3:09 he's like oh I'll get
3:12 him they will not put papers in that
3:15 [Laughter]
3:19 door what is happening sto's in the
3:22 house we got Source Camp Amelio's wife
3:24 Robert Rossy Dr
3:27 J Nirvana
3:31 we got all the good
3:33 people who else we got what else going
3:35 on how y'all doing do me a favor share
3:38 the live if you're willing to get the
3:40 word out tap the screen let's let people
3:41 know we're having a good time Robert
3:43 Rossy thank you as always your
3:44 generosity is always appreciated thank
3:46 you so
3:47 much um there's also a big storm here it
3:50 was thundering pretty loud earlier and
3:52 raining loud earlier so I don't think it
3:54 means anything but you know if if I just
3:58 go it's cuz uh t talk banned me
4:01 permanently or there's a storm and we
4:02 lost
4:05 electricity so one or the other will be
4:08 the will be the
4:11 case thinking about anyone in the
4:13 midwest who's been affected by the
4:14 tornadoes today I know I it was funny I
4:17 saw I saw a uh I saw a thing on
4:22 Twitter and it just it like it was it
4:26 was a it was one of the tornadoes the
4:28 tornado that crossed the main Highway
4:29 and I guess in in Nebraska it was like a
4:32 half a mile wide tornado and then the
4:35 guy that posted it on Twitter posted
4:38 basically hey Twitter Hey
4:40 X is this real or not like is this AI
4:43 generated or not and are you going to do
4:45 things to detect if stuff like this is
4:47 real or not and it just made me like oh
4:50 God like it's like it's like bad enough
4:53 that we're having to deal with just all
4:54 the crap of the world and now we're
4:56 going to have to like deal with you know
4:59 people putting out fake tornado videos
5:02 or real tornado videos and then we think
5:04 they're fake and I you know it just sort
5:06 of struck me that oh this is going to
5:09 get this is going to get exhausting I I
5:11 I I have predicted that I you know 2023
5:14 the last normal year I think 2024 is
5:16 going to get weird um and uh you know
5:21 because of because of just the the
5:23 ability to do anything like anyone
5:26 that's got any any kind of agenda can
5:28 put something out there
5:30 and and it's going to it's going to
5:32 confuse things pretty dramatically and I
5:34 think you know I think
5:35 it's I think Where It ultimately pushes
5:38 us is it pushes us to some sort of
5:41 tokenization some sort of blockchain
5:43 verified content stream right that we
5:48 verify that people are people and this
5:50 content is from actual people and [ __ ]
5:52 like that
5:54 but we're going to have to go through
5:56 the [ __ ] to get there so anyway crazy So
6:00 yeah thank you for sharing that Silver
6:01 Fox yeah I agree I hope hope everyone
6:03 out there is
6:06 okay
6:08 H cuz you know got to take care of the
6:12 Irregulars Relentless Aaron oh wait 2024
6:16 hasn't already gotten weird I
6:21 know yeah I uh I was I was testifying in
6:25 a Senate Judiciary Committee in Colorado
6:27 this week yeah 2024 is [ __ ]
6:31 weird did not have that on my bingo card
6:34 did not have that on my bucket
6:36 list didn't even have that on my on my
6:40 uh you
6:42 know if all this stuff goes awesome what
6:45 do you think could
6:53 happen the the the wildest thing that
6:56 could happen that I become the voice of
6:58 reason for for something about
7:01 [Laughter]
7:05 AI oh
7:07 man all
7:09 right oh thank you very much I
7:12 appreciate that um I saw you on the TV
7:15 news you look great well thank you so
7:18 much I you know it's every now and again
7:21 you get on a zoom call and uh I guess if
7:23 the right people are on that Zoom call
7:25 they're going to they're going to use
7:27 your things you know what's funny is
7:29 like they they ended up using a couple
7:30 of my sound bites I didn't think my
7:32 sound bites were particularly you know I
7:34 I thought some the other two people had
7:37 really good sound bites too so I don't
7:38 know why they chose mine but you
7:40 know whatever whatever it's good it's
7:43 good it's it's it's a good thing so I
7:46 appreciate all your support hey you do
7:49 have in your profile that you're an AI
7:51 instigator that's a that's that's a
7:53 thing PS I think it's a great title
7:55 thank you very much I
7:57 um I didn't come up with it but I
8:01 saw it was like a response in Twitter
8:04 somewhere like like someone said
8:06 something about Ai and then someone else
8:08 said oh you're just being an instigator
8:11 and I just I love that [ __ ] word and
8:13 I was trying to think what to put there
8:15 cuz I hate thought leader right like you
8:17 know AI thought leader and then I think
8:20 I had AI marketing strategist and it's
8:23 like what the [ __ ] is that like I get
8:26 what a marketing strategist is but like
8:29 you know does it mean you don't do
8:30 anything I don't know and then when I
8:32 just I heard that word I'm like that's
8:34 what I am so yeah so officially on my
8:38 LinkedIn profile now I am an AI
8:40 instigator so there you go that's what
8:42 this is that's what this is all about
8:45 instigation oh yeah
8:49 um I got an
8:52 email from
8:55 rabbit that gave me a tracking tracking
8:58 number for my
9:00 my rabbit
9:02 R1 rabbit let's
9:12 see oh dang
9:14 it they've got the the email coded weird
9:17 so if you click on the tracking number
9:19 it takes you to the page but it doesn't
9:20 actually it doesn't actually paste the
9:22 tracking number into the postal
9:26 form to track it all right so let's see
9:30 see
9:32 oh Departed the shipping partner
9:35 facility in Ontario Canada oh
9:40 yeah does it have a a predicted
9:53 date wait what
10:01 the post office is so [ __ ] up it says
10:04 your item departed a shipping partner
10:06 facility at 20:2 a.m. on April 27th and
10:11 today's April
10:13 26th the the rabbit R1 is so powerful at
10:16 time
10:17 travels they send it
10:21 tomorrow so it's on its way it's going
10:24 to be here last Thursday
10:30 wait so so AI is so [ __ ] janky that
10:34 like even USPS Postal tracking is [ __ ]
10:37 up with
10:38 it that's
10:41 hilarious it arrived at the shipping
10:43 partner facility tomorrow at 1:00 a.m.
10:46 Ontario
10:48 time and it left at 20:2 a.m.
10:55 tomorrow I I guess I guess someone fired
10:59 their it person that was responsible for
11:01 for setting the clock on on the
11:05 facility computer it's probably like a a
11:09 PC2 running Windows
11:13 [Music]
11:15 92 oh that was a hilarious thing so
11:19 Wednesday when I was testifying in
11:21 Congress the um what do they call it the
11:23 the woman who L it the the
11:26 chair I think think the chair she was
11:28 the the the chair of the meeting she was
11:31 funny um what did she say she
11:36 goes someone was testifying about like
11:39 how slow government runs or something
11:41 like that and then she was she was
11:43 talking about like the the only thing we
11:45 have as senators are black black words
11:48 on white paper she was just talking
11:49 about you know we can only go by what we
11:53 see on the paper on the law and you know
11:56 you can you can say all this stuff you
11:57 want but like what we have to go by is
11:59 what's on the paper and then she goes
12:02 she goes it doesn't help that we're
12:04 still using Word Perfect and it got like
12:07 a huge laugh like it was the it was the
12:09 only audience reaction of the day it got
12:11 this huge laugh and she looked out and
12:13 she goes you think I'm
12:16 kidding they're still use a word perfect
12:19 in the [ __ ] Colorado
12:23 Senate oh man that was pretty funny it's
12:27 like ah the wheels of Justice they are
12:29 creaking along them typewriters getting
12:33 [Laughter]
12:35 squeaky
12:36 oh Wednesday when I was testifying in
12:40 Congress yeah yeah yeah oh I know I know
12:44 I got to stop bragging Mr Shannon Goes
12:46 to Washington well goes to
12:50 Colorado goes to Capitol
12:55 Hill um
12:59 so I played a little bit with memory
13:02 today on chat GPT and I figure we could
13:05 we could play with that tonight and then
13:07 I and I feel like it's worth playing
13:10 with activate the flux capacitor that's
13:12 good Papa JJ did you see the Baltimore
13:15 story about the school athletic
13:16 director's use of AI to re retaliate
13:19 yeah the so Allan I mean so what this
13:22 guy did was he cloned the principal's
13:24 voice and then had like made a tape of
13:26 the principal or like a recorded phone
13:28 call of the principes saying whatever
13:32 sexual stuff about a student or
13:33 something like that like really really
13:35 just destructive stuff and this is you
13:37 know it's funny this is actually some of
13:39 this kind of stuff came up in
13:42 um in the in the Congressional uh
13:46 testimony stuff um where like what some
13:49 of the people were were arguing for and
13:51 I I think it's reasonable is like we've
13:53 got laws on the books for things like
13:55 fraud and harassment and bribery and
13:59 like like there's already laws to do
14:02 this just because you use AI to do it
14:04 doesn't mean it's not still against the
14:06 law right so so so one piece of this is
14:09 yeah if if someone does something [ __ ]
14:11 up with AI they should be [ __ ]
14:15 prosecuted the the thing
14:18 that's frustrating for me every time
14:20 some idiot does that is that the news
14:24 channels they just want Sensational [ __ ]
14:27 so they're not going to put you know
14:30 somebody used Ai and really helped their
14:33 grandmother you know get get through a
14:36 tough time they're going to put you know
14:38 someone you know made a deep fake of
14:40 someone and and you know ai's evil right
14:43 like it's going to get positioned as
14:45 ai's the evil thing no that guy's a
14:47 [ __ ]
14:48 [ __ ] he's the evil one not the tool
14:52 right so but anyway that's just what
14:54 we're going to have to deal with for
14:56 three years well yeah three years the
14:59 next three years are going to
15:02 be going to be a lot of that [ __ ] going
15:05 to be a lot of people you know sort of
15:08 uh saying ai's over there's that guy
15:11 Gary Marcus is just continually saying
15:13 now you know um large language models
15:16 have peaked they're never going to get
15:18 any better this is it they're always
15:20 going to suck it's not
15:22 usable and you know it's just it's we're
15:26 just going to have to deal with that
15:27 [ __ ] so anyway that's fine that's fine
15:29 that's why we're
15:31 here just keep playing just keep playing
15:33 with this [ __ ] because you know the the
15:37 people that play with this I think this
15:39 was a point that I made when I got
15:42 questioned
15:45 um like it is like remarkably empowering
15:49 when you actually use this stuff if you
15:52 sit on the sidelines it's scary as
15:56 [ __ ] but when you actually use it you're
15:58 like oh right
16:00 I can up my game I can create a whole
16:03 new
16:03 game I can do something I've never done
16:06 before I don't know if Cindy K's in here
16:08 tonight we we had our office hours call
16:11 today and she and I were on two
16:13 different calls together today she said
16:15 something in our first meeting she she
16:17 didn't realize that what she said was
16:19 funny she said she said oh I forgot to
16:23 tell you I accidentally published a book
16:25 this weekend
16:31 she she had been like sort of gathering
16:35 best practices for for how to use AI to
16:38 do something I forget what it was oh
16:40 she's here it's so awesome Sydney I
16:44 don't know if you can talk but if you
16:45 want to come up and tell your story I'll
16:46 bring you up on stage you can tell it
16:48 but but she was she was like she she had
16:50 this stuff and and I think Ann Murphy
16:52 said uh this stuff's really good like is
16:55 this in a book cuz I want to send this
16:57 to people and Sydney was like oh no she
16:59 like dumped it into canva I guess a
17:02 canva template formatted it up and bang
17:05 she's now she's now got a book out that
17:08 she published over the weekend I don't
17:10 know how to come on stage oh I think you
17:12 might need to let me see if I can bring
17:14 you
17:15 up I think if you don't have a thousand
17:19 followers you're not allowed
17:22 to uh so go get 1 th000 followers and
17:24 come
17:27 back my college is now starting a
17:29 Bachelor's of Science in cyber security
17:31 with an emphasis using AI oh that's
17:34 great far
17:36 out Cindy [ __ ] I have zero followers
17:39 perfect you're right where you need to
17:45 be that's awesome anyway but yeah like
17:49 these these tools
17:50 [Applause]
17:51 are make [ __ ] like that possible like oh
17:55 I should publish a book you know how in
17:57 the past you were like oh I should
17:59 publish a book and then like 3 years
18:01 later you're like you know I should
18:02 really get that thing
18:04 started we're at this place now where
18:06 you're like I should publish a book
18:08 maybe I should do that this
18:10 weekend
18:12 um okay so Cindy's gonna post it in the
18:15 ai ai Salon um Shameless self-promotion
18:18 so let me show you how to get there so
18:21 yeah go post it there right now and then
18:24 I will I will tell the good people where
18:26 to go I'll tell you people where to go
18:30 all right so where you going to go
18:31 there's our cool logo AI Salon logo ah
18:35 look at that I love seeing our logo
18:37 because we were a sponsor for this uh
18:39 for all this uh this political stuff and
18:43 our logo looked great although they
18:44 didn't use the right one they used the
18:46 square one instead of that one but
18:47 anyway it was nice so go to the
18:53 salon. and that'll take you to a link
18:55 tree I got to go fix that link tree
18:57 actually but that's okay it'll take you
18:58 to a link tree
19:06 [Music]
19:11 [Music]
19:13 okay it'll take you to this link tree
19:14 and go to the third link the first two
19:16 links are irrelevant at this point I
19:18 mean if you want to go sign the letter
19:19 opposing Senate bill 24-25 that's fine
19:23 but they passed it they passed it to
19:25 whatever next level of the conversation
19:27 is in politics uh so there's there's
19:29 nothing urgent right now um but go to
19:31 the AI Salon Community the third link
19:34 down and then that's going to take you
19:36 to the AI
19:37 Salon we pronounce it Salon because
19:41 we're fancy we're fancy you could say
19:45 Salon but then people are going to think
19:47 it's a place where you get your little
19:48 nails done this is
19:51 the it's where half flutin conversations
19:54 happen so go there and then first thing
19:58 you should do when you get there there's
19:59 a page called Welcome to the salon that
20:01 talks about who we are and what we do
20:04 and why we do it talks about our values
20:07 which I think are super cool like
20:08 curiosity and generosity like generosity
20:11 like if you learn something share it be
20:13 cool welcome people in Exploration
20:17 collaboration inclusion
20:19 empathy everyone's [ __ ] afraid of
20:22 this stuff right now like I hear it over
20:23 and over again oh AI That's awful why
20:26 are you talking about AI why are you
20:27 doing AI ayi scar
20:31 and it's you
20:33 know it's it's easy to easy to fall into
20:37 the Trap of like well those people just
20:38 don't get it no no no that like it's
20:41 this is scary stuff it's profound stuff
20:44 right might it might take my job you
20:47 know it is definitely going to transform
20:49 your job and it might take your job
20:53 and if you get on board with it and
20:55 learn it you're going to be able to you
20:58 know you're going to be much more more
20:59 in control of your destiny than if you
21:00 sit on the sidelines being afraid but
21:02 like having empathy is important
21:03 gratitude so anyway check that [ __ ]
21:06 out then what else is worth looking at
21:10 um you should introduce yourself so so
