41. 9:38this so Sammy boy Sammy boy Alman just got a 500 billion doll commitment from soft Bank where Oracle Oracle is building their data centers
42. 9:51the construction's already be begun by the way in Texas oh uh soft bank is putting in a hundred billion dollars
43. 10:00they've committed to another 500 billion to build these data centers out all over the US um Trump's going to Fast Track it I I
44. 10:08got asked the question on the thing like what why was Trump announcing this one is it's just a it's a big deal it's like
45. 10:14the biggest investment in a tech company in in I don't know in a long time or in history whatever but what Trump's gonna
46. 10:21do is he's gonna he's gonna declare state state of emergency whatevers so they can just FastTrack the regulations and get these these data
47. 10:29centers built so that's that's what the Trump administration's doing um but what that says is all the stuff
48. 10:40that open AI is figuring out right now they're going to be able to throw all this compute at it in in relatively short
49. 10:49order you know over the next three years right so that was so part of this setup is just things are going to be
50. 10:58accelerating from an infastructure standpoint um yeah $500 billion do Stargate exactly that's why s was at the in
51. 11:09inauguration well all the to be clear all the major Tech players and put it this way any platform that you're on was
52. 11:18represented at the inauguration on the deis right so they're all accelerating their [ __ ] [Music] then you combine that with the fact that
53. 11:34all of the Frontier Model companies are kind of figuring out the same [ __ ] at the same time um Dario amade from anthropic basically
54. 11:46said we're going to have advanced agents in 2025 likely in early 2025 um open AI has said we'll have operators by the end of January I also
55. 11:57hear they're kind of behind so maybe it's by the end of February or something like that but within let's say by March mid-march
56. 12:09um grock is about to hit grock 3 so so X is going to have their version of this meta's going to have their version of
57. 12:17this so in 2025 we're going to have what are called agents and agents are not super clear if you're not if you're not kind of deeply
58. 12:29paying attention to this stuff you might look at something like zappier that automates a bunch of stuff and go oh
59. 12:37that's an agent and and in fact a lot of automation companies are marketing their automation tools as agent building tools
60. 12:46and they're not they're just not an agent is something that is going to be at least as smart as you
61. 13:00likely somewhere in the neighborhood of a genius at every discipline of every job right now do do we get something of
62. 13:12that level in all those jobs in 2025 probably not that probably goes to 2026 but I think it's fairly safe to assume
63. 13:20at this point that by the end of 2025 okay there's there's a poll up on Tik Tok so if you go up there click on the

70. 14:30autonomous agents and think of it less like what's an autonomous agent think of it like this what if you had at your disposal
71. 14:4110 midlevel so think you know not entrylevel person you know not executive but midlevel someone who's been in the
72. 14:50company for 15 years imagine if you had 10 employees that are like midlevel quality like like you know director or you know
73. 15:03senior manager or senior execution dude or duet level person you had 10 of those at your disposal and so what we talked about
74. 15:16tonight on the in the AI Salon it was an AI Salon meet and greet so we go around and people introduce themselves and then
75. 15:24we generally have like a prompting question so the prompting question tonight was [Music] what's something that you've always wanted to
76. 15:34do but for whatever reason you haven't done it and the reason we ask that is like I think that starts to become our
77. 15:47job as we move into a world where AI can do the Tactical execution of the jobs what's our role our role is to go oh you know what I
78. 16:02would use these tools for man what is the me what what is the thing that you would do if you had the talent if you had the
79. 16:15education if you had the resources if you had the the the the ability to raise money to to go hire people to build the
80. 16:23thing you want to build what would you build what would you do would you make a movie would you write a novel would you
81. 16:29go sit on the beach while you're simultaneously um educating people out of poverty that was Kelly Camp's Vision
82. 16:38tonight was she started out I just want to sit on the beach but then she said no you know what I actually really want to
83. 16:44do I want to go to Honduras where I've got friends that are stuck in this place because they don't have the education
84. 16:50and they don't have the resources and they don't understand entrepreneurship and I want to teach them
85. 16:55entrepreneurship so they can get out I'm like well we've got these tools that they can do the tools can do the teaching the tools can do
86. 17:04the can potentially help them start businesses and get the [ __ ] out of Dodge maybe she puts in an hour or two a day to build
87. 17:13relationships and she spends six eight 10 hours a day drinking my Ties on the beach braiding an occasional hair with some seashells in it
88. 17:30it's something she's thought about since she was little and it's it's evolved and it's it's this this cool little nugget
89. 17:37of vision and ambition and make the world a better place and what was cool tonight was pretty much to a person what people
90. 17:48said they would do if they had infinite resources there were one or two that were like I'd start a business I'd do

92. 18:04is there's so much to talk about with video tools too um hang on most important thing you can be right
93. 18:21now is hyper curious about AI hyper curious the next thing that follows hyper curious ious is hyper adaptable what do you mean by hyper

195. 39:01works is if if you haven't done a lot with generative AI if you're sitting on it from the outside what it feels like is someone

225. 44:18all ridiculously [ __ ] expensive so because we're early most of these video companies have what's called a creative partner program
226. 44:31Joy's in a couple of them I'm in a couple of them Kelly Bosch is in like you can apply for the creative partner
227. 44:38program if you get accepted into the creative partner program like Runway the reason I got accepted into the creative
228. 44:45partner program for Runway was I made a comment on a Runway video that the CEO commented on and then I interacted with
229. 44:53him a little bit and I dm'd him and I said let me into the program he he did so like you got to be clever but you got
230. 44:59to apply for all the creative partner programs and then they'll give you like Runway gives you like a million credits
231. 45:04and you you get ele you get access to new tools and [ __ ] like that um so so that's the the the real answer to the
232. 45:12question is you figure out a way to not have to pay for your credits um the video tools right now are so
233. 45:20janky all of them to to a tool they're just not great but if you can get your head around a tool and start to get good at it and figure
234. 45:33out how to navigate back and forth between making images as your base image and making videos it can be really really powerful um
235. 45:46wait what's it mean I think they mean the joys end credits like attribution wait what did you actually
236. 45:56mean did you oh you didn't mean credits like like credits credits you meant like these credits what about these
237. 46:09credits these are just the tools that she used or maybe I'm being a dumb Dum her name's there do you oh do I give credit to the
238. 46:23Ai No my my here's my philosophy on this I don't we're we're in a we're in a really funny stage of AI right now everyone's
239. 46:40trying to figure this [ __ ] out what Joy is doing here is actually very very generous in my opinion she doesn't have
240. 46:48to do this what she's doing here is she's giving anyone who likes this the keys to at least know what
241. 46:56tools she's using now will they be able to replicate what she did no because they won't have her vision they won't
242. 47:03have her taste they won't have her critical thinking they won't use her exact you know tools but it but it at
243. 47:09least gives you a start it's my opinion that if you produce something that is creatively sound you have the choice whether or not
244. 47:19you want to tell anyone how you made that like like there there's this whole there's this whole sort of narrative right now about well is
245. 47:30something AI made or not whose [ __ ] business is it if it's AI made now if you're trying to scam someone and you're trying to create
