1:25:15 announce but knowing that they were
1:25:16 probably going to announce something
1:25:18 like that like I watched it it's a very
1:25:21 different movie knowing that it's
1:25:23 essentially a documentary
1:25:26 now or it's about to be a
1:25:29 documentary because no one actually has
1:25:31 access to the to the voice tools yet
1:25:33 we'll probably get those in a couple of
1:25:34 weeks

1:26:20 um the founders of inflection the makers
1:26:24 of P getting poached by Microsoft I mean
1:26:28 just a lot there's a
1:26:30 lot and the good [ __ ] hasn't even
1:26:33 launched
1:26:35 yet
1:26:37 right Google keeps showing us stuff but
1:26:40 not really launching
1:26:41 it open AI hasn't I mean they've
1:26:44 launched a new thing but they haven't
1:26:46 launched the new capabilities so oh by
1:26:49 the way if you don't know that so if you
1:26:51 go to um chat GPT if you have access to
1:26:54 chat GPT plus and you you get your new
1:26:56 GPT
1:26:59 40 the the images that it makes are the
1:27:02 old
1:27:04 Dolly um Dolly engine it's not the new
1:27:07 image generation that it's going to do
1:27:09 so when you see people
1:27:11 saying gp4 Omni does these amazing
1:27:14 images with amazing typography that's
1:27:17 not the model we're using and if you're
1:27:19 on the app and you're using voice that's
1:27:22 not the voice that that's coming that
1:27:25 that's not the new voice so so they've
1:27:27 somehow figured out how you can use the
1:27:30 old model or the new model for some of
1:27:33 the old [ __ ] we do but when you go to
1:27:36 make images or you go to talk to it it's
1:27:38 routing it to the o to the other servers
1:27:41 which is a little
1:27:43 strange
1:27:44 but that's the
1:27:47 deal it's
1:27:49 cuckoo so as soon as that stuff launches
1:27:52 and then the other thing that we're not
1:27:54 really really prepared
1:27:55 for it was a pretty small percentage of
1:27:58 people that had upgraded to chat GPT
1:28:00 plus there's people that I know in the
1:28:03 salon and in business groups I'm in that
1:28:06 I've been working with for a
1:28:08 year that I had
1:28:13 assumed had paid for chat GPT plus
1:28:17 hadn't these are like professionals
1:28:19 claiming to be interested in
1:28:21 AI like showing up for meetings on a
1:28:24 weekly basis to talk about AI Innovation
1:28:28 and they hadn't paid for chat GPT
1:28:30 plus
1:28:32 so when people get access to
1:28:38 it like all the people all the 100
1:28:40 million people that have access to GPT
1:28:43 3.5 right now are all of a sudden going
1:28:46 to get access to this much more powerful
1:28:47 model I think awareness is going to kind
1:28:50 of Skyrock it but we'll see
1:28:58 just before the election might not be
1:29:00 the best time to launch the good
1:29:02 stuff there's always going to be an

1:45:53 model it's tokenizing your words
1:45:55 directly into the model as audio with

1:46:00 emotional content now that part isn't
1:46:03 turned on yet but it's a fundamentally
1:46:06 different approach and it's a smaller
1:46:08 model that's as good or better than
1:46:11 gp4 and I don't think a lot of people
1:46:13 know that because of how they rolled it
1:46:15 out they kind of they kind of buried the

1:48:44 replicated that right and they're like
1:48:47 okay we're going to generate what is
1:48:48 effectively a shot list from a feature
1:48:51 film automatically using this software
1:48:54 and then we're going to generate the
1:48:55 images we're going to generate the film
1:48:56 and it's just going to automatically
1:48:57 make
1:48:58 movies imagine this tool doing the same
1:49:03 thing but doing it completely
1:49:05 intuitively right where you just sort of
1:49:08 maybe uh characters start raining down
1:49:11 the page and you select three characters
1:49:13 and then upon you selecting three