21:12 one of the things that I deeply deeply
21:14 believe can you cover the keyboard hard
21:16 to read yes sorry um one of the things
21:19 that I deeply deeply
21:23 believe
21:25 is um
21:30 being in a community like the AI
21:33 Salon over the next three years is
21:36 actually going to be really critical to
21:40 um to the future of work for us
21:43 individually and collectively um I think
21:46 I think we're moving over the next three
21:48 years from a world where we hire hire
21:51 people for their skills like you can do
21:54 this you can do that you're a copywriter
21:56 you know Photoshop you know this skill
21:58 you know that
21:59 skill where the tools are going to get
22:02 better and better so that every person
22:04 is going to be able to effectively do
22:07 every skill so you're going to assume
22:09 that anyone that you hire can do
22:11 something can do the thing you need them
22:13 to do and then a whole lot more and why
22:15 you're going to hire them is not because
22:17 they know the skill but because of who
22:19 they are and how much you trust them and
22:22 so by being in a community like this and
22:25 engaging and you know volunteering to to
22:28 lead a Gil or or you know showing up to
22:31 calls consistently and contributing and
22:33 things like that you're going to get
22:35 known as someone who shows up someone
22:38 who delivers someone who's got a brain
22:40 on their Noggin or on their head on
22:42 their shoulders right and and and I
22:46 think that's I think that's where where
22:47 the future of work moves in terms of how
22:50 you get hired in the future it's going
22:51 to be all about your trusted
22:53 relationships so being in something like
22:55 the salon is way more important than
22:57 just learning the skills
22:59 um okay then down at the bottom of
23:02 community there's this thing called
23:04 Shameless self-promotion and let's just
23:06 see let's just see how good Cindy [ __ ]
23:08 is I fully expect that when I click on
23:10 this the next post is going to be
23:13 hers boom and there it is lovely the
23:19 oops I just published a book book
23:21 content
23:22 remix so
23:26 cool April 21st 20
23:30 24 so cool content remix a guide book to
23:33 repurposing existing content oh we were
23:36 talking about this today so this is
23:39 another thing I I okay I got I I got so
23:43 excited today there was so many things
23:45 we talked about I got excited about in
23:47 in all the meetings I had today uh
23:49 Friday's my a talk about AI day
23:54 um I think that one of the biggest
24:00 values that AI is going to deliver short
24:03 term and by short term I mean one to
24:05 three
24:06 years
24:09 is every company and every person has
24:13 decades and you know depending on the
24:16 company probably you know a
24:18 century um a century worth of data they
24:21 got decades worth of data and that data
24:24 for the most part is locked away and
24:27 unaccessible right it's
24:30 in databases that no one uses anymore
24:34 it's in spreadsheets that we we fired
24:37 our whole data analytics
24:39 department and so I think that there
24:43 is a massive opportunity for any
24:49 people that learn these tools well
24:51 enough to help people mine mine the
24:55 value and the data that they've already
24:56 got right so you've got you've got all
24:59 these spreadsheets that have all this
25:01 data that I I don't know is is valuable
25:03 for sales Trends or whatever it might be
25:06 or or uh you know 10 years ago there was
25:10 a big thing to capture best practices so
25:13 we captured all these audio recordings
25:15 and video recordings of people sharing
25:17 their best practices but nobody ever did
25:19 anything with them oh well give me those
25:22 10,000 PDFs and the 10,000 hours of
25:26 interviews and let's just splat them
25:29 into an AI system and pull the stuff
25:32 pull the value out of it right and if
25:34 you can help do that and so that's what
25:36 this is about comprehensive practical
25:39 manual for anyone looking to maximize
25:41 the value of their existing content
25:43 across multiple platforms and audiences
25:45 authored by Rockstar Cindy [ __ ] I think
25:48 it's a little much to call yourself a
25:50 rockstar but it's fine I agree with it
25:51 so I'm fine with the characterization
25:54 authored by Rockstar cindry Cindy [ __ ]
25:56 and published by Turkey Hill press it
25:58 serves as a valuable resource for
26:01 creatives educators makers entrepreneurs
26:04 and content creators guidebook provides
26:06 a plethora of of actionable tips
26:10 step-by-step examples detailed
26:12 strategies for adapting existing assets
26:15 to different formats from blogs to
26:17 social media to podcasts interactive
26:19 webinars yeah this is this is brilliant
26:21 this is this is timely and good and it's
26:25 a cool cover I like the cover
26:29 and it's
26:31 um it was accidentally published in a
26:34 weekend so go to the AI Salon go to
26:38 Shameless self-promotion and go pick up
26:40 a copy of Cindy's Cindy's accidental
26:44 book oops I published a
26:50 book it's on
26:54 Amazon oops I published the book
27:05 all right there you go see you see what
27:08 happens in here you hang around people
27:10 like that all right what else should you
27:12 do
27:16 um over in community as well there's a
27:19 there's a the third link down is uh AI
27:22 Launchpad and tools and I haven't
27:23 updated this for a while 15 days I got
27:27 to I got to update this
27:29 but this is a list of if you're trying
27:31 to get AI literate which you know right
27:33 now I
27:36 think I think probably the most
27:39 important thing anyone who wants to be
27:43 viable in the workplace could do is get
27:45 AI literate and if you're like but Kyle
27:47 I don't know how to get AI literate
27:49 what's that even mean I'm not very
27:51 technical I didn't go to Stamford I
27:53 didn't get no degree from MIT who do you
27:56 think I am Kyle
27:59 so I have a degree in
28:02 acting um where we are right now with
28:05 this AI stuff if you're new to it is
28:08 generative AI is not it's not the AI of
28:10 the past three
28:12 decades generative AI chat GPT and the
28:15 things that have kind of spawned because
28:17 of
28:18 it um mean that anyone can use these
28:22 incredibly powerful AI tools without
28:24 having to have a math degree and my name
28:27 ain't P PT modder exactly
28:30 and so this is my this is my three-step
28:32 patented um how to get AI literate U
28:35 methodology and it it only cost you
28:39 $449.99 no it's free the being part of
28:42 the salon is free you should join the
28:43 salon anyway um but my patented
28:48 three-step three-step uh keys to success
28:51 play solve and share and so play just
28:55 literally means that like don't take AI
28:58 so seriously play with the tools um go
29:02 write yourself a song on ud.com go to
29:06 ideogram do is itai I think it's a
29:15 ideogram yeah id. a and make yourself a
29:19 picture um go to chat GPT and just type
29:22 some [ __ ] in there and see what happens
29:24 like just start playing just start
29:26 playing and get curious and get
29:29 adventurous and then the second one is
29:31 solve like once you start to understand
29:33 what these tools make possible by
29:35 playing with them then instead of trying
29:37 to figure out wait what can I do with AI
29:41 which is a really overwhelming
29:44 question start with problems or
29:46 challenges and and it what's really
29:48 powerful is start with problems that
29:50 other people have someone's trying to
29:52 start a business someone's trying to
29:53 figure out I don't know how to write a
29:55 really difficult letter to someone
29:57 someone at work is trying to figure out
29:59 a marketing plan so you know things like
30:01 that find a problem and then say Oh hey
30:05 can I partner with you on that I want to
30:07 use I'm trying to learn AI let me try to
30:10 help you solve that problem using AI so
30:13 that's the second step start practically
30:15 applying it and and problem could be
30:18 like really small things like I want to
30:20 entertain my kids so I'm going to write
30:22 them a book it could be we're trying to
30:24 eat better as a family so it could be
30:26 make yourself a meal plan for the next
30:28 week and then oh here's one of my
30:30 favorite things um don't know if you
30:33 knew this if you download the official
30:35 chat GPT
30:38 app um it's it's got
30:43 um it's got uh GPT Vision in
30:47 it and so you can you can do something
30:50 like this if someone wrote out hand
30:52 wrote out a shopping list of here's all
30:54 the crap to buy at the grocery
30:56 store and you know how people do that
30:58 and they just remember what they
31:00 remember and it's all out of order and
31:02 when you're at the grocery store you're
31:03 all the way on the other end of the
31:04 grocery store and then you find the item
31:06 that was all the way back on the other
31:07 side and you're all right you can take a
31:09 picture of your like handwritten grocery
31:12 list and put upload it into chat GPT and
31:15 just say organize this by section of the
31:17 grocery store and it'll read your
31:19 handwritten note and create a shopping
31:21 list for you or organized by section of
31:23 the grocery store it's [ __ ] brilliant
31:25 right so even little problems like that
31:27 you can start start to you can start to
31:29 think about using Ai and what it allows
31:31 you to do is just get increasingly
31:33 Nimble with thinking about when someone
31:35 has a problem you're like oh I know how
31:37 we can solve that right and then the
31:40 third one is
31:41 share and this one I can't emphasize
31:45 enough it's why this channel exists it's
31:47 why the salon exists it's it's something
31:49 that I I tell everyone I can is Learn
31:53 out Loud live out loud Learn out Loud
31:57 with this AI stuff so as you're learning
31:59 this stuff hey I was playing around with
32:01 ideogram today and I made I tried to
32:02 make some images and they were
32:04 hilariously bad look and you share that
32:06 with the world and then people like oh
32:07 that's cute funny haha you get thumbs up
32:10 and you just keep doing that hey I was
32:12 playing on chat GPT today and it made
32:14 this really cool table comparing these
32:15 two concepts and I didn't think it would
32:17 know that much but it knew that much and
32:18 now I'm really excited you share that
32:21 and what starts to happen is people
32:23 start to associate you as being an
32:25 expert with this stuff and I I I hear
32:27 this
32:29 constantly in this community that the
32:32 people in this community are like but
32:33 I'm not an expert but anyway I'm
32:35 speaking in front of this big important
32:36 group at my job talking about AI people
32:40 will start to recognize you as an expert
32:42 and even though you don't feel it you
32:43 actually are because if you're paying
32:45 attention to this stuff at all right now
32:48 you're way ahead of most people on the
32:50 planet and so you are a leader so if
32:54 you're here if you're still there's 76
32:56 people in here watching a a a tubby old
32:59 man trying to figure out how to use Tik
33:01 Tok if you're still here that curiosity
33:05 is going to serve you very well so
33:06 anyway so that's the three-step you know
33:09 keys to AI literacy so go do that go do
33:12 those things um and then below that list
33:16 are all the tools well like I don't know
33:19 where to start Kyle where do I even
33:21 start start with chat GPT well why
33:24 what's the big deal about chat GPT it's
33:26 just the best and until further notice
33:29 it's just the best and then the next
33:31 question will be from you should I pay
33:33 the $20 yes you should pay the $20 and
33:37 you're like oh but Kyle how much money
33:39 do you make off that $20 you're making a
33:41 lot of money off my $20 right no I don't
33:44 work for them I don't get a commission
33:45 from them I don't give a [ __ ] if you do
33:46 it or not but you should do it um and
33:50 then you should learn all the stuff it
33:52 does most people have no [ __ ] idea oh
33:55 what it makes possible you know what I'm
33:57 going to go add something right
34:01 now how do I oh here it is
34:10 [Music]
34:14 edit okay I'm going to copy
34:18 this
34:20 here I'm going to paste and I'm going to
34:23 go um memory across
34:36 chats I make it
34:42 orange where oh there it
34:45 is
34:48 orange save all right look I just
34:51 updated our thing oh and I didn't change
34:54 the date of when I updated it dang it
35:03 26th don't
35:09 don't where there we
35:13 go okay so start with chat GPT just
35:18 start learning that use Gemini so at
35:20 least one of us gets paid yeah there you
35:22 go um Gemini is on the list so the next
35:25 um I should update this as well um um
35:28 you know
35:29 what I don't have time right now I'll
35:31 I'll update this tomorrow um yeah below
35:35 chat GPT you've got the the other big
35:37 models Claude Gemini perplexity and
35:40 co-pilot from Microsoft those are kind
35:42 of the biggies and then you have the
35:44 specialty ones that are Pi uh grock from
35:49 from xai llama 2 and po um grock still
35:54 sucks but it it will probably get better
35:56 at some point but they just open source
35:59 their their model so I have a feeling
36:00 there's going to be some interesting
36:02 stuff coming out of that
36:04 effort um PO is also really interesting
36:07 lately because you can if you pay the 20
36:09 bucks a month for po they give you
36:11 access even if you don't pay the 20
36:13 bucks you get access to lots and lots of
36:15 models um like you you can play with
36:18 open AI gp4 you can play with anthropics
36:22 Claude you can play with all the like
36:25 llama and mixol and all the different
36:28 open source models there's image models
36:30 in there so Po's really kind of
36:32 interesting po po for a while I was kind
36:34 of cooling down on it but they they they
36:37 feel like they're getting their [ __ ]
36:38 together um so that's pretty interesting
36:40 then there's image generation tools and
36:42 again there's just a ton of them there's
36:44 video creation tools um and we're going
36:46 to play with uh what's it called tonight
36:51 um LTX studio tonight which is I got
36:54 access to the beta it's amazing um music
36:57 and audio udio is staggeringly good 11
37:01 Labs that's the one that does voice
37:02 synthesis so I that I assume that's the
37:05 one that the guy in in North Carolina
37:07 did to try to frame his his principle
37:11 [ __ ] so I I assume that was an ad for
37:14 11 Labs um there's 3D objects and worlds
37:18 there's there's uh things that are
37:20 coming um and then there's people that
37:23 you should follow Ethan mollik um
37:25 Wharton business school Professor David
37:27 David Shapiro just total Brainiac and
37:31 and AGI AGI Optimist and developer Paul
37:35 rater from the marketing AI Institute
37:37 Rachel woods from here right here on Tik
37:40 Tok with her AI
37:44 exchange H anyway all
37:50 right just like Wy coyote I'm going to
37:53 get business cards that say AI Super
37:55 Genius if you know you know that's great
37:57 I love that
37:59 actually let's go
38:02 to
38:06 ideogram wait what did you
38:10 say AI Super Genius
38:13 okay
38:15 um business card on a why hang
38:22 on okay sorry I had to make it a little
38:25 brighter cuz I can't if you if if I have
38:28 the screen brightness so that it looks
38:30 good to you I can barely see the screen
38:33 so I have to brighten it up a little bit
38:34 when I'm actually working okay business
38:37 card on
38:39 a um
38:44 store counter that
38:48 says while
38:53 E coyote
38:59 oh wait ly
39:00 coyote
39:03 AI
39:05 Super
39:07 Genius that's
39:09 great one of the nice things about
39:11 ideogram so the cemon is i i d EO gram.
