from them along the way so here
39:02 I wanted to show you a quick preview of
39:04 what that could look like um here for
39:06 the voice engine so I'm just going to
39:08 record a little bit of a sample here of
39:09 my voice and and see what comes out uh
39:12 for the narration so let's take a look

42:51 a lot of people have really taken in the
42:54 the true significance of a model
42:58 that
43:00 can
43:02 natively understand audio and generate
43:05 audio and can take in images and
43:07 understand images and can do all the
43:09 stuff that it does with text all in the
43:11 same
43:12 model um so I I think we're we're coming
43:15 to you know
43:17 a a very different kind of chat GPT and
43:20 you know one of the things I talk about
43:22 in this channel is no one's an expert
43:24 because when whatever this is drops
43:28 getting competent at whatever it is that
43:32 it that this thing becomes even in its
43:35 version 1.0 is going to be fundamentally
43:38 different than what we do now so we've
43:41 got you know in here we've got you know
43:43 70% of the people in here you know that
43:45 at least that were in here earlier are
43:48 using chat GPT on a regular basis keep
43:51 playing play play play keep playing
43:54 because the more competent you are with
43:56 these tools and the more or you can jump
43:58 over to udio and make songs and over to
44:01 Mid journey to make images and Tak it
44:03 into Runway to make videos or LTX
44:05 Studios and Stitch that all together the
44:06 more of that kind of
44:09 multimodal
44:11 um tool switching you can do where you
44:15 get some level of competence not just in
44:17 individual tools but in bringing those
44:19 things together that's what these core
44:22 models the core models are going to be
44:25 able to do all of this stuff
44:29 so that was one and then here was
44:31 another one this this is another
44:33 interesting one this was an impressive
44:36 demo um yeah he he tried to do this on
44:39 his his phone and it didn't work so this
44:42 is the this is the Mac App he's this is
44:45 the same guy at this same conference

1:16:09 after you sort of get your head around
1:16:11 by playing with these AI tools you start
1:16:13 to figure some of them out then you can
1:16:15 move into this kind of creation mode
1:16:17 that we're calling mindfully create like
1:16:19 solve problems with AI where you're not
1:16:22 just playing now you're actually
1:16:23 mindfully doing projects and creating
1:16:26 art and images and musicals and whatever
1:16:28 the [ __ ] you want to do and then
1:16:30 generously lead and that's sort of the
1:16:32 next Evolution as you start to get your
1:16:35 head around how to use these AI tools
1:16:37 demystify it for other people help other
1:16:39 people you know do things at work get
1:16:42 promotions at work start a company that
1:16:44 sort of thing and so this is the journey
1:16:46 that we want everyone to be on and then
1:16:48 down below those sort of basic
1:16:51 instructions for how to get your [ __ ]
1:16:53 together with AI is just as big big long
1:16:56 ass list of tools and this needs culling
1:16:59 and it needs updating and so I thought
