24. 5:37hole but there's there's nothing in it right now just plot [Music] ideas we've got the we've got the beginning of act two written and we've
25. 5:50got the very last scene of act two written but the giant middle of act two is non-existent all right I got a prospect stop raining

35. 8:50on it and said see I told you so I told you they were out we've hit a wall we've hit a wall we've hit a wall and then all day today
36. 9:00Yan Lon came out and says we didn't hit a wall and uh Ilia suger said we didn't hit a wall there's no wall and Sam Alman said there's no
37. 9:11wall um so so there's a lot of push back on we've hit a wall I don't think Sam Alman would have said we're gonna have AGI in 2025 if he
38. 9:22really felt we hit a wall what they what they might be hitting is that fine-tuning these things is harder than
39. 9:30than they thought it was and maybe it's taking longer than they thought it was wait de device not connected oh

46. 10:57terminal or to text Ed it uh and then I I think there's some other I think you can also hook it to um xcode and some other development
47. 11:10environment but chat GPT right now see where it says working with terminal right here it actually understands what's in this
48. 11:19window and so I could say um give me a little Unix to [Music] torial
49. 11:35step by step here's a beginner friendly let's start understand the terminal Basics prompt your thing okay command

58. 13:48project with Final Cut Pro that's correct so um so yeah so so this is a different approach to um autonomous agents as what
59. 14:04anthropic put out there so anthropic uh version of this is it can look at your desktop and it can control
60. 14:12your mouse and keyboard and what this is doing is it's controlling specific apps that they enable um so it's kind of two
61. 14:20different two different approaches to it but this is the beginning so if you've got access to the Mac app or the um only touch your own

63. 14:45um I'm playing with the the new chat GPT app that can work with apps so right now I can currently work with terminal or text
64. 14:57edit but basically anything in my terminal window right here chat GPT can interact with it so if it if I do
65. 15:06something over here like let's say I was working on some um programming project and I was running a local
66. 15:15server to be able to run it it would be able to look at what's going on in my terminal window and help me debug it for
67. 15:24example but what what I thought would be cool is like what if you're totally clueless about how to use your terminal
68. 15:30window well you could actually have chat GPT teach you how to do [ __ ] on it right you could learn Unix right now learn how
69. 15:38to use this learn how to do programming you can also install xcode and you could just say to chat GPT
70. 15:45help me make a a a native IOS app using xcode and it can see all the xcode you know window and and walk you through how to do it so [Music]

85. 19:43today is that um is that Korea now allows you to train on different styles so let's go to let me go to

92. 21:44learn features in a few minutes uploading images okay resolution's good number of images is low so you looks like you can do up to
93. 21:5550 um let's call this um stark contrast so we're going to give it a name stark contrast and then we're going to
94. 22:08say let's see we're going to do this as a
95. 22:25style Stark contrast and we're gonna say train AI all right so we're g to do it down here now these little images here if I
96. 22:41say used with flux I went to um Etsy and I found this lamp on Etsy and so I got three or four pictures of it or no I think I just went
97. 22:53to Amazon was it Amazon or Etsy I think it was Etsy I don't know it doesn't matter I went found this lamp and so you
98. 22:59can either train it on a PCT on a person an object or a style and so if I say use with flux so I've now got that style in there
99. 23:12I forget what what I named it but if I say uh living room wall with elephant wallpaper and lamp
100. 23:30um I don't know if this is going to work well but we'll try yeah so I got well I got one of one of four was elephant wallpaper but it
101. 23:42put that lamp you know in my scene so I've trained it I I don't know quite how to control this one yet so that's kind of
102. 23:53fun if I go to styles are my Styles in here let's see train I'm just starting to use this fresh like generate
103. 24:09image look at browse the style gallery my Styles okay so that one's still training okay I see how to get it get it

113. 26:28Kaa is you can use flux 1.1 Pro Ultra you can't use any of these styles with Pro Ultra but Pro Ultra is pretty pretty

416. 1:30:29about 6,000 words so it's very short I think they've upped that now to 32,000 tokens which is about 25,000 words um if you tell chat GPT to
417. 1:30:42remember something it'll add it to memory and it won't delete it if it dynamically just add [ __ ] to your memory
418. 1:30:51um it will Purge that first anything that you tell it to remember it will remember longer than [ __ ] that it
419. 1:30:57remembered on its own as far as I can tell um it is very very genericized memories so if you tell it something
420. 1:31:11really really detailed this happened to my to my business partner she was like telling chbt all these things and she
421. 1:31:18thought it had memory and she was just like tell me all the [ __ ] I told you and it couldn't it didn't know like it
422. 1:31:22didn't remember everything so it's not deep memory um but I would imagine that over the next year this capability will
423. 1:31:31get increasingly specific and increasingly long and I would say within two years um it probably essentially
424. 1:31:40goes to Infinity that it will remember everything you do with it um that that would require you to talk to it all the

449. 1:36:46hallucinations and the unpredictability are are part of the feature of what makes it so it makes it so remarkable
450. 1:36:54right it's generating new things it's not just parting it's not copying and pasting existing stuff so it's it's not
451. 1:37:02predictable like that um but but but given that the people that I see that have the the most frustration with
452. 1:37:13AI is trying to think of it as they've always thought of computers well if I just if I just improve my prompt it it
453. 1:37:21will give me a better answer it may it may not right these things have you know chat GPT unless you're sort of doing
454. 1:37:31programming where you adjust things like temperature temperature is basically the creativeness of the tool chat jpt I
455. 1:37:39think defaults to like a0 six out of on a scale of zero to one it's like a0 6 so it's it's relatively creative meaning
456. 1:37:49it's not going to give you the same answer every time so even if you get the perfect prompt in there one out of four
457. 1:37:56times it's going to give you an answer where you're like that's not even [ __ ] close and that's just the way they are
458. 1:38:04now as as the tools start to get more reflective like like if you watch 01 preview when you give 01 preview a prompt in fact we can do it