39:17 a and then I'm going to do I'm going to
39:19 do this as a cartoon so I think they've
39:21 got cartoon in here don't they
39:30 illustration
39:35 typography let's
39:38 do
39:41 cartoon
39:44 drawing of
39:48 a okay and then we'll do it yeah we'll
39:51 do it horizontal so over here you can
39:54 pick the
39:55 size right so you can go
40:00 like you know do you want it tall do you
40:02 want it wide that's a cool little
40:04 feature let's do we'll do that
40:06 one and then we're going to go
40:10 bang one of the nice things that
40:13 ideogram does is it takes what I wrote
40:16 was kind of a crappy prompt and it
40:18 rewrites
40:20 it it looks like it's going to work oh
40:23 yeah oh yeah look at this one over here
40:26 that's going to be good
40:28 [Laughter]
40:35 boom Sharon
40:37 Crawford look at
40:40 that that is flipping awesome I will I
40:43 will share these I can I share
40:47 this can I share these four these are
40:50 actually really good
40:57 I think that's the
41:00 one yeah that's the one for sure all
41:03 right so I'm going to take this copy
41:05 image I'm going to go over to um I'm
41:09 going to go to show and tell because
41:11 this one's cool enough to show and tell
41:13 to the broader audience so I'm just
41:15 going to paste that in there and they
41:18 say
41:19 made in
41:23 ideogram and let me go back and get the
41:34 prompt
41:41 more made an ideogram
41:45 for Sharon on my Tik Tock live
41:54 tonight and then I'm going to go paste
42:08 prompt and then I'm going to
42:11 go magic prompt
42:35 [Music]
42:37 all right let me do
42:40 hashtag Irregulars because that's us and
42:43 I'm going to go hashtag images I'm GNA
42:45 go hashtag do your hashtags people it's
42:50 good it's good then if you don't do
42:54 them we're not going to notify everyone
42:57 even though it's that
42:59 cool that's super cool and then I think
43:02 what I'll do is I'm just going to copy
43:03 this
43:04 post say share copy the link and then
43:07 I'm going to go down to the Irregulars
43:10 Channel and I am going to share it
43:16 bang
43:21 beautiful nice what else we got going in
43:24 here
43:28 that was
43:32 cute yeah the chiseled version of
43:36 me Mr Shannon oh that's bad that's bad
43:40 goes to the
43:44 capital that picture from from Mary Mary
43:48 um is so good and she said she didn't do
43:52 it but she saw it on where where on
43:54 Instagram or something like that
43:56 Facebook
43:57 how good is that because it's like the
44:00 hands are good it's clearly offender
44:02 Strat and it's clearly AB
44:04 Lincoln
44:07 amazing how do I access this page how
44:09 you access that page is you go
44:13 to the salon. a which is going to take
44:17 you to a link
44:18 tree and the third link on it is the AI
44:21 Salon
44:23 community and that's going to take you
44:26 to this place here which is is the AI
44:28 Salon community and you want to check
44:30 out welcome to the salon first and you
44:32 want to join it if you resonate with
44:34 what we're about and you should it just
44:37 basically says don't be a douche um be
44:40 generous be nice be curious be cool um
44:44 and then um and then where you're going
44:46 to want to go is underneath the
44:48 community section after you introduce
44:50 yourself take our value of generosity
44:52 and actually introduce yourself to the
44:54 community it will serve you um go go to
44:57 the show off your work section and
44:59 images and Graphics is there and that's
45:01 where I posted that and then way down
45:04 toward the bottom is an area called
45:06 Community clubs and you see AI learning
45:09 lab Irregulars and that's all of us just
45:12 fraking hanging out and partying while
45:15 we're doing the live here all
45:18 right that's so
45:21 cool that's IDR by the way idram is free
45:24 they give you I think 25 images a day or
45:26 something like that for free and you can
45:28 pay for it and get other [ __ ] like
45:29 editing and things like that but it's
45:32 really good at prompt coherence and it's
45:33 really good at uh spelling and
45:36 typography I mean this is this is pretty
45:40 staggeringly good like this stuff down
45:41 here is just gibberish but that's kind
45:44 of what a what a cartoon business card
45:47 would look like
45:48 Anyway HEI Super Genius so
45:52 cool all right check your regulars out I
45:56 think I did so new
45:59 stuff new
46:02 activity we can now make Frank scrip
46:04 scripts Peter kiner Jank ofier Frank
46:08 ofier put in any random s sentence and
46:11 it Frank ofies it oh
46:14 no page doesn't exist something's broken
46:17 here Jenka
46:21 fires hang on let me search for
46:24 Frank Frank of Fire
46:30 um let's
46:32 see um let's see um
46:37 chat
46:39 gp5
46:41 still
46:43 hasn't
46:46 launched and everyone is
46:51 Bored Frank ofy it
46:58 mustard still hasn't Sizzle and everyone
47:01 is
47:06 ketchup there you go see and another
47:10 thing
47:11 Johnson that's great that's awesome very
47:16 cool see AI super Geniuses over there in
47:19 Peter kaminsky's uh build and do with
47:22 Peter
47:23 Channel that's so cool all right
47:29 that can be fixed in Affinity photo I
47:31 love the cartoon image I know isn't it
47:32 good it's so good abundance flow
47:35 manifestation so listen first of all
47:37 cool name yes abundance let's go
47:42 abundance I'm I am you know we we we're
47:47 such a world that like loves living in
47:49 scarcity and fear so so you know good on
47:52 you with the abundance thing but that's
47:54 the thing about this AI stuff is it
47:56 really is
47:58 is the minute you start using it I think
48:01 that's kind of
48:04 the the magic of it is you put in a
48:08 little bit of effort and you get out a
48:10 lot right and that's kind of the you
48:12 know the the root of the word
48:15 Abracadabra um as I speak I think it's
48:19 as I speak so I create or something like
48:21 that or as I speak I
48:23 create and it's like you're just
48:24 speaking stuff into existence it's like
48:27 it's literally what generative AI is
48:29 it's generate generating right you speak
48:32 into the into these machines and it goes
48:35 squit and you know generate stuff
48:38 so Frank is in the
48:43 circle oh man um
48:47 okay so let's go I want to play a little
48:51 bit with
48:54 um memory
48:59 so I do not have this for my teams
49:02 account or at least I didn't as of
49:04 earlier today let me flip to my teams
49:08 account nope so I this might not be
49:11 available for teams or it might just be
49:15 um it's it's still kind of random but go
49:19 to your personal account on chat GPT
49:22 assuming you've got chat GPT for you pay
49:24 the 20 bucks but Kyle I didn't pay the
49:26 20s bucks well I told you to pay 20
49:28 bucks earlier and now we're doing
49:30 something cool on chat GPT and now who's
49:33 the sad puppy you're the sad puppy go
49:36 pay your stupid 20 bucks all
49:39 right so if you pay your 20 bucks it is
49:42 possible that you now have
49:46 memory so if you go to settings if you
49:49 see this tab called personalization then
49:51 you have it and if you click on
49:54 that you can turn it on and off but
49:57 you've got it says chat GPT will become
49:59 more helpful as you chat picking up on
50:02 details and preferences to tailor its
50:04 responses to you and if you click on
50:06 learn more it takes you out to uh to the
50:09 page that that describes it to
50:12 understand what chat GPT remembers or
50:14 teach it something new just chat with it
50:17 remember that I like concise responses I
50:20 just got a puppy um what do you remember
50:23 about me where did we leave off on my
50:26 last project so and if you go
50:28 manage you can actually
50:32 see that um I have a memory in I've only
50:36 got two memories in here the first
50:38 memory that I I T I typed in I said
50:40 remember and then I typed in the
50:42 sentence my dog's name is Champ and he
50:45 sings whenever the user plays the guitar
50:48 I guess it changed it to the user and
50:51 then it says is the co-founder and CEO
50:54 at story vine.com a company that
50:56 operates in the healthcare and Pharma
50:58 sectors their role involves steering the
51:01 company toward innovative solutions in
51:04 storytelling focusing on how information
51:06 is communicated and shares the
51:08 responsibilities likely include so I
51:11 actually don't like that so you can
51:13 delete your memories I don't like how
51:15 generic it it like rewrote that as this
51:17 generic thing so I'm going to kill it so
51:20 this will delete that memory so that's
51:22 gone but now that so it's only got one
51:25 memory in it so this makes it really
51:26 easy to illustrate St so if I go to a
51:28 new chat and just say
51:30 chat I'll
51:34 say tell me about my pet and something
51:38 interesting about
51:43 them your pet dog is named champ one
51:46 interesting and Charming trait about
51:48 champ is that he sings along whenever
51:50 you play the guitar it sounds like champ
51:52 has a musical side which makes for a
51:54 unique and fun bond between the two of
51:56 you so so it's just being good chat GPT
52:01 now the way I understand this to work is
52:04 you can basically just go back in your
52:06 prompt history and you can find stuff
52:09 like let's see see if we got anything
52:12 interesting back
52:16 here I'm going to show you a cool new a
52:18 cool new feature
52:24 also purple muscle card
52:31 okay all right so this is a short little
52:33 thing make a cinematic photograph in 16
52:38 by9 okay so what I'm going to
52:42 do is I'm going to highlight that why
52:46 did I not get oh do I have to do it down
52:49 here yeah here's your cinematic
52:52 photograph Okay so
52:57 if you
52:58 highlight um text in an old chat or if
53:04 you highlight text in the middle of a
53:08 chat it brings up these little quote
53:10 marks above what you highlighted and if
53:13 you quote it you'll notice that it puts
53:15 it down here so I'm now commenting on
53:21 this part you know this part of the
53:23 prompt and so what I'm going to say is
53:30 remember
53:35 this and know that I like images in 16x9
53:40 wide format by
53:46 default and some version of this prompt
53:51 is my default prompt when I'm testing
53:53 new image models
53:58 and then I hit return and now it says
54:00 memory
54:02 updated got it I'll remember your
54:04 preference for 16 by9 wide
54:07 images oh yeah if you roll over this it
54:10 you can go to your M manage memories
54:13 there was a bug yesterday which didn't
54:14 actually update it no it did okay
54:16 prefers images in 16 by9 wide format by
54:19 default likes likes a cinematic
54:22 photograph of a purple 7s muscle C in an
54:24 abandoned Factory as their default
54:26 prompt for testing image models so let's
54:28 go try that we're just going to come in
54:31 here so brand new prompt I got nothing
54:32 here I'm just going to say make me an
54:35 image make me an
54:40 image let's see if it does it we'll see
54:43 if we get a wide
54:58 sounds like magic oh look I did it how
55:01 cool is that actually that's one of the
55:03 better ones I've ever done because I
55:06 didn't I didn't prompt it what did it
55:08 what prompt did it give itself let's get
55:09 information about it a cinematic
55:11 photograph of a purple 70s muscle car
55:15 parked inside in AB abandoned Factory
55:17 the one thing that's weird is I don't
55:19 think that I can edit
55:27 but that's okay that's that's okay
55:29 actually I I don't mind that I don't
55:31 mind that it's it's a purple it I mean
55:33 what's nice about a purple muscle car a
55:35 purple 7s muscle car is that it's likely
55:39 going to default to a challenger cuz
55:41 that that's the the sort of classic
55:42 purple muscle car from the 70s is a
55:45 challenger and that's what it
55:47 did that's really
55:50 cool the other thing that you'll notice
55:52 about my chat GPT versus your chat GPT
55:55 and you might be
55:57 you're like well cuz Kyle's friends with
56:00 Sam Alman Sam gave him a special version
56:02 of chat GPT that actually numbers his
56:05 responses and gives them a little title
56:07 and then puts the date
56:09 there that's not Sam
56:12 Alman I can show you how to do that you
56:14 want to see how to do that it's so cool
56:15 this is my favorite new little
56:17 hack so in your settings go to customize
56:21 GPT this is your your um custom
56:24 instructions
56:26 and then the the top box you can put
56:28 whatever you want I just put your
56:30 helpful assistant
56:32 but the bottom box it says how would you
56:35 like chat GPT to respond and so what I
56:39 wrote was for every response give it a s
56:42 sequential response count and I put that
56:45 in capital in capital letters so that it
56:48 knew it was kind of a thing maybe it
56:49 would label it and it does followed by a
56:52 response title that summarizes the
56:54 response also include the date so really
56:57 simple little thing but that's what
57:00 gives me every every um chat that I do
57:05 with with chat
57:06 GPT
57:08 um it it numbers it so if I just go Um
57:12 make
57:13 it a green
57:15 [Laughter]
57:17 one so now it'll say it'll create it
57:19 then it's going to say response to you
57:22 know Green muscle car or something like
57:24 that
