265. 52:30going on we'll figure something out collaborative collaboration is one of the values inclusive it's an incredibly
266. 52:36inclusive group and that's really important right now everyone every single person oh and it's not a cult exactly Luna dick
267. 52:49um every person right now is going to be impacted by generative Ai and every person right now has no [ __ ] idea what it is how
268. 53:02they're going to be impacted so like people are coming from everywhere at all different stages of experience at all
269. 53:08different stages of of expertise at all different levels of professional background there's artists there's
270. 53:16lawyers there's Architects there's technologists there's Engineers there's writers all of those different points of view
271. 53:27are the way that you keep up with AI right now because people are going to be paying attention to different things and
272. 53:33where you're weak someone else is going to be strong empathy is one of the values this is a caring group right AI right now is very scary to
273. 53:43people and some people are pissed off about it and one of the one of the questions I feeled a lot is how do I talk to people
274. 53:54about a that are really pissed off about it well the first thing is is try not to sell them try to understand if they're scared what are
275. 54:05they scared of like really take it in understand it hear them if they're pissed off about it what are they pissed off about well it's the
276. 54:16world's greatest plagiarism engine okay well that's that's one of the talking points that's out there do you actually
277. 54:22understand how it works let me show you how it works and it might shift your perspective because it's not plagiarizing it's not copying and
278. 54:33pasting it's not the way the tools work and then the last value is gratitude We Believe gratitude is a practice it's not just a feeling but
279. 54:42it's an action take the time to acknowledge the efforts support and successes of the extraordinary people in
280. 54:48this community especially if someone inspires you go out of your way to acknowledge them tag them in your posts

287. 56:02being a good conductor being able to be like the conductor of a symphony where you're you're wielding all these AI tools to to accomplish
288. 56:10something that's one half of the equation and then the other half of the equation we got to is in the future people are not going to
289. 56:20hire other people because of what they can do they're going to hire other people because they trust them because of who they
290. 56:29are as AI tools get better and better at doing the Tactical execution what it means by definition is most people can do most
291. 56:41things and so then why would you work with someone well because you trust them because you know they follow through
292. 56:48because you know they've got integrity and how do you get to know them you be in Community right like you
293. 56:56you get to know people so one of the things that that we strongly encourage here is use your real name one we we used to be on Discord and
294. 57:07one of the one of the main reasons we switched off Discord is there's a culture within Discord of anonymity and I think authentic
295. 57:17connections as we move into an increasingly automated you know AI powered World those human connections are going to get in increasingly
296. 57:29valuable and so it's an amazing way to learn but it's going to be an amazing way to do business in the future because
297. 57:36you're going to work with people you trust and who aren't douchebags which was funny I read through the values once and someone in
298. 57:48here commented oh is this some sort of woke group and I'm like yeah if you if if you define not being an [ __ ] to one another as being woke
299. 58:00sure right so that's who this group is and it's really important and it's going to be increasingly important and

311. 1:00:01two where you should start is chat gbt if you haven't played with chat gbt just go there right now chat.
312. 1:00:11open.com if you can afford the 20 bucks a month I'm not affiliated with with these guys so I don't care if you do it
313. 1:00:17or not but I personally think 20 bucks a month for chat GPT Plus or chat GPT 4 is the bargain of the century right now for
314. 1:00:26what this thing can do and you should learn all of these bullet points every one of these bullet points is a whole another Rabbit Hole of
315. 1:00:33functionality and all of these things work together seamlessly in chat gp4 but you should you should understand them
316. 1:00:40each individually and then start to understand how you can weave them together in and out as you as you're
317. 1:00:45prompting it's it's staggering best investment of 20 bucks yeah it is I just got the $60 a month nid too it's so good