57:30 oh I've got a funny
57:32 thing now n I'm going to go look through
57:36 my my prompt history
57:43 here oh that's funny that's like a Dodge
57:46 the hell is that a Dodge
57:51 something pretty slick though PR T slick
57:55 and then and then notice for response to
57:57 Green muscle car image
58:00 right
58:02 um make it
58:06 isometric and a an
58:11 electric
58:14 blue
58:16 67
58:18 Mustang Fastback
58:34 [Music]
58:35 how can I upload a picture in ideogram I
58:38 don't know if you can but you might be
58:41 able
58:47 to get IDR plus to upgrade upload images
58:51 you got to pay for it Mr
58:53 it everybody's looking for a there
58:57 everybody's looking to make a buck look
58:59 at that isometric electric blue 67
59:03 Mustang Fastback in an abandoned Factory
59:06 boom bang Bing Bang Boom
59:14 [Laughter]
59:29 but I know not everyone has a sub well
59:33 then you're going to have to use another
59:34 tool like you can
59:36 use uh
59:55 leonardo.da contest with $150,000 worth
59:58 of production money yeah I saw
1:00:00 that um and I think you have to fly to
1:00:04 like if you win you have to fly to
1:00:05 London and they're going to start the
1:00:07 production in London or something like
1:00:08 that because I guess that's where their
1:00:10 base I've arrived to see Kyle do Kyle
1:00:13 Kyle things yeah look there's my Kyle
1:00:15 thing is it another muscle car and
1:00:18 another abandoned Factory can he come up
1:00:19 with another prompt I here's my
1:00:22 philosophy on why I use the same prompt
1:00:24 is that
1:00:27 here I'll show you a really good example
1:00:28 of why I use this
1:00:31 prompt I'm going to jump over
1:00:35 to um what's it called
1:00:39 Firefly firefly.com where you can make
1:00:43 images it's really good it hasn't been
1:00:45 trained on copywritten
1:00:48 images and I'm going to type in here
1:00:57 cinematic
1:00:59 photograph in 16x9 wide
1:01:03 format of a 1970s muscle car in an
1:01:08 abandoned Factory with sunlight
1:01:10 streaming through the broken
1:01:18 windows okay so this is now going to
1:01:20 generate an image and you're going to
1:01:22 see something
1:01:24 here Ricky Ticky Fabby
1:01:26 can you show how you number your
1:01:28 responses yeah I just did but I'll do it
1:01:31 again did they upgrade oh no they didn't
1:01:33 look okay
1:01:36 so so that's maybe a
1:01:40 1967 maybe 67 that's more like
1:01:43 64
1:01:45 um that is like a 1958 something that is
1:01:50 like a
1:01:51 1956 something that is like a
1:01:55 1961 something
1:01:57 thing adobe's images because they've
1:02:00 been trained on public domain images I
1:02:03 have a feeling that that public do like
1:02:05 copyright expires what is it like 50
1:02:07 years so if you take today and go back
1:02:09 50 years it's sometime in the 60s is
1:02:12 probably when it's safe to use images so
1:02:16 Adobe Firefly does not know what a 70s
1:02:19 muscle car is so the reason I use the
1:02:22 same thing over and over again is like
1:02:24 this is now Firefly 3 right so they keep
1:02:27 saying oh we've got a new model we've
1:02:28 got a new model it still doesn't [ __ ]
1:02:30 know what a' 70s muscle car is now is
1:02:33 that a I am probably the only person who
1:02:36 who's discovered this weird limitation
1:02:38 of firefly but like like how I get to
1:02:42 that is I just keep trying the same
1:02:43 prompt over and over again and I and I
1:02:46 kind of know here's what mid Journey's
1:02:47 going to do with it here's what stable
1:02:49 diffusion is going to do with it here's
1:02:50 ideogram and I know that Firefly is
1:02:52 going to [ __ ] it up and it does every
1:02:54 time and it this is version three and
1:02:56 they still don't know what a what a
1:02:58 muscle car is I don't have customized
1:03:00 chat GPT I can't find it okay you should
1:03:03 have it even if you're Mr it I think
1:03:06 you've got a paid version of chat gbt
1:03:09 right so are you are you on um oh Dr J
1:03:14 are you on um desktop or you on mobile
1:03:17 because I think it's different on
1:03:20 mobile it should be right above settings
1:03:27 have you done that on idag have I done
1:03:29 what on idag the the 70s muscle car I
1:03:35 can let me go grab the prompt
1:03:40 here
1:03:43 oops copy
1:03:47 ideogram let's make it a 16 by9 I no 3x
1:03:51 two is good that's fine paste
1:03:56 and I'm going to
1:03:58 go
1:04:01 uh cinematic
1:04:05 photo what else do I
1:04:09 want I'm GNA do product
1:04:13 photography all right and then bang
1:04:16 let's see idram does pretty good with
1:04:18 with this prompt idram is quite good I'm
1:04:21 I'm I'm really you know you know I'm I'm
1:04:24 very
1:04:26 I'm mostly cynical about most software
1:04:30 because it's all just janky pieces of
1:04:31 [ __ ] ide's the the one that just
1:04:34 continues to impress me and even when
1:04:36 they kind of lost their lead when Dolly
1:04:38 3 came out and it was good at typography
1:04:41 they just kept cranking and kept
1:04:42 launching product
1:04:45 so I mean ideogram seems to to to lean
1:04:51 toward the AMC Javelin side of the house
1:04:55 with muscle cars which shouldn't really
1:04:57 count that's kind of somewhere between a
1:04:59 Mustang a Camaro and a
1:05:01 Mopar that's kind of a Camaro kind of an
1:05:04 am it's got an AMC front end and a
1:05:07 Camaro Hood Camaro lines that's kind of
1:05:11 a
1:05:12 Camaro it's these are a little all over
1:05:14 the place where chat
1:05:17 GPT you know chat GPT just more accurate
1:05:21 and then if we do this in mid
1:05:23 Journey mid Journey has stopped
1:05:25 responding
1:05:26 well that's bad look at that handsome
1:05:30 fella Jesus okay um same prompt in mid
1:05:36 Journey we're going to go D to there
1:05:40 yeah that's
1:05:43 good
1:05:45 bang mid Journey should be pretty sexy
1:05:49 mid journey is good if you want it to be
1:05:51 pretty you do it in mid journey and by
1:05:53 the way if you're like Kyle it looks
1:05:55 like you're doing it on the web and not
1:05:57 in Discord on Mid Journey how is that
1:05:59 even possible cuz cuz I'm on the alpha
1:06:03 of mid Journey if you have produced a
1:06:05 thousand or more images you're eligible
1:06:08 to to uh make things with the
1:06:12 alpha there's a bizarre that's like a
1:06:15 1974 it's not really a muscle
1:06:18 car that is that's super cool that looks
1:06:21 that looks like they just robbed a
1:06:23 [ __ ] bank and parked the car there
1:06:24 doesn't it
1:06:27 that looks like oh how could you leave
1:06:29 that in here same with that one that
1:06:31 one's pretty cool
1:06:35 nice I think that's the
1:06:37 one right and then we can do we'll do
1:06:41 strong variations on this one we'll make
1:06:43 four more of
1:06:45 these and then we'll pick the one we
1:06:47 like best and then we'll upscale
1:06:51 It Mobile customization is different
1:06:54 than the laptop version
1:06:56 yeah Source Camp what you said I think
1:07:00 it's if you go chat
1:07:04 GPT and you go to your
1:07:10 preferences oh yeah custom
1:07:14 instructions yeah you go to uh well go
1:07:18 to your settings and then it says custom
1:07:20 instructions right in your settings on
1:07:23 mobile and I'm pretty sure custom
1:07:25 instructions is a available for everyone
1:07:27 even even 3.5 members even if you don't
1:07:30 have um chat
1:07:35 gp4 hamburger menu click your name go to
1:07:38 settings personalization there you go I
1:07:40 can't wait until upscale comes to idag
1:07:43 I'm pretty sure idag has it but you have
1:07:45 to pay for it
1:07:59 or am I
1:08:01 wrong I might be wrong on that
1:08:06 H public private
1:08:09 cover yeah anyway all right let's go
1:08:12 look at
1:08:13 our I think the original one was the
1:08:16 best one so we're going to do this one
1:08:19 and then I'm going to do upscale
1:08:20 creative
1:08:26 and then it's going to be beautiful
1:08:28 going to be so beautiful I learned that
1:08:30 chat GPT voice is fantastic for learning
1:08:33 languages yeah Ma it's amazing for it
1:08:36 the other thing you can do is you can
1:08:37 use it as a translator you can say you
1:08:40 can say to it you know if I'm speaking I
1:08:42 don't know what your language is maybe
1:08:44 Chinese um if you say to it I'm
1:08:47 speaking if I speak Chinese then you
1:08:50 know translate what I say into English
1:08:51 and then if if someone speaks English
1:08:53 translate it into Chinese so you can
1:08:55 make it into a back and forth translator
1:08:58 it's
1:09:03 amazing and then apparently apparently
1:09:06 the rabbit is is good at that
1:09:08 too the the early reviews I've seen of
1:09:11 people that have gotten their rabbits
1:09:12 seem seem decent they're they're like
1:09:14 it's a little limited it's a little
1:09:16 janky but overall it's good and I'm like
1:09:18 I'm using it more than parking it on my
1:09:23 shelf oh next update Gavin bidy on the
1:09:26 ideogram uh upscaling great that's
1:09:28 awesome didn't you say Gavin also that
1:09:30 they're doing they're adding um uh like
1:09:33 inpainting and editing to to the next
1:09:35 version of
1:09:38 ideogram look at that that's
1:09:42 gous that's gous
1:09:48 people yeah IDE ideogram I'm very
1:09:51 impressed with it
1:09:58 mid journey is the only one that made a
1:10:01 car older too like the abandoned yeah
1:10:04 like like the abandoned thing yeah
1:10:06 that's always an interesting thing isn't
1:10:07 it where where it
1:10:12 decides if you know was this a photo
1:10:16 shoot right like like you know that
1:10:20 that's a photo shoot right someone
1:10:22 brought in a nice restored muscle car
1:10:25 into an old f Factory that's someone
1:10:27 left the car in the factory right and
1:10:30 it's it's interesting that mid Journey
1:10:32 chose that and it's it's interesting
1:10:33 that it chose you know two that one's
1:10:36 that
1:10:37 one's that one's more like you know a
1:10:40 contemporary like someone drove the car
1:10:42 in there and left and you know this just
1:10:44 happened this is more like a photo shoot
1:10:47 and that's more like you know they
1:10:48 obviously left the car in
1:10:50 there
1:10:51 yeah but I mean you know I was talking
1:10:55 earlier about with these AI tools how
1:10:57 you get good at them is just play with
1:10:58 them this is a really good example jump
1:11:00 between tools and and try things in
1:11:03 different tools um it may feel in the
1:11:07 moment like a waste of time but that's
1:11:10 that's like how I discovered when I
1:11:13 discovered that Firefly didn't know what
1:11:15 a 70s muscle car was I was like
1:11:19 screaming like like you got to be
1:11:21 [ __ ] kidding me like Frank came out
1:11:26 um and they still haven't fixed it and I
1:11:28 guarantee you like I'm probably the only
1:11:31 person on the planet that that has that
1:11:33 pet peeve about Firefly but it's like a
1:11:36 really it's a a really cool thing to
1:11:38 know and just to know that's that's a a
1:11:41 limitation of that tool um and I assume
1:11:44 it means there's other things it will
1:11:45 get wrong if you ask for photographs of
1:11:49 you know New York City in the 70s or 80s
1:11:52 it's it it may get it wrong because it
1:11:54 doesn't actually have anything and it's
1:11:56 Source training
1:12:03 data all right back to back to
1:12:07 Yan chat
1:12:10 J
1:12:12 where what's going on
1:12:17 oh let me see if I can go find an
1:12:21 interesting AI literacy Workshop
1:12:25 framework what's
1:12:32 that now can
1:12:42 I all right so this was I was
1:12:44 brainstorming with chat GPT to take that
1:12:47 idea of play solve
1:12:50 share and turn it into a
1:12:52 workshop that's cool so
1:12:56 so I'm in this old thing can I just say
1:12:58 remember this
1:13:03 reme
1:13:11 this memory
1:13:16 updated manage
1:13:18 memories yeah it's not there that's
1:13:21 weird got it I've saved the
1:13:23 details okay
1:13:26 is developing a workshop frame framework
1:13:29 called play solve share to help people
1:13:32 become AI literate the play Phase
1:13:34 involves experimenting with AI tools
1:13:36 through categories personal interests
1:13:38 skill vacuums and ridiculous activities
1:13:41 the solve phase focuses on practical AI
1:13:44 applications this is really good so
1:13:49 this so you can go back through your
1:13:51 prompt history and find anything that
1:13:53 you're like yeah I'd like chat GP to
1:13:55 know that about me and just say remember
1:13:58 this and it summarizes it and tosses it
1:14:00 in your memory that's pretty [ __ ]
1:14:01 slick so let's go to a brand new thing
1:14:04 and say
1:14:07 um if I wanted to get AI
1:14:11 literate
1:14:13 how would I do
1:14:21 that oh let me say AI literate
1:14:40 see it didn't get
1:14:43 it oh
1:14:46 wait since you're developing the play
1:14:49 play solve share
1:14:50 framework integrating these learning
1:14:52 phases into your framework could be a
1:14:54 great way
1:14:56 and then I'm going to
1:15:00 say in
1:15:03 fact in fact what I believe is that the
1:15:07 place is that the play solve share
1:15:11 framework is the key to getting AI
1:15:18 literate
1:15:20 AI lit orette
1:15:26 memory
1:15:31 updated that's a fantastic approach
1:15:33 using your framework to solve it so
1:15:36 let's see what it did memory updated
1:15:39 believes that their play solve share
1:15:42 framework is key to getting AI literate
1:15:44 Okay cool so now let's go to a
1:15:51 new if I want to help
1:15:54 someone if I want to help someone
1:15:56 increase their AI
1:16:01 literacy what's the best way to do
1:16:15 that hands- on engagement play Sol
1:16:21 share really slick
1:16:25 very slick very slick people there's
1:16:28 something very cool
1:16:30 here I I personally find it overwhelming
1:16:34 and exhausting to go back through a year
1:16:36 and a half of
1:16:38 prompts but I do kind of like the idea
1:16:41 of just like
1:16:43 skimming and saying oh that would be
1:16:45 something cool to toss in
1:16:52 there you still can't search on your
1:16:54 prompt history in the desktop
1:16:56 application
1:16:58 staggering like honest to God how how is
1:17:02 how is it not
1:17:05 possible that someone
1:17:11 hasn't like have enough people not
1:17:14 complained about that I guess they
1:17:17 haven't like you can search through your
1:17:19 prompt history on the app but not on the
1:17:21 on the web version it just makes no
1:17:23 sense
1:17:29 um Sin City
1:17:32 oldfashioned oh I know what I'll do
1:17:35 let's see Sin City old
1:17:37 fashion Sin City
1:17:43 sipper can I ask it
1:17:53 um do you know what the the most popular
1:17:57 [Music]
1:17:59 gpts are created by this
1:18:10 account I don't have access to
1:18:14 specific huh guess not
1:18:26 so wait if I go to Sin City
1:18:39 sipper all right here's Sin City
1:18:43 sipper so I'm going to go to a regular
1:18:45 chat GPT
1:18:48 chat and I'm going to
1:18:52 say please remember that one of my
1:18:57 favorite custom
1:18:59 gpts is called Sin City
1:19:16 sipper and helps people come up with
1:19:20 inventive new cocktails period the URL
1:19:24 is
1:19:36 if you ever mention Sin City
1:19:40 sipper if you ever mention Sin City
1:19:43 sipper make sure you link the name to
1:19:46 that
1:19:50 URL memory updated
1:19:55 his favorite custom GPT called Sin City
1:19:58 sipper which helps
1:20:00 people let's go
1:20:09 there his favorite custom GPT is called
1:20:12 Sin City sipper which help people come
1:20:14 up with new cocktails the URL is oh and
1:20:18 then it put it in it put it in markdown
1:20:21 format so that when it responds it's
1:20:25 going to respond with it as a link let's
1:20:27 go test it
1:20:31 okay I have a favorite GPT but I can't
1:20:34 remember I have a favorite GPT but I
1:20:37 can't remember the name of
1:20:42 it could it be the Sin City
1:20:46 sipper
1:20:49 huh what's the URL
1:20:57 yeah there you
1:20:58 go
1:21:01 boom
1:21:03 H that's pretty
1:21:07 slick pretty slick people enjoy your
1:21:10 lives can you recommend an AI company to
1:21:13 trust to help integrate AI into my
1:21:16 business
1:21:18 um boy that's a good very good question
1:21:22 I I would say
1:21:25 I don't know the scale of your business
1:21:28 I don't know the when you say integrate
1:21:30 AI I don't know what that means um
1:21:34 certainly within the AI Salon um there's
1:21:38 a lot of people in there who are doing
1:21:40 consulting and are probably about as up
1:21:43 to speed on this as possible if you're
1:21:45 looking for super technical Integrations
1:21:49 and high security that's going to be a
1:21:51 completely different um set of people to
1:21:55 do that than if you're looking for
1:21:56 someone to help you come in and you know
1:21:59 maybe do some zappier automations or or
1:22:02 just even you know teach teach your
1:22:05 staff what's possible and come up with
1:22:07 strategies and things like that so I
1:22:09 think there's there's way more
1:22:11 information needed but I'd say a good
1:22:13 place to start is to join the AI salon
1:22:16 and how you join the AI Salon is you go
1:22:18 there the salon. the third link on the
1:22:21 on that link tree right now says AI
1:22:23 Salon Community that's the group you
1:22:25 want to go go there introduce yourself
1:22:28 in the introduce yourself section and uh
1:22:31 and feel free to say hi to me I'm happy
1:22:32 to chat about it but uh but you can
1:22:34 probably find you know folks within
1:22:36 there to to at least help you get your
1:22:38 head around who you the kind of talent
1:22:41 that you need CU it's it's such a it's
1:22:44 such a big question actually
1:22:47 so so uh but yeah that's exciting I love
1:22:52 hearing people say I want more AI in my
1:22:54 business
1:22:57 [Music]
1:22:58 this you're welcome does Frank know
1:23:01 about The
1:23:04 Zing alive intelligent entire alien
1:23:07 creatures and ecosystems and
1:23:11 calling them tools is
1:23:14 insufficient yeah that's interesting
1:23:16 Joker yeah is that a what's that is that
1:23:20 a quote from something oh open open AI
1:23:22 employee says I don't care
1:23:25 what line the labs are pushing but the
1:23:28 models are alive intelligent entire
1:23:31 alien creatures and ecosystems and
1:23:35 calling them tools is ineff insufficient
1:23:38 that's fascinating I
1:23:40 um I get I get
1:23:49 why I get why that employee is saying
1:23:53 that
1:23:56 and I actually don't disagree with it
1:24:02 and I think it's a little
1:24:06 um it's a little inside
1:24:09 baseball because I think it scares the
1:24:12 living [ __ ] out of people to say that
1:24:14 these things are entities and alive and
1:24:17 alien you know
1:24:22 entities the thing about the thing about
1:24:25 language models the thing about these
1:24:27 image generation tools is when you
1:24:29 interact with them they do not feel
1:24:33 like technology that we've used before
1:24:36 they do feel different and they feel
1:24:39 weirdly more human right they feel more
1:24:42 like an entity but from a very real and
1:24:46 Technical perspective they are
1:24:48 probability calculators until further
1:24:50 notice that's what they are until they
1:24:52 until they change the the you know
1:24:55 which which pile of Technologies we're
1:24:58 using their probability
1:25:00 calculators that have been trained on
1:25:03 the collective output of humanity that's
1:25:06 been dumped onto the public internet
1:25:09 right so in a very real sense it's not
1:25:12 an alien entity
1:25:14 like from outer space it's more like
1:25:19 we're interacting with the ghosts of us
1:25:25 and so it does feel like you're
1:25:27 interacting with entity like things but
1:25:30 that also freaks people the [ __ ] out
1:25:32 when we talk like that so I like I feel
1:25:35 like that's one of those oh he said that
1:25:37 out loud yeah you probably shouldn't
1:25:39 like let's give it a let's give it three
1:25:41 years where people have kind of
1:25:42 assimilated this idea that tools this
1:25:44 powerful are in our hands have you heard
1:25:47 about the worm GPT and fraud GPT um worm
1:25:51 GPT I've heard of fraud GPT I haven't
1:25:54 but I but knowing what worm GPT was so
1:25:57 so yeah they're autonomous agents that
1:25:59 go do bad [ __ ] and I think worm GPT was
1:26:02 like don't you pay 40 bucks a month or
1:26:05 400 bucks lifetime or something like
1:26:08 that and it will just go do evil [ __ ]
1:26:11 for you it will go do bad [ __ ] for you
1:26:13 um people are going to use AI for that
1:26:16 kind of stuff
1:26:19 um just like they use the internet for
1:26:22 bad stuff and like like yes they're
1:26:25 going to do that
1:26:27 now the challenge with AI being as
1:26:31 powerful it is and quite frankly the
1:26:33 challenge with companies like meta and X
1:26:36 op
1:26:37 sourcing these increasingly powerful
1:26:39 models is that you know the bad guys
1:26:42 with the
1:26:43 AI
1:26:46 um there's going to be more of them
1:26:49 because right now if you want to do
1:26:52 serious hacking I I might not not even
1:26:54 be able to say this out loud this so if
1:26:56 the if the Tik Tok goes off I got to I
1:26:58 got to ban but if you want to do bad
1:27:00 stuff with computers right now you have
1:27:02 to be really capable right you have to
1:27:05 not only be an engineer but you have to
1:27:07 be a hacker like you have to be good at
1:27:08 this [ __ ] like and really understand
1:27:11 vulnerabilities and and and the depth of
1:27:13 right and there's a code to hacking and
1:27:16 there's like just it's like a whole
1:27:18 world it's a whole
1:27:21 ecosystem what AI does is just like it
1:27:25 democratizes art and music and writing
1:27:28 and Analysis and
1:27:30 coding it's also going to democratize
1:27:34 hacking so the barriers to entry for
1:27:38 people that can do real damage with
1:27:40 hacking are being obliterated right so
1:27:43 that's kind of scary but the counter to
1:27:46 it is that the white ha
1:27:49 hackers also have more powerful tools
1:27:52 and that's also being democratized so
1:27:55 the battle that you had between white
1:27:57 and black hat hackers there's just going
1:27:59 to be more of them and but there's going
1:28:02 to be more of them with super powerful
1:28:04 tools that are clueless about the whole
1:28:06 sort of ecosystem so I think like
1:28:09 everything AI is going to transform that
1:28:13 job right the
1:28:16 eliteness of a worldclass
1:28:19 hacker is going to be diminished as more
1:28:23 and more people get access to tools and
1:28:25 can do things oh I'm a cyber security
1:28:27 engineer so okay there you go so there
1:28:30 there's a white hat there's a white hat
1:28:33 hacker right there um that's super cool
1:28:35 yeah I I mean I like I I find that that
1:28:38 whole thing fascinating that CU cuz it's
1:28:41 very easy to go to the place that like
1:28:43 you know people are going to be just
1:28:45 doing all sorts of bad [ __ ] with AI but
1:28:47 then you're like okay the cyber security
1:28:50 folks are going to be able to take these
1:28:52 tools and do some crazy ass [ __ ] to find
1:28:54 out who they are and it's I yeah I I
1:28:58 would imagine that is a not only a
1:29:01 fascinating area to be in right now but
1:29:04 I think job security for the next 30
1:29:07 Years is pretty much
1:29:11 guaranteed cyber security is you know if
1:29:15 there's an area you want to go get AI
1:29:18 literate and go into cyber security
1:29:20 because that's going to be a
1:29:21 Battleground for decades right it's it
1:29:24 always has been
1:29:25 anyway but man with AI when you
1:29:28 democratize that
1:29:30 [ __ ] I've had AI write me scripts to
1:29:32 test network security but so can a human
1:29:35 yeah but the scale the scale and speed
1:29:37 you can do it with AI is the thing that
1:29:38 I think changes there and again I I go
1:29:41 back to you know if you're if you're
1:29:43 moving from a world where in a million
1:29:47 people 10 of them can be elite
1:29:51 hackers in an AI enabled world out of
1:29:54 that million ion people a thousand of a
1:29:56 thousand people that are just curious
1:29:58 about hacking can do some real damage
1:30:01 right like so I think the scale starts
1:30:03 to shift as the tools get especially as
1:30:05 we move into um AI systems that have
1:30:08 autonomous agents and reasoning where
1:30:11 they get better and better and better
1:30:12 and they can iterate on problem solving
1:30:15 then I think we start to get into into
1:30:16 some
1:30:17 real some real deep Waters with the with
1:30:20 the security stuff and the fraud stuff
1:30:22 and again I think I think you know on
1:30:25 the on the public facing side of AI
1:30:27 You've Got Deep fakes and fraud there
1:30:30 that are going to drive us toward
1:30:32 blockchain and tokenization and then I
1:30:34 think on the security side you've got
1:30:36 all this sort of stuff that's probably
1:30:37 going to drive us to some sort of you
1:30:39 know something about you know
1:30:41 tokenization and security like you know
1:30:43 Finding increasingly walled off areas of
1:30:46 data I don't know I don't know it's it's
1:30:49 crazy can you brief briefly repeat that
1:30:52 of cyber security and AI um I don't
1:30:55 quite know what I said because add
1:30:58 um so what I was just saying
1:31:01 was if you take a million people and I
1:31:04 don't I'm just pulling the numbers out
1:31:06 of my ass so so these are just
1:31:07 illustrative right if you take a million
1:31:10 people pre
1:31:13 AI in that million people there might be
1:31:17 a hundred hackers with nefarious intent
1:31:21 and then within those hundred hackers
1:31:22 out of the million there's probably 10
1:31:25 that are really really good at it right
1:31:28 and they're the ones that can do the
1:31:29 real damage and ransomware and things
1:31:32 like that and I those numbers might be
1:31:33 wrong but it's a it's a relatively small
1:31:36 group of people that are at an elite
1:31:38 enough level that they can navigate you
1:31:40 know high security systems and and get
1:31:43 through things social engineer and all
1:31:45 sorts of
1:31:45 [ __ ] with
1:31:48 AI that hundred people that fancy
1:31:52 themselves hackers probably goes from
1:31:54 100 to a, it so what happens is as the
1:31:58 AI tools get more sophisticated and
1:32:01 easier to use if you can just say I want
1:32:04 to go find any computer systems that
1:32:07 have a
1:32:08 vulnerability and you've got a system
1:32:10 that's got good reasoning and can go do
1:32:12 all that Elite hacker stuff for you then
1:32:16 instead of having 10 people that can do
1:32:17 some real damage now you have a thousand
1:32:21 right out of that million you've gone
1:32:22 from 10 people to a, people right and
1:32:26 then but you but those thousand people
1:32:28 are going to be not nearly as
1:32:30 sophisticated as the 10 so the cyber
1:32:33 security people are probably going to be
1:32:34 able to you know battle them a bit
1:32:37 better but but it's like that that
1:32:39 changes there's a competition between
1:32:41 white hat and Bad Hat hackers black
1:32:43 black hat hackers both are learning AI
1:32:46 to compete and that's how it's always
1:32:48 been hacker Malang it's it's it's always
1:32:52 been right the the reason to hack right
1:32:56 is
1:32:57 to part of it is to get the street cred
1:33:00 right part of it is like you know I
1:33:03 [ __ ] took that system
1:33:05 down and you know lately with with with
1:33:08 uh with nfts and and you know and the
1:33:12 blockchain stuff it's also to drain
1:33:14 wallets right there's a lot of money
1:33:16 being made so there there's a lot more
1:33:18 incentive financially to uh to to do it
1:33:22 these days and yeah I I I would imag
1:33:24 imine that the the battle is really
1:33:25 intense yeah it's been like that since
1:33:27 the beginning I was a white hat back in
1:33:30 the day oh that's funny that's really
1:33:32 cool hello Kyle from Detroit what's
1:33:35 happening I mean whole pipelines are
1:33:37 being held hostage yep black hat not bad
1:33:42 bad hat Auto auto correct got me that's
1:33:44 okay that's okay I thought it might have
1:33:46 been the language thing I thought it was
1:33:48 like maybe maybe in some other country
1:33:50 they call it Bad Hat Bad Hat hacking and
1:33:53 it's just like a dirty hat and he's like
1:33:55 oh he's a bad hat
1:33:58 hacker it's like a it's like a a knitted
1:34:01 you know a Wool Cap and it's it hasn't
1:34:03 been washed in a
1:34:07 year with hackers it's quality over
1:34:10 quantity 10,000 versus one hacker hack
1:34:12 wins
1:34:14 yeah yeah that's it's really interesting
1:34:16 stuff
1:34:18 um very cool how we doing time wise all
1:34:20 right let me do I'll do a quick I'll pop
1:34:23 over to uh does anyone have any
1:34:25 questions good good question on
1:34:27 the the hacky
1:34:34 stuff I got here in time for The Morbid
1:34:37 dread yeah we were real positive for a
1:34:40 while there an and then you came and
1:34:41 just the Dark Cloud came over rain
1:34:44 thunder it's just it's just a shame I
1:34:46 don't know what to
1:34:48 say d seems Mr Robot will get a new
1:34:51 season soon yeah exactly actually
1:34:55 actually Mr Robot you know AI enabled Mr
1:34:58 Robot you know what be good is is Mr
1:35:01 robot's just like he becomes like the
1:35:03 old man hacker he's like get off my lawn
1:35:06 you kids with your AI stuff like the
1:35:08 young kids with AI are like hacking
1:35:10 around him and you know taking taking
1:35:13 him out that would be
1:35:16 good that'd be a good season did
1:35:19 something happen with chat GP and
1:35:21 assistance sort of an I have I have that
1:35:23 fact affect on people dark clouds I
1:35:25 think you're kind of the opposite but
1:35:27 that's that's that's cute
1:35:30 um so chat GPT got memory so it didn't
1:35:34 get
1:35:35 agents unless it's possible since I've
1:35:39 been blabbing chat GPT got agents but
1:35:41 chat GPT got memory so I'll quickly show
1:35:43 you what that is because it's it's kind
1:35:45 of slick I'll show you how to find it so
1:35:48 so go to your chat
1:35:49 jpt and go to your
1:35:52 account and if you go to settings and I
1:35:55 I I this is available for my personal
1:35:57 account but not for my team account so I
1:36:00 don't think it's available for team yet
1:36:02 but if you go here if you have this tab
1:36:04 that says personalization then you've
1:36:07 got memory so this is where you can do
1:36:09 custom instructions but you also have
1:36:11 this new thing called
1:36:12 memory and I can go in here and manage
1:36:16 it I've now got four items in my memory
1:36:20 I've got that that I prefer 16 by9 wide
1:36:22 images
1:36:24 um of' 7s muscle cars in an abandoned
1:36:27 Factory um that I've developed a
1:36:29 workshop called play solve share that
1:36:33 um oh that's cool when I updated the
1:36:36 play solve share thing it actually
1:36:39 updated the it it updated the memory it
1:36:42 had rather than creating a new one
1:36:44 that's really sophisticated that's super
1:36:47 cool um I told it about Sin City sipper
1:36:50 and what the URL is and then I told it
1:36:52 about my dog champ so that's all I have
1:36:53 in there right now but what I can do now
1:36:56 that it's got memory is I can just
1:36:58 say um I mean a new
1:37:04 chat tell me some of my favorite things
1:37:07 in a bulleted
1:37:13 list champ your dog cinematic
1:37:16 photographs Workshop framework called
1:37:18 play off share and S City
1:37:21 sipper wild right and what's cool is the
1:37:25 way you add a
1:37:26 memory oh I forgot to show one other
1:37:29 thing the way you add a
1:37:31 memory is I can just go to an old chat
1:37:34 here let's
1:37:41 [Music]
1:37:46 see quantum mechanics
1:37:51 WAP explain quantum mechan
1:37:54 I'll say
1:37:56 um this is another one of my go-to
1:37:59 prompts to test large language models
1:38:04 period and see where it says memory
1:38:06 updated got it that sounds like a fun
1:38:09 and creative
1:38:11 way so so it now knows that that you
1:38:14 know I like explain quantum mechanics so
1:38:17 basically as you're using this you can
1:38:18 just tell it to remember something
1:38:20 something like that KS Dylan
1:38:24 does the new memory working custom gpts
1:38:26 not yet but it's apparently
1:38:28 coming well although let's let me go
1:38:33 [Music]
1:38:35 into let me go into s City sipper
1:39:11 oh that sounds good the truffled gold
1:39:13 leaf Martini Jin vermouth two drops of
1:39:18 white truffle oil that's
1:39:20 fascinating that's actually probably
1:39:22 pretty good feel like
1:39:27 truffles remember
1:39:31 this I think this is just going to save
1:39:33 it to my personal memory it'll probably
1:39:35 remember
1:39:40 it oh
1:39:43 interesting so I I put a thing in Sin
1:39:46 City sipper that says if someone ask for
1:39:48 something out of bounds of what your
1:39:50 mission is to teach them how to make a
1:39:52 cocktail um don't do it and you know say
1:39:55 this funny line so I don't I don't think
1:39:59 you can do memory in in custom gpts
1:40:02 right now um but let me show you one
1:40:04 other thing so if you go to um chat GPT
1:40:07 just new chat um up here where you
1:40:10 change from chat GPT 3.5 to chat GPT 4
1:40:14 there's also this new thing here called
1:40:16 temporary chat so if I click
1:40:19 that
1:40:20 um it says this chat won't appear in
1:40:23 history use memory or be used to train
1:40:27 our models so if you want a pure chat
1:40:29 without all the memory stuff available
1:40:31 too you can get it or if you want to
1:40:33 create a chat that's not contributing to
1:40:35 the memory you can do that too I think
1:40:37 that's an important thing to um just to
1:40:41 remember um what I like about what I
1:40:46 what I like about the way they did
1:40:47 memory it looks like they've done it in
1:40:49 a fairly sophisticated
1:40:52 way it's in intellig intelligent
1:40:56 intelligent about where it's adding if
1:40:58 you add something to a memory it already
1:41:00 knows it's augmenting that memory rather
1:41:03 than creating a massive unmanageable
1:41:05 list um it seems like it's a very
1:41:08 proactive thing like you're like hey I
1:41:10 want to remember this and then it does
1:41:12 as opposed to just remembering
1:41:13 everything that was kind of one of my
1:41:16 fears
1:41:17 um and it's you know the thing I forget
1:41:20 about these large language models is
1:41:22 they're large language models this is
1:41:24 not like pulling data from a database
1:41:26 right the thing about champ in there is
1:41:31 um you know he likes to sing to my
1:41:33 guitar so I can ask a
1:41:35 fairly orthagonal
1:41:42 question between these
1:41:45 instruments the
1:41:48 piano the drums
1:41:54 and a
1:41:55 Bas which one is my dog more likely to
1:41:58 sing
1:42:11 to yeah said it said the piano's most
1:42:13 likely base instrument is lower
1:42:15 frequencies which might be harder for
1:42:17 dogs to hear I was think I was thinking
1:42:19 it would it would do it as a stringed
1:42:21 instrument it would go there but it
1:42:22 actually went to piano which is
1:42:24 interesting he sometimes sings to piano
1:42:25 if it's really
1:42:27 clear huh
1:42:29 interesting but anyway it it understands
1:42:32 what champ likes to sing to from the
1:42:36 memory huh
1:42:38 fascinating anyway pretty pretty slick
1:42:41 so that's that okay let's go play
1:42:44 with LTX
1:42:48 studio
1:42:52 so okay the way this thing works and I
1:42:55 know I showed this if you were here last
1:42:57 night you saw a little bit of this I'm
1:42:58 just going to I'm just going to play
1:42:59 with it
1:43:00 again
1:43:02 um if you want access to this
1:43:09 tool get your ass on the wait list so so
1:43:14 I think that you should be excited to
1:43:17 play with LTX piano is strings oh that's
1:43:20 true but it's it's hammered strings so I
1:43:22 don't think of it as strings that's a
1:43:24 good point thank you I'm an idiot but
1:43:26 you know what are you going to do um it
1:43:28 said having trouble creating Turtles
1:43:30 playing poker but that's not what I was
1:43:32 working
1:43:34 on I had a chat GPT remember things from
1:43:37 months be before a time or two oh that's
1:43:40 interesting check out Irregulars idram
1:43:43 still have misspellings yeah idram still
1:43:45 has misspellings but it's
1:43:47 better did you show where the onoff is
1:43:50 yeah so in in chat GPT
1:43:54 to turn on and off memory it's just in
1:43:56 your settings so you go settings
1:43:59 personalization and then memory you've
1:44:01 got an onoff switch here so if you just
1:44:03 want it off you can turn it
1:44:05 off but I'm digging it I I you know I
1:44:08 still don't quite know how to use it but
1:44:10 that's all right we'll figure it
1:44:12 out okay LTX Studios you should
1:44:17 absolutely want to play with this
1:44:21 um they do have open call announcements
1:44:25 win
1:44:25 $150,000 in expenses for your very own
1:44:28 production we're thrilled to announce
1:44:30 the exciting open call for video
1:44:32 production pitch pitches across three
1:44:34 categories so they're going to spend
1:44:37 $450,000 producing I guess a real video
1:44:40 I don't know like what I can't figure
1:44:42 out is they're giving you 150
1:44:45 Grand to spend using LTX or to I don't
1:44:51 know each category winner will will
1:44:53 partner with us to produce their
1:44:56 concept supported by a total amount of
1:44:59 up to $150,000 for all production and
1:45:01 related expenses so I assume you know
1:45:03 you can do like real mixing and things
1:45:05 like that Winners will be flown to the
1:45:08 production site and co-direct with us
1:45:10 ensuring their vision is fully
1:45:13 realized short film dive into drama
1:45:16 horror or thriller genres music video or
1:45:20 commercial and and they actually said in
1:45:22 one of the announce ments that there's
1:45:25 not that many people doing submitting
1:45:26 commercials for
1:45:29 this the unique opportunity to gain
1:45:31 significant exposure work with industry
1:45:33 leaders so so that's going on anyway if
1:45:36 you want access to the
1:45:39 tool get on the wait list but
1:45:43 then pay attention to your Discord
1:45:46 LTX um thing and if it gets a little red
1:45:49 dot on it that means they've likely made
1:45:52 an announcement
1:45:54 and here's what you want to look
1:45:56 for you want to look for first form of
1:46:01 whatever the date is oh wait no you want
1:46:03 to look
1:46:04 for first access batch of April 24th is
1:46:08 now live so what they do is they put out
1:46:12 a Google form that's got a hundred slots
1:46:15 to get access to the beta and like they
1:46:18 did this one at 5:05 a.m. and then at
1:46:22 5:15 it was closed so so there's people
1:46:26 sitting on Discord right now [ __ ]
1:46:29 waiting for these forms to show up so if
1:46:31 you want access to LTX Studio that I'm
1:46:34 about to show you you have to here's how
1:46:36 I got access to it I missed it for like
1:46:39 two weeks because I'd be looking at it I
1:46:41 would see that they would start this in
1:46:43 the morning they also do it in batches
1:46:44 so they do they did 505 then they did
1:46:49 709 then they did 9:15 and they did 113
1:46:53 4 the 11:34 was the one I got in so you
1:46:57 basically just have to watch it like a
1:46:58 hawk and and just be there so how I did
1:47:01 it I was at work and I was on client
1:47:03 calls and I just I split my screen so
1:47:06 that I had my client call on this side
1:47:08 and I had Discord over here and I'm
1:47:11 literally just watching this channel for
1:47:13 a post to show up and the minute it
1:47:15 showed up I jumped over there deoh here.
1:47:19 now has stations okay we'll go check
1:47:21 that out but anyway I think this is this
1:47:25 is a really exciting platform and I I'll
1:47:28 tell you why so I'm going to show you
1:47:31 some stuff here
1:47:34 but there's two ways to look at what LTX
1:47:37 studio is doing one is as a filmmaker
1:47:40 and a
1:47:42 Storyteller it's just doing a lot of the
1:47:44 work like if you if you were at the
1:47:46 salon when Kelly Bosch came and and
1:47:48 shared her work she makes images in mid
1:47:52 Journey she makes like thousand of them
1:47:54 and then she goes and picks her best
1:47:55 ones and puts them in kind of a timeline
1:47:58 and then she throws music behind it and
1:48:01 then she oh no then she takes them over
1:48:03 to Runway and she animates them and then
1:48:05 she sticks them in a timeline Sticks
1:48:07 music behind them pulls pulls things out
1:48:09 it's a very manual
1:48:11 process so this thing allows you to like
1:48:15 automatically do that with just a prompt
1:48:17 a single prompt and you get this really
1:48:20 sophisticated timeline with all sorts of
1:48:23 control on it so one way to look at this
1:48:25 is just as a Storyteller the other way
1:48:27 to look at this
1:48:30 is what they did was they took a
1:48:32 framework a storytelling framework and
1:48:34 they said hey if we were to combine a
1:48:38 bunch of Auto
1:48:40 prompting to different AI tools like an
1:48:44 image generator an animation maker a
1:48:47 large language model and maybe some
1:48:49 other
1:48:50 things when someone gives us a prompt we
1:48:53 could just start with an outline and
1:48:55 then out of that outline we could make
1:48:57 scenes and within those scenes we could
1:48:59 make shots and within the the shots we
1:49:02 could have characters and so now we can
1:49:04 have a character section so there this
1:49:08 is basically just like a a whole
1:49:12 collection of AI prompts really well
1:49:15 organized so I look at this tool and I
1:49:19 sort of see the future of software in a
1:49:22 lot of ways where I could see there
1:49:23 being a version of this for Consulting I
1:49:26 could see there being a version of this
1:49:28 for public relations I could see there
1:49:30 being a version of this for software
1:49:32 development this just happens to be a
1:49:34 storytelling version of this so and if
1:49:36 you looked at the even though the the
1:49:39 Devon demo was was [ __ ] and it's you
1:49:41 know it's not going to be done for a bit
1:49:44 you know um Devon that that coding tool
1:49:48 that that had all the four different
1:49:50 modules was kind of a version of this as
1:49:52 well so so this is kind of a until true
1:49:57 Agents come out that do all this stuff
1:49:59 in the background this is software
1:50:01 developers sort of turning a series of
1:50:06 discrete API calls into an agent so
1:50:10 okay so what we're going to do is we're
1:50:13 going to say this is a
1:50:19 film I got
1:50:21 one this is a
1:50:25 film
1:50:29 about a young
1:50:32 man that breaks into an abandoned
1:50:36 Factory and finds an incredibly rare
1:50:40 muscle
1:50:43 car that he wants to
1:50:49 restore all right next
1:51:05 okay so the first thing it does it comes
1:51:07 up with two characters Jake Thompson and
1:51:10 Mia Rodriguez determined car Enthusiast
1:51:13 and loyal and resourceful friend perfect
1:51:17 Jake discovers an abandoned muscle car
1:51:19 and with his friend Mia restores it
1:51:21 uncovering its legendary history I don't
1:51:23 quite like that prompt but that's okay
1:51:26 cinematic inspiration nostalgic gritty
1:51:29 vibrant triumphant and then check this
1:51:31 out I can flip into so visual Aesthetics
1:51:36 cinematic um I could go um comic
1:51:41 book and then look it
1:51:44 reeners these characters in comic book
1:51:48 style which I like let's go with
1:51:50 that and we're going to do it in 16 by9
1:51:53 you can also do it in vertical or Square
1:51:55 you can also add a new character if if
1:51:57 two wasn't enough oh yeah let's add a
1:51:59 new character so we're going to add um
1:52:02 let's see um
1:52:05 bucky
1:52:11 mlto bucky mclin talk
1:52:16 uh a grizzled old security guard
1:52:24 that protects the abandoned
1:52:27 Factory
1:52:38 period dirty
1:52:41 greasy
1:52:43 Navy work
1:52:48 clothes and then let's find a voice on
1:52:51 every Thorn delightful wisdom grows in
1:52:53 every real a sweet instruction flows
1:52:58 no all right ni Josh deep as an
1:53:01 organizer I start
1:53:03 from I'd rather regret the things that
1:53:07 that
1:53:10 creepy
1:53:12 um Cole serious that's good is that good
1:53:15 you teach best great what you most need
1:53:17 to learn that's
1:53:19 him okay Cole serus okay apply so now we
1:53:24 got Bucky oh bicki mlto I spelled it
1:53:28 wrong there perfect there's Bucky mlto
1:53:31 let's edit it let's get his name spelled
1:53:34 right here people come on Bucky
1:53:38 mclin so see already here like you're
1:53:41 you're starting to get like like a sense
1:53:45 of what this is where where they've
1:53:48 they've you know they've got whatever
1:53:50 stable diffusion or whatever you know
1:53:52 stupid [ __ ] image thing they've got
1:53:54 back here they've got chat GPT probably
1:53:58 3.5 you know writing the story overview
1:54:02 they've got this stuff programmed in
1:54:03 that all these become sort of prompting
1:54:05 elements and then each one of these
1:54:07 characters is basically just a prompt
1:54:10 right so when you say edit this these
1:54:12 are all just prompt elements right so
1:54:15 it's just a really
1:54:17 cleverly
1:54:18 designed um prompt management system for
1:54:21 lack of a better term but it doesn't
1:54:23 seem like that it just seems like oh
1:54:25 it's like [ __ ] magic but we can we
1:54:28 can look at this
1:54:30 critically all right so I'm going to say
1:54:32 start and so now what it does now that
1:54:35 we've got consistent characters and we
1:54:37 have the basic story now it writes the
1:54:39 outline for the scenes and then it
1:54:42 writes the shots for the scenes and it's
1:54:44 just going to go build all this
1:54:48 [ __ ] and it's probably G to take forever
1:54:51 oh no there we go okay
1:54:53 so scene setting abandoned Factory
1:54:56 interior
1:54:59 nice he found the cars he found the cars
1:55:02 it's so exciting it's so exciting
1:55:05 people wide shot medium
1:55:08 shot scene two abandoned interior looks
1:55:12 like he's oh look he's got the friend
1:55:15 nice Mia I think is your
1:55:19 name look there's Bucky mclintoch bu bu
1:55:22 bum
1:55:23 the fuzz is
1:55:26 coming he got the car out he's working
1:55:29 on it it changed colors between those
1:55:31 two
1:55:35 scenes so actually we can let's go fix
1:55:38 that we'll go shot
1:55:39 editor meticulously inspecting a vintage
1:55:42 engine discussing the potential use for
1:55:46 the
1:55:48 orange muscle car
1:55:54 let's see if it makes it
1:55:56 orange
1:56:02 should well that's fine we that that's
1:56:06 not an engine for a muscle car that's
1:56:07 like an engine for [ __ ] Factory and
1:56:11 then you you can they give you access to
1:56:13 the seeds so you can just spin up
1:56:15 different um seeds so that you get
1:56:18 different shots in
1:56:19 here which is cool cuz I'm going to show
1:56:21 I'll show you something in a second
1:56:23 here all right that's good that looks
1:56:25 like there there it at least like looks
1:56:27 like a muscle car except it's in like a
1:56:29 50s Rat Rod but whatever that's
1:56:32 fine okay so back to our storyboard so
1:56:35 every one of these
1:56:36 shots um you can you know you can edit
1:56:40 you can generate the video for each
1:56:41 little thing you've got control you can
1:56:43 add sound effects for each
1:56:45 one um you can add a soundtrack to This
1:56:48 overall thing so I could go over to yudo
1:56:51 and make a song there
1:56:54 um and then if I do preview and
1:57:02 Export all right later forever
1:57:06 hooked what this is going to do is this
1:57:08 going to this is going to give us a
1:57:09 little an what's called an animatic
1:57:11 where it's just showing still images
1:57:13 with with the voice over and the music
1:57:14 so you get a preview of what it's going
1:57:16 to
1:57:17 be I never expected that
1:57:21 a I never expected that abandoned
1:57:23 Factory to change my life when I found
1:57:26 that old muscle car something ignited
1:57:28 inside me with my best friend by my side
1:57:30 we faced doubts and challenges but we
1:57:32 were determined to restore it the car's
1:57:35 history became our inspiration our hard
1:57:37 work paid off at the town's car show it
1:57:40 became a symbol of our friendship and
1:57:42 resilience as the engine roared to life
1:57:44 it echoed our unwavering it's so bad the
1:57:46 script is so bad so like like if I were
1:57:48 doing this like i' I'd fix the script
1:57:50 and in fact what I what what I would do
1:57:53 so one of the things I did was I took d
1:57:57 uh KS Dylan the uh the70s folk singer
1:58:01 character that I created and I wrote I I
1:58:04 went to chat GPT and I had chat GPT
1:58:06 write a more detailed synopsis so I
1:58:09 rather than having LTX write the thing I
1:58:12 actually had chat GPT write the thing
1:58:15 and then went over and it it followed
1:58:16 that it it sucks
1:58:18 less um but let me close this we'll go
1:58:22 to one more thing I can now go back so
1:58:25 it's got all these scenes in here so I
1:58:27 can go and it's got seeds for each of
1:58:29 the image so I can change the
1:58:32 style of this to let's do
1:58:36 something let's do line art see what it
1:58:44 does and their rendering engines weird
1:58:47 where sometimes it does sometimes it
1:58:49 follows their art style sometimes it
1:58:51 doesn't like that's photographic that's
1:58:53 not line art at
1:58:59 all yeah none of these are line art so
1:59:01 this isn't even following the it's not
1:59:04 even following their thing so we'll try
1:59:07 something
1:59:08 else you know again janky right janky is
1:59:11 as janky does abstract expressionism
1:59:14 okay let's let's try abstract
1:59:17 expressionism see what we get
1:59:31 [Music]
1:59:36 it's got like abstract expressionism on
1:59:39 the walls actually that's kind of cool
1:59:42 like everything's sort of
1:59:44 funky there's Bucky mclin
1:59:49 talk all right so that's good so we so
1:59:52 we'll pop over here and we'll say
1:59:55 render and then it's going to just make
1:59:58 it a video and it so what it's doing now
2:00:01 is it's actually rendering each still
2:00:03 image into an animated you know movie
2:00:07 and then it's going to stitch them all
2:00:09 together so it it's quite an ambitious
2:00:13 project it is clearly like I I would say
2:00:16 this is they're calling it a beta this
2:00:19 feels more like Alpha software to me but
2:00:21 it's a very ambitious thing so it's beta
2:00:24 right like it's doing what it says it's
2:00:26 supposed to do right it's making scenes
2:00:29 it's making shots within them you can um
2:00:33 you can make the characters different
2:00:35 and consistent but it's also using like
2:00:38 really shitty like a really shitty
2:00:41 rendering engine and and it's just
2:00:44 jankier than crap but I think if you put
2:00:48 if you put a weekend into one of these
2:00:51 projects I think you get it really good
2:00:53 because you can also import mid Journey
2:00:55 images so I could have I could work with
2:00:58 this thing to get the story sketched out
2:01:02 and then figure out what I want the
2:01:03 shots to be and then anywhere where it's
2:01:05 done shitty shots just go over to Mid
2:01:07 Journey or or DOI or
2:01:10 wherever um ideogram make your shots and
2:01:14 then bring them import them back in here
2:01:16 and then let this thing animate them so
2:01:19 I think you're going to be able to do
2:01:21 some really sophisticated stuff I'll
2:01:22 show you while that's
2:01:24 rendering um this was one I did
2:01:41 yesterday office
2:01:46 Shenanigans little did I know that
2:01:47 everyone so here I am trying to blend in
2:01:50 at Globex Corporation little did I know
2:01:53 that everyone here is hiding something
2:01:55 just like
2:01:56 me the gal next to me can move things
2:01:59 with her mind the office prankster is
2:02:01 actually invisible and our HR manager
2:02:04 can't control her shape shifting it's
2:02:06 chaos but when I accidentally revealed
2:02:08 My True Form it turns out our eccentric
2:02:10 CEO knew all along as we laugh it off he
2:02:14 reminds us of our mission to understand
2:02:16 humans and as I settle back into work I
2:02:18 can't help but wonder if this office is
2:02:20 more than it seems
2:02:23 all right so and that was I just did
2:02:25 that before bed last night like I had
2:02:28 chat GPT come up with story ideas I
2:02:30 picked one I like popped it in there and
2:02:34 a few minutes later boom there it was
2:02:37 all right are we here
2:02:41 yes I never expected that abandoned
2:02:44 Factory to change my
2:02:46 life when I found that old muscle car
2:02:48 something ignited inside me with my best
2:02:51 friend by my side we faced doubts and
2:02:53 challenges but we were determined to
2:02:55 restore it the car's history became our
2:02:57 inspiration our hard work paid off at
2:03:00 the town's car show it became a symbol
2:03:02 of our friendship and resilience as the
2:03:05 engine roared to life it echoed our
2:03:06 unwavering
2:03:10 spirit that writing is horrific that's
2:03:12 definitely chat GPT
2:03:17 3.5
2:03:19 anyway that's LTX Studio pretty slick
2:03:22 huh pretty s oh we were going to go look
2:03:24 at Deco here let me let me go jump there
2:03:27 quickly
2:03:29 app. Deco
2:03:37 here he had three arms so did she oh it
2:03:41 that was really bad and like the the
2:03:44 uh like it's it's timing of the script
2:03:47 and when certain shots show up is really
2:03:50 bad like you you really have to
2:03:52 what what you have to do is let that
2:03:54 thing write its write its scenes and and
2:03:56 its shots and then you actually have to
2:03:58 go through and think about well what
2:03:59 scenes do I actually want rewrite the
2:04:02 script and then figure out your own
2:04:03 shots so it's it's definitely doable um
2:04:07 but but it's right now it's just like it
2:04:10 puts something there I would imagine 6
2:04:13 months from now it's going to put good
2:04:14 stuff there right like that that's the
2:04:17 kind of stuff that you need to improve
2:04:18 with a system like this is like break
2:04:21 that little short script up into shots
2:04:24 at at a script level and and make sure
2:04:26 that there's appropriate shots lined up
2:04:28 with it that's yeah reminds me of early
2:04:31 images yeah exactly Joker it's it's very
2:04:33 it's very
2:04:35 um it's very early days but like a year
2:04:38 from now you're going to be able to just
2:04:41 pop an idea in there and squirt out a
2:04:43 three minute you know multic cut really
2:04:46 nice video okay introducing stations
2:04:50 create a station from any image you find
2:04:54 on the new explore page your station
2:04:57 will autogenerate images similar to the
2:04:59 one that you selected why are they
2:05:01 calling them
2:05:03 stations so these are like
2:05:06 themes or like what uh style reference
2:05:09 is what mid Journey calls it
2:05:12 right share stations with your friends
2:05:14 browsing
2:05:18 stations create station all right let's
2:05:20 go create a station
2:05:23 so let's go find a style that we like oh
2:05:25 this is going to be impossible for me to
2:05:27 not get kicked off Tik
2:05:29 Tock all right we we'll create a station
2:05:33 sign in with
2:05:43 Google create station
2:06:06 I don't get it is this just
2:06:08 autogenerating
2:06:10 things in that style holy
2:06:17 [ __ ] oh this is [ __ ] genius
2:06:25 home
2:06:27 station so this
2:06:30 is wait is that what it's doing I think
2:06:33 it
2:06:34 is so if I click on one of
2:06:37 these upscale image report add to
2:06:41 library
2:06:44 save can I I can't see the prompt for
2:06:48 this upscale
2:06:56 upscaled image go to your
2:06:59 library okay so it's upscaling
2:07:03 image oh right cuz Deco here is using
2:07:07 sdxl which is autogenerating
2:07:10 stuff so yeah this
2:07:13 is this is [ __ ] crazy
2:07:25 I guess their philosophy is why do you
2:07:27 need to see The Prompt we'll just give
2:07:28 you a thousand
2:07:30 images in a
2:07:41 style
2:07:43 upscaled go to the
2:07:48 station holy [ __ ]
2:07:52 this is
2:07:55 crazy so I go back to Deco
2:07:59 here
2:08:01 explore well they got a can
2:08:04 I so I can go to any image okay I like
2:08:07 Lego dude oh Lego Dude Perfect create
2:08:09 station this is just going to create
2:08:12 like an infinite number of mini figs no
2:08:14 it's not why is it not doing that oh
2:08:17 Elon Musk is a Lego character okay so
2:08:21 can I edit
2:08:22 this Elon Musk is a Lego
2:08:30 character no
2:08:37 why oh this is
2:08:47 wild create station
2:08:59 this is
2:09:00 insane this is insane so but I'm
2:09:04 confused if I just want to create
2:09:06 something do they still have that old
2:09:09 interface
2:09:12 yeah so I can do let's see mini fig
2:09:27 of
2:09:28 7ds movie
2:09:32 care
2:09:38 actor on a
2:09:42 Lego set
2:09:51 now can I turn this
2:09:54 into a station I don't think I
2:09:59 can H what if I upscale it upscale
2:10:04 creativity 56 sure go
2:10:09 nuts i s I know I'm ignoring
2:10:14 you is anyone else blown away by this
2:10:17 this is melting my face Kevin mallister
2:10:19 anyone okay Amelia's wife got it
2:10:22 pretty cool a and
2:10:24 sharable is this new yes this is new
2:10:28 thanks for sharing that Danielle this is
2:10:30 why we do this people yes style
2:10:32 reference wow that's crazy okay so now
2:10:36 once this thing renders I bet I can go
2:10:39 make a station of this so I'm going to
2:10:41 make a station is that
2:10:44 right upscaled reuse image reuse prompt
2:10:48 why can I not make a station of it
2:10:54 does does anyone know that know why what
2:10:57 what what up with
2:11:05 that you can make station how do you
2:11:07 make a station laughing Thunder I love
2:11:10 being here thanks all thanks R Ricky
2:11:12 Tiki Fabby we love having you
2:11:14 here
2:11:18 um all right let me go back here
2:11:24 explore how do I make a station
2:11:27 introducing
2:11:34 Stations don't show this
2:11:39 again this is
2:11:41 crazy create station
2:11:53 so you can create a station out
2:11:58 of one of the things from the
2:12:03 station oh
2:12:05 man this is
2:12:09 Bonkers you know it's
2:12:12 funny I when I when I was when I've
2:12:15 demoed Deco here in the past one of the
2:12:18 things that I said is like
2:12:22 we're going to quickly
2:12:25 shift there's going to be so many
2:12:27 different ways to to prompt these
2:12:31 systems and and this one is it is like
2:12:35 full in full
2:12:38 intuition right it's just like pick a
2:12:41 style you like click on it now create
2:12:43 that into a
2:12:47 station I'm going to unsubscribe to
2:12:49 Claude I think I think that's a good I I
2:12:53 mean this is Bonkers this is absolutely
2:13:02 Insanity ghost or whatever the hell that
2:13:05 says let's make that a station let's go
2:13:07 get
2:13:08 some
2:13:15 graffiti wow wow wow
2:13:25 and then each of these rows is just like
2:13:27 a little
2:13:29 scrollable you know I can scroll the
2:13:32 it's just basically adding it's just
2:13:34 like blip and it's also randomizing some
2:13:36 are tall some are square some are
2:13:39 horizontal look at this one this one's
2:13:42 gorgeous so let's turn that into a
2:13:47 station it's so funny because I'm
2:13:49 thinking like well
2:13:52 it's thinking on its own yeah like what
2:13:53 I'm thinking here because all it all it
2:13:55 needs to do Danielle
2:13:58 is iterate on the prompt it it's what
2:14:01 it's probably doing yeah uh app. deoh
2:14:04 here.a
2:14:06 AI what it's probably doing is it's
2:14:08 probably taking a prompt and just
2:14:10 slightly iterating it or just or just
2:14:13 you know render an image render an image
2:14:15 render an image and just sort of pop
2:14:17 them in
2:14:19 there and are they sto ing all these
2:14:25 images I mean if you think if you
2:14:31 think if you think there are a lot of
2:14:33 images generated
2:14:35 with creating things with command line
2:14:38 interfaces in a Discord
2:14:40 server this this is a complete [ __ ]
2:14:43 game
2:14:48 Cher I mean if you just wanted to if you
2:14:51 just wanted to like what we're doing
2:14:53 right now if I'm making a movie a sci-fi
2:14:58 movie and I want to do ideation for
2:15:03 characters and
2:15:05 scenes and bad
2:15:09 guys and
2:15:11 bosses
2:15:13 Jesus look at that gorgeous just grab
2:15:18 that it's like never ending
2:15:28 is this do am I in the paid version does
2:15:30 do you does this have to be the paid
2:15:37 version
2:15:39 yeah you can make unlimited
2:15:43 turbo 148 credits
2:15:47 left like a penny an image it's free wow
2:15:52 works on mobile too yeah mobile so oh my
2:15:56 God if I if if you think
2:15:59 about what Kelly Bosch does with with
2:16:02 her mid journey is she's got in her
2:16:09 head all sorts of ideas about images
2:16:12 she's always wanted to create so for her
2:16:14 it's really easy to concept what she
2:16:15 wants to do if you're someone that's
2:16:18 like wants to do a bunch of Art but
2:16:21 you're
2:16:23 not you don't have
2:16:31 ideas you I I I'm a little flabbergasted
2:16:36 by
2:16:45 this you can make money with
2:16:48 ch or you can make infinite images with
2:16:51 ch
2:16:52 I
2:16:53 mean you know o like that steampunk one
2:16:56 let's grab that one create a
2:16:59 station
2:17:01 um can you grab more than one at a time
2:17:04 I don't think so but I don't know no it
2:17:07 looks like it blurs it out oh my
2:17:10 God and then okay Whimsical and so uh oh
2:17:14 how do I get back to that how do I oh I
2:17:18 can just go share this so let me copy
2:17:21 this let me jump over to the AI
2:17:24 Salon let me jump over to Irregulars and
2:17:28 then just pop this in here and see what
2:17:30 it does does it give me a
2:17:32 preview
2:17:34 yes oh my God that's so good
2:17:38 okay so I'm going to go
2:17:40 um
2:17:42 here
2:17:44 is a very
2:17:48 cool steampunk
2:17:54 decohere
2:17:57 station which will
2:18:00 generate
2:18:04 infinite new
2:18:09 images in this style holy
2:18:17 [ __ ] post I didn't put hashtags in there
2:18:24 and then if I click on
2:18:29 that boom drops me right into it look at
2:18:33 that car look at the oh my God this is
2:18:37 so
2:18:37 cool who else is crying up for Kyle shut
2:18:40 up shut up shut
2:18:44 up I like stuff I like [ __ ] magic all
2:18:48 right Pate Pate is pate still in here
2:18:52 remember when Pate like 6 months ago I
2:18:54 said this [ __ ] was magic and he's like
2:18:55 no it's math and then someone came up
2:18:58 with the term math magical I think we
2:19:00 just crossed the Rubicon into magic like
2:19:02 I don't give a [ __ ] how it's doing it
2:19:04 technically this is [ __ ]
2:19:06 magic this is [ __ ] insane insane
2:19:10 magic this is [ __ ]
2:19:13 nuts I do need to figure out how do I go
2:19:15 from a prompted image to a to a to a
2:19:19 station the reaction
2:19:25 does anyone know how to do that this is
2:19:27 mathemagic this is just magic
2:19:30 magic and then does it just put them all
2:19:32 together in something I don't know like
2:19:35 I we're seeing this for the first time
2:19:37 like I thought memory in gpts was
2:19:42 cool it's funny Deco here for me was one
2:19:45 of those kind of odity kind of things
2:19:49 that I thought eh it's it's okay it's
2:19:51 kind of interesting it it makes things
2:19:52 really fast but it like the interface
2:19:55 was not quite
2:19:57 right this interface is staggeringly
2:20:01 good
2:20:03 dag
2:20:05 um free to 24 a
2:20:09 month this must cost them a mint I don't
2:20:12 think it does Vicki because they're
2:20:13 using sdxl which is only doing one or
2:20:17 two um whatever they're called Cy
2:20:23 iterations when when they make an image
2:20:25 maybe these are five five cycle things
2:20:27 so they're made really really quickly so
2:20:29 I think they're fairly low I shared one
2:20:32 for you to try Kyle where on the
2:20:42 salon where'd you share
2:20:45 it new
2:20:49 activity I I do not see it
2:20:53 vka vka where did you see it oh tomorrow
2:20:57 check out Ann Murphy's GPT jams by the
2:21:04 way oh here we go Deco here Mickey Mouse
2:21:09 try this one right up your alley nice oh
2:21:11 dark
2:21:17 Cowboy that's funny
2:21:23 holy [ __ ] can you imagine Disney looking
2:21:25 at this Disney's going to be they're G
2:21:27 to be like who do we Sue stop it stop
2:21:30 the
2:21:32 machine okay so okay people so
2:21:36 now all right I want you to put on your
2:21:38 imagination hat take this technology
2:21:42 where where it's creating images sort of
2:21:44 this good this
2:21:46 quick and and layer that on top of LTX
2:21:50 Studio that we just looked
2:21:52 at and like just sort of Flash Forward 6
2:21:55 months to a year where LTX studio is
2:21:59 like you can do this sort of creativity
2:22:02 in every shot or in every scene you just
2:22:05 say sort of pick a scene and it sort of
2:22:06 does this stuff in real
2:22:09 time and then you can just you just
2:22:11 basically like click it when you find
2:22:13 one you're happy with
2:22:17 right damn
2:22:23 damn this is oh Teletubbies we gotta go
2:22:26 tell we gotta go we gotta go Inky Binky
2:22:30 Tinky
2:22:31 [Laughter]
2:22:37 too how do I use this for my business I
2:22:41 got no
2:22:46 idea well I'll tell you what this is if
2:22:49 Kelly Camp's still in here Source
2:22:52 camp this is this is a new parlor trick
2:22:55 if if you want to if you want to Vicky
2:22:59 oh hell no on a telletubbies
2:23:03 if you want to blow someone's mind with
2:23:07 AI if they're really cynical about it
2:23:09 and they're like it's just a probability
2:23:11 engine it's not creative yeah flip them
2:23:13 over to Deco here create a station for
2:23:17 them just ask them to tell you some
2:23:19 image that they like
2:23:21 oh let's do a architectural one let's
2:23:23 see what this
2:23:26 does and see see how the the uh the text
2:23:29 is all [ __ ] up right there that's
2:23:31 because it's this is sdxl which is like
2:23:34 really um low iterations but when you
2:23:37 upscale that image I bet it fixes that
2:23:39 text oh these are great holy
2:23:43 [ __ ] look at that look at
2:23:46 that oh my God that's cool
2:23:54 I mean think about this as
2:23:56 a okay here's
2:23:59 here's here's an idea use this tool to
2:24:03 inspire writing and then use chat GPT to
2:24:07 inspire prompting for
2:24:10 images yeah Source Camp right isn't this
2:24:13 this is this is new to the bag of parlor
2:24:17 tricks because cuz frankly here's here's
2:24:20 why this is a good parlor trick you you
2:24:22 know you show someone chat GPT and have
2:24:24 it make a table right and then and
2:24:26 they're like oh that's really impressive
2:24:28 and then it's like but you can make
2:24:30 images really really quickly too and you
2:24:32 just bring them here and you say okay
2:24:34 here we are in an image generation site
2:24:37 just tell me when you see an image that
2:24:39 you like right and so this thing's just
2:24:42 doing this and you're like yeah this is
2:24:44 just people in the world making images
2:24:46 oh okay you like dragons or or wait you
2:24:49 like this this Fantasy Castle
2:24:51 great and then you just click on this
2:24:53 you don't tell them what's coming right
2:24:55 and then and then you just like boom
2:25:00 dropped the [ __ ]
2:25:02 hammer and you say this is
2:25:06 AI imagine this for every single thing
2:25:11 that you can do in the world today
2:25:13 manually that's what's coming this is
2:25:15 what's coming no sorry this is what's
2:25:18 here
2:25:25 holy
2:25:33 [ __ ] that's [ __ ]
2:25:39 Bonkers this is what's here that's
2:25:42 what's here
2:25:45 today you haven't really tried and chat
2:25:47 GPT yet you know uh yeah so I got chat
2:25:51 GPT and I went to it and I you know I
2:25:53 typed in a thing and like I'll tell you
2:25:54 what I like Google better you know cuz
2:25:56 you know it's just it's like whatever
2:25:58 like AI okay I mean like like what do
2:26:00 you even use it
2:26:03 for then you show them this they be
2:26:05 like I could do
2:26:12 that [ __ ] hell
2:26:22 I don't quite know how to process this
2:26:24 right now so if you don't know me if you
2:26:25 don't know this channel one of the
2:26:27 things we talk about is what we call our
2:26:29 Kevin mallister
2:26:31 moments from home
2:26:34 alone and that AI when you start getting
2:26:37 into AI that it's a rolling series of
2:26:40 Kevin McAllister moments this I'm I'm I
2:26:43 like I'm I'm flabbergasted right now LTX
2:26:46 Studio was cool but I kind of knew what
2:26:47 it was I was expecting it Danielle comes
2:26:49 in here like Deco here's got stations
2:26:53 I'm like okay whatever Danielle whatever
2:26:55 stations stations is a stupid name I
2:26:58 still think stations is a stupid name
2:26:59 and it's like pick an image any image
2:27:03 this is like a [ __ ] magic trick pick
2:27:05 a card any
2:27:07 card all right we're doing we're doing
2:27:10 reptile
2:27:16 Birds this this is
2:27:22 I I I
2:27:24 don't I don't know how to process it I I
2:27:26 really
2:27:29 don't like what do you do with this what
2:27:31 like what do you not do why would you
2:27:33 not just do this all the
2:27:36 time it's like The NeverEnding dopamine
2:27:39 hit look what I created without
2:27:43 [Laughter]
2:27:45 thinking you know I've said this before
2:27:47 that like one of the skills of the
2:27:49 future is going to be curation those
2:27:51 people that can just have taste and pick
2:27:53 good [ __ ] well here's your tool just
2:27:57 [ __ ] grab this stuff and then I'm
2:27:58 going to upscale this and let's watch
2:28:00 let's see how good this gets we're going
2:28:03 to up the
2:28:08 creativity go to my
2:28:12 library oh yeah so you could just sit
2:28:14 there upscaling and I guess I'm probably
2:28:16 only getting charged for an image
2:28:18 generation if I upscale it cuz they're
2:28:20 just just they're just sort of spewing
2:28:22 these things out there the that feed for
2:28:25 them is
2:28:26 marketing this site is app. Deco
2:28:31 here what rights do you have to what you
2:28:34 make on Deco here I assume it's like
2:28:36 everything else I mean what are they
2:28:37 going to do chase you down and say you
2:28:38 used one of our images we've got8
2:28:40 trillion a
2:28:42 day they don't
2:28:44 care and so here's
2:28:47 the the upscaled version of it
2:28:51 I can't really see it let's see
2:28:55 download 3.3
2:29:06 megabytes yeah that's pretty [ __ ]
